With only a few Rooms, it was quiet and very comfortable. The in-Room bath was spacious—large enough for about three adults to bathe comfortably. I liked the in-Room bath more than the public bath and used it many times. The amenities were well stocked, which I think many women will really appreciate. All of the meals were delicious, and the portions were just right—filling without being too much. The staff’s attentiveness was excellent, making this an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

On my first trip to Sado, I toured the sights by rental car and then arrived at the Hotel. The location was great, the Room was clean, and the view from the Room was wonderful, so I had a very relaxing stay. The bath didn’t seem to be an Onsen, but it used spring water or groundwater, and the water felt very smooth and pleasant. Each dish at dinner used local ingredients, and everything was delicious. Thanks to the kind service and helpful explanations from the Hotel staff, I was able to fully enjoy Sado. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff’s service was very pleasant and made us feel truly comfortable. Their efforts for guests and thoughtful hospitality felt warmly sincere. It is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly relax. We would love to visit again if we have the chance. It was our first time staying in Nasu, and it became a lovely memory for us. In particular, the male attendant’s lighthearted talk at dinner made everyone smile and created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much. We also visited for an anniversary, and we were very happy to receive such a lovely gift. In fact, we just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you again for all your kindness and care. I found Sugatani Onsen while looking for an Accommodation where I could stay with my pet, without knowing the name beforehand. It was very comfortable. I brought pet pads, but if possible, I would like you to provide some spares. There is no need to lay out the futon during meals; I worry my dog might bark, so it makes me more concerned. The air conditioner noise felt a little loud. The meals were very delicious. It is a quiet location away from the crowds.

This was our last trip of the year. We were fully satisfied with this Ryokan in every way—the cuisine, the Onsen, and the kind hospitality of the staff. There was only one small issue, but it was addressed promptly. We would like to continue coming here in the future.

I booked dinner mainly for the beef sukiyaki, but every other dish was delicious as well. Breakfast was also great, and I had an extra serving of rice. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee. Both dinner and breakfast were generous portions, and I was very satisfied. The Room is a bit old, but it is clean and comfortable. There is no toilet in the Room, but there is a sink, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. The bath was relaxing too. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made me feel truly happy. I would love to visit again.

First, I was truly impressed by the hospitality. Upon arrival, they greeted me by name, which made me feel very welcome. The Japanese-style room was spacious and spotless. There was even a homemade dessert in the refrigerator. The bath water quality was amazing—silky and smooth—and it left my skin feeling incredibly soft. My dry skin actually improved during my stay. Both dinner and breakfast were lavish, and I enjoyed a full feast. It honestly felt like the best hospitality imaginable. I definitely want to come again!

After hiking in Odaigahara, I stayed here. The friendly, heartfelt hospitality from the staff and the silky-smooth Yakushi hot bath gently soothed my body after the hike.

We stayed here to express our everyday gratitude to my parents-in-law. The facilities offer a quiet, understated luxury, and the staff provide thoughtful, seamless hospitality. My parents-in-law were deeply moved by this first-time experience, and it reaffirmed that choosing this place was the right decision. This Accommodation, standing by Lake Matsubara as a continuation of a previously built Hotel, is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 1 night with 2 adults on a birthday trip for my partner. We chose the Plan with a private chef service, and a local island chef made sushi right in front of us. He was friendly and kind, so we could enjoy the meal while chatting—it was a truly special experience. The food tasted exceptional, the portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. After dinner, we had drinks at the Kura BAR. Even if you don’t drink alcohol, there is a great selection of soft drinks, so you can feel at ease. We tried drinks unique to Shodoshima, and they were delicious. The Accommodation’s Facility is not only spacious—every corner is stylish and beautiful, and you can really feel the owner’s attention to detail. There are four bedrooms; we couldn’t use them all with just two people, but we used two rooms—one for naps and one for sleeping at night. While our meal was being prepared, relaxing in the tatami room while listening to cicadas was simply perfect. The stone bath is also large. It takes about an hour to fill with hot water, but the owner filled it for us during dinner time—his kindness warmed our hearts as well. With the window open, a pleasant breeze came in through the bath area. The morning bath was wonderful too, with sunlight streaming in. It seems you’re allowed to harvest any vegetables from the garden field as well—we picked four tomatoes in the morning. They were crisp and tasty! The fruit prepared for breakfast was sweet too. Having breakfast while looking out at the garden was truly one of a kind. More than anything else, what made us glad we chose this Accommodation was the owner’s personality. Even during Shuttle Service pickup/drop-off he responded flexibly to our needs, which helped us so much. He is very knowledgeable; whenever we asked questions about the island he could answer anything. He laughed that “the birds will eat them,” referring to his vegetables—I felt he has such a calm nature (in a good way). He also took several commemorative photos for us—and he’s genuinely great at taking pictures! You can really sense his taste there too. In any case, he is incredibly kind and offers far more hospitality than I can possibly fit into one Review…! If I have another chance to visit Shodoshima, I would love to stay at Oyashiki Stay Sachi again. One night wasn’t enough—next time I hope we can stay two nights.

I stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. This time, even though it was raining due to back-to-back typhoons, it didn’t matter at all—our stay was wonderful again. I heard the interior was fully renovated about a year and a half ago, and the Room has been updated with a modern feel. It’s stairs up to around the 5th floor, but each step is low, so getting around isn’t difficult. Our two dogs get excited the moment they arrive when they like an Accommodation, and they were thrilled this time as well. They even used the provided toilet just like at home. Since they’re timid, we didn’t use the dog run. I tried three Onsen baths, and all of them were perfect—the temperature was just right. The food is simply outstanding. The sashimi is expertly prepared, and there’s more than enough overall—I couldn’t finish everything. I especially love how Shiki no Kura serves abalone, and it was truly delicious again this time. Even compared with top Hotels and Ryokan across The whole country, this place ranks among the best. Breakfast was also excellent: a selection of side dishes that anyone would enjoy paired with rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff’s guidance and conversation were great, as were their thoughtful touches in the Room. After breakfast I took a nap and checked out at 11:00—honestly, I relaxed even more than my dogs did. The building itself does feel old in places; when I wiped the floor it came up dirty. But everywhere has something these days due to staffing shortages, so it didn’t bother me. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that prices fluctuate quite a bit during Kawazu cherry blossom season and other peak times. If it were always reasonably priced, I’d make this my regular go-to (laugh). I will definitely be back again.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. Even though it was Golden Week, we were able to make a Reservation, so this was our first stay here. It turned into a wonderful trip and we were very satisfied. We could feel the attention to detail in every item, from the ornaments in the Hotel to the small touches in the guest Room. The wallpaper in our Room was especially lovely. All of the staff were friendly while also giving us just the right amount of space, which made us feel at ease. The large public bath on the 3rd floor, including the open-air bath, was kept at a comfortable temperature that made it easy to stay in for a long time. The changing area was thoroughly cleaned and felt very hygienic. We bathed before dinner and again before breakfast, and it felt great. We also appreciated that bathing is available from 5:00 a.m. We had dinner at the restaurant in the neighboring Facility. With the short course—from appetizers to soup, main dish, and dessert—everything was delicious. We had also asked the Hotel in advance for a Mother’s Day surprise dessert plate, and the restaurant staff handled it perfectly. My mother was delighted, and we were happy as well. Thank you for helping create such a wonderful memory. Breakfast was served inside the Hotel; the egg dish had a gentle flavor, and the salad served in jars featured fresh vegetables and tasted great. Thank you very much for everything—it became a truly special memory. At checkout, you kept safe an earring I had forgotten in the changing area and checked with all guests until it finally made its way back to me. I’m sorry for any trouble this caused. Your thoughtful response meant a lot to us. After that, we were also happy to run into someone from your front desk again at “Hatsukoi no Oka Cafe,” part of your group that has recently started operating. I was very satisfied with the meals, service, Hotel atmosphere, and the fact that the beach is within walking distance! I think this may be the best Hotel in Atagawa! I couldn’t make it this time, but I’d love to come back and use the pool as well!

While urgently looking for an affordable Onsen Accommodation near Kagoshima Airport, I came across this place. I didn’t have high expectations, but the Room was spacious and clean, the open-air Onsen bath was very relaxing, and there was also a cold plunge in the indoor bath—overall, I was very satisfied. I didn’t make a Reservation with meals included, so I arranged it directly at the Accommodation, and it turned out to be a delicious meal made with local ingredients. The breakfast in particular was excellent.
