I chose this Accommodation because it seemed to have a great view from the Room, and with the good weather it was even more wonderful than I imagined. The meals were truly delicious! All of the staff were very pleasant, and one staff member was from overseas but explained everything carefully, which I really appreciated. Visiting Aso has become a very special memory for me. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay. Our previous visit left a strong impression, and we were looking forward to coming back. The owners’ warm hospitality was just as wonderful this time, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Accommodation was kept spotless throughout, making it a relaxing place to be. The meals were excellent, and we especially enjoyed trying ingredients we rarely get to taste, such as wolf eel. This trip was also for a special anniversary, and thanks to your thoughtful kindness, it became a truly memorable stay. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to see the starry sky like last time, but every sightseeing spot you recommended was fantastic, and we were able to fully experience the charm of Eastern Hokkaido. When we visit Eastern Hokkaido again, we would love to stay here again.

This time, we stayed in a detached maisonette-style Room. Above all, the overall atmosphere and location of the Accommodation were wonderful. The buildings and Onsen are scattered across a spacious property, and simply taking in the scenery—surrounded by greenery and a river—was incredibly calming. The detached maisonette offered a great sense of privacy, so we could relax without worrying about our surroundings. The view from the Room was also beautiful, and it truly helped us unwind and forget the busyness of everyday life. What stood out most, though, was the food. Each dish was prepared with great care, and everything was genuinely delicious. We stay at various Accommodations when we travel, but the cuisine here left a particularly strong impression. Soaking in the Onsen, relaxing in nature, and enjoying excellent food— it’s a place where you can have more than enough fun just staying within the Accommodation. The on-site bakery also had a lovely atmosphere, and the bread was delicious as well. The staff were consistently polite and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. After our stay we needed to contact them with an inquiry, and they carefully confirmed the details before responding sincerely and professionally. Not only is it a wonderful Accommodation to stay at, but their support when something comes up also made it feel truly trustworthy. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything—the scenery, Onsen, Room, food, and staff service. I especially recommend this Accommodation to anyone who wants to slow down away from time pressures and heal in a quiet setting. When we visit Izu again, we would definitely love to stay here.

During our trip to Ise, we stayed at this Ryokan in Toba and truly had a wonderful time. From the warm welcome upon arrival, the bus driver’s cheerful conversation helped us relax and made us feel comfortable right from the start of our journey. At the Ryokan, the Onsen was outstanding—I was delighted that my skin felt so smooth that I ended up soaking six times. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The staff also kindly gave us detailed advice for sightseeing the next day, even taking train schedules into account, which allowed us to make great use of our limited time. Of course, we were completely satisfied with everything—the view from our Room and all of the meals as well. In every moment, we felt the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail, and it was clear that they are consistently well trained. Finding a Ryokan that genuinely made me think, “I want to stay here again,” is one of the best memories from this trip. Thank you very much to all of the staff. When we visit Ise and Toba again, we would love to stay here.

I had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation I visit, I am always fully satisfied with the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. This time at Fufu Hakone as well, I was comforted by the warm welcome from all the staff and was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. For an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again, Fufu is still number one for me. This time, I was also able to use a wonderful benefit from IKYU, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this great opportunity as well. I will do my best in everyday life and look forward to returning to Fufu. Thank you very much.

The moment we entered the Room, the children cheered. It was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. At night, we could enjoy fireworks over Lake Suwa right in front of us, filling the entire window. The meals featured local Shinshu ingredients and were uniquely delicious. All the staff were friendly and truly professional. We made wonderful family memories here. Thank you very much.

The property has been beautifully renovated and is very clean despite being 20 years old. We chose the standard meal plan, and it was delicious—simple, no gimmicks, with a focus on great taste. The portion size was just right. I also forgot something behind, and I’m very grateful for all the help in handling it. Highly recommended.

We had been looking forward to staying at this Accommodation for a long time. As reputed, everything was spotless, and we were very satisfied with the Room—it was a bit more spacious and had a layout different from a typical twin. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving it an airy feel. We were able to enjoy the bath privately and relax. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat large portions, and everything was delicious. The location was also very convenient, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my parent’s 90th birthday. We truly appreciate that you kindly accommodated all our requests, such as cutting and serving the watermelon we brought from relatives and portioning the celebratory rice cakes. We stayed with my elderly parents, my wife, and my daughter—five of us in two Rooms. Our Rooms were on the top (9th) floor, each with a private open-air Onsen bath, and there was also an excellent massage chair in the Room. There are two large public baths, and they alternate between men and women each day, so even with a one-night stay we were able to enjoy both Onsens with different atmospheres. The bath on the 6th floor had an infinity-like feel, while the one on the 5th floor was soothing thanks to the look and sound of a waterfall. The dining was truly outstanding. It’s buffet-style so you can choose what you like, but there’s a wide selection and every dish is high quality—the best buffet restaurant we’ve experienced. The beef steak, likely the main dish, was so tender it could be cut easily just by chewing, and the grilled shrimp—another highlight—was finished right in front of us with a burner for an extra touch of luxury. My elderly parents had recently been saying they felt anxious about traveling due to their stamina, but even on our way home from Ten-yu they were already saying, “Let’s stay again next year.” It quickly became their favorite Hotel! If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate—make a Reservation and enjoy an amazing experience.

I was impressed by the hospitality, the in-house services, the meals, and the breathtaking scenery that looked like a painting wherever I turned. I’m truly glad I chose this Hotel for my first stay in Hakuba. Next time, I’d love to visit this Hotel again during the autumn foliage season.

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

The open-air bath at Shiun-no-Yu was outstanding. Breakfast is their top highlight, and the variety, selection, and taste were all perfect. I have stayed at La Vista in Hakodate, Kushiro, and Furano, and the high quality has been consistently maintained—it’s truly excellent.

I stayed at this Accommodation as a well-deserved solo getaway to escape the daily routine of housework and childcare. It was my first time trying an order-style buffet, and it brought me far more happiness than I ever imagined. Since I usually focus on my child’s meals and put my own last, I think it was a bit of a rebound—I happily kept eating for about 2.5 hours, refilling my favorite appetizers whenever I wanted, and going back for dessert again and again… It was an experience you simply can’t have with a set course meal. As an adult, you really do “taste with your eyes” too: having dishes beautifully plated right in front of me at the counter with perfectly matched herbs gave me a different kind of satisfaction from an ordinary buffet. Even though I thought I might feel overly full, there were plenty of vegetables as well, so by the next morning I had a good appetite again—and went back for seconds once more. The soup was especially delicious! Because the Accommodation clearly puts so much effort into the dining experience, other aspects of service felt fairly simple by comparison. The bath facilities were great: high-quality Onsen water and a spacious public bath, plus an open-air bath in the public area that I really enjoyed. Personally, the Onsen felt good enough that I didn’t feel strongly about needing a private open-air bath. One thing: since there is also a sauna in the public bath area, I would have loved to have a water dispenser near the changing room. As this is an all-inclusive Accommodation, I hope to see that added in the future. I’d also like to visit other properties in the Ichinobo Group someday. Thank you very much.

Everything—from the staff and rooms to the food—was perfectly balanced and very comfortable. The staff were friendly without being intrusive, and we had a wonderful time. It’s no exaggeration to say this was one of the best Hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you very much.

This time, three of us stayed here with friends. First, when we arrived at the Accommodation, the view from the parking lot to the front desk was full of charm—absolutely wonderful—and instantly lifted our spirits. The staff were courteous and pleasant, and our Room was kept very clean. There are several Onsen baths available 24 hours a day, so we could soak and relax whenever we liked. I usually only go in once or twice, but I ended up going four times (laughs). Both dinner and breakfast were excellent—we were completely satisfied! We were able to spend a relaxing one night/two days and truly recharge. Thank you very much.

I visited with friends from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and it far exceeded our expectations. The ocean view beyond the water feature seen from the lobby, the complimentary free-flow drinks, and at night a sky full of stars. It was a truly wonderful holiday. I would love to visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Because she has allergies and we were visiting for her birthday, we exchanged emails in advance. You responded so kindly and thoughtfully that we were able to arrive with no worries at all. It was raining on the day, but you came out to greet us with an umbrella, carried our heavy luggage to the front desk, and even brought it up to our Room while we were checking in. From the very beginning, we felt reassured and could truly sense your outstanding hospitality. The tea and shaved ice served at check-in were also delicious. The Room was even more wonderful than in the photos. The contrast between the lush green bamboo grove beyond the window and the beautifully shaped white bathtub was breathtaking, and we were able to relax in a refined, calm space. Although it should have been hot outside, once we soaked in the open-air bath we didn’t feel the heat at all—it was incredibly pleasant. Bathing while watching a butterfly resting on leaves right in front of us felt truly extraordinary. Dinner allergy accommodations were perfect. Even with allergen ingredients removed, you ensured each dish still looked just as impressive as others, so my girlfriend could eat with peace of mind. Everything tasted amazing, and I ended up drinking quite a lot. The truffle rice was especially delicious—I had seconds—and I now regret declining when you kindly offered me a third bowl… I later tried to order truffle rice balls via room service at night but service had already ended, so I wished I had eaten more then (laugh). It seemed everyone had been informed about my surprise plan as well; you supported me smoothly throughout so I could prepare within time and carry out the surprise without her noticing. The charlotte cake I requested was also delicious. Thank you so much. To sum it up: choosing Miwa Yugawara for this birthday trip was absolutely the right decision. Every staff member was wonderful and highly service-minded, and I’m truly glad we stayed here. We soothed our fatigue in the open-air bath, felt satisfied with the delicious meals, and your thoughtful care healed our hearts. Thank you again for everything. We look forward to visiting again. Oh—and breakfast was delicious!

It had been a long time since I last had the chance to visit Europe, but at Shima Mediterranean Village I was able to experience those nostalgic streetscapes again after so many years. Combined with the beautiful coastline of the Shima Peninsula, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay, and I truly felt glad that we chose this Hotel. Meals were served buffet-style, and both breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard—I was extremely satisfied. I could also sense the passion and attention to detail of everyone involved in preparing the dishes, which left a strong impression. As we stayed with our pet dog, I had some concerns about our dog’s toilet needs and asked for advice. Thank you very much for your courteous support, including sending photos to help us. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude for your consideration regarding changing breakfast (especially the female staff member at reception).
