Business Single Room. The room was spacious enough for one person. However, the WiFi connection was weak. For dinner, I ordered a set menu for 1,800 yen. While it wasn't anything particularly special, everything was very delicious and the portions were sufficient. I was very satisfied with the meal for 1,800 yen. The breakfast the next day was also delicious. The venison curry had a surprisingly light flavor and was enjoyable even in the morning. You can enjoy your meal while watching the river flow through the window. Since it wasn’t crowded, I could relax in the large public bath comfortably. Although there were signs of aging, it was clean and well-maintained. The staff were generally kind and polite in their service. Overall, this Hotel gave me a nostalgic feeling and provided an excellent experience considering its price point—I felt more than satisfied!

There were no issues other than it being far from the station.

I’ve stayed here about three times. As always, I was able to soak and relax in the mildly warm Onsen and recover from fatigue. The meals weren’t flashy and felt a bit plain, but they were delicious. I’ll definitely stay again.

The Facility is somewhat old, but the location is excellent for sightseeing around Gion. Otherwise, it feels comparable to a Business Hotel.

Not many Japanese guests stay here, but everything is excellent. For this price, the location, Facility, and hospitality are unbelievable. When I come to Kansai, this is my only choice.

A newly built hotel—spotlessly clean. From booking to check-in and check-out, everything is completed on your smartphone, so you can stay without meeting anyone. I guess this is the new normal now!

I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

The best value in Chichibu—an Onsen is available next door. The sheets are fluffy, and the Facility has been beautifully renovated. The Room is clean, stylish, and a Japanese-Western blend, and each Room is named after a famous author. I stayed in the Junichiro Tanizaki Room. Meals are bring-your-own; you can use the refrigerator and kitchen. Cup noodles and ice cream are also available for purchase. It was extremely comfortable, and I would definitely stay again!!! Check-in and check-out are self-service; the key is kept in a locker at the front desk.

Close to the station and very convenient. The Room was smart and spacious enough. I will use it again.

I wanted to buy Okayama grapes, so I looked for a place near the Grape Roman Museum and chose this one. The atmosphere was very warm and relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I was very satisfied. Above all, the service was extremely polite and attentive.

The space was very spacious and comfortable. This was my second stay, and I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

Conveniently located near the heart of Ameyoko with not much road noise and just a 3-minute walk to Ueno Station. The Room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bath and toilet—there was almost nothing to complain about. The only issue was that one floor lamp could not be turned off, so we had to sleep with it on. If that could be fixed, it would be perfect.

There was a review stating that the reception staff could not speak Japanese, but that was not the case—they were very proficient in Japanese. While most of the guests might be foreigners, Japanese guests can also stay here with peace of mind. However, regarding luggage, there is no key lock or similar security for the storage area, so it is recommended to take precautions against theft at your own responsibility.

Because we arrived late, we were supposed to use the second parking lot, but it was dark and we couldn’t find it. Thanks to the staff’s kindness, we were allowed to use the paid parking lot, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

The building feels like an apartment. The Room has simple furnishings that create a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. You can go out after reception hours; there is no curfew. I received a towel set and a toothbrush. I used a rental car and parked at a Times parking lot (up to 500 yen). There are quite a few one-way streets, so be careful. The Hotel parking fee is 500 yen per car, and up to three cars can park. You can get almost everything you need at the 24-hour Mega Center Trial Asahikawa store (12 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by car, 850 m). Showers are on the first floor (women-only and shared for men and women). Two washing machines are free to use (no detergent; air-dry function available). There is no dryer, so I rated the Facility 4/5. The toilet and microwave are outside the Room. Free and paid items are listed in the in-room guidebook. Some areas feel like a maze. From April 1, 2026, an “Asahikawa City Accommodation Tax” of 200 yen per person per night has been introduced for Accommodations within Asahikawa City. The Hotel staff informed me about it. I was impressed by the courteous service for under 4,000 yen—it made me feel safe and comfortable. I was glad my Room was on the second floor. Don’t miss travel agency sales.

From check-in to check-out, it was almost entirely self-service. When I asked questions, the staff responded very politely. It’s close to Nippombashi Station, making it an ideal location for sightseeing by subway, and the Hotel itself felt clean. However, I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room window, and there was litter on the roads around the Hotel and some people who seemed rough, which made me feel uneasy—so 4 stars. The bath in the Room is large enough to stretch out in, so 5 stars. For amenities, I would have liked women’s skincare items such as toner and makeup remover, so 4 stars. The frozen breakfast items were average, so 3 stars. It’s also conveniently located for visiting Namba and Kyocera Dome Osaka, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The property located within the ski slopes offers excellent access. While the age of the building and facilities cannot be denied, the onsen, with its Yunohana, is quite pleasant. All the staff members are very nice. Perhaps it's the nature of the area, but it was very good.
