It was busy because it was during the summer vacation season, but the bath was spacious, so it didn’t feel too crowded. The food was delicious, but I felt our table was a little far away. Overall, it was good!

It would be nice to have something like a static electricity removal sheet since static electricity is a concern.

We stayed here for our family trip at the end of summer vacation. It was a special Room—the only one of its kind in the Hotel. It had the space of two Rooms plus a living area, and an exceptionally large bathroom—about the size of another Room—with a spacious bathtub where you can fully stretch out, as well as a separate shower room. The bubble-bath function had been removed, but features such as the marble flooring gave it a very luxurious feel. There were also private stairs, a ramp, and an exclusive corridor leading to this special Room, with outstanding attention to privacy. From the Room, we enjoyed breathtaking views over all of Lake Megami and the surrounding mountains. There were three large TVs, which delighted our children, and we could use the air conditioning as well, so we stayed comfortable throughout our visit. The public bath included an open-air bath and even two saunas, and the lockers were clean. From the open-air bath we could look out over Lake Megami and the mountains while relaxing in the Onsen. We enjoyed cooling off in the cold bath, watching clouds drift by, and taking our time to fully appreciate Tateshina Onsen. As it was peak season, both dinner and breakfast were buffet only; while there weren’t many items overall, each dish was truly delicious. The coffee did not seem to be freshly drip-brewed from a machine like those found at some buffets, so having a coffee machine would be nice. Next time we are very much looking forward to trying kaiseki cuisine at the basement-level restaurant as well. As an IKYU.com Diamond member benefit I requested late check-out; unfortunately it wasn’t possible due to peak season demand. Still, this is such a wonderful Hotel that we wanted to stay even longer—the Room was beautiful, spacious, and impressive in every way. Thank you also for the Diamond member gifts (a bottle of wine and souvenirs from Nagano). Since in Parking Lot No. 1 the wheelchair-priority space is shared with EV charging spaces, I think it would be better to separate them so that enough spaces can be secured to meet nighttime EV charging demand while keeping accessible parking available at all times. We arrived at 11:00 and completed check-in procedures first; the front desk staff were excellent. We requested early check-in but it wasn’t possible due to peak season; however when keys became available before 3:00 p.m., they were handed out in order of completion of procedures—so arriving early was worthwhile for us after all. We will be staying in this same Room again in the future as well; thank you in advance from our whole family for your continued hospitality. Thank you very much to all staff members.”

The 6-tatami Japanese-style room was on the second floor, and both the bath and the breakfast venue were very convenient. The air conditioning was just right, and I slept well.

The food was very delicious, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were polite and very pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely visit again.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at the reception and dining area were very helpful, the bath was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. Also, Hana-chan, the Accommodation’s character, appears in various places and is both soothing and informative with helpful comments, which made me feel that a lot of thought has gone into the details. I would love to stay here again.

It felt like the Accommodation had been upgraded compared to my previous stay. The staff came out from the front desk to welcome us, carried our luggage, and created a bright, courteous atmosphere. We had our dog with us, and it was very reassuring. I also accidentally forgot our dog’s bowl, but you kindly lent us a replacement—thank you so much. Next time I’ll bring it. The squid sashimi and tempura we’d been looking forward to were wonderful, and the abalone shabu-shabu I tried for the first time was excellent. The other dishes were also delicious. It’s such a comfortable Accommodation, and even without traveling far, I don’t think there’s another place in Fukuoka Prefecture that offers this level of attentive service. The price is also very reasonable, so it feels like a great deal. I filmed the squid sashimi as a video, but unfortunately couldn’t upload it. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here several times, but this was my first time at Kobushi. ○ There is a gap at the bottom of the Room door, so outside noise carries in easily. ○ Because there is no door to the dining area, food smells spread throughout the entire floor. Also, dinner time is set at 90 minutes, and the next dishes come slowly. When dining with a child (one-plate meal), they finished early and it was difficult. These two points were drawbacks. Everything else was perfect. You can enjoy yourself from morning until late afternoon the next day! You can play a lot and relax, and everyone from children to adults will be satisfied. No matter how many times we come, my child says they want to stay again. Regarding meals, I’d appreciate it if the serving pace could be faster for guests with children—once they finish eating, they have nothing to do.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays with our family and our dog. The Room felt a little small for four adults plus a dog, but the amenities were well stocked, everything was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. The grass in the dog run was also beautifully maintained, and our dog seemed to have a great time. Some Reviews mentioned concerns about the food, but they kindly accommodated our request as we are not fond of river fish, and the meals were actually delicious. There was a wide variety of dishes—so much so that we wished we had started dinner a bit earlier to enjoy even more. It seems the dining hall offers many other menu items besides what we had this time, so next time we would like to choose a Plan without meals and try various dishes there. All of the staff were very kind and handled everything with care even during the busy Obon period, which impressed us. It was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return for another family trip. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

This is truly one of my favorite Hotels, directly connected to Osaki Station with excellent transportation access. This time I had plans in Omotesando and also went to Shibuya, Shinagawa, and Yurakucho, and the location was perfect for getting around. The price including breakfast was a great value. As I always mention, if there were just one more something at breakfast, I think I would like it even more. More Hotels are putting extra effort into their breakfast these days, so please consider it.

The Onsen was incredibly relaxing, and I was able to unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay. I also appreciated that it is free-flowing from the source and available 24 hours a day. The water temperature was just right, and it left my skin feeling silky smooth. We had dinner on a riverside dining platform, and it was wonderful to enjoy the scenery and the sound of the flowing river while eating. The meal was delicious and had a great seasonal feel. The staff were courteous, which made the stay very comfortable. I would love to return if I have the chance.

From arrival to the lobby service, the hospitality was excellent and we were very satisfied! We would love to stay again when we are in the area!

We stayed here to celebrate my spouse and me turning 70. The Room with an open-air bath was spacious, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Onsen water quality in the large public bath was excellent. We could choose different temperatures depending on the area, and we were very satisfied. The meals were also very delicious. It became a memorable celebration. We would like to visit again.

The staff were very kind. The location was easy to find, and the free parking was a great help. There are many tourist spots and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! We were completely satisfied overall! The staff kindly checked in to make sure our dog was comfortable, which we really appreciated. The Room was spotless and very clean. The amenities provided were stylish as well. Everything for the light BBQ and the paella ingredients was fresh, delicious, and we were very happy with it. We brought our own alcoholic drinks. Making hot sandwiches in the morning was a great experience too, since there’s an easy-to-follow instruction sheet. It was hot during the day, but at night the temperature became comfortable, and we could relax with our dog in a hammock. The ger tent we stayed in was a little farther away, so we weren’t bothered by other families’ dogs. The only downside is that there are some spots where the internet connection is weak, but it’s actually nice for unplugging and chilling away from everyday life. We’d definitely recommend this place to friends who have dogs.

This time we stayed in the VIP Room and enjoyed the premium kaiseki dinner course. The Room was very spacious, the garden was beautifully maintained, and the private open-air bath attached to the Room was excellent. All of the staff who assisted us were very kind, and every dinner dish was carefully prepared and truly delicious. Breakfast seemed to be the same for all courses, but since we can’t eat much in the morning, we personally appreciated that it was on the lighter side. We also visited the large public bath, but we noticed towels left at washing stations that were not being used and some guests reserving spots. We think it would be even better if there were guidance on how to use the facilities in languages other than Japanese. Access was convenient—about a 7-minute walk to the streetcar stop. By taxi or car, you can reach major sightseeing spots in about 15 minutes, so if you don’t have a car, using both the streetcar and taxis makes it easy to get around. It was a 5-minute drive from the airport, so being able to leave our luggage before/after our stay was very convenient. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay again for about two nights in a VIP Room with the premium dining course. Thank you very much.

The staff were very courteous. It was raining, but we managed to have the BBQ under the tarp. However, the tarp leaked in several places and water dripped down, so we had to choose our seats carefully. I guess that’s somewhat unavoidable with a tarp tent. The BBQ meat was very well seasoned and delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasty as well. The French toast for breakfast was also great. We stayed in a Comfort Tent and it was comfortable. It was cool enough that we didn’t really need air conditioning, but because of the rain it was very humid, so we used the AC to dehumidify. Even with that heavy rain, we still had a good time—this really felt like glamping at its best. There were deer near our tent late at night—we truly enjoyed being close to nature.

I stayed here for an airport trip. It’s very convenient—right off the interchange. Parking fees vary depending on how close it is to the Hotel, and even the closest lot costs only 400 yen for guests. The building has a spacious layout, with a wide lobby and hallways. It does feel a bit dated, but everything is well cleaned and pleasant. The garden and lighting fixtures have subtle Japanese touches, and I felt they’ve long been mindful of international guests. The twin Room was relatively large with plenty of space, and the amenities were sufficient, but I was disappointed that the coffee was instant. The in-room refrigerator was very noisy—I couldn’t understand why it was so loud. It’s a shame because the double windows provide great soundproofing, yet the Room itself was noisy. After waking up and no longer needing it, I turned it off. Having a FamilyMart on-site is convenient! The free shuttle bus to the airport is also extremely convenient! There are also buses to the station and Aeon Mall; I didn’t use them this time, but if I’d had more time I would have liked to go to the mall. My Room didn’t have an airport view, so next time I’d definitely like to stay in an airport-view Room—and visit the mall as well. For its size, it’s reasonably priced overall, and I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

This was my first time sightseeing in Otaru. We stayed at this Hotel right in front of the Otaru Canal. It was a one-night stay for our family of three, and we ate out, so we only needed a place to sleep. The Room felt a bit small, but since we were just sleeping there, it was more than enough and we were satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the Hotel breakfast. There are many coin-operated parking lots very close to the Hotel, and the rates were much cheaper than in Tokyo. We parked overnight and left the car until checkout while sightseeing around Otaru Station, and it cost 800 yen for 24 hours. There were coin parking lots around 800–1,200 yen. The Hotel Facility was clean, with a calm lobby atmosphere as well—we were very satisfied. Amenities such as face wash, cleansing products, and skincare items were available on the first floor. I’d like to stay here again when traveling to the Otaru area. Thank you very much to all the staff members.
