This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. The meals and drinks served at SPECIALTY SALON were also excellent. Next time we stay, we would love to try breakfast at THE MOMENT as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for the first time with our dog to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The welcome drink and dessert were very delicious! The welcome treat for dogs also seemed tasty—our pup finished it in no time! There’s also a drink bar available at certain times, which was great. They even have alcohol, which was the best!! The dog run was air-conditioned, so it was comfortable even in midsummer. Our dog ran around until completely tired out. Dinner is buffet-style, so it’s hard to decide what to eat (lol). The roast beef and sashimi served as a one-plate set at the table were amazing! Alcohol is available for an additional fee, but the food is so good you can’t help wanting a drink (lol). You can dine together with your dog, and there’s also a buffet just for dogs, so we really enjoyed the meal. Since it was our daughter’s birthday, we ordered a cake for an additional fee, and it was delicious as well! The staff celebrated with us too, and our daughter was thrilled! You can also use a private bath. We used it this time; we had 90 minutes, so we could relax without rushing. Dogs are allowed in the private bath too, which is wonderful! There were post-bath drinks and ice cream in the fridge—also fantastic! It’s well worth paying the extra fee! By the way, I also used the large public bath in the morning. The view was great, and it felt wonderful bathing while looking out over Lake Hamana! The breakfast sandwiches were filling and very tasty! They come with pudding too—again, amazing! One of the reasons this Hotel felt so good is definitely how pleasant all of the staff are!! Everyone we met was smiling; they talked to our dog and played with him too. Our pup got lots of love! If I had to mention something negative: although parts have been renovated, there were some areas where you could feel that the building itself is old and showing its age. But personally, there were far more positives than anything else. How easy it is to stay with your dog here, how great the staff service is, how delicious the food is, how relaxing the baths are—we went home satisfied as a whole family! I’m glad we chose this Hotel for our first overnight trip with our dog. We’d love to stay again!!

I stayed here a year ago as well, under unfortunate circumstances. This time, I returned for the first anniversary memorial service. It was very reassuring that the front desk staff member was the same as last year, since I rarely stay at a Hotel alone. When I mentioned it, they said, “I’ll probably be here next year too.” The atmosphere was very welcoming and felt like being back at my family home.

Both dinner and breakfast the next morning were very satisfying!! It was also amazing to be able to watch the limited-time 3D projection mapping right in front of the Hotel around 9:00 PM, just before closing. I felt it was a special privilege of staying inside Huis Ten Bosch, and it was very helpful that we could take the limousine bus from in front of the Hotel to Omura Airport when we left. Our child is three years old and was able to play hard until the end, then slept soundly on the limousine bus. We made wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff!!

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

I was able to relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was satisfying, and the bread was delicious, so I could dine in a relaxed setting. I would like to stay here again.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

We stayed here for a family trip to Osaka with five people. In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new, very clean, and comfortable with good air conditioning. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toilet, so we could relax even if we didn’t go to the public bath. There was also a wide variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed while unwinding after check-in. In summer, it was available until midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and courteous, and the luggage storage service after our stay was very helpful. It offered great value for money—I was surprised to receive this level of service at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

I was very satisfied because the complimentary amenities suited my skin type. The staff were excellent, and since I had some time before check-in, I waited in the lobby and they kindly offered an early check-in. Their explanations were clear and very helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to check the coin laundry availability on the Room TV.

Four women stayed in a Japanese-Western style room—ocean view!! We relaxed on the spacious sofa, and our conversation really flowed. Above all, the meals were outstanding. Every dish in the creative dinner was simply “Delicious!” Breakfast was a perfect 100, too! The front desk’s attentiveness and the restaurant’s serving timing were also flawless.

The hospitality was outstanding. I make sure to stay here at least once every year. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. I stayed with a friend for a fan meeting. We may have taken the wrong exit at Yokohama Station and ended up taking quite a detour, but if you follow the proper route there’s no problem at all. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome. The Room had a lovely atmosphere, and the bed was wonderfully soft. I usually can’t sleep if I stack two pillows, but I slept comfortably here! My friend, who often feels tired when staying at a Hotel, said “This place has good energy,” and was able to relax a lot. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel as well, it’s close to the station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

We were able to relax in a quiet setting surrounded by nature. The spacious open-air bath attached to the Room was very comfortable, and we could unwind in the Onsen water. The amenities (especially ReFa) were excellent. We also enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the Room at a leisurely pace with our family.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

The Room was clean and spacious, and even with a king bed we had plenty of space. Since we were traveling with our 2-year-old child, they provided a bed guard, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. We had dinner at the first-floor restaurant, and the food was excellent. They also accommodated extra orders outside the course menu, such as fries (our child has allergies and has limited options), which was very helpful. Breakfast was a buffet on the first floor as well, with many delicious dishes—it was fun deciding what to choose. The staff there were very kind, and we truly appreciated it. This Hotel is one we would definitely like to visit again.

A 3-minute walk to the station and a 6-minute walk to AEON Tokoname. It’s also just one stop from the airport.\nAlthough we stayed for one night, parking was inexpensive because it wasn’t peak season—1,500 yen for five nights.\nI think this Hotel can be used differently from those adjacent to Centrair.\nThe Room was spacious and clean.\nWe appreciated the staff’s courteous service.\nBreakfast is provided as a complimentary service.\nBy the way, there was a shuttle bus from the station to downtown Tokoname.

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!
