I stayed with my elderly mother. After letting them know in advance, they prepared a Room close to the bath and even provided a legless chair, which we truly appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and each one was delicious—we were very satisfied. My mother was especially happy to enjoy many different dishes little by little. The bath was a milky, cloudy hot spring, with the temperature just right, and it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. We were able to relax and spend quality time together as parent and child while warming up slowly. Most Accommodations provide only one small towel, but here there was an extra small towel in addition to the amenity set (with towels), which I found very convenient. The experienced staff had a calm, reassuring “true hotel professional” manner, and their explanations about the facilities were very thorough. The international staff also made a great effort to explain things in Japanese, and their friendly smiles left a strong impression. I think this is an Accommodation with warm hospitality that is also considerate for families traveling with elderly relatives. I would love to visit again with my mother.

The interior had been renovated and was very clean. The bath used natural hot spring water and felt silky-smooth. All the staff were very dedicated, which made our stay pleasant.

Because the service was excellent when I stayed in spring, I chose this Accommodation again for my stay in Kyoto.

The breakfast is excellent. It is served in the Room and includes soup, bread, and juice, with just the right portion size. During our 2-night stay, the soup menu changed each day, and both were very delicious. It felt like the ideal Hotel breakfast. At check-in, we received a welcome drink along with a detailed explanation from the staff. The stay was comfortable and became a wonderful memory of Sapporo.

I stayed here recently while touring the Jomo Sanzan mountains. The Accommodation felt a bit dated in places, but it was very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The bath was on the small side, but perhaps because of the time I used it, I was able to relax both times without sharing it with other guests. I had been looking forward to dinner because the Reviews were so positive, and it lived up to my expectations—every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The presentation was also enjoyable, and it made me want to visit again just for the dinner. Above all, every staff member was pleasant and attentive, which left a strong impression. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and am very satisfied overall. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for my younger sister’s birthday. The beef in the kaiseki course with Shinshu Premium Beef was very tender, and even when it cooled down, it didn’t feel heavy or greasy—absolutely delicious. All the other dishes were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because I mentioned the birthday in advance, we also received a surprise gift, which made us very happy. The Onsen was wonderful too, and my sister said it was a shame we only managed to use it twice. From the warm welcome on arrival to being seen off at departure, it felt heartfelt all the way through—not just a quick goodbye at the front desk. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with this friendly Hotel. It is a wonderful Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again next time. I was happy with everything—service, the Room, the view, the atmosphere, and access—but above all, the breakfast was delicious across the board and left me completely full from the morning. They also helped arrange a surprise for my partner’s birthday, which truly moved us. We look forward to staying again next time.

I stayed one night in Kyoto, a city I love, to go hydrangea viewing. I arrived before check-in, but I was able to relax in the lounge overlooking the beautiful garden with a cola and cake. Soon after, I was shown to my room, which I truly appreciated. As I don’t have much stamina, I chose this Hotel so I could rest well while still enjoying the feeling of being on a trip in Kyoto. I made a Reservation for a room with views of Kōmyō-ji Temple’s main gate and the Hotel garden from the window. Including the magic hour at dusk and dawn as well as the nighttime illumination, the scenery was even more wonderful than expected, and it was truly relaxing. It was also adorable to see snails and umbrellas drawn in the Hotel’s stone garden outside the window—so perfect for Japan’s rainy season. In my room there were Gion Tsujiri kabusecha green tea, black tea, and coffee; plus complimentary juice and beer in the refrigerator. Enjoying a slow Hotel stay while watching the beautiful view and changing sky was simply amazing. In particular, there was a chocolate-scented coffee capsule called “Chocolatino” for the espresso machine—I woke up before dawn and felt so happy having my morning coffee while watching sunrise magic hour. The beer also had stylish yuzu and fruity aromas, and drinking it in a bathrobe after bathing tasted exceptionally good. From 15:00 to 18:00, welcome drinks were available in the lounge. There were champagne and white wine—both favorites of mine—and I enjoyed them at leisure. As I’m a light eater traveling solo (and had just eaten cake), pairing drinks with some potatoes was more than enough for me; however, it also felt like you could enjoy a proper dinner there as well—meat dishes, desserts, and more—which seemed great because you can adjust freely depending on your mood. I love baths as well, so I was happy that there were stylish, high-quality bath salts and amenities provided in generous amounts. Twice—at night and again the next morning—I soaked properly in a bathtub where I could fully stretch out and relax. Breakfast overlooking the garden was wonderful too; they kindly arranged seating where I could feel comfortable on my own. After breakfast each day, between attending morning services and taking walks around the garden grounds (and more), it felt incredibly fulfilling. The gardens within this Hotel also had seasonal flowers such as hydrangeas and bellflowers (kikyo). Including nighttime illumination visits too—I took three walks total: evening, night, then morning—and being able to enjoy Kyoto’s seasonal atmosphere without even leaving made me extremely satisfied. It was an amazing trip to Kyoto!

I stayed here as my base for a 3-day, 2-night trip. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to a Minatomirai Line station, and it’s also a big plus that major attractions such as Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Yamashita Park are within walking distance. I booked a Room with panoramic views of Yokohama Port, and since there was availability, I was upgraded free of charge. The Facility was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable—I was able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Minatomirai area.

The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

I visited for a day trip. The staff were very friendly. It was in a quiet location, a little away from the Onsen town. I arrived by car about an hour early, so I went shopping in the Onsen town about a 12-minute walk away, and they picked me up by car at the tourist information center. It was raining, so I really appreciated being picked up even though it was just a day trip. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to stay overnight.

The staff’s wonderful smiles, their kind and attentive service to my mother who travels with me, delicious cuisine that delights all five senses, and an Onsen you can enjoy as much as you like whenever you like—everything about this Accommodation is consistently excellent, so we keep coming back. The Rooms are clean and comfortable with a strong sense of privacy, and each Room has a completely different atmosphere, which makes it fun to try them all. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The Room was wonderful. The high ceiling made it feel very open and spacious. The food was also delicious!! The corn mayonnaise pizza was outstanding—I was truly impressed! Also, the baguette I ordered had a lovely wheat aroma and was more than delicious enough on its own! For breakfast, the chicken soup curry had great spices and was really tasty! The pork miso soup—maybe pork really is best—was No. 1 among all I’ve ever had! As expected for a winery Hotel, the wine was incredibly good as well! The staff were very pleasant, which made the stay even better. One thing I noticed was a slight odor coming from the kitchen drain. I feel this happens fairly often in Rooms with kitchens (not only at this Hotel). I’d like to see this improved. It would also be nice to have a diffuser with a pleasant scent—good fragrance helps you relax... Everything else was excellent, so I’d love to stay again someday. Next time, I plan to arrive with plenty of room in my stomach and fully enjoy the food and wine.

I arrived feeling a bit uneasy because it was relatively inexpensive and a smoking Room. I checked in around 9:00 pm and was greeted with a smile. They clearly explained the bath, changing clothes, and breakfast. The entrance area felt spacious and luxurious. Other than a toothbrush and towels, you pick up whatever amenities you need at the amenity bar near the front desk, and you also borrow loungewear from shelves nearby. It looked like you could choose between yukata and jinbei. If you have a lot of luggage, this might be a bit of a hassle. It seemed they offered late-night soba from 9:00 to 9:30 pm, but I wasn’t very hungry so I didn’t use it. The elevator area and hallways are on the darker side, but it gives a calm atmosphere. Some Reviews mentioned odors, but I didn’t notice anything in particular. When I got to the Room, it was cleaner than I expected, and there was no noticeable smell. It felt like: two beds in a large Japanese-style room, futons in a smaller Japanese-style room, and one bed in a smaller Western-style room. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Internet is available via both Wi‑Fi and wired LAN. Wi‑Fi tends to slow down when it’s crowded, but if you connect your own small wireless router to the wired LAN, it’s comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both were kept clean. The toilet has an electronic bidet seat. Breakfast is buffet-style: Western options like bread rolls with sausages, nuggets, and egg dishes, and classic Japanese items like white rice with grilled fish, natto, and miso soup. You can drink Saza Coffee at the complimentary drink bar (no extra charge), and even take it back to your Room. Very nice! It’s close to Hitachi Seaside Park, so demand is high depending on the season, but if possible I’d like to stay here again next year.

On my first trip to Sado, I toured the sights by rental car and then arrived at the Hotel. The location was great, the Room was clean, and the view from the Room was wonderful, so I had a very relaxing stay. The bath didn’t seem to be an Onsen, but it used spring water or groundwater, and the water felt very smooth and pleasant. Each dish at dinner used local ingredients, and everything was delicious. Thanks to the kind service and helpful explanations from the Hotel staff, I was able to fully enjoy Sado. Thank you very much.

I stayed on a windy day. Although I lit the fire in the outdoor fire pit, sparks were flying everywhere due to the wind, so I quickly put it out. The strong wind made it feel very cold, and I couldn't stay outside for long to tend to the fire, which was a bit disappointing. For the barbecue grill, we only grilled bread and sausages for breakfast. (When there was no sunlight, even this grilling task felt too cold as standing outside at night with the wind hitting my body was unbearable.) The sauna had already been preheated upon our arrival, so we could relax and use it right away—thank you! After enjoying the sauna, we also used the bath. The spacious bathroom and bathtub were very comfortable. The provided warm jacket-like garment kept us cozy—it was great! Additionally, we loved the indoor fireplace here. It’s surrounded by bricks with a wide opening. Watching the flames leisurely turned out to be more enjoyable than expected; in fact, it satisfied us more than using an outdoor fire pit. Due to our misunderstanding during research beforehand, we thought check-in would be contactless and arrived late without realizing that staff were waiting at the entrance for us—we panicked upon arrival when we realized this mistake. We sincerely apologize for that incident. In summer stays without fireplaces or stoves available elsewhere before this trip where accommodations were entirely contactless led us astray into assuming similar arrangements here too—but facilities like stoves/fireplaces/saunas often require initial face-to-face explanations regarding safety measures which indeed proved helpful during our first visit here! While subsequent visits might allow non-contact check-ins if feasible—it’s understandable either way depending on preferences. Regarding other aspects: unfortunately one ceiling-mounted BOSE speaker wasn’t functional despite inquiries via chat support; however alternative Bluetooth speakers indoors sufficed instead though slightly disappointing initially especially since someone accompanying me wanted testing them specifically but overall manageable workaround existed nonetheless thankfully! Lastly nearby surroundings exploration revealed missed opportunity discovering sausage vending machine shop selling unique spiral-shaped pork products located mere moments away driving distance-wise regrettably overlooked amidst rushed schedule entering accommodation earlier yet noted firmly future revisit plans ensuring purchase next time around certainly happening surely anticipated eagerly forward-looking ahead optimistically excitedly planning accordingly prepared better informed now aware previously unknown detail learned valuable insight gained appreciated thoroughly enjoyed experience overall immensely satisfied highly recommend returning soon definitely intend repeat stay absolutely delighted memorable positive impression lasting fondly cherished treasured unforgettable From the seasonal white shrimp to the appetizers, sashimi, grilled dishes, chawanmushi, and tempura, everything was exceptionally delicious and we were completely satisfied. The custom-made white shrimp kakiage was also perfectly crispy with a wonderful shrimp aroma—truly delicious. All Rooms have an ocean view, and the sunrise view in the morning was breathtaking. We had an unexpected issue on our way back, but the staff handled it wonderfully with outstanding service. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I stayed for a refreshing getaway. It was conveniently located just steps from the station, so check-in went smoothly. I mistakenly made the Reservation under a male name, but thank you for kindly accommodating us and preparing the Room afterward. We could see the ocean from the Room, and it was very quiet both inside and outside, allowing us to relax in peace. The open-air bath in the guest room was at the perfect temperature, and I enjoyed it five times during my stay. The meal was excellent—the sashimi platter was especially luxurious and delicious. The recommended abalone we added was large and thick; since it was steamed and grilled, it had a pleasant firmness without being tough, making it easy to eat. It was truly delicious with melted butter on top. Thank you for your attentive service from check-in to check-out. I would love to stay again.

It was very comfortable. The front desk and restaurant staff were cheerful, courteous, and efficient, and the Room and restaurant were clean with excellent air conditioning—an outstanding Hotel in every way. The next morning’s breakfast buffet menu was posted in the lobby, which made me look forward to it from the night before. The signature jingisukan (grilled lamb), curry, and fried fish cake with corn were all delicious. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here again.

In a small Japanese-style room, I enjoyed the sweetness of local vegetables while imagining that merchants from long ago might have stayed here alone as well. Perhaps because of the terrain there is no railway, which may help create the town’s calm atmosphere. On the way back, when I was kindly given a ride on the bus toward Chichibu, I was deeply impressed by driving that was more considerate than anything I have ever experienced. Even on mountain roads, the driver’s smooth control never caused sudden tilts in any direction, and he consistently kept safely to the left edge of the road to allow oncoming traffic to pass. I wasn’t able to thank the driver when getting off, so please allow me to express my gratitude here.
