We received many joyful photos of our grandchildren, and my spouse and I are extremely satisfied. The friendliness of the international staff seemed to double the fun, which made us very happy. Thank you very much!

I stayed for one night on my way back from Shirakami-Sanchi via the Gono Line. The Onsen left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The meals were sample portions, but everything was delicious. Since my train the next day was around 11:00, I wasn’t sure how to spend the time after checking out at 10:00, but the staff suggested a sightseeing Plan, and I was able to tour around on the Hotel bus, which made the trip even more fulfilling. The staff also kindly saw me off outside and were extremely helpful throughout—overall, I was very satisfied.

The Facility is a bit old, but there were no issues. Breakfast was very delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying here. I was a little surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners, but they assisted me politely and there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff were also foreigners, and they greeted me with a smile, which made for a pleasant departure. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning is hard to adjust. I tend to get hot easily, but even on the lowest setting it was cold, so I ended up turning it off. (Maybe it was set stronger because there had been Reviews saying the Room was hot?) Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I come to Shin-Yokohama.

A new, beautiful, and very clean Hotel. The front desk and staff are efficient and pleasant. There is no bathtub in the Room—only a shower. This is a popular style these days, and personally I support it. As Japanese travelers are getting older, there are many cases of people falling asleep in the tub, so I often hear from Hotel staff that showers are best for preventing accidents. Also, I’ve heard that some international visitors may overflow the bathtub as well. That said, I would like to see a large public bath added as an alternative. In Beppu City, with so many public baths around town, it’s not essential—but in Miyazaki City it’s an area where you have to go as far as Seagaia or Shintomi Town to enjoy a natural Onsen. The free onigiri breakfast set is also very delicious, and I will definitely become a repeat guest—but I really hope for a large public bath.

We visited last year and had an amazing, great-value summer with river play, BBQ, fireworks, and more—perfect for our family with young children—so we came back again this year. We made a mistake during the Reservation process, but the staff kindly helped us, and we were able to make more wonderful summer memories. With easy access from central Tokyo, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy glamping casually.

We travel about once or twice a month, and we found this Hotel to be exceptionally kind. They helped us in many ways, and we are truly grateful—we had a very pleasant trip. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

- The view is excellent, and the sea in front is generally calm as it faces the bay. - The living dining area is spacious, with stylish and large furnishings, allowing for a relaxing stay. - The amenities are well-provided, using the property's shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. High-end hairdryers are conveniently placed in each bathroom and room. - There are plenty of changes of room wear and towels, so there is no inconvenience. - Wi-fi was available without any issues. - The free drinks (shochu, beer, bottled tea and sparkling water, fruit juice, etc.) are well-stocked, and there is rosé wine and champagne in the cellar for a fee. - Depending on the length of stay, it may be necessary to purchase additional hot drinks such as coffee and tea. - The free food beef stew is delicious. - If self-catering, it is necessary to procure seasonings. Glasses, tableware, cooking utensils, and plastic wrap are provided. - There are no shops nearby, so a car is needed for shopping or dining out, but this allows for a quiet stay. - It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. - The course by the visiting chef (for a fee) was very delicious, utilizing local ingredients. - The property is located down an alley, and the sign is placed close to the ground, making it easy to miss. Extra caution is needed, especially at night, as there are no streetlights in the area. - At night, the surroundings become completely dark, so if the weather is clear, you can see a beautiful starry sky from the terrace. - The beach in front of the property is almost exclusively for guests, but occasionally anglers come to the breakwater (the distance to the end of the breakwater is considerable, so it is not particularly bothersome). - If you put your feet in the sea or do SUP, you won't feel the cold, but if you participate in marine activities such as snorkeling, wearing a wetsuit is necessary.

From the moment we arrived, this was a special entire-home rental Hotel that felt less like “staying overnight” and more like truly inhabiting the space. The view of Oku-Kawaguchiko through the large windows changed throughout the day: in the evening, a quiet lake surface with shadows of trees; at night, forest air with almost no sound; and in the morning, soft light streaming onto a misty lake. It was the kind of place where you just want to keep watching the scenery. The interior felt luxurious yet calming, with thoughtful details in everything from lighting and furniture to sound. It naturally made us want to slow down—cooking with a beer in hand, enjoying fresh air on the terrace after the sauna—and even while spending time together, there was an unhurried sense of space. What stood out most was the morning kayaking experience. Paddling out onto a quiet Lake Kawaguchi before many people were around felt incredible. The water was as calm as a mirror, reflecting the surrounding mountains and forest. It felt less like sightseeing and more like we were floating alone in nature—easily my most memorable moment of this stay. The Facility side was also very comfortable: with well-stocked kitchenware and amenities, we could enjoy high-quality time without much preparation. This isn’t just an Accommodation for sleeping—it’s a place where the experience itself changes depending on the season and how you spend your time. Next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay and soak up this atmosphere even more slowly.

I visited for a friend's birthday, and they prepared balloon decorations and a cake. The food was delicious, the butlers were kind and cheerful, and the hospitality was excellent. I would love to visit again!

It was great to have an Onsen in the Room, and it was also great that we could use the private family bath free of charge 24 hours a day on this trip.

I traveled to Nagasaki for a Golden Week getaway. Away from everyday life, I was able to fully enjoy a quiet, restorative retreat. The hospitality was truly exceptional—there was nothing to fault. The food was also outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the ingredients from Hirado, and every dish was delicious. It was my first time trying a morning sauna, and I could relax while watching the ever-changing sea view. At checkout, they even prepared drinks for our car ride home. It was my first time experiencing that kind of thoughtfulness, and I was genuinely moved. This Accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d love to stay again.

The bath was wonderful!! We were very satisfied. However, since I have trouble with my legs, I wished there had been a handrail on the stairs. If there had been one, I would give it six stars!! The proprietress was friendly and youthful—I couldn’t believe she already has grandchildren. The food was delicious, but one small disappointment: the simmered sea bream served at breakfast (from the night before) tasted great, but the presentation wasn’t very appealing. Personally, I prefer slightly stronger seasoning, but my husband was satisfied.

Four close grandma friends stayed here together. The staff were attentive while keeping a comfortable distance, which made our stay very pleasant. The meals were just right in both quality and portion size. For breakfast, the sashimi we couldn’t finish at dinner was served as marinated fish, and there was also fish with a savory sauce; we took our time and enjoyed every bite. The hostess’s stage performance was fun as well—this is an Accommodation we’d love to visit again and again.

I stayed at the end of February. There was a courtyard inside the room, allowing me to experience the atmosphere of Kyoto while staying indoors, which was a special experience. This time it was a short stay, but next time I would like to take my time and enjoy it more.

We stayed here on a family trip to Kyoto. Despite its prime location along Nene-no-Michi, which connects Kodaiji Temple and Yasaka Shrine, once you step inside you’ll find a quiet, refined space away from the city bustle—it truly impressed us. The building is said to be 120 years old, yet the interior and Facility are beautifully maintained and very clean, making it extremely comfortable. Thanks to the spacious layout (multiple bedrooms and two bathrooms), we were able to relax at our own pace while still enjoying quality time together as a family. In particular, the view from the second-floor living room with its mini bar was wonderful. Our favorite memory is spending a slow evening there with tea or drinks in hand, chatting as a family. We’re also grateful for the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. It was a special stay that both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed. This is an Accommodation we would absolutely love to return to on our next visit to Kyoto.

At first, I hesitated to make a reservation since there was no large public bath, but the highly-rated meals convinced me to go ahead. This was the best accommodation I've ever stayed at. Each dish felt carefully prepared and was incredibly delicious. There was plenty of my favorite sashimi, lots of seasonal vegetables, and a healthy menu that left me very satisfied. Although I felt quite full, the portions were just right so I could finish everything without leaving any food behind (which would have made me feel guilty and wasteful). The second night's dinner especially impressed me with its variety—sashimi, simmered fish, fried fish, fish Meunière—and even meat dishes were included! There was an onsen within walking distance right behind the hotel where I could enjoy soaking despite there being no large public bath onsite. The rooftop sauna also felt amazing. I tried SUP for the first time and found it easy to ride and fun! Being able to go directly from my room in swimwear made it super convenient. If I have another chance to visit, I'd definitely love to stay here again!

We stay here every year during the Obon holidays. The atmosphere is calm, and everything is thoroughly cleaned, so it feels like coming back home (to my parents’ house). It’s truly relaxing. Thank you again for this year as well. We were able to do everything we had planned, right on schedule. There are popular roadside stations and beaches nearby, so the area gets crowded at this time of year, but Mihama House and its surroundings are very quiet and soothing. We could really unwind from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to staying again next year.

We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our grandson's 2nd birthday. The spacious layout was more than enough for five people, and we were thrilled with the large outdoor area. The barbecue facilities, bath, sauna, and open-air bath were all spotless and perfect. The couple who welcomed us were incredibly kind, making our stay very pleasant. At night, we even enjoyed a snowy (sleet) view as a delightful surprise—likely the first snow experience for our grandson. Thank you so much for everything!

I mistakenly reserved a plan without dinner, but when I explained the situation, they kindly prepared rice for dinner on the spot. They also recommended a supermarket for shopping, which was very helpful. I truly appreciate their kindness and will definitely visit again next year.
