Thank you very much for taking such wonderful care of us during our three-generation family trip. Every dish, made with an abundance of local ingredients, was truly delicious and deeply moving. The luxurious free-flowing Onsen fed directly from the source was incredibly soothing, and we found ourselves returning again and again throughout our stay. The morning drink service was also exceptional—enjoying coffee while taking in the breathtaking view was a special treat, and we were able to spend a blissful moment. Thanks to the proprietress’s thoughtful sense of style throughout the property and the warm, attentive hospitality of all the staff, our whole family made unforgettable memories. Thank you again.

We stayed here on a trip with a family we know, and it was wonderful as always. We’ve stayed several times, so both my wife and I can relax with peace of mind—this is our favorite hot spring Accommodation. The family staying with us was also very satisfied, making it the perfect vacation. Since one of our group had difficulty walking, we truly appreciate you accommodating our various requests. Above all, the dinner we enjoyed here was so outstanding it left us speechless. Every dish was exquisitely seasoned, a true testament to craftsmanship that lets flavor speak for itself. The view of Mount Asama from the Room was deeply calming, and the lively birdsong drifting through the trees made a particularly memorable harmony.

Not only was the food excellent, but the front desk staff were also very courteous, making my stay comfortable from start to finish. The Room was in a private detached unit, so I wasn’t bothered by any surrounding noise and could truly relax. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and it was a highly satisfying stay. Overall, it’s a wonderful Accommodation, and I would definitely like to stay again. It was absolutely amazing!

Everything—from the staff and rooms to the food—was perfectly balanced and very comfortable. The staff were friendly without being intrusive, and we had a wonderful time. It’s no exaggeration to say this was one of the best Hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you very much.

Breathtaking views with rising steam and a wonderful Onsen. I was very satisfied. You can also adjust the meal portions to your liking. I also enjoyed a day-use bath at Shin-Tamagawa Onsen using the guest-only ticket. If possible, a Shuttle Service bus from Tazawako Station would be a huge help for someone like me who doesn’t drive. I’d be happy to pay for a shuttle bus service.

We stayed at Hakone Regina last year and loved it, so we chose this property. We had made a Reservation in February for our dog’s birthday, but heavy snow prevented us from coming, so this visit was our second attempt. It was a trip with my daughter, grandchild, and our dog. In Hakone we had in-room dining, but here meals are served in the restaurant. During dinner, we were able to have our dog sit in one of the carts provided by Regina, and she behaved wonderfully. She normally doesn’t ride in a cart, but she ended up loving it! The food was delicious, and since my daughter’s and grandchild’s birthdays were coming up, we ordered a tart cake. We were able to celebrate their birthdays as well, which became a truly wonderful memory. We also received photos. We could relax comfortably in the Room, and since there is an Onsen bath in the Room as well, we enjoyed that at a leisurely pace. The dog run also felt almost private—maybe there weren’t many other dogs—so we had a great time. The wood chips are gentle on their paws. On the way home, there was a pool set up so we let our dog swim, and she was thrilled! The life jackets and blower were very helpful. She dried quickly with minimal stress. Compared with Hakone last year, some of the staff service felt a bit cold this time. Maybe it was because there were more guests or because dining is in the restaurant rather than in-room? It would have been nicer if they had spoken to the dogs a little more. Also at Hakone before, the mattress was very comfortable and helped relieve fatigue; later I contacted them and bought the same brand mattress (Serta). This time it seemed like a different mattress brand/model than before, which was slightly disappointing. Next time I’d like to stay at another Regina property again. Thank you for all your help!

This is a highly recommended glamping Accommodation. Many of the staff are young, and everyone provides outstanding hospitality. They also replied quickly to questions we sent by message before our stay, which made us feel reassured from the start. We visited in mid-July, and since the weather wasn’t great, the temperature didn’t get too high and we stayed comfortable. (On sunny, hot days, it may get a bit warm inside the tent. There is air conditioning, but it’s not very powerful.) Basically, everything you need is provided. (Coleman BBQ grill, charcoal, fire starters, tongs, fan, etc.) This time we stayed on a Plan that included dinner with late check-in. The meal came with beef, chicken, pork, and even game meat—honestly more than enough for a family of four with a teenage boy who eats a lot. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), they were flexible in helping us store what we couldn’t finish and even switching the next day’s meat to seafood as needed, which was wonderful. Both my spouse and I enjoy alcohol, so we really enjoyed the all-you-can-drink option. The selection was so good it almost felt unfair for an unlimited plan—and we were able to fully savor drinks unique to Hokkaido as well. They also had soft drinks like Hokkaido apple juice and milk (and it was delicious), which our teenage son definitely appreciated. There’s also a toaster so you can warm up bread you buy yourself, and coffee is available both hot and iced—truly attentive service throughout. You do need to leave the tent to use the bath and toilets, but neither felt crowded at all; everyone seemed considerate and kept things clean. It can feel slightly scary if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night (haha), but there are lights everywhere so it still feels safe. There is also a private sauna available for an additional fee; being able to relax there as a family of four may have been our best memory from this trip. Spending quiet time together while listening to the river was truly blissful. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again if I have another chance—thank you very much!

We had been looking forward to staying at this Accommodation for a long time. As reputed, everything was spotless, and we were very satisfied with the Room—it was a bit more spacious and had a layout different from a typical twin. The ceiling height on each floor also felt relatively high, giving it an airy feel. We were able to enjoy the bath privately and relax. Both yukata and samue were provided, and we chose the samue. It worked well as sleepwear. The meals were just right for us since we can’t eat large portions, and everything was delicious. The location was also very convenient, and we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed with two adults and our dog. Although the Accommodation is a bit old, it is very clean, the Room is spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are also clean. The price was affordable, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay here again when we visit Izu!

The natural Onsen was very clean, with an alkaline spring quality that felt silky-smooth and wonderfully soothing. I used it three times. Since I could check availability, I was able to enjoy it privately without sharing with others.

We planned a family trip after seeing photos of the open-air bath and wanting to stay here. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick, and the buffet meals were delicious across the board—we were impressed by the high quality. The open-air bath was amazing with views of Lake Toya. The fireworks we could see from our Room were beautiful, and we made wonderful memories.

I thought it would be difficult to get there without a car, but there was a free Shuttle Service bus, so it was easy to reach by train as well. There was also a Shuttle Service to Sukayu Onsen, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy an Onsen with different water quality from the Hotel’s. The meals were all carefully prepared using local ingredients. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and everything was delicious. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain and wind on both days, we couldn’t use the Hakkoda Ropeway, but we were able to relax at the Hotel until it was time. We had a wonderfully relaxing summer vacation. I stayed here on the recommendation of an acquaintance who has visited Karuizawa many times. It was just a few minutes’ walk to Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza, so it was very convenient for exploring the area. The Room and the large public bath were both spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I really enjoyed both meals—they were delicious. I requested the Shuttle Service, and the vehicle was clean and the ride was excellent. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been even more comfortable if the TV supported network features. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Karuizawa.

Last year, I invited some friends and stayed here, and this year we were able to visit again around the same time because they really wanted to come back. I have visited several times for family events, and we were welcomed with the same warm smiles as always. The delicious, heartfelt meals, the well-kept and comfortable Room, and the bath that felt truly refreshing made for a wonderful stay. It’s already on our schedule for next year too—we’re looking forward to it. Thank you very much.

Even though we arrived before check-in, you kindly allowed us to use the Room, and we were able to relax. We also gratefully enjoyed the free-flow starting at 3:00 PM. The French course meal made for a very satisfying dinner time. You also kindly agreed to let us use the parking lot after check-out, so we were able to explore the surrounding area a lot—truly very grateful!! The bath, meals, and Room were all excellent. The meals in particular were relaxing and delicious. It was a Hotel that made me think, “Ah—I want to stay one more night” and “I want to come back.” The scenery was also wonderful, and I felt refreshed.

The lake view from the Room, the dining area, and even the bath was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. The meals were gentle and beautifully presented without overpowering the natural flavors of the ingredients. The portions were just right, and everything was absolutely delicious. We could feel the hostess’s thoughtful care and the kindness of everyone at the Accommodation in so many ways. It’s quite far so we can’t visit often, but being able to enjoy a fireworks treat this time and stay at your Accommodation became a truly wonderful memory.

Because our trip was canceled due to a typhoon, we quickly switched to a one-night stay here. The Room and the entire property were very clean and well maintained, so we had a comfortable stay. Morning walks and using the dog run were also enjoyable. Breakfast was bread only, but we would be even happier if rice were available as an option. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
