I had been wanting to try a soy sauce pressing experience for a long time, so I came to visit. I joined casually, but the deeply moving stories you shared left a strong impression on me. Enjoying freshly pressed soy sauce with grilled kuzumochi was exceptionally delicious. I was also happy that there was a lounge where we could freely enjoy wine and coffee. The wine provided happened to be from one of my favorite wineries, which made me even happier. The meal was wonderful—each ingredient’s flavor really stood out, and everything was delicious. There were so many ways to enjoy the soy sauce that my excitement never faded. The Room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly kind, and I’m truly grateful for your hospitality. It was a truly luxurious time for both mind and body. Every time we enjoy the soy sauces we bought as souvenirs, we’re reminded of Maruto Soy Sauce, and my husband and I still talk about how much fun it was whenever it comes up. We’ll be back again.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

I often stay at international Hotels these days and usually come home impressed wherever I go, but this place was in a class of its own. Since the Hotel has only recently opened, it’s natural that the Facilities are spotless, but the hospitality was truly outstanding—really! My friend and I even promised we would definitely come back. Breakfast at Gion Kawakami and the rooftop bar were both excellent as well. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

We stayed here for a family trip during the Obon holidays. They kindly provided taxi pick-up and drop-off to Nagano Station, which was very helpful. The staff were attentive, and the facility was clean and pleasant, making our stay truly relaxing. The meals were also excellent. We would love to visit again in a different season. The Room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the luxurious space with a sauna and jacuzzi, plus the wooden area where you can enjoy a BBQ—everything was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of clean dishes and cutlery, as well as amenities and towels. We enjoyed the beach, then came back to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. We also shopped at a nearby fish shop with a great selection and got to enjoy delicious seafood—overall, we were extremely satisfied. The person who assisted us at check-out—possibly the owner—was very kind and wonderful. It became a lovely summer memory for our family friends as well. Thank you!

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and the interior beautifully preserves the original design from that time—it was truly charming and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned atmosphere. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend riding the Nijiiro Sakana-go. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. Choosing Dogo Miyu for my first visit to Dogo Onsen was absolutely the right decision. The Room had a wonderful atmosphere, and I was able to relax comfortably, and the meals were also delicious. (Because I don’t eat much, breakfast was a bit too much for me and I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it. I tried a little of everything, and every dish was truly delicious.) Above all, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. It was extremely hot during our stay, and one of my family members became unwell, but we are very grateful for all your thoughtful care and support. When we come back to Dogo Onsen, we will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I visited during the Obon holidays, and the drive was not crowded at all. The Accommodation was in a great location, just a short walk to Irago Cape Lighthouse. Right in front is Koijigahama Beach, and I was able to relax at the Accommodation while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The owner, the young proprietress, and all the staff were wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. I have stayed at many Ryokan and Hotels, but I think this place is the best. The food was also delicious, and I am completely satisfied with everything. I would like to take good care of the hibiscus I received on my way home—thank you very much. I would definitely like to visit again.

This is the most satisfying Ryokan I have ever stayed at. The hospitality was beyond anything I could have imagined. The owner, the proprietress, and all the staff were wonderful people, and their warmth truly touched my heart. The meals, centered on seafood, featured outstanding ingredients and careful preparation—I was completely satisfied. What deserves special mention is the owner’s 100% buckwheat handmade soba: its aroma and smoothness were exceptional. I live in a prefecture known as a soba mecca, but I have never had soba better than this. Even the breakfast vegetables were all pesticide-free and homegrown, made with real care. The Onsen water was a reddish cloudy spring that felt gentle on the skin and relieved my fatigue. The building has a dignified presence with a sense of history. In every way it was outstanding—an Accommodation that makes you want to return again soon.

I visited Hiiragiya again. I had made a Reservation for a Room with a bath and toilet, but I was first shown to a Room without them. It was still very comfortable, but when I asked to Check Reservation, I was told there had been a mistake, and you kindly arranged for me to stay in the Room associated with author Yasunari Kawabata. Thank you for your thoughtful care. Once again, I enjoyed Kyoto’s summer flavors—chilled edamame soup topped with sea urchin, pike conger sashimi, grilled tilefish with crispy scales, jellied soft-shelled turtle broth, Kamo eggplant with sesame sauce, and more—then fully enjoyed Yoiyama and fell asleep thinking of Mr. Kawabata before continuing on to the Gion Festival. Kyoto is changing little by little, but this is the beauty of Japan—and the spirit of Japanese hospitality—that I hope will be passed on to future generations.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

This is a truly wonderful Hotel. The service, the Room, and the breakfast are all exceptionally attentive, and there are delightful surprises everywhere. The art pieces throughout the Hotel are also fascinating. It’s fun just to walk around and look at them, and it’s especially nice that whenever I spoke to the staff, they gave thoughtful, well-informed answers. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here many times. Although it is an older Accommodation, the Room and baths are always kept very clean, which makes for a very pleasant stay. The staff are attentive and considerate while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The early-summer dishes this time were also delicious. I stayed at 3rd HOUSE Inamuragasaki East Wing. This time I visited with friends. We borrowed BBQ equipment and enjoyed a relaxed meal while taking in the seaside atmosphere. It felt like a real luxury—time like this is hard to make as adults. The best part of this Accommodation is, without a doubt, how well-equipped it is. The rooftop has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi after a proper sweat in the sauna—while enjoying the fresh air—is simply unbeatable. Spending time there while feeling the Inamuragasaki breeze truly feels like an escape from everyday life. The second-floor jacuzzi was also fantastic, with completely different vibes during the day and at night. We lost track of time as our conversations flowed. The Room felt open and airy, and as an entire-home rental it offers excellent privacy. It’s easy to relax without worrying about others, making it perfect not only for friends but also for families or couples. An Accommodation where you can enjoy both “the luxury of doing nothing” and “the luxury of having fun together.” Combined with the Kamakura/Inamuragasaki location, it was such a wonderful stay that I’d love to return in another season. Thank you for everything—I’ll be back again.

I found this Ryokan while looking for a trip to give my boyfriend as a birthday present, also as a thank-you for his proposal. This was an important trip for me, and everything—from the hospitality to the Onsen, the food, and the Room—was wonderful. It was a truly heartwarming Ryokan. When I asked about bringing in wine as a surprise, they responded and accommodated my request promptly and with great care. I didn’t expect such thoughtful support, and I’m very grateful. In the end, he was delighted, and we were able to spend a lovely time together. While searching for a Ryokan, I saw many reviews praising the hospitality, and after staying here I completely understand why. The service from our attendant and all other staff was excellent, making this trip even more special. We also enjoyed seasonal flavors in the cuisine, and since it was served in our Room we could relax and enjoy it at our own pace. The words said to us at departure—“We look forward to welcoming you again in another season”—left a strong impression on me. We would love to visit again.

Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, and the ayu served at dinner this time was especially outstanding. The bath in the Room was also spacious, allowing us to relax and soak comfortably. We were soothed by the greenery in the garden, and we were also happy to see wild deer. We would love to visit again.

I’ve been wanting to visit in every season since my last stay, but our schedules never lined up, so we ended up returning in July again. The cedar-lined path from the Accommodation to Hakone Shrine felt cool and refreshing even under the strong sun, and we were lucky enough to hear the evening cicadas singing—reminding me once again how wonderful Hakone is. Even during dinner we could occasionally hear them; together with the thoughtfully prepared dishes with elegant seasoning and the recommended sake, it made for a truly luxurious time. The next day, after enjoying a healthy breakfast carefully prepared, we were kindly driven to Motohakone Port. From the deck of the pirate ship, we cruised while looking at Mt. Fuji and fully enjoying the cool breeze. We’ll be back again.

Staying at the dreamlike Accommodation “Bansuirou Fukuzumi”—and on top of that, being able to make a Reservation for “Room 15”—felt unreal. I honestly thought, “No way… really?” After waiting for months, the day finally arrived, and from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, everything was already overflowing with charm. Mr. H, the manager who guided us to our Room, was incredibly kind and also took great care in showing us around the building. I’m truly grateful to have heard such in-depth stories as well—it made me realize that maintaining an Important Cultural Property involves far more effort than I had imagined. The famous ceiling painting was breathtaking too. Everything was simply stunning; outside, the evening cicadas were singing and made the atmosphere even more special. After fully enjoying Room 15, we headed to the bath—what I’d been looking forward to most: the Onsen. The indoor tiles were so cute, and the Onsen left my skin feeling relaxed and silky-smooth—absolutely wonderful. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious as well. Thank you so much for accommodating my allergies—I truly appreciate it. Our attendant was also very friendly and lovely. And thank you for providing Shuttle Service too. Being able to stay at “Bansuirou Fukuzumi,” and having encountered this place at all, has become a lifelong memory—I feel so happy to have had such a precious experience. We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog. The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. What impressed us most was that all the staff remembered our dog’s name and greeted us using it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed.
