Thank you very much for the Shuttle Service from the airport. I’m not familiar with the area and can’t drive, so it was a huge help. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the large sofa made it easy to unwind while enjoying the view. The meals were beautifully presented on lovely tableware, and they were served in perfect timing to match our pace—thank you so much. As expected of Otsuka Pharmaceutical, the hospitality was truly outstanding. I personally love Oronamin C and Fibe-Mini, so I was delighted by the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The Otsuka Pharmaceutical toner and serum provided in the bath felt wonderful to use, and I’m considering purchasing them. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. It became an unforgettable stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. It was my first stay here, and it far exceeded my expectations. Above all, the staff’s service was truly outstanding, and I was moved by every thoughtful gesture. The property has the charming presence of a grand traditional Japanese house, and the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a luxurious time dining at a relaxed pace while looking out over the garden. The basashi (horse sashimi) in particular was the best I’ve ever had—absolutely unforgettable. The Room was spacious and spotless, very comfortable, and the view from the window was wonderful. The building also has delightful surprises and playful touches that even first-time guests can enjoy, which kept me excited throughout our stay. They also offer an excellent selection of sake, so I especially recommend this Accommodation to sake lovers. It was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed—completely satisfying in every way. I will definitely return.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro. The female staff member at reception during check-in impressed me with her proactive, exemplary hospitality. I stay at Hotels for a change of pace, and this Hotel made me feel at ease in every way—facilities, staff, and overall comfort—with no small discomforts. It was part of the Plan, but I gladly took them up on it and stayed for 24 hours. At reception, they said, “Please let us know if there is anything you need,” showing a positive attitude. At the restaurant as well: “Please relax and enjoy your stay.” They even asked, “Did you sleep well?” You don’t often hear that elsewhere. It had been a while since I stayed at a major international chain Hotel, and their training truly showed. The Room design is also charming. I can see why it’s popular with guests from both Japan and abroad.

It was my first visit. I was completely satisfied with everything, but there are three highlights worth mentioning. I have stayed at many Hotels, and the dining here was exceptionally satisfying. It’s rare to find Western cuisine of this quality. I was amazed by the consommé made from chicken and vegetables—it concentrated the natural flavors of the ingredients beautifully. None of the dishes felt heavy, and I enjoyed everything right to the end. The ayu paired wonderfully with eggplant as well, and I was impressed by how it all came together. My husband and I even said we would like to stay again just for the meals. The wonderful location was also a major plus. I could truly relax while taking in such a luxurious view. I believe that’s thanks to how meticulously everything is kept clean—from the rooms to the large public bath and even the garden. We enjoyed coffee in the library, and used cups were promptly cleared away; there wasn’t a single unpleasant detail. Above all, what stood out most was how wonderful your staff are. Everyone—the person who provided Shuttle Service by bus, the front desk team, each member of restaurant service staff, and housekeeping—was warm and professional. There were also staff members with charming Fukushima dialects, which sounded lovely to me. In particular, one restaurant staff member remained poised while still engaging in pleasant conversation; unfortunately I didn’t get their name. I hope to see them again on my next visit. Thank you very much.

Although I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans in Japan and abroad, there are surprisingly few Hotels that I can look back on later and truly feel were a great stay. This time, however, even after more than a month, the wonderful afterglow of the trip still remains. The Room, restaurant, and pool were all impeccably maintained, with thoughtful attention evident everywhere—nothing felt lacking or excessive. A major reason was also the excellent hospitality from the female staff member who welcomed us from check-in. I was also happy that there were no guests being loud or disruptive, and I am truly grateful to have found a Hotel I can return to with a smile and say, “I’m home!”

This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you again.

We visited to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. It was a long drive from Yokohama to Nagano, but this was a wonderful Accommodation that truly made us glad we came. The in-room open-air bath was a little hot and needed some adjustment, but it was clean, spacious, and free of insects. The shampoo and conditioner also left our hair smooth and silky. (Some Ryokan at this level still leave your hair feeling rough.) All the staff who welcomed us were smiling, and during dinner the head chef served the main dish right at our table. Everything was delicious—made with local ingredients and carefully prepared with great attention to detail. On our way out, they even opened the souvenir shop in the main building earlier for us, so I was happy to be able to buy the souvenirs I wanted. My parents were very pleased as well, so we would love to visit again while they are still healthy.

I visited Hiiragiya again. I had made a Reservation for a Room with a bath and toilet, but I was first shown to a Room without them. It was still very comfortable, but when I asked to Check Reservation, I was told there had been a mistake, and you kindly arranged for me to stay in the Room associated with author Yasunari Kawabata. Thank you for your thoughtful care. Once again, I enjoyed Kyoto’s summer flavors—chilled edamame soup topped with sea urchin, pike conger sashimi, grilled tilefish with crispy scales, jellied soft-shelled turtle broth, Kamo eggplant with sesame sauce, and more—then fully enjoyed Yoiyama and fell asleep thinking of Mr. Kawabata before continuing on to the Gion Festival. Kyoto is changing little by little, but this is the beauty of Japan—and the spirit of Japanese hospitality—that I hope will be passed on to future generations.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

As always, the hospitality was outstanding. Rather than a scripted approach, each staff member’s personality shines through in their service, which leaves a lasting impression and makes the stay truly comfortable. I always hope to be the kind of guest the team is happy to welcome. This time we also used your affiliated golf course and a restaurant at The Busena Terrace, and it was very reassuring that information was shared seamlessly between them. It was the busy summer holiday season with many families, but since it was just the two of us as a couple, The Atta Terrace felt calm and especially relaxing. On our way home we talked about wanting to stay for about a week next time. We’ll do our best until we can return again.

I visited to relax with my daughter, who has just started her first job. On the day, we were picked up by the Shuttle Service to the athletic park. We didn’t have to wait long, and the careful driving made it very comfortable. The Room was lovely, and the night view was amazing. The meals were delicious, and the tableware was beautiful as well. We were very satisfied. Next time, we’ll visit in a different season.

We were welcomed at the entrance, completed a seated check-in, and when we arrived on our Room floor, the lovely aroma (bergamot) made us feel wonderful. Our Room was upgraded for us. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The large public bath was also excellent. Dinner was delicious from start to finish. The Shimane wine as an aperitif was so good that we also had a glass of white wine—and the tasting of three local sakes was outstanding. The meal included wagyu simmered in wine, simmered nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), Shimane wagyu shabu-shabu, and unameshi—all incredibly tasty. I was completely full and thought I could only manage dessert, but I ended up finishing everything. So full! Breakfast was also wonderful—the freshly grilled overnight-dried conger eel was amazing. And my favorite treat, the shijimi clam miso soup, had large clams and a light flavor; it naturally made me let out an “ah,” like something out of Bakébaké-style folklore. All of the staff were polite and kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It turned into a great trip, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a newly renovated Room, and it was wonderful. The in-room perks were excellent. In particular, the all-you-can-eat gelato was an incredibly generous service—perfect after the Onsen—and I enjoyed trying many different flavors. Everything was delicious. The pre-dinner aperitif can be chosen from the menu, and the lounge coffee machine is truly high-quality, so I used it many times. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying, and what impressed me most was the staff. There were many young team members, but everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. Some staff members spent a long time chatting with elderly guests because they were approached for conversation, yet they responded without showing any displeasure at all—I was genuinely impressed. You can also enjoy two different types of Onsen water, and I think this Accommodation offers excellent value for money. I will definitely return again. Thank you very much for taking such great care of me.

This was my first time visiting Amanohashidate, and thanks to all the staff, I had a truly wonderful stay. The Room—including the semi-open-air bath, comfortable changing area, spacious Japanese-style room, living area, and bedroom—was spotless and could not have been better. Everyone on the staff was kind and approachable. The meals were also excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private dining room with an ocean view, where we could relax and enjoy the sunset and evening atmosphere, as well as the sunrise in the morning. Every dish was carefully prepared, with gentle seasoning that we really appreciated. If there is one point for improvement, it would be that the bath water temperature felt a bit lukewarm. For the open-air bath in the Room, it would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperature. If I simply missed an operation panel, I apologize. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Despite making a last-minute Reservation the day before, we received heartfelt hospitality and thoughtful attention, and were able to relax and truly unwind. Not only were the Room and meals wonderful, but the Onsen was exceptional as well, helping us forget our everyday fatigue and feel refreshed in both body and mind. Throughout our stay, we could feel the Ryokan team’s spirit of hospitality in every detail, which made us very happy. Thanks to you, it became a memorable and wonderful trip. We would love to visit again in a different season and see everyone again. We look forward to staying with you then.
