We stayed here with our children and grandchildren as three generations, and it was our first time. All the staff were kind, and the meals were excellent with plenty of fresh seafood. Above all, the view from the Hotel window was beautiful. You can clearly see the sun rising over the horizon right from your Room window. The Facility did not feel brand-new, as it seems to be a renovated older Hotel, but we felt it was well worth it because the accommodation rate was very reasonable. We also enjoyed using the large public bath and open-air bath comfortably. Thank you very much.

This was my repeat stay, and once again I felt it is an outstanding Hotel in every way. The thoughtful attention to detail, the staff’s naturally warm hospitality, and the impeccably maintained surroundings were all perfect. I have stayed at other Hotels on Kohama Island, but this is the only choice for me.

After getting caught in the rain and soaking my shoes, I was wondering what to do the next day, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a shoe dryer provided in the room. It really helped.\nBreakfast started early at 7:00, which allowed me to make good use of the day. There was a wide variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the Osaka-style dishes.\nOverall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.

It’s a very clean Hotel. The front desk staff provided exceptionally friendly and wonderful service. I stayed in a triple Room with my children, and it was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing! The kids were thrilled. In the morning, there’s a bus that takes you to USJ, so access was convenient. The location is right in front of JR Bentencho Station, but you have to take an overpass and make a detour, so it can be tiring with lots of luggage. It may also be a bit hard to find your way. The breakfast buffet on the 51st floor offers an incredible view. The food was delicious as well. It was extremely crowded, though. Overall, I’m very satisfied! I’d love to stay again.

Despite being assisted by international staff, the service was outstanding, with excellent language use and thoughtful attention to detail, and we were very satisfied. The meals were delicious across the board, not only seafood, and we were impressed by the care taken to serve each course at just the right time based on our dining pace. Our 4-year-old grandchild must have been tired and fell asleep during dinner, but you kindly made a bed using chairs beside our table so we could continue our meal without having to take them back to the Room, for which we are truly grateful.

The staff were very kind, and the beach right in front was beautiful. Since it was my first time, I stayed at a different luxury hotel within the resort the next day. While it had a luxurious feel and was nice, I loved this beach so much that I came back here the following day. The weather was great, and I enjoyed wading into the sea up to my knees—it felt wonderful. Next time, I'll stay at this hotel for a multiple night stay! Having two bedrooms in the room along with a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The bathtub is only available as an outdoor jacuzzi, so on windy or cold days it might be slightly inconvenient; however, overall my stay was comfortable. I joined the morning walk program where we had perfect weather and even got to enjoy an off-season private experience! The explanations about plants were fascinating, making it both fun and fulfilling. My child kept asking for quizzes repeatedly—thank you for your patience despite causing some trouble! Thank you also for taking us to Alamanda to feed turtles. Although it seemed quiet during off-season with fewer people around, there were surprisingly many children competing over turtle food during feeding time! Unfortunately, adults cannot participate in feeding activities if they go alone since food is not provided for them. This resort is enjoyable even without needing a car; however, having simple meals like rice balls (onigiri), sandwiches or light bento boxes available within the hotel or resort would be fantastic—especially something easy for kids to eat quickly! There are picnic-friendly spots in nearby parks where rice balls would have been perfect... It would be great if such options could be ordered from hotels or made more accessible somehow. Every day now I'm thinking about when I'll get another chance to visit Miyako Island again!

I arrived feeling a bit uneasy because it was relatively inexpensive and a smoking Room. I checked in around 9:00 pm and was greeted with a smile. They clearly explained the bath, changing clothes, and breakfast. The entrance area felt spacious and luxurious. Other than a toothbrush and towels, you pick up whatever amenities you need at the amenity bar near the front desk, and you also borrow loungewear from shelves nearby. It looked like you could choose between yukata and jinbei. If you have a lot of luggage, this might be a bit of a hassle. It seemed they offered late-night soba from 9:00 to 9:30 pm, but I wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t use it. The elevator area and hallways are on the darker side, but it gives a calm atmosphere. Some Reviews mentioned odors, but I didn’t notice anything in particular. When I got to the Room, it was cleaner than I expected, and there was no noticeable smell. It felt like: two beds in a large Japanese-style room, futons in a smaller Japanese-style room, and one bed in a smaller Western-style room. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Internet is available via both Wi‑Fi and wired LAN. Wi‑Fi tends to slow down when it’s crowded, but if you connect your own small wireless router to the wired LAN, it’s comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were kept clean. The toilet has an electronic bidet seat. Breakfast is buffet-style: Western options like bread rolls with sausages, nuggets, and egg dishes, and classic Japanese items like white rice with grilled fish, natto, and miso soup. You can drink Saza Coffee at the complimentary drink bar (no extra charge), and even take it back to your Room. Very nice! It’s close to Hitachi Seaside Park, so demand is high depending on the season, but if possible I’d like to stay here again next year.

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

To everyone at IKYU, Thank you for always helping create wonderful memories over the years. We truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and delicious cuisine at Kamakura Prince. We returned home hoping to visit again when we have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was very clean. There are four elevators, so getting to the first floor was no problem. I used the large public bath; it was spacious and the water temperature was just right. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast buffet, where I could enjoy foods unique to Osaka. I would like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

I’ve stayed at other 9yard locations, and this one was also very pleasant. The elderly gentleman working the front desk at night was extremely kind and courteous. I was also really happy they had ice cream, which the other locations didn’t have!

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

First time staying here as a family of three for an event at Intex Osaka. The Facility was clean. We arrived at 9:00 PM on Saturday, and there were still parking spaces available. There is a 7-Eleven within a 1-minute walk, so we were able to stock up easily. We would like to stay here again next time.

It was excellent!

We stayed as a family of three, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a higher-grade Room than the one we had reserved. It was truly a dog-first Accommodation. Dogs can share existing bedding with you, and you can dine together as well. The dining area has semi-private seating, so we could relax without worrying about other dogs, which was great. The price may be a bit high, but it was the best Accommodation we’ve stayed at with our dog so far (and this time felt like a bargain thanks to the upgrade!). It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to stay again.

Within walking distance of Tomari Port, it’s an ideal location for those heading out to the Kerama Islands. There’s nothing to fault—everything from the cleanliness of the Room to the front desk service is excellent. The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary drinks, are impressive, and having a pool is another big plus. Personally, I highly recommend it. It feels like there are many international guests and a lively crowd. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it may not suit those who prefer a quiet Accommodation.

We stayed here as a family of three during our trip to Kamakura and Enoshima. During check-in, the staff were wonderful—they let our child try yo-yo fishing so they wouldn’t get bored, and even gave them some sweets. The Room was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights. The villa was very comfortable, and everywhere you look is picture-perfect. I think many guests stay here aiming for a photogenic experience, and in that respect you’ll definitely be satisfied. It would be perfect if you could catch the sunset too. Also, the Accommodation is quite visible from the main island side, so it was exciting when we spotted it. On the downside, you can just barely see the pool from the neighboring villa, and it’s a bit of a walk from the pool area to the bathroom. However, there are thoughtful touches—like speakers installed both indoors and outdoors that play acoustic guitar tracks—and features like a large garden. There are many points that set it apart from the villas that have been popping up all over Okinawa lately. Some Reviews mentioned lots of insects, but we hardly had any bugs come inside. On the contrary, there was a stag beetle on our pool float and that really made my day. A cat also came by to visit at night. We arrived in an Alphard; while the road leading to the Accommodation was surprisingly wide and easy to drive, the road right in front of the villa was narrow, and we had to make several back-and-forth adjustments to park. For check-in, a QR code was sent to our designated email address, but separately (from a different sender) an email with our Room number arrived from a Gmail domain. It went to spam, so at first we didn’t realize which Room we were supposed to enter. I’d prefer if they unified the sending address. Still, being able to complete everything contactlessly is appreciated. Also, drinks in the fridge are free, but we were told there would be no replenishment during a Multiple Night Stay. There is a vending machine on-site as well, but it doesn’t have alcohol—so keep that in mind.

A 10-minute walk from Miebashi Station on the Yui Rail. There is a MaxValu and a FamilyMart nearby. The Room has a small balcony, which I use to dry items like swimsuits after diving. Amenities are available by taking what you need from the shelf next to the front desk. The Room includes a hair dryer, electric kettle, glasses, tea cups, and an air purifier. On the 2nd floor, there are vending machines, free ice, a paid coin laundry, and a free microwave. For meals, you can use nearby restaurants. If you book with breakfast included, you can enjoy a simple breakfast on the 1st floor such as rice balls, miso soup, boiled eggs, shredded cabbage, potato salad, macaroni salad, mini rolls, and toast.
