The communication before and on the day of our stay, as well as handling schedule changes, was excellent thanks to the owner and their son. The house was well-equipped with almost everything we needed, and the service was outstanding. Both adults, children, and even the dogs

Stayed for 2 nights with our dog. The interior was very clean, and the facilities and amenities were well-prepared, making it a highly satisfying stay. The ocean is right in front, and the sound of the waves is soothing. We enjoyed a BBQ after buying meat at a nearby supermarket.

The Room and Facility were absolutely satisfying! Everything is well-maintained, reflecting the owner's heartfelt care. A spacious dog run spreads out in front, offering a great sense of openness—our dog loved it! Seasonings and cooking utensils are fully equipped, so you can come empty-handed. You can also enjoy BBQs or the pool in the garden! The appliances are stylish, and both the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean! It’s easily accessible from the city center, with nearby home improvement stores and large shopping facilities adding to its convenience. Overall, it’s truly a wonderful cottage that I would love to use again!

From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how thoroughly cleaned and spotless the cottage was. The front desk staff explained everything politely, and the atmosphere was perfect. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t enjoy an outdoor BBQ or a campfire, but we’d love to come back and try again next time.

It was absolutely wonderful. Given the price, we had high expectations, but it exceeded them. The first floor had three bedrooms, two toilets, one bathroom, and one TV. My cousin and I each stayed in separate rooms. The living room on the second floor had a wall of windows... my cousin was amazed by how beautiful the sunrise looked through them. The bath was spacious and luxurious; I enjoyed a relaxing soak. However, it was slightly inconvenient that there were no hair ties or a tabletop mirror available... The staff's service was excellent as well. We received one coffee voucher and one beer voucher each but were kindly allowed to exchange them for two coffee vouchers instead—thank you! My cousin from Yokohama and I are already talking about staying in a different building next year!

We stayed here for our trip. The views from the balcony and the Onsen were breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised to find refills for shampoo, laundry detergent, seasonings, and so much more. They responded kindly and quickly to our inquiries, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again.

This was our first time staying in a private rental, and it became a trip where we could truly feel the owner’s kind personality from the warm welcome. It’s unbelievable at other Accommodations that when staying with five people and a dog, the fifth person is free. The Room was clean, and both our family and our dog were able to stay comfortably. When we arrived, there was apple pie and watermelon prepared in the refrigerator—thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. Mona, the resident dog—she was so adorable. It turned into a fun family trip where we could really relax. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night from March 19. It was an Accommodation that truly lived up to its high-rated Reviews. The Room was a bit compact, but it had a spacious wood-deck balcony, was thoroughly cleaned, and felt very fresh and relaxing. They also provided a waterproof sheet for our dog, so the bedding was OK. We followed proper etiquette and used a diaper, so we were able to sleep together comfortably. Dinner was BBQ on the large wood deck (honestly like yakiniku from an upscale restaurant). We really enjoyed the wagyu that the owner personally cuts—absolutely delicious. There were also lean wagyu and chicken tenderloin for dogs, and our dog happily ate it all. Vegetables, soup, rice balls, etc. were included as a set, and there are plenty of optional menu items as well. The Onsen can be reserved privately in 1-hour time slots (Reservation required), so you can soak slowly and unwind. From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM it becomes open access—if it’s available you can use it (all private Onsen use is free). They even have a bathtub for dogs, so your dog can enjoy the Onsen too!! There is of course a dog run, and since this Accommodation hosts only three groups total, we could enjoy it at our own pace. Breakfast was a handmade burger—also outstanding. Options like extra patty or cheese are available! It seems you can also switch to a hot sandwich. Yogurt, onion soup, salad, and your choice of drink were included as well—we were very satisfied. This Accommodation hosts only three groups per day (Sunny), so we could relax fully and enjoy the Onsen—and since our dog isn’t great with other dogs sometimes, it was perfect that everything could be done mostly within our Room area. It was very reasonably priced: delicious meals, wonderful Onsen time, and the best part—being able to stay with our dog all the time. To the owner couple, their adorable son, and Sunny the resident dog—thank you for such a fun and fulfilling trip!! We’ve already made our next Reservation too; I’ll work hard until then while looking forward to coming back.

This was our third stay. Once again, both our dog and we were very satisfied. The owner is friendly, and you can really feel their love for dogs. Our dog happily ran around, got completely worn out in the pool, and slept soundly at night zzz. We enjoyed plenty of delicious food, ended up completely full, and slept soundly too zzz. (Everything is tasty, but we especially loved the breakfast and the soup.) This Accommodation is highly recommended for first-time stays with a dog or for families. Next time, we’d like to come with my parents.

This was my first time staying here, and thank you very much for your thoughtful care in every detail. The Room was very clean, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. It was so pleasant that I naturally felt like, “I should leave it clean when I go.” Thanks to you, I was able to refresh both body and mind, and I left feeling truly energized. The Room was very spacious and comfortable—almost too big for our family of four plus our dog. Soaking in the Onsen while looking out at the ocean, our dog and kids had a great time running around in the large grassy garden. At night we enjoyed fireworks and watched a movie together in the living room, spending a relaxing and peaceful time away from the Golden Week crowds. The dog amenities were also fully provided, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

A private villa nestled in a quiet mountain setting. The interior is spacious, spotless, and cozy, surrounded by tasteful furniture and decor. Every corner is stylish and photo-worthy, with wonderful interiors throughout. All essential appliances are provided for your convenience. You can enjoy BBQ on the covered terrace, and there is also an authentic sauna that fits 4–5 people, a cold plunge bath, and an outdoor relaxation area—absolutely fantastic. Pet-friendly accommodations are another great plus. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to unwind in nature. A wonderful villa we would love to stay at again.

This was our first time staying here. Places that allow large dogs are still rare, and even when they do, they can be expensive. We’ve traveled by sleeping in the car before, but this was also our first time in a cottage, so we arrived feeling a bit nervous. We were warmly welcomed by the kind owner, and the Facility was clean with a cozy atmosphere—wonderful overall. The dog amenities were very well stocked, so next time we can pack lighter. We also enjoyed nearby parks and other spots, with plenty of places that made us want to keep walking more and more. It’s somewhere you’ll want to visit in every season. We stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay about a week ago. The Room was the perfect size for two, with simple yet refined interiors and a very clean feel. The bath was made of wood, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing and wonderful soak without even going to an Onsen. Since our Room had a kitchen, we cooked and ate ingredients we bought at a roadside station. In the beautifully maintained garden with great views, there were benches and tables, so we had breakfast there and truly enjoyed it while feeling close to nature—it was very satisfying. At night, we could also gaze at Aso’s quiet, beautiful starry sky. What made our stay even better was how wonderful the owner is as a person. They were genuinely kind and thoughtfully suggested travel plans in Kumamoto and Miyazaki tailored to us. They also introduced us to truly delicious restaurants and lovely places that you can’t find in guidebooks or on Instagram. (Actually, during our trip in Aso I lost my engagement ring, and because on the last day we returned to Aso after visiting Takachiho Gorge, we were able to go to the recommended bakery and Oshitoishi Hill—and miraculously, I found my engagement ring!) [Hospitality & Service] The Facility staff were kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and truly wonderful. When the fire wouldn’t light, they helped right away, and the next morning they even came over to check on us. From check-in to check-out, their warm and refreshing service made us feel great throughout our stay. (I could tell the moment we arrived that the staff were genuinely nice—haha.) [Room] Both inside and outside the Room were unbelievably clean. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—“comfortable” is exactly the right word. *My friend said the floor in the Room was so clean, cool, and pleasant that he slept on it even though there was a bed—lol.* Everything we used within the Facility was spotless, so you can really tell how much care goes into every detail. [Other] I honestly have no complaints at all, but if I had to mention just three things: 1) It might be nice to have a TV or something in the Facility? → Since you can enjoy BBQ until night, I personally didn’t need one because it’s great just soaking up the atmosphere—but some guests might head back to their Room earlier. 2) The reception location (at check-in) → It’s not particularly hard to find, but since reception is on the opposite side of the main road, having a sign or clearer guidance might help. (There was information online.) 3) This is such a great Facility that I’d love for you to upload more photos!!! → It was even better than what I expected from the listing photos, so I ended up being pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. [Finally] This time I happened to see “Hikone Lakeside Resort KOMOREVILLAGO” recommended and made a Reservation—but it made me want it to become more well-known because it’s such a place worth supporting. It feels like it will keep developing further as well, so I’m really looking forward to what’s next—haha. I know it must be tough at times, but I hope you keep going strong. I’ve stayed at several group Hotels, and this one also caught my interest, so I visited. On arrival we were treated to handmade canelés, and on departure we received cookies—both delicious and truly heartwarming. The meals weren’t flashy, but they left such a lasting impression that even looking back at the photos brings the memories right back. It was also wonderful that the chef came to greet us at the end. The only disappointment was the rain the next morning, but we were able to enjoy a very relaxing stay.
