My parents, my younger brother, my child, and I stayed here using two cars this time. Since there is a drop-off parking area in front of the Hotel, it was easy to unload and check in with my child, and we could take our luggage to the Room in one trip. The parking lot was also close by, spacious, and easy to park in! The Room was clean, and my child made a beeline for the hammock chair! They enjoyed it with a big smile—and it was fun for adults to use too. My child was fascinated by the manual coffee grinder provided in the Room. They ground the beans themselves and made coffee for the whole family! My parents were delighted by coffee prepared by their grandchild. Seeing my child look so proud was adorable! We used the baths a lot (we tried all of the private baths), so being able to get drinks and replenish salt anytime was really appreciated. The meals were delicious—I ate so much I felt stuffed (lol). It was great that my child, who usually watches a lot of TV, had so much fun playing table tennis—we all enjoyed it as a family! My child got the most exercise there. We also enjoyed karaoke—there never seemed to be enough time. All of the staff were kind and attentive with their explanations and support, which made our stay very comfortable. We would love to stay again!

The bath was labeled “Güell Hot Spring,” and when I looked closely, the washing area was designed to resemble the benches in Park Güell. I had just visited the Sagrada Família last month for the 100th anniversary of Gaudí’s death. Park Güell is also one of Gaudí’s works. I never expected to find a bath that reminded me of Gaudí at a Hotel in Biei, so I was surprised. The water was very nice. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of dishes, which was great. The melon served at dinner was delicious. The Room felt new and very clean. I’d like to stay again.

Thank you for taking care of us on the final day of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Nikko. Away from the lively area around Toshogu Shrine, we were able to savor Nikko deeply and quietly. From arrival to departure, every member of the Accommodation spoke to us warmly with a smile, and we spent our time feeling truly relaxed. The amenities in the Room and the drink service were also thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details, and we did not feel inconvenienced in any way. The meals and Onsen we had been looking forward to most were absolutely wonderful, making these two days a truly happy time. Nikko’s water is excellent, and the coffee brewed with it was especially delicious—I even bought some beans on my way home. I’d like to brew coffee once more with the water you kindly gave us and reminisce about our trip to Nikko. I am also grateful for your courteous phone call when I carelessly left something behind in the Room, and for sending it promptly. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of our family of four for one night and two days. One of us was delayed due to work and might not have made it in time for dinner. When we informed the staff, they kindly changed our dining Room and made various thoughtful arrangements so that even if we arrived late, we could relax without rushing. We were in a difficult situation, and I was truly moved by your deep hospitality. I asked for their name, but they said, “We all do this together...” To Mr./Ms. K-sawa and all the staff members at the dinner venue, thank you very much for everything. I was deeply impressed. We will come again. Thank you so much!!

I made a Reservation about two weeks in advance for a university open campus event. I was looking for a twin-bed Room, so I was relieved to secure one. It’s a bit far from the station, but it’s located roughly halfway between the university and the station. I couldn’t find a convenience store nearby, so it’s best to buy what you need around the station before heading over. The Room had air conditioning and felt clean. Amenities are available on the first floor for guests to take freely. Meals were served on the 13th floor, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options and a great view. The salmon and rolled omelet set was delicious, as were the apple pie and apple sorbet.

Every year during the Obon holiday season, I stay here to avoid the crowds. It feels like there are more tourists each year, but it still never feels crowded, and I love being able to relax and fully enjoy nature. This year, a typhoon caused a power outage across the entire area on our first day, and the electricity went out around 7:00 PM right at dinnertime. It was inconvenient in many ways, but the meal was still lavish and delicious, and during the outage we managed with other guests using our phone lights. However, it wasn’t just that we couldn’t use electricity—there was no air conditioning, running water, or even toilets available until power was restored at 11:00 PM, which honestly made us anxious. Even so, the staff repeatedly brought us drinking water and even offered Shuttle Service by car to nearby restrooms in a small pocket park so we wouldn’t feel uneasy. Their warm support truly meant a lot to us. After the power came back on—even though it was late at night—they came to inspect the open-air bath in our Room as well. Thanks to that, we could relax with peace of mind in the Onsen and go to sleep feeling refreshed. Because they have their own private hot spring source, hot water pours into the in-room open-air bath with incredible force nonstop. I couldn’t help asking, “Is it really okay to let it run this much?!”—and they told me this is one of Tomiya’s proud features. We gratefully enjoyed the open-air bath many times and my skin felt wonderfully smooth. When you stay two nights, the menu changes as well—and everything is so luxurious you can hardly finish it all. Between the food and especially the warm hospitality from everyone on staff, we had another wonderful two-night stay. Because there aren’t many tourist attractions nearby, you can enjoy a truly luxurious trip focused on rest and refreshment without being rushed from place to place. Thank you again for such a lovely time this year. We’ll be back again next year.

We stayed at this Hotel as the final stop of our three-night, four-day trip. We had originally planned to arrive in the morning, so we asked in advance whether we could leave our luggage, and they kindly agreed. However, we had car trouble along the way and didn’t arrive until after 4:00 p.m. At check-in, they handled everything smoothly without any reproach, which was a relief. On the day we arrived, bears had apparently been spotted several times, and some areas were closed until around 3:00 p.m. depending on the location. It was reassuring to see how seriously and thoughtfully they approached bear safety measures. Dinner far exceeded my expectations—I became a big fan. The wine pairing was also very generous compared with typical Hotels: champagne plus white, red, and rosé wines matched to each course, and even a craft gin as an after-dinner drink. We were extremely satisfied with both the food and drinks. Breakfast was also excellent—a delicious Japanese-Western spread including their signature tonjiru (pork miso soup). By chance, we were the only participants for the 6:00 a.m. nature guide walk, making it an almost too-luxurious hour. With explanations along the way, everyday plants, birds, and misty morning scenery became much more vivid and enjoyable—it was a wonderful morning walk. Thank you very much. I also recommend adding them as a LINE friend in advance for special perks. It was a truly fulfilling and memorable stay, and we would love to return again.

Last year, I invited some friends and stayed here, and this year we were able to visit again around the same time because they really wanted to come back. I have visited several times for family events, and we were welcomed with the same warm smiles as always. The delicious, heartfelt meals, the well-kept and comfortable Room, and the bath that felt truly refreshing made for a wonderful stay. It’s already on our schedule for next year too—we’re looking forward to it. Thank you very much.

This was our fourth stay including Hatago, and each time we have chosen a different type of Room, enjoying a truly wonderful time. Every Room has its own character, and this one was spacious; the private open-air kinsen bath attached to the Room was also very comfortable. It was such a lovely stay that I’m already looking forward to returning and wondering when we can visit again. The cuisine, which has always been delicious, felt even more refined—beautiful to look at, enticing, and deeply satisfying. Watching the chefs finish the dishes right in front of us and being able to speak with the kitchen staff directly was a delight. At breakfast, I asked all sorts of questions about how to make dashimaki tamago properly (something I never manage well), and although I may have been a bother, they kindly taught me tips in detail—I was truly impressed. My husband has an egg allergy and had avoided eggs for many years despite loving them; however, he recently found that he is fine as long as they are not raw. When we mentioned this, you cooked them thoroughly for him, and he happily finished everything. Also, when I noted at the time of Reservation that it was a birthday trip, you prepared a beautiful watermelon garnish with celebratory lettering. We were touched by everyone’s thoughtful attention to detail, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much. P.S. We are sorry for the trouble after leaving something behind—thank you sincerely for noticing immediately and sending it to us so promptly with such courteous care.

This was our second stay with children. Last time, we stayed after visiting Disney. Located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it’s perfect for letting kids play. This Plan included breakfast, and the food was excellent—no surprise given it’s part of the Okura group. Dinner wasn’t included in the Plan, but we used the restaurant and it was delicious as well. The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially to our child. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could rest in the lobby and reorganize our bags, which was a big help while spending time in the park with our child. Thank you very much.

Although it is a bit far from the nearest public transportation, the location is quiet and within walking distance of Glover Garden and Oura Cathedral. It seems to have opened fairly recently, but the Hotel staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the creative, innovative menus skillfully blended Western and Japanese flavors with excellent quality. The restaurant also appears to be available even if you are not staying overnight, so it’s a great option to consider for your stay or dining in Nagasaki.

Arriving drenched in sweat, I was able to take a breather right away in the lounge with the complimentary shaved ice service. It felt like the best kind of hospitality. The Room felt smaller than I expected, but everything was pleasantly well kept and I had a comfortable stay. Joining the morning walk was also worthwhile—I learned things for the first time thanks to the guide’s explanations, making it a meaningful experience. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. With Kofuku-ji Temple, Nara Park, and the station all nearby, it’s an ideal location for sightseeing, so I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nara.

I stayed with my elderly mother. After letting them know in advance, they prepared a Room close to the bath and even provided a legless chair, which we truly appreciated. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and each one was delicious—we were very satisfied. My mother was especially happy to enjoy many different dishes little by little. The bath was a milky, cloudy hot spring, with the temperature just right, and it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. We were able to relax and spend quality time together as parent and child while warming up slowly. Most Accommodations provide only one small towel, but here there was an extra small towel in addition to the amenity set (with towels), which I found very convenient. The experienced staff had a calm, reassuring “true hotel professional” manner, and their explanations about the facilities were very thorough. The international staff also made a great effort to explain things in Japanese, and their friendly smiles left a strong impression. I think this is an Accommodation with warm hospitality that is also considerate for families traveling with elderly relatives. I would love to visit again with my mother.

I had a wonderful stay. I accidentally arrived at Glover Garden, so I called the Hotel and they kindly helped me. When I entered, they greeted me very politely: “Were you the one who called earlier? We’ve been waiting for you—you arrived sooner than we expected.” After that, every staff member continued to treat me with warm hospitality. That alone made me feel glad I chose this Hotel. In the lobby there are two counters—one open until 10:30 p.m. and another available all day—where you can enjoy as many drinks and snacks as you like. Since I arrived late, I do regret not getting there earlier so I could have tried more from the limited-time counter. The braised pork and chocolate were delicious; there was plenty of braised pork left, so if I hadn’t eaten too much at my dinner gathering, I could have finished it all… maybe next time. Still, the all-day counter was more than enough to enjoy. The lounge also has a great selection of books, so I stayed up a bit reading while enjoying tea and sweets from the all-day counter. It was such a relaxing time. Breakfast in a steamer basket was comforting and delicious as well—the yuzu miso was especially amazing. They also had loquat and mandarin drinks. I expected them to be sweet, but they tasted properly like tea with just a subtle hint of flavor. Personally (with my sweet tooth), the mandarin juice added to the all-day counter in the morning was particularly tasty. There is no Onsen (as expected), and while this is clear if you check in advance, toothbrushes are not provided for sustainability reasons. However, there’s a convenience store about 50 meters away from the Hotel, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. I’ll definitely come again! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

The breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

From the nearest station, cross the children’s park and you’ll arrive without getting lost. I was excited to try the local ramen at the shop right in front, but it was closed for a regular day off. Stopped by on the way to Flower Park—drawn in by the high ratings—and it was well worth the detour. Everything was excellent; a rare find for such a quiet area.

We had the pleasure of staying at Yumoto Yukomaso, a member of the Japan Association for Protecting Secluded Hot Springs. The location, Onsen, and meals were all in perfect harmony at a consistently high level, allowing us to fully enjoy everything this Accommodation has to offer. What left the strongest impression was the Onsen overlooking lush spring greenery in a wonderfully rustic setting. Soaking in the water while surrounded by birdsong and the crystal-clear air of Mt. Asahidake was truly exceptional. The cuisine was also outstanding, showcasing the chef’s dedication—deeply flavorful dashi that brought out the best in each ingredient, and beautifully presented dishes plated with great care that conveyed genuine craftsmanship. Our Room was Superior Twin Room 401. We were soothed by birdsong and a refreshing breeze through the window, and thanks to their carefully selected spring water and comfortable mattress—together with the benefits of the Onsen—we felt deeply restored both body and mind. Our walk around Mt. Asahidake is also an unforgettable memory. This has become one of our favorite Accommodations, and we will definitely return.

The front desk staff were very courteous, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent and delicious. It was disappointing that the Onsen is only available in the large public bath. The location was wonderful, and we were able to see Hashima Island. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed in a garden-side suite with a friend to celebrate my birthday. From check-in, the staff welcomed us warmly, and they had champagne and flowers prepared in the Room, which truly moved me. We also received handwritten birthday cards from many staff members, and I am deeply grateful for their heartfelt hospitality. We relaxed in the club lounge and spa, then took an evening stroll through the illuminated gardens on our way to “Unakiku.” With the enchanting garden views and delicious meal, we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The next morning, we could admire the beautiful Tokyo Sea of Clouds enveloping the gardens from our Room—it was such a wonderful view that made us forget we were in the city. Thanks to all the staff, I was able to spend an unforgettable birthday. I would love to visit again in a different season.
