I stay here every year when I’m in town for work. The food is delicious, and the staff are always welcoming, so I keep coming back every time. I look forward to staying again next time. (I’ll be sure to visit even when it’s not for work!)

I love this Accommodation so much that I stay almost every month. This month, I stayed as a birthday treat for myself. I am always impressed by the wonderful hospitality from the front desk and dining staff. Thank you for celebrating my birthday and for the message card and celebratory plate! Next time, I will visit with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Thank you in advance.

I was happy to be able to celebrate my birthday here again this year. Not only was the Room wonderful, but the meals were delicious, and the staff’s hospitality was excellent—I’m always grateful. The towel cake in the Room and the mago chazuke I had been hoping to try made it even more special. I had a truly lovely time. Thank you very much.

This stay was even better than before—the complimentary drink corner was more well-stocked, the available hours had increased, and an all-you-can-drink draft beer option had been added, which was great. Also, there is now a take-away coffee station after breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, the cup was quite hot to carry, so I would appreciate it if something could be provided to prevent the outside from getting too hot.\nI will stay again.\nThe woman who checked me in was also very pleasant and thanked me for staying with you several times.

A beautiful Japanese-modern building and an impressive, spacious interior. Japanese aesthetics can be felt throughout, and it was a wonderfully comfortable stay—“spacious, yet instantly relaxing.” The welcome service at CAFE SKY LIBRARY was excellent, and we were truly impressed by the staff’s understated hospitality. The large public bath and sauna were also very comfortable, allowing us to unwind and recover from travel fatigue. Getting to the airport was smoother than expected thanks to the moving walkways. We were even able to enjoy shopping at the airport early the next morning. When traveling in Hokkaido, this is a Hotel we would definitely want to stay at as our final stop.

This was our second stay following our visit in March. Every time, both the meals and the hospitality leave us fully satisfied in both heart and stomach. The open view of Sagami Bay stretching across the entire window was also outstanding. From the spacious open-air 전망露天風呂 in our Room, we could even see the horizon, which was truly soothing. It was such a fulfilling stay that it hardly felt like just one night and two days. We would definitely like to visit again.

The Facility and bedding are clean, and the staff are very helpful. They kindly accommodated our additional requests, which allowed us to enjoy a very satisfying stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was unpretentious, with comforting, nostalgic flavors that were easy to enjoy. In particular, the slightly sweet tamagoyaki—just like a mother would make—the gently flavored miso soup rich with dashi, and the kinpira gobo made it a truly memorable breakfast. Because it is located on a hill, you can enjoy a beautiful, truly magical sunset. The meals feature local ingredients, including some unique dishes, and everything was delicious. The Room was spacious and comfortable for a relaxing stay.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

We traveled as three generations with my mother and my 90-year-old grandmother. The meals and the service were very reassuring—just what you’d expect from a Hotel that also hosts weddings. The bath had a sauna, but it would have been even better with a cold plunge pool. At night we went stargazing, and in the morning we took a walk to SAWAMURA. I think it’s a great Hotel that all ages can enjoy. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a suite. We were very satisfied with the size of the Room and the terrace, and the peaceful rural view was truly soothing. We could also see the stars clearly at night. We enjoyed the welcome drink and sweets, which raised our expectations for dinner—and they did not disappoint. The course meal served in our Room was wonderful, with the staff kindly explaining each dish, and even the chef came to greet us in person. Everything looked beautiful, but it tasted exactly as amazing as we hoped—perhaps even better. I ate each dish in genuine amazement. It made me wish we could casually enjoy this cuisine nearby whenever we wanted. As for dessert at dinner, we were surprised by both the canelé and the chocolate—the canelé for its delicious flavor, and the chocolate for its unique texture! It’s not hard; there’s something special inside. I truly hope you’ll try it. Breakfast was very filling. The egg dish was so luxurious that I couldn’t help blurting out “Wow!” I felt happy thinking, “I ate so many vegetables!” The bread was homemade and delicious, and they kindly wrapped up what we couldn’t finish to take with us. With meals like this included, we looked at each other as a family and said how unbelievably affordable this Accommodation Fee felt. We were also happy to purchase a lovely wood plate as a souvenir—it made for a wonderful stay overall. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it became a trip where we lost track of time, and meeting the chef’s kind personality as well made us deeply grateful for such delicious food and such special moments. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip—our first visit to Sanriku since the earthquake. We were excited, wondering what kind of Hotel it would be, and were surprised to learn that members of the Imperial Family have stayed here! There were rows of photos displayed in front of the elevators on the lobby floor. Wondering what our Room would be like, we entered the one assigned to us—and right in front of us was a panoramic view of Jodogahama! We couldn’t help saying to each other, “What a great Room!” After taking in the view, we headed straight to the large public bath. It also had an open-air bath, and we enjoyed a relaxing soak. Since we had time before dinner, we spent it singing karaoke—by then we were nicely hungry. Dinner was a luxurious buffet, featuring live kitchen stations for nigiri sushi and steak—our first time experiencing that. There were also many local dishes, and we ended up far beyond full. We had breakfast early at 6:30: a buffet seafood rice bowl where you can choose your favorite toppings. Although it was unfortunately raining outside, the sea view had an atmospheric beauty like an ink painting. It became a truly memorable anniversary trip. As we left the Hotel, we talked about wanting to come back again for another anniversary in a few years’ time. Finally, thank you so much to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality!

From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was captivated by a space where FAUCHON’s glamorous, refined world blends beautifully with Kyoto’s elegant and tranquil sense of aesthetics. The design throughout the guest rooms and public areas was exquisite in every detail, creating a truly extraordinary experience. I felt that the unique atmosphere—where FAUCHON harmonizes with Kyoto’s traditional culture—is a distinctive charm found only at this Hotel. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to enjoy dinner this time, but I did have breakfast at the top-floor restaurant. In the morning, as I entered the sophisticated space bathed in brilliant light, a beautiful view of Higashiyama unfolded before me, and I found myself completely absorbed by the stunning scenery. Breakfast enjoyed amid the openness unique to the top floor was exceptional, making my stay in Kyoto even richer and more memorable. The top-floor restaurant is known as a place where guests can enjoy their meal along with spectacular views. I was also deeply impressed by the staff’s attentive and warm hospitality. Through each thoughtful gesture, I could truly feel how much they value their guests, and it made my stay extremely comfortable. This stay was not merely Accommodation, but a special experience of fine cuisine, culture, and high-quality time. When I visit Kyoto again, I would love to stay here once more. It was an unforgettable stay where Parisian elegance and Kyoto’s charm were beautifully in harmony.

This was my first stay. Since the price was reasonable, I didn’t expect much, but the Room and bed were spacious and I was able to relax. The breakfast was also very delicious. They kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was a big help. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, making it an enjoyable trip. When I stay in Hakata again, I would love to use this Accommodation again.

The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Reserved a Standard Twin Room in the new wing. As others have mentioned, we were upgraded to a better Room. The toilet and bath were separate, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak.> We had dinner on this Plan, but it was not “mini” at all. It was a full course: five appetizers, corn potage, pan-seared grunt with beurre blanc sauce and roasted shrimp, braised beef cheek, dessert, and coffee—everything was absolutely delicious. It would be a shame to stay here and not have dinner! To get to the Hotel we used Setouchi Taxi, and they also gave us a great presentation of recommended sightseeing routes. It was a wonderful trip. I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Takamatsu.

This was our first trip to Okayama Prefecture, and thanks to all the staff, we were able to enjoy a comfortable Onsen getaway. We now have one more Ryokan we would love to visit again. The surroundings were wonderful, and this has become a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. The walking paths were lovely, and my dog looked like they really enjoyed the walks. There’s also a veterinary clinic nearby, which was reassuring. We’ll be back. It rained on the day we left this time, so next time we hope for sunny weather… There also seem to be some great shops nearby, so I’d like to explore them.

We stayed for one night during the Obon holiday period. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us. The Room felt very new and was impeccably clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. It was great to have both yukata and pajamas available. They also quickly exchanged the yukata size for us, which was very helpful. We headed to the bath right away. The large public bath was very clean, and we loved that the shower kept running without having to press the button repeatedly! Bathing while looking at the castle was wonderful. The hair dryers in the changing area were ReFa. The muscat vinegar drink in the post-bath lounge was so delicious that even our children—who usually find fruit vinegar drinks too sour—went back for seconds. Since our Room included lounge access, we used the massage chair there, enjoyed some drinks, and felt refreshed. Also, the bed in our Room was incredibly comfortable—I may have slept better than I ever have while traveling. I think it’s a great fit for those who like pillows that are fluffy, soft, and low-profile. The next morning we had breakfast at Mimasaka Kitchen. We already knew it had a good reputation, but it exceeded our expectations—the lightly seasoned side dishes and wide variety of desserts that weren’t overly sweet were more than satisfying. Even better were the onigiri made by one of the staff members—perfectly light and fluffy—and our whole family couldn’t stop praising them. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this Accommodation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us during our stay.
