The staff were extremely courteous and attentive.

Two of us stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. When I called to request a change to the length of our stay, they responded politely and explained everything clearly. The room felt a bit more spacious than in the photos and was clean. It was also great that we could watch streaming services on the TV. The toilet and bathroom felt a bit dated. Having a convenience store right next to the hotel was very helpful. Overall, aside from the bathroom facilities, we were very satisfied with the price as well. Thank you very much.

It was a perfectly adequate place to stay. If anyone leaves a bad review, I honestly wonder what they expect from such a great-value inn. I stayed in the new log cabin building, and the room was cleaner than some business hotels, spacious as well, and it even came with hot springs—so I’m not sure what there is to complain about. I’d like to stay here again.

It was a Multiple Night Stay, and the front desk staff were polite and kind, which made me feel at ease. Thank you for storing my luggage until the evening even after checkout. I had a lot of luggage, so it was very helpful. Since it was extremely hot, the drink service on the first floor was much appreciated.

I’ve stayed here before—have the rooms been renovated? It felt like the bathrooms and other water areas were cleaner than last time, which made my stay very comfortable. I think the complimentary breakfast offers a satisfying amount and selection, especially for women. They also store luggage before check-in and after check-out, which is a huge help since the location near Ueno Station makes it easy to end up with lots of shopping bags. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

I was able to relax very comfortably. Even on the first floor, you can work, unwind, and enjoy a lovely view. The room is a bit dark, so it can be difficult to work or read. It also felt a little awkward that the toilet area is partially see-through. There were plenty of towels, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful as well. Convenience stores are a bit far away.

It has been quite a while since my last stay, but the check-in process was smooth.

We stayed here for a family trip. The staff were very thoughtful, we enjoyed visiting the different hot springs, and the meals were so luxurious we couldn’t finish them all. We will definitely stay again.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The staff were pleasant, the lobby was stylish, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very simple. Perhaps because it’s a renovated Hotel, there was quite a noticeable drain odor. It’s also best not to expect much soundproofing. If you’re out most of the time and only return to the Hotel to sleep, it should be just right.

I stayed here for a concert at Ecopa Stadium. It’s conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Kakegawa Station, and the stadium is about 5 km away—just over an hour on foot—so it’s within walking distance. Since I wasn’t sure how I’d get back after the concert, knowing I could walk back was reassuring. As expected, there was heavy traffic after the show, so I walked back to the Hotel. The parking lot was spacious, so I parked first, checked in early, and asked them to hold my luggage. Even though I returned after 9:00 p.m., the staff were very helpful. The welcome drink selection included alcohol as well. The large public bath was clean, and the hot water helped me relax after a long day. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was tasty. It was hard to find an Accommodation for a stadium concert, so when availability opened up at this Hotel, I made a Reservation immediately. In the end, it was comfortable and I had a great stay.

Everything exceeded the price. The ochazuke served from 9:00 PM was very delicious, and I was also satisfied with the morning buffet. The staff were very helpful, and there was nothing negative. The only disappointing point was that although we came to Matsuyama (Dogo Onsen), the Hotel did not have a large public bath.

A warm welcome made for a pleasant start. The Onsen was excellent. The meals were beautifully presented with an autumn theme and were absolutely delicious.

It was a corner Room on the top floor. There was no disturbance from surrounding noise, just occasional faint sirens from the highway. The air conditioning and ventilation worked well, but some might find the slight whistling sound from the door gap noticeable. My wife initially thought it was the refrigerator making noise, but I believe this is a sign of good ventilation. There are two elevators, so there’s no waiting time and they operate smoothly. Parking at a nearby pachinko parlor cost 1,000 yen for 24 hours. It’s within walking distance to Sakae's central area, so I’d love to stay here again!

I booked after seeing it was a 6-minute walk, but since it was my first time in the area, it was night, and I wasn’t feeling well that day, I called as soon as I arrived at Hakata Station to ask for directions. A female staff member kindly explained the way in great detail and, despite being busy, stayed on the line until just before I arrived. After that, she was standing in front of the Hotel—probably until she could see me. I think it was something she did naturally, and it truly made me happy. Thank you so much!! The next morning, I regretted not being able to thank her properly. I will stay here again when I visit Hakata—please keep that same warm attitude.

While the Room bathroom is extremely small, the large public bath downstairs is excellent!!! It’s not huge, but it has lockers, a sauna, ReFa shower and hair dryer, and drinking water. I highly recommend that all guests use it. However, the pajamas are very thin, so women may find it easier to walk around the building if they bring their own T-shirt or similar. Also, I chose a smoking-allowed Room, but the ventilation didn’t feel very strong. If only one of you smokes, I recommend using e-cigarettes. If both of you are heavy smokers, an ashtray is provided. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but there’s a bus stop nearby and I had no trouble finding food even late at night. Despite being during a holiday period, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price and was very satisfied.

I stayed here for a live show at Marine Messe Fukuoka. It’s about a 13-minute walk, easy to find, and there’s a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. The smartphone check-in I was worried about was surprisingly easy, the room was spacious enough, and I had a comfortable stay. It would be nice if there were skincare items like facial lotion for women. Also, it would be helpful if luggage could be stored in advance.

We stayed for one night as a family. The Facility was even more satisfying than we had imagined based on the Reviews. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the staff were also very kind and helpful. We stayed in the Kaede Wing Room. Getting there was a bit complicated, but the Room was clean. Compared with the Satsuki Wing, there was a slight smell, but it wasn’t strong enough to bother us during our stay. The amenities were minimal with nothing unnecessary— only towels and toothbrushes. There were no snack trays, and only tea was provided with the electric kettle. My mother, who came with us, seemed to find it a little lacking, but since we could enjoy free ice cream, drinks, and alcohol in the lounge, I didn’t feel it was lacking at all. I wish the buffet had offered a few more items. Our child was looking forward to dessert, but there weren’t many options and they seemed disappointed. Other than the meals, there were plenty of Facilities to enjoy inside for a full day, and we made great memories playing table tennis and enjoying the lounge and kids’ park.

I didn’t think I’d be able to get home, so I made a Reservation at the last minute. Even though I could use the large public bath at an affiliated Hotel and breakfast buffet was included, the stay was very affordable—I’m very satisfied.

We stayed as a group of four, with two Twin Rooms. The rooms were clean, charming, and very comfortable. We were especially surprised by the excellent value for the meals. Both the meat and sashimi were incredibly delicious. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Close to the ropeway station, with an Onsen. After hiking, you can head straight back to the Hotel and take a bath! It was awesome. The breakfast curry & lassi were unexpectedly delicious. We had a great time and would love to come again.
