We enjoyed the pool for over two hours, and it was a very satisfying stay for our children. The Room had a calm interior, and we were able to relax. The all-inclusive drinks and light snacks were delicious, and this has become one of our favorite Accommodations. We would love to come back again.

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, toured Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and the interior beautifully preserves the original design from that time—it was truly charming and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not be as flashy as other tourist destinations, but we were impressed by all the nostalgic old buildings. At night we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. You should definitely ride the Nijiiro Sakana-go as well. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind. Thank you very much.

Every time we visit, we’re truly impressed, and this time again we were able to enjoy a blissful stay. Thank you very much. The food was genuinely delicious, and we enjoyed it with deep gratitude. It looks like it’s going to get very hot from here on—please take good care of yourselves and keep up the great work.

I stayed at Hotel Mukaitaki in Tsuchiyu Onsen. What I especially loved this time were the cuisine, the open-air bath in the Room, and the strong sense of privacy. Dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and the surf clam shabu-shabu and Fukushima beef were outstanding. The surf clam’s texture and sweetness and the rich flavor of the Fukushima beef were both excellent—these were the most memorable dishes of my stay. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was amazing. Being able to enjoy the Onsen freely at any time without worrying about others is truly special. Perhaps because there are only a few Rooms, I hardly ran into other guests during my stay. The building was very quiet and felt extremely private. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax at an Onsen Accommodation without being concerned about other people. The staff’s thoughtfulness was also wonderful—they escorted me to and from the parking lot at both arrival and departure. They even gave me souvenir rice balls on my way home. It was warm hospitality from start to finish.

I always spend the summer in Hokkaido, and this time I visited Niseko again after a long time. Niseko seems to have changed quite a bit recently, and I chose this place because I wanted to see what it’s like now while also sensing an atmosphere somewhat like Karuizawa. The Hotel Room had a spacious layout that I really loved, and the Onsen was amazing—open 24 hours with free-flowing natural spring water. Dinner, one of the true highlights of traveling, was also outstanding. It was my first time having a chef prepare and serve each dish fresh right in front of me, and I truly enjoyed such a luxurious meal. The service was attentive down to the smallest details, and I was deeply impressed. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first stay. (Room name: Akebono-an) It was extremely comfortable, and I was able to relax and take my time. All of the staff were very kind, and it left a strong impression on me how they always greeted me with a smile. In particular, the staff member in charge of our Room supported us thoughtfully in every way—from day-to-day needs to sightseeing advice and suggestions—and I truly appreciated it. They also kindly accommodated a change to the Shuttle Service pickup/drop-off location due to our circumstances, and they handled food allergies properly as well, so we were able to stay with peace of mind. The Room had a modern, sophisticated design and was wonderful. Everything was thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, and it felt very fresh and spotless. I was also happy that it even had a mist sauna. Above all, the mountain views from the Room were spectacular, and we could spend time leisurely while enjoying the open scenery. Also, because meals were served in-room, we could relax in a quiet environment without worrying about surrounding noise—this was another highlight. The amenities (such as Touvert lotion) were high quality as well, and you could feel the attention to detail throughout. On the other hand, there were a few points that I felt could make it even more comfortable. If a hair iron were provided, it would be more convenient for women. Also, for indoor slippers within the building: rather than using them only up to the shoe cabinet partway down the corridor, I felt it would be clearer if guests could wear them all the way to each Room entrance—so you don’t have to walk barefoot or risk slippers being mixed up. Regarding the Room design: I thought removing closet doors and making it open would not only improve usability but also better match the current modern and refined atmosphere. The lighting around the washbasin area was slightly dim, which felt somewhat inconvenient when getting ready. I moved a tabletop mirror into the dining area to do my makeup; if that area could be made brighter around the sink counter, it would be easier to use. Also regarding shower fixtures: having an additional holder positioned at a height suitable for showering while standing would be even more convenient. I’ve listed several requests above; however overall this was an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to everyone’s warm hospitality among your staff members at this Accommodation , we were able to spend our time comfortably and at ease. We would love to visit again.

After visiting Kamikochi, three friends and I stayed here. It’s a 10-minute walk from Sawando Bus Terminal. After arriving, we fully enjoyed the Onsen— the large public bath, meals, the private bath, and the open-air bath in our Room. The free-flowing private bath and the open-air bath in our Room were exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast featuring local ingredients were delicious, and there was also a great selection of drinks. The Room was thoughtfully appointed with local furniture and tapestries, a massage chair, a Dyson Airwrap dryer, and many other touches that made our stay comfortable. What impressed me most was how impeccably clean everything was. From the garden on arrival to the baths and guest room, everything felt fresh and serene, making our time there truly relaxing. This has become an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

As it’s in an area close to Zao, this was my first stay at this Accommodation. To put it modestly, it’s one of the best Accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. It’s fairly large, so the interiors and lobby are well appointed, but above all it’s quiet and comfortable. The large public bath with an open-air section is excellent, and the teppanyaki cuisine was outstanding. There was nothing to complain about. The service struck just the right balance, everything was impeccably clean, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

It felt like a getaway abroad—an extraordinary Hotel experience. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. For dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables were especially delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas, plus a separate bath and shower room and two toilets. Each Room also has its own TV. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter. As a mother, I was grateful for the in-room washing machine—it really helped to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the little time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too. It was such a wonderful Hotel that it made us think, “We want to come back!”

The “Small-portion Gourmet Kaiseki” was just the right amount for seniors, and over our two-night stay the dinner was excellent in terms of ingredients, preparation, and seasoning. The breakfast also offered a variety of small dishes, and we were very satisfied from the morning with both dried fish and sashimi. The Onsen, Facility, and Room were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely attentive throughout our two-night stay. True to its name, it provided a five-star experience and made our trip to Izu a wonderful one.

The guest room was very clean, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy the semi-open-air bath. We also made a Reservation for the sake pairing Plan, and they suggested many types of sake that matched our preferences, which made it a wonderful experience. The food was delicious as well—this is an Accommodation we would love to visit again! All of the staff were kind, making this trip truly unforgettable. Thank you very much.

It was my first time back in Yufuin in about 40 years. It has now become a famous Onsen destination visited by many people, and since this Accommodation is located in an area popular with tourists, I was a little worried it might be noisy. However, once I stepped inside, a calm space opened up that made me forget the bustle outside. This time we stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Perhaps because the building is relatively new, everything—including the shower room—was kept very clean and well maintained, and we were able to relax comfortably throughout our stay. The meals were also very carefully prepared, with an ideal portion size and excellent quality that even we, as an elderly couple, could fully enjoy. The staff kindly helped us choose drinks as well, and we enjoyed their recommended delicious sake. The location is outstanding too—right across from Snoopy Town and just a short walk to Lake Kinrin. We were fortunate to find such a wonderful Accommodation on our long-awaited return to Yufuin. It has become one of our favorite places to stay, and we would love to return again when we visit Yufuin. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay in Yufuin, and I chose this Accommodation. The staff’s hospitality was very pleasant, and both dinner and breakfast were a delight—each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making it a truly blissful time. The Onsen was wonderful as well; after bathing, my skin felt silky smooth. Another Accommodation I’d love to visit again has been added to my list.

A relaxing, tranquil Accommodation for adults. Watch the ever-changing sky, sea, and forest, and the sparkling stars; soak in the Onsen whenever you like; and enjoy high-quality meals... Above all, the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. During my stay, they never once asked for my name or Room number, and they even adjusted the end time of dinner to fit my spa Reservation. Thanks to their seamless communication and thoughtful care, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. I will be back again. Thank you very much.

My first time on the Oga Peninsula. I was lucky to find such a wonderful Accommodation, and it made my summer memories even more special. I was completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the view, the meals, and the Onsen—but the quality of the Onsen water was especially outstanding. My partner tends to get facial redness from inflammation, and in summer it gets worse, possibly due to UV exposure. After soaking in the Onsen, the redness eased significantly, which made them very happy—they kept using the bath in our Room and even soaked their face repeatedly. If I could add just one request: my partner loves ice cream and tends to prefer Accommodations that offer it as a way to cool down after an Onsen bath. We would have been happy if there had been a small selection of ice cream available in the lounge. Next time, I’d like to visit in a different season.

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2. The large public bath feels like an Onsen and is great. The shower is high quality with three modes, and it doesn’t shut off automatically, so it’s easy to use. Sometimes soap suds splash around the washing area near the door, so it’s better to rinse the floor well before leaving. The shampoo and other amenities are also good quality. 3. At the 1st-floor restaurant, soft drinks are free-flow for many time slots. From 18:00 to 20:00, alcohol is also free-flow. It’s excellent—however, there is no beer. It’s free, which is very helpful. 4. From 21:00, ochazuke is served and can be a light dinner. It’s delicious, but limited to one bowl per person (no refills). 5. Breakfast isn’t extravagant, but it’s tasty enough and recommended. 6. The parking lot is spacious. 7 .If you ask, they will bring out a hand cart for you to borrow . 8 .The Room refrigerator is a two-door type and can freeze ice cream .It cools very well . 9 .At certain times ,there is free ice cream near the entrance of the large public bath . 10.There is a washing machine in the Room ,but no dryer function.There is a simple drying area near the window.If you check in late for one night ,your laundry may not dry by morning.I did laundry every day.Detergent is also provided . 11.There is a microwave in the Room ,which is very convenient . 12.There is a desk suitable for working . 13.The internet speed fast with no stress.You can upload large files for work without issues . 14.There drugstore and Seven-Eleven next door . 15.The sea nearby . 16.With two elevators ,the wait time short . This Hotel highly recommended. If possible ,even used books would be fine—having a small corner with comics manga)and tourist guidebooks would make it even better .

This stay became one of the most memorable trips I’ve ever taken with my dog. What impressed me first was how quickly the staff learned my dog’s name, and how they greeted us warmly by name whenever we met. We never felt like “guests traveling with a dog”—instead, it truly felt as if we were welcomed as cherished family members, which made me very happy. Their hospitality was both attentive and friendly in the best way, and the entire property had a warm, comforting atmosphere. The meals exceeded our expectations as well. The Japanese cuisine featuring local ingredients was carefully prepared dish by dish, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We were able to fully enjoy flavors unique to the area and were completely satisfied. There were many thoughtful touches and services throughout the property that allowed us to enjoy our time together, and it was clear that their “dog-first” philosophy is reflected in every detail. You can truly feel how much the staff love animals, which also gave me great peace of mind as an owner. Thanks to you all, we’ve added another irreplaceable memory with our dog. We would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

It was a wonderful stay, exactly as we had hoped. The Room was very clean, every dish at both dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the private Onsen was fantastic—we were completely satisfied. Some oil from the stone-grilled Tochigi Wagyu accidentally splashed onto my skirt, but when I asked for advice, they kindly prepared a tray with mild detergent and towels and explained how to care for it properly. It was a huge help—thank you. If I had one small request, it would be nice to have simple snacks such as nuts when enjoying drinks in the lounge (a Ryokan we stayed at in Nagano recently offered this, so that may be why I noticed), but we truly appreciate being able to enjoy complimentary drinks. A highly recommended Ryokan.

It was wonderful. The Room was spacious, and the in-room Onsen was excellent—I enjoyed it many times. The private bath had no time limit, and I could use it anytime as long as it was available, which made me very satisfied. The staff greeted me with smiles. Above all, every meal was delicious and made me feel truly happy. I have stayed at various Accommodations before, but I think this one was the best. This is our second stay. We felt so comfortable last time, the meals were delicious, and we slept well, so my husband and I came back. The seasonal dishes are amazing too! Once again, we were able to relax and unwind. We also really enjoyed the simmered potatoes made by your grandfather—they were delicious. We’d love to visit again during the colder season!
