From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. The Room was also clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the complimentary beer and ice cream after bathing. Thank you very much.

I stayed with my daughter at this accommodation. I chose it after reading reviews about its delicious cuisine, and it exceeded my expectations. The steamed abalone and simmered golden eye snapper recommended by the hostess, as well as the sashimi and other dishes, were truly delicious and visually stunning. There are three baths available for private use, allowing us to relax at our own pace. I would definitely love to visit again!

We stayed here for 2 nights during our 5-night trip to Hakodate. We had some concerns about bears, but the Reviews were good and there were plenty of things for kids to enjoy, such as the pool, so we decided to stay here for the first time. Because the Accommodation Fee was a great deal, we didn’t expect much, but we were amazed by how high the food quality was. We stayed two nights and dinner was different each night; the sashimi was fresh, the tempura was just as good as at a specialty tempura restaurant, and it felt like they use high-quality ingredients overall. We take family trips about five times a year, and this was by far the best value Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. The view from our Room is also great, and if you have a rental car it’s about 40 minutes to sightseeing in Hakodate or cycling at Onuma Park—so you can enjoy a different kind of Hakodate trip from most people. We also stayed at popular Hotels in Hakodate city and Yunokawa Onsen, but even our child (5th grade) said this place was the best.

It was a very satisfying trip to Shirahama. This Accommodation is in an excellent location, close to Shirarahama Beach. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we were very satisfied. We love Onsen, so we were happy with the large public bath here. The food was delicious as well. All the staff were attentive and helpful—thank you very much. It was an Accommodation that exceeded its price. We were also blessed with good weather and could relax at our leisure. It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to come again.

We had to cancel our Okinawa trip due to a typhoon. Then I remembered Iojima, which my husband’s mother had recommended, and looked it up. Because it was last-minute, the only availability was a BBQ Plan in a dog-friendly Room, but we made a Reservation anyway—and it turned out to be amazing! We don’t have pets, so I worried about odors or hearing dogs from other Rooms, but everything was spotless and we didn’t notice anything at all. The Room also had an ocean view and felt incredibly refreshing. For dinner, we thought two days of BBQ in the summer heat might be too much, so we asked the front desk—just in case—if we could change one day’s meal. They kindly accommodated us, and on the second night we were able to enjoy a course dinner. (This may have been because we originally booked an upgraded option above the standard BBQ.) The BBQ itself was delicious with plenty of variety, and eating while looking out at the sea was fantastic. For breakfast, we could choose from three different restaurants with different menus. Guests could also enjoy complimentary lemon water and chilled tea at various spots around the island. There were lots of activities: sports and games in the gym; ocean athletics and marine sports (extra charge) by the beach; a manga corner near the baths; an indoor pool; Onsen facilities; and even an open-air bath with ocean views. We truly had an incredible three days. Since each area is spread out, you can rent bicycles for free, and there is also a shuttle bus that circulates around the island. All of the Accommodation staff were kind and attentive, helping us create wonderful family memories. Thank you very much.

The stunning setting created by the sea and sunset, the delicious dinner, and the relaxing bath were truly soothing for both body and mind. I rested comfortably in a clean Room and bedding, and everything—from the complimentary late-night ochazuke to the Japanese-style breakfast buffet—was very satisfying. Being able to enjoy such attentive service at a reasonable price, I was genuinely delighted by hospitality that exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I ended up coming back again in less than a month. When I finally had some free time and wondered where to go, my feet naturally led me to Hotel AreaOne Banjinmisaki. This time the Hotel was almost fully booked. There seemed to be a sports tournament nearby, and many families were staying the night before—an eye-opening way to use the Hotel. Our family came to enjoy the sea at Banjinmisaki and to see the winged swim ring we’d spotted on Instagram. With a free rental float in hand, we played in the water at the nearly empty beach right in front of us. The kids were thrilled, and our whole family had a wonderful time. Even though it wasn’t officially beach season yet, the water was already warm enough for us to fully enjoy playing with our children along the shoreline. There’s a shower room on the first floor of the Hotel, so it’s easy to rinse off sand. If you bring your yukata with you, you can rinse off and head straight to the bath—such great convenience. I say this every time, but I truly believe the view from the Room window is the best in the world. Relaxing in your Room while watching the sunset, then setting off fireworks under a sky full of stars—I don’t think there are many Hotels like this anywhere in Japan, or even worldwide. And I feel that our Kashiwazaki trip is made possible by all of this thanks to everyone on staff who supports these wonderful moments. This time we were lucky enough to get tai meshi for breakfast, and we enjoyed an amazing meal together with an incredible view—such a satisfying morning. While browsing the Hotel’s souvenir corner, we bought some lovely sweets and a spoon like those shown in photos. Many Hotels sell souvenirs made in Osaka or Saitama—or even overseas—but this Hotel offers local specialties properly made in Niigata, which left a great impression on me. The sweets were made in Kashiwazaki and were delicious. As for the spoon—it was crafted by an artisan from Tsubame-Sanjo—and it’s so outstanding that after using it at home I honestly felt it might be “the best spoon in the world,” just like this Hotel. A Hotel that can curate souvenirs like these really might be number one! I always care more about where something is manufactured than who sells it, so I think this Hotel has impeccable taste with its strong selection of local specialties. On this trip—despite having visited dozens of times—I realized for the first time that even just browsing this souvenir corner makes staying here worthwhile. In any case, this is truly an excellent Hotel with wonderful staff who have great taste as well. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed as a group of six—my daughter’s family and us as a couple. We have visited Okinawa many times, both on family trips since our children were small and on trips with friends. This was our first time at Alivila in summer, and we were blessed with great weather all four days, making it an amazing stay. As one of Okinawa’s leading beaches, the water was crystal clear and dazzlingly beautiful, with an endless horizon… We were moved every day by the wonderful location. The Hotel was neither too large nor too small, the layout of the Facility areas was easy to navigate, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. We would be happy if we could spend next summer at Alivila again.

Once again, our whole family had a wonderful two-day stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive as always, and we truly appreciate it. A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited for the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including the slide. Both dinner and breakfast were very luxurious and made for a great time together. Thank you as always. We will definitely stay again.

I stopped by and stayed here on my way back to my hometown. Since I’d heard it was attached to a day-use Onsen Facility, I didn’t expect much—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the building’s appearance to every detail of the indoor Facilities, everything was impeccably maintained and welcoming. Above all, I was amazed by the staff’s hospitality. They anticipated guests’ needs before being asked—truly top-tier service. The Onsen uses water from the well-known Nakatsugawa Onsen source, and it felt wonderfully silky on the skin. The meal was a creative kaiseki course featuring plenty of Gifu ingredients, with outstanding taste, quality, portion size, and presentation. The room was beautifully kept, and I had a completely comfortable stay with no inconveniences at all. This is an exceptional Onsen Accommodation that I’ll definitely return to.

The staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I wished the bath could have been available one hour earlier in the morning, but I was able to use it at night at a relaxed pace, and I slept very well. Thank you.

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

I made a Reservation for two nights, but it was so comfortable that I ended up staying three nights. From check-in, all the staff made a great impression—they were friendly and easy to talk to, so I felt relaxed right away rather than feeling like it was our first meeting. Since pets are welcome, I got to meet adorable dogs every day, and I also appreciated how kindly the staff interacted with them. They even took photos of visiting dogs, placed them in a mini album, and kept it in the lobby for guests to browse freely. The shop staff also seemed to love dogs—giving them treats and chatting with them created such a warm atmosphere. The staff were kind both to guests and to their dogs. Meals during a Multiple Night Stay can start to feel repetitive, but on both the second and third nights we received one special dish each as part of the Multiple Night Stay service—something not available at the buffet—which made me very happy. With the buffet, I treated it like “If I miss something today, I’ll try it tomorrow,” and managed to try everything over dinner (laugh). Breakfast included bread, yogurt, milk, and smoothies, so I mainly enjoyed bread-based options. At dinner there was unlimited soft drinks; at breakfast there were milk, smoothies, lemon water, and coffee. Alcohol at dinner cost extra, and there was also an all-you-can-drink Plan. My Room was a spacious Japanese-Western style room with two beds. Since I mentioned in advance that my knees aren’t great, they kindly arranged a Room on the 3rd floor near the elevator—I really appreciated that. The location of the Room was surrounded by trees and stayed quite dim even during the day (so we kept the lights on), but there is a free shuttle bus for hot-spring hopping to Mori no Soran iwa nearby. From when the shuttle started running until before dinner each day، I enjoyed their open-air baths، relaxed in their free massage chairs، or lay down on comfortable cushions in their bright spacious lobby. It seems you can use their indoor pool for free as well، but it sounded lively with children، so as an adult traveling alone، I chose instead to take my time enjoying my favorite open-air baths. I bought after-bath pudding and panna cotta at the shop， returned here for dinner， relaxed until bedtime， then went back into the baths again. This Accommodation has more varieties of baths than Mori no Soran iwa؛ if you walk further inside from within大浴場 along its corridor، you’ll find two open-air baths plus scented baths、 standing baths، and more—there’s plenty to enjoy. I’d love to visit again.

We stayed in March last time, and this time we stayed again in August for my wife’s birthday. Our 4-year-old daughter fell in love with Suginoi Hotel during our previous stay, so this time we chose the seasonal Aqua Beat (pool) and stayed in the same building, Nijikan, as before. She was thrilled with Aqua Beat. It was crowded because of summer vacation, but we still had plenty of fun. The Facility and meals were also very satisfying. If I could ask for one thing, I’d be happy if raw eggs were available as well as Onsen eggs (I love rice with egg). We’ll most likely stay again for our daughter’s birthday trip next time. The cost is not cheap, but it makes for the best trip for our family (especially our daughter). When she gets older, we’d like to stay in a different building instead of Nijikan.

This was our first trip to Okinawa as a family. Although we decided to travel with a typhoon approaching, the Hotel’s well-equipped services were a tremendous help. Even on days of severe weather, we were able to spend meaningful time with our daughter in the indoor pool and Onsen. In addition, you showed thoughtful consideration in many ways for our daughter’s birthday, and as parents who chose this Hotel, we felt truly proud. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options; in particular, the Japanese dishes featured daily rotating menus for guests on a Multiple Night Stay, which was very satisfying. I would like to take this opportunity to once again express my sincere gratitude to everyone at the Hotel for your kindness.

This was my first time at Hawaiians, and I chose this Hotel because it is the closest to the pool. You can go in and out of the Hotel in your swimsuit, and it was convenient for getting anywhere within Hawaiians. They also replaced our towels a few times. The Room was very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Because there are only a small number of rooms, the front desk is also small, so there was a bit of a line for check-in and check-out procedures.

My parents stayed here because they had been interested in it for a while. Since it was a weekday, it was fairly quiet and they were able to relax. They were also happy that other older guests were using the pool too, so they felt comfortable using it without hesitation, and they said the food was beautifully presented and delicious!

I was able to visit Ishigaki again this year. Whenever I come to Ishigaki, I stay at Fusaki every year. You can enjoy both the pool and the beach, and the atmosphere truly feels like a resort. Various activities are available at the beach, and at low tide there are spots where adults can stand in the water and still see clownfish and blue damselfish, so you can snorkel safely.

I was able to enjoy another wonderful holiday. The balcony was even more beautifully maintained than last time, and I could relax while listening to the sound of the waves. It left me feeling refreshed and motivated to work hard again—and made me want to come back!

Above all, the staff were wonderful. No matter where we passed them, they always greeted us, and the front desk staff were very attentive. The Room was also kept very clean. Even the top of the lockers in the changing area had been cleaned. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.
