We stayed with four friends. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was spacious. The restroom was a bit hard to find, but we were able to use it without any issues. The dining area was also large, and thanks to staggered meal times it was rarely crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Both baths require taking stairs from the entrance, so I felt it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues. One of the baths had water that was too lukewarm, so we couldn’t stay in for long. The parking lot is far away, but they provided Shuttle Service by car, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

There was no hustle and bustle, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very at ease. Starting on July 4, due to various circumstances I stayed at two Hotels in Sakai City, and on the final day before returning home, my third stay was at New Osaka Hotel. It was the best of them all. It’s close to the station, and I was able to buy souvenirs at Shin-Osaka as well. I planned to have dinner at the station, but instead I bought a boxed meal there and enjoyed a relaxing meal back at the Hotel. At breakfast, they had Chinese rice porridge, so even when my tired body had little appetite, I could still eat. It was buffet-style with a solid variety of dishes, and I was able to eat well and head home feeling refreshed. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again. For me, it deserves full marks.

The location was reasonably convenient, the property was clean, and I especially felt the staff’s service was excellent. On the other hand, I occasionally noticed an unpleasant odor in the unit bathroom in my room, so that affected my rating (it smelled like a drain odor backing up).

As this was a “reasonably priced” Room, it was located directly beneath the restaurant. As expected, we didn’t hear chair-scraping or footsteps much, but the sound of people running around carried quite a bit. The chair noise in particular was really loud. However, this trip was just for two adults and we weren’t specifically looking for complete quiet—and since we also used that restaurant for meals, it was within an acceptable range. The Room was spacious and very clean, though it did feel a bit dated. We were told there would be no view, but given the location, it wasn’t like another building blocked everything or we couldn’t see outside at all. If you shifted your gaze slightly, you could enjoy a nature-filled view of Fukui’s wide-open fields, which we were very happy with. The restaurant buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious—I ate too much. It seemed seared bonito (tataki) was the featured item this time; I could only get it once, but it was excellent. The other seafood was also tasty, and there were grilled and fried dishes as well—an indulgent buffet that everyone from kids to seniors can enjoy. Above all else, the Onsen was wonderful. I didn’t realize Awara Onsen is not overly hot. There were also two open-air baths, so guests could take turns enjoying them without crowding—everyone’s good manners made us feel lucky. We stayed here because we had a memorial service in Fukui Prefecture, but there were so many things to enjoy inside the Accommodation—a table tennis area and manga corner—and there was even a morning market held in the lobby. One night wasn’t enough. Next time I’d love to come back for sightseeing at a more relaxed pace. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to Awaraonsen Station.

Not only was the price reasonable, but the Room was clean and the food was delicious. It exceeded my expectations. My mother has difficulty walking, and they kindly lent us a wheelchair; the staff were also very helpful. It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your always warm hospitality. We were able to enjoy both the dinner and breakfast buffet comfortably without feeling it was crowded. The food was, of course, delicious, and we ended up completely full. Next time, we would love to stay again when sightseeing around Mt. Fuji. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view or have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt more like spending time in a living room than staying in a Hotel Room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating had an unusually generous amount of space between tables for a Tokyo Hotel, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. During cocktail time as well, rather than simply offering more food, it was thoughtfully arranged so guests could enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I remember how properly crafted cocktails were delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was that the staff’s attention truly reached each guest, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful time. In addition, while Facilities such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge were all available within the property, each area still felt spacious enough that even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool I also had French onion gratin soup in my Room; it was perfect for warming up after getting chilled in the water, and I appreciated being able to make good use of my Hotel credit as well. I could also enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options and buffet items—and unexpectedly receiving one of the chef’s signature dishes—everything was delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt that one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is having everything you need readily available while still being able to use it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

The building is old, but it feels like it has been renovated as much as possible. The elevator is old, but the Room feels nice. The toilet is modern, and the bath is separate and spacious—great for relaxing. The water pressure is low, about two-thirds of what I have at home. For parking, you can choose either JPY 1,000 with free in-and-out access, or the JPY 900 lot across the street with a 24-hour lock-in system. I appreciated how the front desk staff tried their best to be kind, so I also made sure to use the Room as neatly as possible. As for the large public bath... well... yeah (lol).

I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

Nothing was lacking. It was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and it was comfortable—close to both the station and Fisherman’s Wharf.

We stayed here for the first time for my wife’s birthday. The Facility is old, but that can’t be helped. The Room was exactly what we requested and was very clean. The bed firmness was just right, and we slept well. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The Onsen was great, but it was disappointing that one of the shower stations had poor water pressure. The staff were very kind and helpful. We would like to stay again.

The Facility is new, and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had dinner at the Hotel’s buffet-style restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also offer an all-you-can-drink Plan, which I used as well. It’s a reasonably priced and highly recommended Plan. Although it’s a bit far from the station, tram stop, and downtown area, there are great okonomiyaki restaurants nearby. In fact, it was nice to be able to explore places that locals frequent.

We stayed here as a family. On the way to the Ryokan, it felt very retro and we were a bit worried, but the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind, and we would love to stay again. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. During the dinner buffet, they served a fruit plate and more, which made us very happy!! The hospitality and service deserve more than five stars. This is the first time I’ve truly wanted to stay again.

This Hotel is very close to the station, and the Room is clean and comfortable—like relaxing in your own home. It’s one of my favorite Hotels in Naha, and I’d like to continue staying here in the future. Thank you again for providing a great Room this time as well.

Headed straight from Yamagata Station to the Hotel. Enjoyed a lunch buffet at La Seine, the restaurant on the 1st floor of the Hotel. I ended up eating too much, and it was over 30°C outside. I considered waiting in front of the front desk until check-in, but there were artworks on display throughout the building—sculptures and paintings from Japan and abroad—so my time passed pleasantly and productively. As a long-established Hotel, you can feel its heritage in the paintings displayed in the Room, yet areas such as the bathroom are well maintained and felt fresh and new. It was a relaxing guest Room.

This was my first time staying here. It felt like a traditional Onsen Accommodation, and I had a very comfortable stay. I was able to relax in the Onsen, and I also really enjoyed the dinosaur-themed bath. The amenities were well stocked, and although I checked in late, I appreciated that the futon had already been laid out for me. Just one thing… when I tried to put something in the refrigerator—“!!”. Maybe it was left by a previous guest? There was ice cream inside, and it surprised me. Since it was tucked away in the back, it probably went unnoticed. It became a funny travel story for me, but I worried that others might not feel the same. Overall, though, I’m very satisfied. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

Since this is a city known for its beautiful night views, we chose this Hotel for its location and Room with a great view. As a result, we were able to relax and take our time in a Room with a wonderful night view. We were surprised by the steep slope at the location and how narrow the parking area was. There are no convenience stores within walking distance; items are sold in the Hotel, but it may be better to buy what you need in advance. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel, making it convenient to get to Nagasaki Station and the downtown area.

We chose this Accommodation expecting great food, and both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared—our whole family was very satisfied, exceeding our expectations. The hostess (or staff member) was also very friendly, making our stay truly comfortable. With only a few guest rooms, we could enjoy the bath at a relaxed pace, and we would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style Room, and this time I had made a Reservation for a twin Room (+ an extra bed), but you kindly prepared a four-bed Room for us. Last time, the Room and Facility felt a bit dated, but this time it didn’t feel old at all—perhaps it has been renovated—and we had a very comfortable stay. I especially loved how the pillows sank just right; I liked them so much that I wanted the same ones for myself. Also, even before check-in, you thoughtfully called to let us know that “the Room was ready earlier than expected.” We were tired after spending the whole day at Greenland in midsummer from opening time, so being able to rest in our Room right away was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was wonderfully comfortable from the moment we walked in. As other Reviews mention, dinner did feel warm, but there were plenty of cold drinks as well as shaved ice and soft-serve ice cream available, so we didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast also had just the right amount of variety and was delicious. It seemed fully booked, yet we never felt crowded inside the Hotel and were able to relax comfortably. The only thing was that we went to the bath during its busiest time and had some waiting time, but it was within an acceptable range. The Onsen after a long day of activities was wonderful. The next day we used the pool, and when staff told us “You’re welcome to use the Onsen after 11:00,” we gratefully did so. The changing area also had plastic bags for swimsuits and towels prepared—it truly felt like every detail was taken care of. I would love to stay at Hotel Blanca again on our next visit to Greenland.
