My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. When we arrived at the front desk to check in, an insect flew toward us and I let out a small scream, but the woman at reception smiled and said, “I’ve lived on Yakushima for a long time, but you never really get used to the insects,” which put me at ease and was very comforting. The lobby was spacious and clean, and the Room was also extremely clean with an amazing ocean view. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner; in particular, the Margherita pizza and mushroom risotto made to order by the chef were delicious. The bath also had a luxurious ocean view, and the silky-smooth water soaked into my body after all the trekking. This time we stayed only one night, but I’d love to come back and stay a bit longer next time.

It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as rumored. The Onsen on the first floor was especially impressive. The service was very attentive, and since we arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled meal time, they kindly allowed us to delay it. When making the Reservation, I had ordered a birthday cake, and they also prepared a birthday melody played on a music box, a small flower basket, and even celebratory bite-sized sekihan (red bean rice) and sweets—it truly moved me.

This is a perfect Accommodation no matter when you visit. It was Kyoto in extreme heat, but thanks to your thoughtful care in many ways, we had a wonderful time. The pike conger is a must in this season; it is an additional-order dish, but highly recommended. We are planning to visit again in autumn.

I am an Onsen enthusiast who stays over 80 nights a year, mainly in Izu. I have stayed at Kameya Keian more than 30 nights in the past, and this year I stayed for 4 nights. The cuisine was artistic in presentation, and the flavor—especially the richness of the dashi—was something no other Hotel or Ryokan can match; it was absolutely outstanding. The Onsen water quality is excellent, as expected of the historic Izunagaoka Onsen, making this a top-rated Onsen Ryokan. I will visit again.

The welcome service offered plum wine, black vinegar, juice, sweets, and ice cream. We arrived early and were able to relax until dinner even after taking a bath. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and with free-flowing natural hot spring water, we could enjoy the Onsen anytime. The Room was excellent. The food was buffet-style, featuring local vegetables and specialties, along with many delicious dishes made with health in mind. I don’t often get the chance to visit Akita, but this is an Accommodation I would definitely like to return to. Thank you very much.

After enjoying canoeing in Kushiro, we arrived and were immediately impressed by the spacious, beautiful entrance. The lobby, centered around an irori hearth, felt wonderfully open and soothing with its charming design. Every member of the staff was truly welcoming, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. The milk soft-serve and milk were rich and flavorful, and the morning daifuku and ozenzai were also delicious. This is our number one Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

Everything was outstanding—the maisonette-style Room, the in-room open-air bath, the shabu-shabu course, the service, and even the Takayama ramen! Next year during Golden Week, we plan to stay in the main building. Next time, we’ll go for an all-beef feast. During Obon, we’ll stay at the annex again and play golf at Shokawa Kogen Country Club.

We stayed here with a family of five and one dog. Our check-in was a little late, but thank you for accommodating us. We were also very satisfied with the staff member’s courteous explanation at check-in. As for the meals, our whole family worked together and prepared everything smoothly, and we enjoyed it very much. That night, we ended up chatting late into the night as a family and may have had a bit too much to drink. Not only the building itself, but also the dining area, bedrooms, bath, sauna, dog run—everything exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights and three days and relax at a slower pace. Thank you again for everything.

As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

On my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I planned a visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which I had long wanted to see. I stayed one night at an Accommodation in Kinugawa Onsen. I chose it after searching with conditions such as having an in-Room Onsen bath and being reasonably priced. The lobby was well maintained, and the hallways were very clean as well. Our Room had an Onsen bath and two separate rooms, so my wife went to the large public bath while I enjoyed the in-Room bath. The meals were very delicious, and the portions were just right—slightly on the generous side. It was a quiet Accommodation where I could relax in the Onsen, which was wonderful. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone was polite and courteous. One thing that concerned me was that when I opened the window by the in-Room bath, there were quite a few spider webs. Also, insects gathered on the window at night so we couldn’t open it; I thought that if there had been a screen door or similar, we could have opened it. If I have another chance to visit nearby, I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay here. Above all, the Onsen were outstanding. I was able to enjoy a variety of baths— a clear, colorless iron-rich spring in the Room, a thick mixed sulfur and carbonated spring, and a gentle sulfur spring— and I was completely satisfied. The traditional Japanese meals made with mountain ingredients were also very delicious and easy on the stomach. I’m also grateful for the warm hospitality and smiles from all the staff. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for three nights on a family trip during summer vacation. I’ve visited Okinawa about 10 times and stayed at various Hotels, but this was the best one so far! My family also said it was the best! It’s new and very clean, and the modern Room is spacious and comfortable—above all, it’s great value for money. Personally, I loved the style of taking off your shoes at the entrance, and I was glad I could open my large suitcase without feeling cramped. Even though it was summer vacation, we had the bath almost to ourselves for all three days, so we could relax and enjoy it. The changing area and washing area were spotless and well maintained. It was also helpful that we didn’t need to bring towels from our Room. Unlike a luxury high-rise Resort Hotel, the parking lot (and it’s free!) is close by, and it’s a short walk from the parking lot to the lobby to the guest Rooms—this was a huge help when traveling with kids and lots of beach gear. The compact size of the property felt just right in a good way. It’s far from the airport, but I personally like quiet Nakijin Village. There are many stylish cafes and restaurants nearby (they seemed popular with locals), there’s direct access to a convenience store without going outside, and there’s also a supermarket right in front—being able to pop out for quick shopping was fantastic. The staff were polite and attentive as well. Next time, I’d like to stay in a different Room!

I stayed here on my birthday last year and had a wonderful time, so this time I stayed for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday as well. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all excellent—I was completely satisfied! I’m also grateful to the staff member who took care of us. Thank you for bringing the cake to our Room after dinner. I was also happy to receive the flowers from the Accommodation as a gift. We could see the ocean from our Room, and it almost felt like a waste to go out. It’s quite far from Yokohama, but I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you as well for the Diamond Member benefits. I went fishing, but perhaps for safety reasons, the barbs on the hooks seemed too small and I couldn’t keep bait on them. Since I usually enjoy fishing, it was disappointing—but next time I’d like to bring my own hooks and bait.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We stayed as a mother-and-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We have stayed at many Accommodations, but our time at Fufu Nikko was truly unforgettable and the best experience we could have hoped for. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the in-room Onsen was wonderfully relaxing—we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The dining was also outstanding. Each dish was beautiful to look at, thoughtfully presented on lovely tableware, and you could really feel the care and attention behind every detail. Everything tasted delicious. The final dish—rice with conger eel and lotus root—was especially wonderful, but we were so full that we couldn’t finish it. That is my only regret. Even now, my daughter and I still say, “We wish we had eaten it all.” The whole cake we requested in advance for my daughter’s birthday was also set up beautifully when we returned to our Room after dinner. They even added flowers along with the cake, and my daughter was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable birthday. Above all, what stayed with us most was the hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome on arrival to the heartfelt send-off at departure, everything felt comfortable. Wherever we met someone, they greeted us kindly, and each small gesture of consideration felt genuinely warm. The explanations of each course were clear and attentive, and the casual conversations in between were enjoyable as well. The service never felt formal or stiff—just perfectly attentive with a comfortable sense of distance—and both my daughter and I were completely charmed. Of course the Facility and cuisine were exceptional, but this stay reminded me that what ultimately makes you think “I want to come back” is always the people. Even after returning home, my daughter and I haven’t stopped talking about Fufu Nikko. We’ve become big fans of “Fufu,” and are already planning which Fufu property to visit next—with hopes of visiting them all someday. I sincerely thank all of your staff for making this important birthday trip with my daughter such a wonderful memory. We will definitely return again. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. The building has a stylish Japanese-modern design, and the food was delicious. The staff who welcomed us were very kind, shared various stories with us, and were friendly and reassuring. The staff assigned to our Room were also very kind. If I had to mention one thing, I wish the view from the bath in the Room had been better.

The meals were delicious, and it was great that the baths were private. The uphill walk to the main building was a bit tough; it would be even better if there were welcome drinks available at the main building.
