Although it is a long-established Hotel, it was clean just as the Reviews said. We made good use of the water dispenser and microwave. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to stay here.

I stayed on a weekday, and even though I made the Reservation just a few days in advance, it was surprisingly affordable. The exterior looks a bit dated, but while the tatami mats in the Room have a few minor stains, they feel relatively new and were comfortable. The shared bath on the 4th floor has a nostalgic stainless-steel tub. It’s about the right size for two people; I used it before 3:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, and it was nearly empty and very relaxing.

Although some fixtures, such as the sink, felt a bit old, everything was clean and we had no problems at all. There was an outlet by the bed, which was convenient. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by our late check-in, and thank you for kindly accommodating us. Since it was inexpensive, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it was a very good Hotel. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision.

I stayed here because it was close to the event venue, reasonably priced, and offered free parking. The building is quite old, but the front desk staff were very helpful. Even when I came back late after our party, my key was waiting at the front desk with a note, which really impressed me. There was also a message in my Room, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The shower facilities had been renovated and were great. However, when it was time to sleep, there was a noise—maybe from the air conditioning or a ventilation fan—that bothered me and made it hard to fall asleep. Still, since I had been drinking, it was within an acceptable range. After all, it’s an old building. Overall, I’m glad I chose this Hotel for its reasonable price and warm hospitality. They also made me a membership card, so I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here after an event at Kaki-yasu Hall. The Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

This time, I stayed in a corner Room (Type C) on the top floor (4th floor). Because it was a semi-open-air bath with 24-hour circulation, I could use it anytime without the hassle of filling the tub, which was great. I chose a Plan without meals, so I stocked up at a local supermarket before arriving, but the selection of frozen foods and boxed meals there was limited and overpriced—I wish I had shopped at Don Quijote across from Marine Town instead. The check-in process at the Accommodation is a bit unfriendly and may be confusing for first-time guests. You open the sliding window by the stairs on the 1st floor and operate via a touch-panel monitor, but you need to enter your Reservation Number or QR code. You also need to enter information for accompanying guests along with the Reserver’s details, so it would be better if this were explained in advance in the Reservation instructions. It also would have helped to know beforehand that you must pay a Hot Spring Tax of 300 yen per person at check-in. *Depending on the booking site, this information may have been provided. The Room was very clean, and unlike typical hotels, there are plenty of power outlets—so charging devices shouldn’t be an issue. There are also outlets by the bedside (upper area) along with lighting, which is convenient if you charge your phone while sleeping. Free Wi-Fi was available; with three other guest groups (judging by the number of cars in the parking lot), speeds were reasonably good. Getting to the Accommodation may take some effort due to rough road conditions. If you take the road marked “No entry except Minori Village personnel,” it works as a shortcut and you can reach it without problems; however, if you simply follow GPS directions, you may end up on narrow roads and taking a longer route—so checking in advance is recommended. If you’re lucky with other guests, it’s quiet and ideal for relaxing indoors at your own pace. If that concept suits you, I think it’s an excellent Accommodation.

The best thing is how quiet it is. The front desk is not staffed at all times, and you don’t need to leave your key when you go out, so you can stay here without any hassle. The single rooms are also larger and more comfortable than those in a Business Hotel. There is a coin laundry and a public bath, and parking is free. You can reach Yonaha Maehama Beach right away by walking through the property, making early-morning or sunset strolls wonderful.

We would be happy to stay here again next time.

Only children aged 20 and under stayed with you. We expected to check in after 11:00 PM, so we chose this Hotel partly because it is close to the station and you can walk there along a main road the whole way. At check-in, the Hotel properly called a parent/guardian to confirm, and they also took safety into consideration for our Room, which made us feel at ease. The next day the kids were going to Disney; Urayasu is just two stops away by train, and even taking a taxi from there is quick. Highly recommended.

I stayed during the Garasha Festival. The plug of my charger broke, and I was about to run to a convenience store, but I found a USB port behind the bed and was able to charge my device—such a relief! The toilet seat felt a bit small, but everything else was comfortable. I didn’t include breakfast in my stay, but the staff kindly recommended nearby restaurants—thank you! I’d love to stay here again.

I stayed for one night on business, and although the price was very reasonable, the room was clean and the amenities were more than sufficient. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Not overbearing, with no tired expressions and no forced smiles. Everything was accurate and appropriate, so I could stay with peace of mind. The parking lot is also designed to be easy to use. As my visits to Narita will increase, I’ll be staying here frequently from now on.

While looking for a Hotel near Kumagaya Station, I chose this one because it was the cheapest and had great Reviews. I expected a somewhat retro Hotel, but since I was mainly focused on price for just one night, I didn’t have any particular expectations. However, just as the Reviews said, the moment I entered the Hotel it smelled wonderful, and all of the staff (mostly older women) were truly kind and pleasant. Their thoughtful attention and friendly words came so naturally that I was genuinely impressed!! The Room was more spacious than I expected and very well cleaned, so the age of the building didn’t bother me at all. I’ve stayed at several Hotels in front of or near the station before, but if you’re staying with No Meals Included, this is by far my top recommendation! I probably won’t be going to Kumagaya again, but I wish I had stayed at this Hotel sooner. Every staff member I met in the Hotel left a great impression—such a wonderful place. Thank you very much!

It’s very convenient—close to the station and with a convenience store nearby. I had an early morning, so I stayed with No Meals Included. I didn’t use the bath. I checked in an hour earlier than scheduled, but the staff kindly accommodated me, which was reassuring. It was my first time staying at APA, so I didn’t know how to check out, but it was very easy. Having two bottles of water included was also a big help. The room is compact, but well organized with no wasted space, which I really liked. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

It was a stay for seniors, but we had a satisfying experience.

I stayed here during my trip to Osaka. The bedroom, living room, and separate bath and toilet made it feel spacious and relaxing, like being at home. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept very well. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

The kitchen and bathroom facilities were as well-equipped as those in an apartment, but it was disappointing that the balcony was not properly cleaned.

I have stayed here several times, but this was my first time in a Japanese-style room with beds. It was excellent. I look forward to staying again.
