The room design was excellent, and the cute flowers placed here and there added a warm touch. The food was outstanding, and we enjoyed it at our own pace with in-room dining. The staff who served us were pleasant, and all other staff members were attentive, leaving no room for any unpleasant experiences. We would definitely love to stay again!

The Hotel is within walking distance of Oshidomari Terminal. Breakfast and dinner were served individually, so we could enjoy our meals at a relaxed pace. The food was delicious, including sea urchin, salmon roe, sashimi, and hokke. All the front desk staff were kind, and even though we came from Rebun Island, they also arranged Shuttle Service to the airport on our departure day. The service was courteous and attentive.

It’s a clean and nice Facility. I’ll stay here again when I visit Isesaki.

A memorable Hotel where we stayed as a family. We stayed again for the first time in over a decade. The Room seemed to have been renovated, and compared to our previous stay it had a chic, more mature atmosphere. With an ocean view, the sound of the waves and wind and the calls of birds became background music—it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were also friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. We will definitely come back to stay again.

The bath is a bit old-fashioned, but the Onsen water was wonderfully silky and excellent. As others have mentioned, the building is older and has quite a few stairs, but it has been nicely renovated and thoroughly cleaned, so it didn’t bother us and we were comfortable. The Accommodation staff were also very kind.

I stayed here while snow was gently falling. It was a huge help that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. I stayed in Room 203. It’s a room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The room was very spacious, with a latest-model TV, a ReFa showerhead, a wide vanity, and a bathtub with a washing area. The toilet was fully automatic as well—everything was excellent. All amenities were MIKIMOTO. My hair usually feels rough when I use Hotel shampoo, but at this Accommodation it stayed smooth and silky. There is an guests-only lounge, and it was a lovely service that coffee, tea, and more were available freely until midnight. I also appreciated being able to take drinks back to my Room. I had coffee at check-in, and it matched my taste perfectly—really delicious. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was 100/100. I’ve eaten at luxury Hotels before, but this may have been the best I’ve ever had. Everything was wonderful, but what especially stood out were the yuzu-scented okara (unohana), fu dengaku, the white-dashi miso soup, and the dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). When I mentioned it was my birthday this time, they decorated the guest room beautifully and even offered matcha—such thoughtful hospitality. All staff members were incredibly kind, with such a warm and homey atmosphere that made it easy to talk to them. Watching how warmly they treated other guests also made me feel happy. I think this is the best Accommodation—one that welcomes you warmly whether it’s for a special occasion or not. Next time I visit, I’ll come specifically to enjoy an unhurried Hotel stay. Stayed one night during Golden Week. Much better than the major Hotel we stayed at the previous day. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Onsen seemed medicinal. There is a designated smoking area on the premises, available 24 hours a day. Dog crates are available for loan, and pet amenities are well provided.

I stayed in a twin Room with my wife for our son’s graduation and move. In addition to the unit bath, there was also a separate washbasin area, so we didn’t waste time waiting for each other during morning showers and could both make good use of our busy mornings. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

The Room was spacious, bright, and clean, and we were very satisfied. We stayed as a group of six across two generations including children, and the 2LDK layout was perfect. Since two of us are smokers, we were also able to relax and smoke in the Room, which made everything even better. We would like to stay again. We checked various sites, but in the end IKYU offered the best price and felt the most reliable.

We stayed for one night before Obon as a trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday. Although it is a bit away from the stone-paved street, it was a quiet and charming accommodation. The staff were friendly and kind with warm smiles! The room was spacious, and the meals were delicious. The attentive service by the dining staff was very much appreciated. The bath included an indoor open-air option, and there were various hair dryers from different brands available to try out, which was great! Near the front desk, there were board games that everyone could enjoy together. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

We stayed in a special room. The service during the meal was excellent. We had the pufferfish course, and we would have been happier if it had been a bit more luxurious. Given the reasonable price, we were satisfied overall. Thank you very much.

The Room was small but clean, and the bath had sufficient water pressure and volume, so I was able to soak and relax. Breakfast was also satisfying; the croissants were especially delicious, and although there were not many side dishes, it was enough. For this price and quality, I would stay again next time.

As I prefer sleeping on a futon in a Japanese-style room, I was able to relax and sleep very comfortably. I went hiking the next day, so it really helped that I could get a good rest. The bath, toilet, and washbasin were clean and felt just like home, which was great. I would love to stay here again.

Because it is close to Ginza, I used it for an overnight stay only and returned late. There was no bathtub, but the multifunction showerhead and body jet feature helped me feel refreshed. I would like to stay again.

It was a Hotel in a peaceful location with views from the window of rice fields after planting. The room was functionally compact, and I was able to stay very comfortably. Thank you.

The front desk staff are very kind. There are two bath temperatures, which is great because you won’t overheat. Having a microwave was helpful for heating up convenience store meals. At night, the noise from the neighboring Room can be a bit bothersome. It’s a great service to be able to use the bath after skiing and then head home.

I stayed here during the Tatebayashi Tezutsu Fireworks Festival. When I made my Reservation, only a smoking room was available, which was disappointing. So I called the day before to ask—just in case—and was told that they could Change the Reservation if a non-smoking room became available on the day. Since it was fireworks day, I didn’t think there would be any chance, but they contacted me that day to say they could switch me to a non-smoking room. Thanks to that change, I had a very comfortable stay. I was truly happy that they remembered my request—even though I was just one guest and it was my first stay—and took the time to reach out. This is what thoughtful service looks like, and I’m very grateful. I’d love to stay again next year.

I stayed for one night because a family member was being discharged early in the morning. It’s very convenient since it’s close to both the station and the hospital. I booked a non-smoking Room, and I wasn’t thrilled to learn there was a smoking area on the floor, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell. The unit bath was fairly spacious, and I also liked that the sink area was separate. However, due to my misunderstanding, I thought Kikonai also charged an Accommodation Tax, so I asked a male staff member at the front desk what the difference is between places that charge it and places that don’t. His response was basically “Why are you asking me?” When I looked into it more closely, it seems all of Hokkaido may be subject to an Accommodation Tax. I’ll check later, but since it’s a Hotel-related question, I would have appreciated an answer (sorry for my ignorance). Also, I wasn’t told that there were no amenities in the Room and that I needed to pick them up at the front desk. It was a hassle to go get them, but since I had stayed at a friend’s place until the day before and still had some with me, I used those instead. I’m glad I kept them with me rather than packing them away. There were cars with license plates from many different areas around Hokkaido, but the Hotel itself was quiet and nice. There are convenience stores and izakaya nearby as well, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. If I go to Kikonai again, I’d like to stay here again. One thing I found strange is why staying on Monday costs more than staying on Sunday. (Sorry again for my lack of knowledge.) Most other places are cheaper on weekdays—just something I wondered about.
