This is our favorite cottage, and we are always comforted by the owners’ kind and warm hospitality. Thank you very much for the birthday cake. Running around in the spacious garden, enjoying the scenery, and relaxing in the cool Room make this a special place where both dogs and people can feel refreshed.

We stayed at this Accommodation to celebrate my husband’s parents’ golden wedding anniversary. The Room was much more spacious than we expected, and we were able to relax in great comfort. We also really appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary drinks, sweets, and light snacks whenever we wanted. However, we were a bit concerned about the attitude of the boat operator on the way to the annex Onsen, so we took the bus back. It was especially disappointing because the view from the boat was wonderful. All of the other staff were very kind and attentive. My parents-in-law were delighted as well, and it turned into a truly satisfying trip. Thank you very much.

We were worried about the typhoon forecast, but luckily it cleared up and we were able to swim in the sea. The Goemon bath after fully enjoying the ocean was absolutely amazing!! It was a truly luxurious time that made us forget everyday life. At night, we could also see a beautiful starry sky, and our whole family made wonderful memories together. It was such an incredible day that we even said as a family, “Let’s definitely come back here next year!”!! We’re glad we chose a Multiple Night Stay with plenty of time. Thank you so much to the staff!! See you again next year!!

We visited to enjoy Kasumi crab. The tagged crab was larger and fresher than we expected, and both the quality and quantity were excellent. The staff were cheerful and very pleasant, and they explained Kasumi crab in detail, so we had a comfortable stay. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

I stay around Hayama every summer, but this was my first time here. It is a wonderful Hotel, far nicer than you would imagine from its modest exterior in a residential neighborhood. The Room is modern and relaxing. The ocean view from the Room is also outstanding, and all the staff were young and provided pleasant service, which left a great impression. I will definitely return.

They highly recommended this Accommodation to friends and family, saying they were completely satisfied because everything—from the pool and other Facilities to all the equipment and supplies—was fully provided. They were delighted with the complimentary drinks and the cute amenities. They thanked us, saying they enjoyed it so much that they didn’t want to leave after seeing a beautiful sunrise. I’m also looking forward to my first stay in Building B later this month.

This was my third stay. It was my first time in the “Haruka” cottage, and it was just as comfortable as always. On the day we arrived, we took a walk along the river from the back garden door to Sakuta Beach. It took about 10 minutes to get there. Our senior dog needed to be carried part of the way, but was thrilled once we reached the beach. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Facility and overall setup reflected wonderful hospitality. The staff were also very kind, making each visit a lovely memory. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. You can see Mount Rishiri from the Onsen and the dining area, and the view is magnificent. Beautiful flowers were arranged throughout the building, and we could feel the careful hospitality in every corner. The meals were delicious, and we are glad we stayed at Hanarebun. It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. It was absolutely amazing! Since we stayed just one night, it flew by, but I’m so glad we decided to rent the whole house! The place is stylish in every way, and there were plenty of towels—so after playing in the pool, we went straight to the Onsen! We could also do laundry, played in the pool again the next morning, and then back to the Onsen! The hot sandwiches included in the breakfast Plan were very filling. We also found the Arita mandarin orange juice that came with breakfast being sold elsewhere as a souvenir, so we bought some to take home. The quality of the meat for dinner BBQ was excellent—tender, juicy, and truly delicious! Meat included in BBQ Plans is often tough and not very impressive, but this one was incredibly good! Next time I’d love to bring friends and definitely stay here again!

Due to a change of plans, I made a Reservation the day before. It was a rainy day and I arrived early, but I was able to choose a book from the many available and enjoy reading at a relaxed pace with a cup of coffee in hand. The spacious bath, especially the bubble bath, was very soothing. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn’t finish everything. The sunrise the next morning was beautiful. There were also goats and rabbits, and if it were closer, it’s a place where I’d love to bring my dog for a Multiple Night Stay.

We first stayed here last year, and this was our second visit. The Facility is as comfortable as ever—an outstanding cottage. The BBQ terrace is also clean and more than spacious enough even for two families. This time we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t see the sunset (lol). The private beach was just as amazing! The stairs down to it had been nicely repaired, so we could use them with peace of mind. We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual stay (lol). We’d love to come back again!

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my and his birthdays. The Room was spacious, and everything—the toilet, bath, beds—was impeccably clean. The open-air bath was also at the perfect temperature, and it was clear it had been thoroughly cleaned. We ordered the BBQ and breakfast! The Awaji beef was excellent quality—tender and absolutely delicious. All the other dishes provided were stylish as well, and each paired perfectly with wine. I wondered if it would be enough… but it was more than enough—we couldn’t finish everything! I debated choosing No Meals Included and bringing our own ingredients, but I’m really glad we ordered the meals. If I had to mention one thing… there weren’t many dishes. In the morning, we planned to enjoy Sora Villa’s special sandwiches with coffee and onion soup, but there were only four mugs, so I wished there had been bowls for soup. In the morning too, we soaked in the open-air bath while listening to the waves rolling in around sunrise, then relaxed on the terrace with drinks and conversation. We were able to spend a truly relaxing and elegant time. Next time, we’d like to bring our dog as well—and visit again together.

We visited during Golden Week for a birthday trip. From the warm welcome to the lounge, Room, baths, and meals, everything throughout our stay was wonderful and made it a truly unforgettable trip. The view from the Room was beautiful, and we were able to spend a relaxing, luxurious time. Every dish was genuinely delicious; even though the portions were generous, it was so good that I finished everything for the first time. All of the staff were consistently kind and attentive, which made our entire stay very comfortable. We also went to an outside bath, but it was quite crowded—so much so that we felt completely satisfied with just the Ryokan’s baths. In particular, the in-Room bath had perfect temperature and excellent water quality, and it was incredibly soothing. I’ve been traveling about once every two months for many years, but this is the first Ryokan that truly made me think, “I definitely want to come back.” Next time, I’d love to visit during crab season. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I visited by car with my husband and son on our first family trip in a while. We were delighted by the elegant lobby and lounge, beautifully decorated with flowers and furnishings, and by the stunning view of the cove from the windows. The cave-style bath we had been looking forward to, as well as the panoramic bath, were wonderfully relaxing, with silky-smooth water as we enjoyed the scenery. For dinner, we had an exquisite kaiseki course in a private dining room. We chose sashimi made from locally caught fish of the day, and every dish was outstanding—beautifully presented with impressive table settings. We also enjoyed freshly grilled fugu prepared right in front of us, along with a sake tasting. After dinner, we played darts, enjoyed wine at the bar, and went back to the baths—making the most of our stay. Our Room also had a fantastic view, and we were able to truly unwind. This is an unforgettable Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

The view from the window was breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The sunset in particular was stunning—better than we had imagined. We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here with my daughter for a birthday trip. Just as the Reviews said, each dish was carefully prepared—everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and we were truly satisfied. The welcome sweets in our Room and the dessert pudding were also handmade by the chef and unbelievably good. The semi-open-air bath in our Room was wonderfully relaxing, with a proper washing area, so we could easily enjoy the Onsen again and again. The original shampoo and conditioner were so good I wanted to buy them to take home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. Above all, I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, and thanks to their heartfelt service we had such a pleasant stay. With their wonderful smiles and thoughtfulness, we were able to spend an unforgettable birthday—it was an incredibly satisfying trip. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

This was our seventh destination on our classic hotel tour. To be honest, among the classic hotels, we thought Kawana would be a “maybe if we can,” but we made a Reservation hoping to enjoy the pool during the Obon holidays. Now that our stay is over, it was so wonderful that we want to come to Kawana Hotel every summer. One thing we had researched in advance was the omurice said to have been eaten by Marilyn Monroe, and we knew we couldn’t miss it—so we went for lunch right after arrival. We enjoyed a relaxed meal at Sun Parlor in a beautiful setting with ocean views. We also had shaved ice at Sun Parlor. With condensed milk and honey harvested from beekeeping at Kawana, we changed the flavor ourselves with each bite and had fun tasting it different ways. Another highlight was the movie screening held in the second lobby at night. The film that day was Roman Holiday. Combined with the classic atmosphere of our Room, it felt like it created a truly special summer night. Since the pool and baths can be enjoyed even after check-out, we went back to the pool on day two as well. The natural spring water pool was very cold and refreshing; lying on a poolside bed with views of blue skies and the sea, listening to the splash of water, felt absolutely perfect. All of the staff were very kind. Compared with other classic hotels, this one felt especially welcoming, making for a stay that brought back nostalgic summer memories. We’d love to visit again next summer.

We stayed in Building D, which is pet-friendly. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. There’s honestly nothing to criticize, so here are a few tips to help you enjoy your stay even more. Jacuzzi / Open-air bath / Pool: 　Bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Stink bugs (currently a large outbreak): 　It’s helpful to bring sticky tape for removal. Bakery: 　There’s a great bakery nearby. Amenities: 　High-quality POLA amenities are provided, so you only need to bring the basics. To fully enjoy it: 　You’ll probably want to stay two nights. Appliances: 　Most appliances are available, but there doesn’t seem to be an air fryer (probably). Shirarahama Beach: 　It’s just under 2 km away—slightly far. Dogs aren’t allowed on Shirarahama Beach, which is disappointing, but the beauty of the beach is amazing.
