This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The meals were excellent and far better than I expected for the Accommodation Fee. The Onsen was also outstanding, with free-flowing natural hot spring water, so I highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying nearby. I made my Reservation from Shizuoka Prefecture through Yahoo Travel, and I highly recommend Yahoo Travel as well. I will continue using Yahoo services.

Amazing value for money! The food was delicious, and the owner was very friendly. It made me want to come back again. It probably depends on the season, but I was very satisfied to be able to use the open-air bath privately so often! Next time, I’d love to go boat fishing—please!

Although the property is old, it was thoroughly cleaned and comfortable. The meals were delicious, and depending on the Plan, we appreciated having them served in our Room. All of the staff were kind, including those providing the Shuttle Service. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t mind an older property. We would definitely like to stay again.

Traveling with my two lively daughters, I’m sure we caused some inconvenience at times, but this was such a wonderful Accommodation that we’re certain to return. Above all, the staff were outstanding!! From the warm welcome, everything—breakfast, the private Onsen, Suiran Delight, and the rickshaw Shuttle Service—became a wonderful memory. Our 10-year-old eldest daughter was truly moved and said she’ll definitely work hard so we can stay here every year (lol). We will be back again. Thank you very much.

Clean, with a delicious breakfast. I forgot something, but they contacted me about it—very helpful.

- The view is excellent, and the sea in front is generally calm as it faces the bay. - The living dining area is spacious, with stylish and large furnishings, allowing for a relaxing stay. - The amenities are well-provided, using the property's shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. High-end hairdryers are conveniently placed in each bathroom and room. - There are plenty of changes of room wear and towels, so there is no inconvenience. - Wi-fi was available without any issues. - The free drinks (shochu, beer, bottled tea and sparkling water, fruit juice, etc.) are well-stocked, and there is rosé wine and champagne in the cellar for a fee. - Depending on the length of stay, it may be necessary to purchase additional hot drinks such as coffee and tea. - The free food beef stew is delicious. - If self-catering, it is necessary to procure seasonings. Glasses, tableware, cooking utensils, and plastic wrap are provided. - There are no shops nearby, so a car is needed for shopping or dining out, but this allows for a quiet stay. - It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. - The course by the visiting chef (for a fee) was very delicious, utilizing local ingredients. - The property is located down an alley, and the sign is placed close to the ground, making it easy to miss. Extra caution is needed, especially at night, as there are no streetlights in the area. - At night, the surroundings become completely dark, so if the weather is clear, you can see a beautiful starry sky from the terrace. - The beach in front of the property is almost exclusively for guests, but occasionally anglers come to the breakwater (the distance to the end of the breakwater is considerable, so it is not particularly bothersome). - If you put your feet in the sea or do SUP, you won't feel the cold, but if you participate in marine activities such as snorkeling, wearing a wetsuit is necessary.

We ended up staying an extra two nights after the Nagaoka Fireworks. The location is very convenient for street food in Teradomari, fishing at the fishing port, and nearby beaches. The Facility itself is new and clean. The parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but there is also parking in front of the Facility, and it seems fine to park there. The bath is not an Onsen, but if you look around, there are plenty of hot springs nearby. Highly recommended for international guests as well. We would love to stay again!

From the moment we arrived, this was a special entire-home rental Hotel that felt less like “staying overnight” and more like truly inhabiting the space. The view of Oku-Kawaguchiko through the large windows changed throughout the day: in the evening, a quiet lake surface with shadows of trees; at night, forest air with almost no sound; and in the morning, soft light streaming onto a misty lake. It was the kind of place where you just want to keep watching the scenery. The interior felt luxurious yet calming, with thoughtful details in everything from lighting and furniture to sound. It naturally made us want to slow down—cooking with a beer in hand, enjoying fresh air on the terrace after the sauna—and even while spending time together, there was an unhurried sense of space. What stood out most was the morning kayaking experience. Paddling out onto a quiet Lake Kawaguchi before many people were around felt incredible. The water was as calm as a mirror, reflecting the surrounding mountains and forest. It felt less like sightseeing and more like we were floating alone in nature—easily my most memorable moment of this stay. The Facility side was also very comfortable: with well-stocked kitchenware and amenities, we could enjoy high-quality time without much preparation. This isn’t just an Accommodation for sleeping—it’s a place where the experience itself changes depending on the season and how you spend your time. Next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay and soak up this atmosphere even more slowly.

I visited for a friend's birthday, and they prepared balloon decorations and a cake. The food was delicious, the butlers were kind and cheerful, and the hospitality was excellent. I would love to visit again!

It was great to have an Onsen in the Room, and it was also great that we could use the private family bath free of charge 24 hours a day on this trip.

I traveled to Nagasaki for a Golden Week getaway. Away from everyday life, I was able to fully enjoy a quiet, restorative retreat. The hospitality was truly exceptional—there was nothing to fault. The food was also outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the ingredients from Hirado, and every dish was delicious. It was my first time trying a morning sauna, and I could relax while watching the ever-changing sea view. At checkout, they even prepared drinks for our car ride home. It was my first time experiencing that kind of thoughtfulness, and I was genuinely moved. This Accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d love to stay again.

I stayed at the end of February. There was a courtyard inside the room, allowing me to experience the atmosphere of Kyoto while staying indoors, which was a special experience. This time it was a short stay, but next time I would like to take my time and enjoy it more.

We stayed here on a family trip to Kyoto. Despite its prime location along Nene-no-Michi, which connects Kodaiji Temple and Yasaka Shrine, once you step inside you’ll find a quiet, refined space away from the city bustle—it truly impressed us. The building is said to be 120 years old, yet the interior and Facility are beautifully maintained and very clean, making it extremely comfortable. Thanks to the spacious layout (multiple bedrooms and two bathrooms), we were able to relax at our own pace while still enjoying quality time together as a family. In particular, the view from the second-floor living room with its mini bar was wonderful. Our favorite memory is spending a slow evening there with tea or drinks in hand, chatting as a family. We’re also grateful for the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. It was a special stay that both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed. This is an Accommodation we would absolutely love to return to on our next visit to Kyoto.

At first, I hesitated to make a reservation since there was no large public bath, but the highly-rated meals convinced me to go ahead. This was the best accommodation I've ever stayed at. Each dish felt carefully prepared and was incredibly delicious. There was plenty of my favorite sashimi, lots of seasonal vegetables, and a healthy menu that left me very satisfied. Although I felt quite full, the portions were just right so I could finish everything without leaving any food behind (which would have made me feel guilty and wasteful). The second night's dinner especially impressed me with its variety—sashimi, simmered fish, fried fish, fish Meunière—and even meat dishes were included! There was an onsen within walking distance right behind the hotel where I could enjoy soaking despite there being no large public bath onsite. The rooftop sauna also felt amazing. I tried SUP for the first time and found it easy to ride and fun! Being able to go directly from my room in swimwear made it super convenient. If I have another chance to visit, I'd definitely love to stay here again!

We stay here every year during the Obon holidays. The atmosphere is calm, and everything is thoroughly cleaned, so it feels like coming back home (to my parents’ house). It’s truly relaxing. Thank you again for this year as well. We were able to do everything we had planned, right on schedule. There are popular roadside stations and beaches nearby, so the area gets crowded at this time of year, but Mihama House and its surroundings are very quiet and soothing. We could really unwind from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to staying again next year.

The pool was absolutely satisfying, with float rings provided, which was a thoughtful touch for those who can't swim—something not often seen in other villas. The sauna had the perfect temperature, allowing us to sweat and feel refreshed. The pet-friendly Room was wonderful, and they even gifted us a blanket! The restroom smelled amazing; I even wanted to know what they used so I could use it at home. We stayed here for a birthday celebration and had an incredible time thanks to this place. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Also, we loved the design of the sofa and speakers—the designer has excellent taste! Highly recommended for everyone!

We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our grandson's 2nd birthday. The spacious layout was more than enough for five people, and we were thrilled with the large outdoor area. The barbecue facilities, bath, sauna, and open-air bath were all spotless and perfect. The couple who welcomed us were incredibly kind, making our stay very pleasant. At night, we even enjoyed a snowy (sleet) view as a delightful surprise—likely the first snow experience for our grandson. Thank you so much for everything!
