A stunning environment with remarkable architecture. Arriving early comes with a special privilege for the first guest of the day, as a charming male staff member guided us through an empty corridor, marking the beginning of a retreat that feels like floating in the forest. The meals were exceptional and truly moving. However, because this is such a perfect retreat accommodation, certain details stood out as unusual: The white chrysanthemums displayed at the restroom sink had turned brown and wilted, and despite being the first to use it that day, there was a mix of hair clumps and dust in one corner of the restroom stall. The flowers remained unchanged for two days, catching my eye multiple times—leaving me feeling disheartened on six occasions. While I didn’t notice any trash elsewhere during my stay, seeing those flowers untouched made me wonder about how cleaning by staff is managed here. Petals are generously used in your beautiful dishes; they were delightful to enjoy and deeply appreciated. However, it left an impression that perhaps no one among your staff noticed or cared for those small chrysanthemums at handwashing areas. I sincerely hope this can be improved upon—and I look forward to visiting again!

I stayed on Friday, and the parking lot was almost full. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the building was quiet. There was no noise at all from footsteps in the hallway or voices from the neighboring Room, so it seemed other guests had good manners. The toilet had been renovated and was clean. The Room was also well cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. Great value for money—I’m very satisfied. I’d like to stay again. The cherry blossoms and townscape visible from the window were beautiful.

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.

I had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spacious and clean. It was quiet at night, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. I would like to stay here again.

The cherry blossoms in full bloom seen from the open-air bath were amazing. The meals were also satisfying—great value for money.

The Room was average, but the bath salt service was a nice touch. Breakfast left a great impression: we were served a “Hakata Tamatebako,” a set featuring several small dishes made with local ingredients. The restaurant staff were cheerful and courteous, making for a pleasant meal.

The price was reasonable, and the location was great, with plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so it was very comfortable. The Room felt clean, and the bathtub was large, so I could stretch out and relax. If I had one request, having a sofa, a microwave, or a small table would have been convenient for breakfast.

I’m glad I could enjoy visiting different baths. Since it’s a natural Onsen, I’d like to go again. The cherry blossoms nearby were beautiful too. Spring is highly recommended.

After reading Reviews on various sites about this Hotel, I was prepared for a cigarette smell, but it was not an issue at all. The Room had a TV, microwave, kettle, two-door refrigerator, hair dryer, and a power strip with USB ports. The bedding and towels were comfortable to use. It takes about a 15-minute walk from Matsusaka Station, but within a 5-minute walk from the Hotel there is Gyutora (open until 9:00 PM), a drugstore, and a post office, which was convenient. The staff provided a thorough explanation at check-in. After check-in, you keep the key yourself and simply leave it before 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. As mentioned in some Reviews, there were partially eaten food items and drinks left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Next time I stay here, I plan to check inside the refrigerator while staff are present.

Since my relatives’ family home is in Shimada City, I stayed here during my visit. We had lunch at KADODE OOIGAWA and enjoyed seeing the Thomas the Tank Engine with my grandchild—it was truly fun. However, I regret eating too much at lunch and not being able to finish Sanpotei’s dinner. Honestly, it was an excellent meal for the price. Breakfast was all handmade and served warm; the slightly sweet rolled omelet, hijiki seaweed, dried horse mackerel, and more were comforting and delicious. It’s a simple Accommodation in town, but after crossing Horai Bridge, it was a great place to rest and soothe pleasantly tired bodies. Thank you very much.

Wanting to show my support for Fukushima as it continues its recovery, I stayed at this Hotel as a base to visit the Nuclear Disaster Archive, Ukedo Elementary School, Futaba Super Zero Mill, and the Reconstruction Memorial Park. When I called in advance, perhaps because it is a new Hotel, I felt a bit uneasy about the phone response; however, once I arrived, aside from it being hard to tell from the main entrance that the front desk is on the second floor, all of the staff were very smooth and helpful, and my stay was extremely comfortable. The amenities are excellent—I was happy to find ReFa hair dryers and shampoo. And the bath towels were so light and comfortable! I’ve never been impressed by towels at any Hotel before. Once I realized they were Zero Mill towels, it made perfect sense. I bought some towels thinking they would be for guests, but I’m going to start using them myself right away! The restaurant meals were also delicious. Dinner was so good that my sister even said, “Breakfast should be great too,” and looked forward to it. There was an Akabeko displayed with the local ingredients—cute and easy to understand—and everything tasted great. The Futaba bookshelf had picture books organized by theme as well… My stay was too short to take my time browsing (and reading), but with features like this and the spa as well—and with pleasant breezes and the sound of waves—it seems like an Accommodation you could really enjoy staying at.

The Facility is newly renovated, very clean, and highly satisfactory. The water facilities were also spotless. The space was used luxuriously, making it very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Having a convenience store just 10 seconds away on foot was very convenient.

It was very clean. I didn’t have any unpleasant experiences at all. Since it’s inside a building, the view from the window was understandably limited.

Thank you very much for taking care of us for one night and two days. The staff service was wonderful, with bright, friendly smiles. Monday breakfast was delicious and included Toyama specialties; it was spacious, and everything such as croissants, rice, side dishes, miso soup, and more was tasty. The restaurant staff also had great smiles. Since it was a smoking Room, I felt the ventilation was not very good; unless I smoked with the bathroom and toilet door open, it became smoky. The air conditioner was slightly dirty and had an odor. However, we were able to stay at a reasonable price, so overall it was good. If we have the opportunity again, we would be happy to stay again.

We stayed here as a base for sightseeing in Higashimokoto and Abashiri. The Room was incredibly clean!! There were three beds, yet it still felt spacious, and best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate. For bathing, we used a nearby Onsen with an Accommodation guest discount and could enter for 350 yen. The Japanese set breakfast was delicious, and there’s also a convenience store right nearby. It was a stay with absolutely no complaints.

I was looking for an affordable Accommodation for a 10-night Multiple Night Stay and ended up here. The toilet and bathroom are shared, but having a private Room at this price is truly appreciated. The location is also great—right near Chion-in Temple, and within walking distance of Gion-Shijo and Heian Shrine. (I even walked to Ginkaku-ji.) The landlady is usually there from around 9:00 to 21:00, which made me feel safe. The Room and bathrooms are clean, and both the landlady and other guests are friendly, making it very comfortable. In the dining area there is a toaster, microwave, and hot/cold water dispenser, so you can do simple cooking. Free coffee and tea are also available, so I enjoyed a relaxed breakfast every day. Highly recommended!

We stayed here after the Neputa Festival and because we planned to sightsee along the west coast of Aomori the next day, and found it very convenient. Since it was after the festival ended, we arrived around 10:00 p.m., but even though it was described as a light meal, we were able to enjoy a satisfying dinner. The Facility and amenities were solidly built, and you could feel their age. As a resort property, it also let us experience Aomori’s great nature, and the Onsen was excellent. If I had to mention one thing, I didn’t mind clearing away our dishes ourselves, but this wasn’t clearly communicated, and there were also a few staff members who seemed somewhat inexperienced. Overall it offered excellent value for money, and I would like to stay again.

Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.

Since there are no convenience stores between Bingo-Shobara Station and the Hotel, I chose the breakfast-included plan. There were several rice cookers, but they were small household-sized ones, and it didn’t feel like you could get seconds. I think it would be better to use larger rice cookers so guests can have refills.
