I was surprised by how well-equipped it was. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, we still didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice.

I stayed for two nights starting July 22. This time, my Room faced the Nasu mountain range, so the view was wonderful. The meals were delicious again. Since this was my second stay in July, you kindly changed the menu for me. Next time, I’ll visit with my children and their family.

For our 40th wedding anniversary, we searched for a place where we could relax in an Onsen and enjoy a delicious French dinner, and this Hotel came up. Hoping—just a little—that there might be a celebratory chocolate message plate with dessert, we visited Tamana Onsen for the first time. Dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, and we were more than satisfied—but after the course dessert and coffee, to our surprise, a cake plate arrived!! We truly weren’t expecting that much, so we were overwhelmed with emotion and almost brought to tears. And the cake itself—the whipped cream was exquisitely tasty. The quality was exactly what you’d expect from a Hotel cake! On top of that, the message lettering was beautifully done, the chocolate was delicious as well, and we were once again impressed by the pastry chef’s craftsmanship. The Onsen was spacious with free-flowing water, and it was lovely to see it decorated with traditional Japanese umbrellas and bamboo lanterns. It also felt wonderful to be greeted so warmly by all of the staff. The next day, we walked to Riganji Park’s footbath and enjoyed the cherry blossoms at Jagatani Park—making the most of our first visit to Tamana. We’ve both been busy working full-time for years and had never stayed at an Onsen Accommodation on our actual anniversary day before, so this became a truly special occasion—our most memorable since our wedding. We are deeply grateful to all of the Hotel staff for creating such a wonderful celebration. Thank you very much! Next time, we’ll be sure to visit again with friends and family.

I love Yugawara. Shiroyama’s radon Onsen is excellent, and if you’re traveling by train, it’s about a 3-minute walk from Yugawara Station. The convenient access is a plus, and I also like that the baths can be used for day trips. The meals are delicious, the staff are pleasant, and I enjoy the quiet atmosphere throughout the Hotel. I’d like to visit again.

Despite the cold weather, they came out to greet us, and their service was kind and attentive. The portion sizes were just right. At checkout, we also received a discount voucher for our next visit, so we would like to stay again.

The meals were simply outstanding! Dining in a spacious setting separated by rattan partitions that block views of neighboring tables felt almost like having a private room, and the ocean-view location and comfortable seating made it even better. It truly felt like a private space without worrying about those around us. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, packed with plenty of seasonal local ingredients, and enjoyable both visually and on the palate. The timing of each freshly served warm dish was perfect, making for an exceptional dinner. Thank you for such a wonderful time! I’d love to stay again just for this cuisine. The only minor drawback was that the scent upon entering the lobby was a bit strong and not to my personal taste.

We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We definitely want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the whole view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. We also enjoyed the drink pairing with each dish—it was such a fun experience, and savoring each combination together became a special memory for us. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Sitting in that quiet space with no one else around—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea—was pure bliss. It felt like an incredibly luxurious moment with an ocean view all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional as well. At dinner, a male staff member thoughtfully timed our drinks perfectly and shared details about each dish; at breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk to, and her friendly conversation made everything taste even better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full of coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. One small note: the road leading to the Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon with many pedestrians around, I felt a bit uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, and hospitality were all excellent—it was a relaxing stay that my spouse and I genuinely enjoyed from start to finish. We would love to return again.

I had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation I visit, I am always fully satisfied with the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. This time at Fufu Hakone as well, I was comforted by the warm welcome from all the staff and was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. For an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again, Fufu is still number one for me. This time, I was also able to use a wonderful benefit from IKYU, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this great opportunity as well. I will do my best in everyday life and look forward to returning to Fufu. Thank you very much.

It was convenient to take the JR train from New Chitose Airport to Otaru, and from the station you can walk there through the covered arcade. The canal is also within easy walking distance, and the former Bank of Japan Otaru Branch is nearby as well—great location. The Room was simple, and amenities such as hair ties were provided in the Room. However, the vanity area in the Room had a slight musty smell. The soup curry at breakfast was excellent. You can make your own Eggs Benedict, which our child really enjoyed. The vegetable salad was fresh, and the fruit—especially blueberries and plums—was very tasty. Since it was during summer vacation, there was a line for breakfast, so it’s best to go as early as possible. The night parfait on the 11th floor had a great atmosphere and looked adorable—we loved it—but it wasn’t clear whether certain time slots or a Reservation were required. It seems to be only for one hour starting at 8:00 PM, and making a Reservation is recommended.

We stayed at Noboribetsu Manseikaku because we wanted to visit Noboribetsu Marine Park on our first family trip in a while. When we realized we wouldn’t make it in time for check-in and called, the staff responded kindly and politely. The Room was clean, and we were able to relax. Everything at the dinner buffet was delicious, and our 6-year-old son ate even more than usual. The Onsen was a bit too hot for both me and my son, so we didn’t stay in long, but it looked very relaxing for others. Breakfast was also excellent, and we were very satisfied. Above all, everyone on the staff treated us warmly, which made us truly happy. We’ll be back again—thank you very much.

Although the hotel seemed fully booked during Golden Week, the service was attentive and well organized. There were numbered tickets for breakfast, but people appeared to come in regardless, so they didn’t seem to serve any purpose, which was a bit disappointing.

I stayed here on a trip with friends.\n\nWe used this Hotel as a base for visiting Ritsurin Garden, which I had long wanted to see. Located up a steep hill, the Hotel also offered beautiful night views. Perhaps because it was a weekday, it never felt crowded, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The staff’s service was very pleasant, the meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied.\n\nThe Room had Facilities that conveyed a sense of history, but everything worked properly and was well maintained. One thing: the entrance door was a sliding door designed like shoji screens, so when our conversation got lively, we suddenly worried whether we were being too loud in the hallway or disturbing others. It would have been perfect if we could have chatted without worrying about that.

For my first trip to Hokkaido, I chose Cross Hotel Sapporo as my Accommodation in Sapporo. The reasons were its location, the option to choose a Room with separate bath and toilet, and the availability of parking. After actually staying there, it was truly wonderful. It’s a Hotel conveniently located near Sapporo Station for sightseeing. I visited the Clock Tower and TV Tower, had dinner in Susukino, stopped by Seicomart on the way back, and returned to the Hotel—all within walking distance. From check-in to check-out, the staff handled everything efficiently, so there was no stress. On top of that, everyone was very kind and welcoming, which made me feel warm inside. The parking attendant was also very helpful. The Room was very clean; the pajamas were a separate top and bottom (important!), and best of all it had no odors (most important!). There was also a mirror about B5 size among the amenities—I didn’t use it, but it looked convenient for makeup. It was very quiet as well, so I could rest comfortably. I booked with breakfast included, and it was so delicious with such a wide variety that my companion regretted not being able to try everything in just one night. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Sapporo next time.

I stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included. The meals used local ingredients and were lightly seasoned, letting the natural flavors shine—everything was delicious. The Onsen was fed directly from the source, and my skin still felt smooth the next day. Despite the homey atmosphere, I could really feel their hospitality. I also appreciated that they served our meal quickly so we could go see the fireflies.

This was my third trip to Miyakojima, but my first time staying overnight here. The building feels a bit dated, as it was built during the bubble era, but it was very well cleaned and felt spotless. One thing I noticed was that the hallway was very hot—probably to save electricity. Being able to take a shower after check-out was extremely helpful, and the staff were great at that time as well. You can see the sunset and even catch a bit of the sunrise—amazing. When I come back to Miyakojima, I will definitely stay here again.

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

The service was very thoughtful. The Room was extremely clean, and the amenities were well stocked. It is also very close to Narita Airport, making it highly convenient. This time I used Narita for an early morning flight, so my stay was short, but I would like to relax and spend more time here next time.

My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

We booked the “Chef’s Choice Kura Twin” Plan and stayed in Room 101 of the MOSO building. The Room was a very comfortable size for two people. The beams, the safe room, and the steep stairs were all experiences you don’t usually get to have, so they felt truly special. The dinner we had been looking forward to was delicious. In particular, the rich flavor of Togeshita beef and the vivid colors of the corn bavarois appetizer left a strong impression. We chose an anniversary Plan, and we were delighted to see our requested message along with a ribbon. At breakfast as well, staff offered refills at just the right time, and they also knew we were staying on an anniversary Plan and kindly took photos for us—making it a very pleasant time. It was a stay that made us feel truly welcomed—both by the Accommodation and by the town! We also loved the Takehara Campbell juice listed on the lounge and restaurant drink menus. It’s grape juice, but I’d never tasted one with such clarity before. We had it again at a roadside station after checkout—and even bought more to take home. A couple of small things we noticed: Dust had collected in the basket in the washroom. Each time we entered to use the sink, the toilet lid sensor reacted and opened automatically; we would prefer it without automatic opening/closing.
