The Facility was very clean with almost no odor, making it extremely pleasant. We stayed in a suite, which was so spacious for two people that it felt like too much room—probably enough to accommodate six people comfortably. The view from the living room was also fantastic. The meals were delicious, and it was wonderful that dogs could join us at the table. All the Hotel staff were dog lovers and fully committed to a dog-first approach, making our stay exceptional. We would love to stay here again many times in the future!

We stayed for one night with three dogs to celebrate the New Year, and it turned out to be a highly satisfying experience. Considering the year-end traffic and the cold weather in Karuizawa, we opted for the bullet train this time. After exploring the outlet mall directly connected to the station, we took a taxi for about 11 minutes at a cost of approximately 3,500 yen. Later, we found out that Shuttle Service was available, so checking in advance would make things smoother. The property is very spacious—about half the size of Tokyo Dome by feel—and fully enclosed. It felt like an entire dog park, providing great peace of mind when traveling with pets. Although limited to one group per day, there are three tents available. For two people it feels luxurious; six people might strike a better balance. The dogs were relaxed throughout our stay and enjoyed their freedom without concern for others—a major highlight. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with drinks and used the sauna before dinner. The sauna allowed "löyly" (steam infusion) with around nine types of aroma oils provided. At about 90°C (194°F), it was perfect for working up a good sweat. While there wasn’t a cold plunge pool available, winter’s chilly outdoor air sufficed without inconvenience. The distance from the sauna to showers could be improved slightly; however, having a bonfire area right outside made outdoor relaxation part of its charm—I wish we'd checked in earlier! Dinner was BBQ-style featuring high-quality meats and vegetables along with delicious fish appetizers and soup as starters. A selection of wines including red wine starting at 5,500 yen as well as white wine and champagne were also offered. The BBQ venue had enclosures and heaters ensuring comfort even during colder seasons. The Room felt chilly due to exposure from outside air but came equipped with electric blankets plus heaters making sleeping conditions manageable overall—though stronger or additional heating units would enhance comfort further especially if you're sensitive towards cold temperatures; bringing extra warm clothing is recommended! Morning began again inside saunas followed by breakfast consisting thoughtfully prepared soup alongside Akagi beef shigureni bento boxes which delivered both satisfying portions & flavors alike! Throughout every interaction staff maintained pleasant professionalism striking ideal balance between attentiveness yet respecting privacy leaving lasting positive impressions behind too! Finally returning back via Shuttle Service ensured seamless end-to-end convenience concluding memorable stay altogether! Looking forward revisiting during spring/autumn seasons next time experiencing different scenery/atmosphere altogether anew!

It was our first visit, and it turned into an even better weekend than we expected. After making the Reservation, we were happy to receive an email with recommendations for stylish spots nearby. It saved us the trouble of researching on our own and gave us peace of mind. They also share what to bring and other helpful details, so checking your email is a must. We had lunch at a galette restaurant on the way from the station to the Accommodation, then did some shopping and, after check-in, spent the whole time at the Accommodation. Check-in seems to be controlled by an automatic lock system, so you can’t enter until check-in time. (We arrived about 15 minutes early, so we waited in the car for a bit before checking in.) Sauna → taking our time cooking dinner → staying up late with wine. The next morning: sauna right after waking up, brunch, and coffee. We relaxed as if we were at home while enjoying a truly luxurious stay. The sauna was spacious and got properly hot, and the cold plunge was icy—incredible. (It snowed that day, so I think it may have been close to single digits in °C...) In the Room there were high-quality seasonings and natural wines available for an additional fee. We had no trouble cooking meals there, but if you want to make more elaborate dishes using lots of spices or herbs, bringing those along would make it perfect. Lastly, winter driving conditions made us a little nervous. There was snow buildup and black ice on the road in front of the Accommodation, so please be careful as it can be slippery. In winter, studless tires are a must—and having chains would give extra peace of mind. It feels like a place you could enjoy in any season—we’d love to come back in spring, summer, and autumn too!

I love the scent of wood when you first enter. The Room felt very clean, the towels were fluffy, and I had a comfortable stay. The weather was great, and the forest view from the large window directly in front of the bed, along with the morning sunlight streaming in, felt wonderful.

A perfect stay where you can feel the sea of Miura Moriso up close. All rooms offer ocean views, showcasing stunning morning and evening scenery that provided constant relaxation throughout our stay. While there are many pet-friendly accommodations, this one stands out for its cleanliness, allowing us to enjoy a worry-free time with our beloved dog. The well-equipped kitchen and amenities make it ideal for stays with close friends as well. At around 30,000 yen per person for this quality, the satisfaction level is incredibly high, and it’s a villa we’d love to visit again in another season. There’s also a meeting room with a whiteboard, making it suitable for small corporate retreats or workshops.

I stayed here about 10 years ago, and this was my second visit! Everything was very clean, and the futon was so fluffy that I slept really well. I stayed just before the Obon holidays, and there weren’t many bugs during our BBQ on the balcony. We made wonderful summer memories. Thank you very much!

This was our third stay. From this time, Wi-Fi was available, making it very comfortable. The accommodation staff were kind, and on the second day, as we were the only guests, we had the large rock bath all to ourselves and enjoyed a relaxing time with my wife. We are planning to visit again during New Year's.

I absolutely adored the owner—I was completely smitten. They prepared everything for us, from the BBQ setup to a Goemon-style bath and even a mochi-pounding experience, and we had an amazing time! With board games inside and unique Rooms, this Accommodation offers more than you can enjoy in just one day. We’ll be back.

Stayed for business. The Room was spacious enough and fully equipped with a two-door refrigerator, an IH kitchen, a drink server (coffee, water, and green tea), and a washing machine (with powdered detergent) in the Room. Shampoo options included Tsubaki and LUX, and the bed with a Sealy mattress was very comfortable. I would stay again if I have work nearby.

We stayed at the Hotel in late November during the peak of autumn foliage with our dog. The interior was charming, featuring antique furniture, beautiful paintings on the walls, chandeliers on the ceiling, and dried flowers in the washroom and restroom. The bedroom had two king-sized beds and fluffy futons for humans, while our dog enjoyed a True Sleeper bed. The living room had underfloor heating and was impeccably clean. The café on the first floor was beautifully furnished with exquisite tableware, and a Bechstein grand piano casually placed added an elegant touch. Although we didn’t have a chance to try the café menu this time, everything looked deliciously well-prepared—we’d love to try it next time! With its convenient location within walking distance of Heian Shrine and Okazaki Park, as well as parking available for guests with dogs, it’s perfect for pet owners. Plus, their adorable mascot dog Mon-chan is delightful! This is truly a Hotel that makes you want to come back again!

I had to travel to Kasugai City on short notice, and since I have two young children and no hotels were available, I found this place and made a Reservation. The owner was very kind, the Room was very clean, and there was a mattress to place under the futon, so my body didn’t ache and I slept comfortably. There was also a hammock, which the kids loved. I’ll definitely make a Reservation again when we visit Kasugai City!

After letting them know we would arrive late at night, they still came out to welcome us—both of them—even though it was so late. They had already laid out the futons as well, which was a huge help. Everything was taken care of, and there were lots of dog supplies. We were also surprised by how many snacks and drinks they had prepared for us! Since it was hot, we gratefully accepted an ice pack too. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

It’s a very new and exceptionally clean Facility. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a very comfortable time. [Location] About a 30-minute drive from the airport. It’s in a quiet area, but it’s along a main road, so it’s easy to find. You can walk to the beach, but the east coast tends to have more driftwood, so compared with the west coast it may feel a bit disappointing... [Facility] With a full kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub plus a separate shower room, and two toilets, it’s equipped enough to live in comfortably. It felt like visiting an apartment model room. There is also a pool (not large), and it’s heated, so you can likely swim even on cooler days. [Parking] A spacious parking area is available on-site. [Other] The staff were kind and very attentive.

Thank you for having us again this year, following last year. The place is thoroughly cleaned and feels very fresh and spotless, which is wonderful, and the kids also enjoyed the pool, darts, and billiards. We were happy to stay with our dogs as well, and we’d love to come again next year.

Spacious, spotless, and absolutely perfect! Everything was well maintained, from the cleaning to the Facility, and we enjoyed a dream-like stay. Everyone was very satisfied.

A quiet cottage at the entrance to a forest on a hill. There are two horses on the property. (Lala and Niji.) Just beyond the dog-run garden is their paddock, and it was so relaxing to watch them calmly grazing from the living room window. The cottage itself is spacious, with high vaulted ceilings, and we were able to spend a truly restful time. It was very thoughtfully equipped with cooking utensils, amenities, insect repellent, mosquito coils, and more. If you walk up the small path next to the cottage that leads into the woods, you can enjoy a forest stroll. It also seems to be used as a campsite, with well-maintained footing, and in the morning we enjoyed some forest bathing with our dog. Nojimazaki Lighthouse and Okinoshima are also nearby, so we were able to fully enjoy both the sea and the mountains. Next time, we’d love to visit in a season when we can enjoy the wood-burning stove. Thank you very much.

This was a truly wonderful Accommodation, perfectly suited to Hakodate’s historic old town with its many heritage buildings. Both the bathtub and the bed were large and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, so we bought local ingredients and cooked for ourselves. Just one point: Because the fireplace heat rises, the second floor was warm, but the first floor felt a bit chilly even with the heating on. We thought an electric carpet would have been nice. That said, both the exterior and interior were genuinely lovely, and it was very quiet with hardly any foot or car traffic, so we had a great stay. You kindly answered our questions by email many times before our stay, which made everything stress-free. Thank you very much.

We chose BESTSPA99 because we were traveling with my husband’s family and wanted separate bedrooms, and it was an absolutely wonderful Accommodation! We had informed them that we would be traveling with an infant, and they even provided a baby crib. Since each bedroom has its own door, we could all relax together after putting the baby to sleep. The place was thoroughly cleaned and very spotless, the Facility were excellent, and the sauna temperature was perfect! The pool wasn’t heated, but it worked great as a cold plunge after the sauna. Even though we requested an additional BBQ grill just four days in advance, they prepared it for us. The area was quiet as well, so we could truly unwind away from everyday noise—we were completely satisfied!! If you’re visiting Kujukuri Beach, I highly recommend staying at BESTSPA99!

This was an Accommodation where I truly felt I would love to stay again. Because there are so few places where we can stay with our four dogs, we usually leave them at a pet hotel when we travel. However, since this is a private rental of the entire building, we didn’t have to worry about other guests, and it made us so happy to see our dogs running around freely. The dog amenities were also well stocked, so we could relax and feel at ease. The design makes great use of the slope on the property, and it felt like children could enjoy the indoors like an athletic playground. The kitchen was spacious, and there was a full-size teppan grill installed, so we bought ingredients and used it. The table height for the teppan area was just perfect—our child could sit and eat comfortably with no stress at all, which made it truly fun. There are several bedrooms prepared as well, making this an Accommodation that can be enjoyed by large groups such as multiple families staying together. The bath was very spacious, and with an inner courtyard, it felt wonderful to warm up in the tub and then cool down in the fresh air afterward. We would definitely love to stay again.

We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!
