I was impressed by every aspect of this stay. First, the food was truly outstanding. Not only were the ingredients excellent, but the menu featured an abundance of seasonal items that are hard to come by in everyday life—such as longtooth grouper (kue), Shizuoka-brand eel “Deshiko,” pike conger (hamo), kuruma prawns, and Kamo eggplant—and I was moved by each dish. There wasn’t a single miss: the dashi flavor came through beautifully, and the balance of ingredients and seasoning in every course was exquisite. The overall satisfaction was so high that it honestly felt surprising to be able to stay at this price while being served cuisine of such a high level. The Onsen was also wonderful. The bath area is new and kept very clean, so it was comfortable to use. In particular, Umenoya’s unique natural spring water at around 30°C was perfect for this hot season. Alternating it with the indoor bath at around 40°C left me feeling refreshed after bathing and made for a truly relaxing time. I highly recommend trying it this way. Above all, what left the strongest impression was the hospitality of the staff. When I accidentally dropped my chopsticks during dinner, one staff member immediately noticed and picked them up, and another staff member who saw this brought me a fresh pair. Their seamless teamwork showed how well they communicate on a daily basis, which really moved me. The proprietress has such a warm presence—always smiling and speaking to guests in a friendly way. Despite her young age, her attentiveness to guests and her awareness of everything throughout the Ryokan are exceptional; I don’t often encounter someone capable of providing hospitality at this level. It was an Accommodation that left me completely satisfied with its cuisine, Onsen, and service. I would love to return in another season to enjoy more delicious food and the Onsen again.

We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. This was my first time staying at Vischio, and choosing this property based on the Reviews was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, the Room was clean, and the Onsen was spacious and spotless with everything I needed—perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Adding breakfast was also a great choice. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything—from fruit to desserts—was very delicious. It’s not unnecessarily luxurious, but it’s modern, clean, and has everything you need, so it was a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

I stayed at this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Tokyo. The location is excellent—Urawa Corso and Isetan are about a 1-minute walk away, so shopping is very convenient. During my trip I needed extra clothes, and being able to buy them right away at UNIQLO was a big help. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which makes it easy to pick up small items and drinks. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying overall (they even served eel on the day I stayed). The breakfast venue is on an upper floor with nice views and an open feel. That said, the view overlooks the Urawa city area, so it’s more about enjoying the cityscape than dramatic scenery. The Hotel facilities seemed recently renovated and were clean overall. While there were a few spots that showed their age, nothing felt inconvenient. One thing I noticed was that although I had reserved a non-smoking Room, there was a faint lingering smell of tobacco. It may be from before the renovation, but guests who are sensitive to odors might find it noticeable. Overall, with its great location and excellent breakfast, I think this is a recommended Hotel for sightseeing in Tokyo or for stays related to errands in the Urawa/Omiya area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind! The Onsen was amazing, but what impressed me most was the hospitality. And the kimbap was unbelievably delicious. On the second day they kindly served inari sushi, but I liked it so much I wanted to eat kimbap two days in a row!! The building is old, but it felt like visiting the countryside, and everything was thoroughly cleaned and spotless.

Everything was truly excellent! The location, meals, bath, Room, bed, and value for money—everything was outstanding! I really appreciated that you could store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out! I would love to stay with you again.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in such a spacious Room! We were able to spend our time in the Room feeling truly pampered. I was happy to receive a cold towel at check-in, and even though the front desk was busy, you assisted us right away. Everyone’s wonderful smiles warmed our hearts. We were able to relax deeply in the Onsen and felt our everyday fatigue melt away. Thank you very much!

Despite being in the city center, the top floor features an open-air natural Onsen bath with panoramic views over Mutsu Bay. After staying here, I can’t go back to other Business Hotels. The Room was spotless, the TV was large, and having a door between the entrance area and the bedroom made it easy to relax and sleep well. Breakfast was packed with Aomori specialties. I was very satisfied.

I stayed here on a guys’ trip with my sons. Both the building and the room were clean and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. The LOVOT in the first-floor lobby was adorable and added to the nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed both the sauna and the cold bath. Breakfast featured plenty of local ingredients, which made us feel like we were truly in Nagano. We were also happy with the great manga selection, and dinner at the in-house restaurant—especially the pizza—was satisfying. When I come to Nagano again, I’d like to stay here again!

We stayed for one night in July. A senior colleague who lives in Ehime Prefecture recommended Funaya, saying that if we were going to stay anywhere, it should be Funaya—so we decided to stay together. We were both truly impressed. The meals were excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The fish was incredibly fresh—we were amazed. The Room was also impeccable in every way, with nothing to complain about. We would definitely like to stay again.

I booked this Hotel for my first trip to Kagoshima. It is located inside the Tenmonkan arcade, making it convenient for getting anywhere. The Room was spacious and clean, and the property was very quiet. One minor point: the bathroom is a typical unit bath, so I would have preferred a separate toilet and a bit more space.

Because we enjoyed our stay last year, we decided, “Let’s stay at Ibusuki Royal Hotel again for this summer vacation!” This year, the proprietress also greeted us during dinner. She was wonderful. Everyone—at the front desk and in the dining area—was lovely and welcoming, always with a smile. While many hotels serve buffet-style meals, this Hotel offers kaiseki-style dinners and breakfasts, with delicious dishes brought to your table. They had a “mini festival” again this year, and our grandchild loved it. We also enjoyed the pool. Sipping coffee in the lobby while looking out over the vast ocean—and watching two black kites circling calmly around the Hotel—was such a relaxing time. We also love the open-air bath with an ocean view. Next time, I think we might choose a larger Japanese-Western style room.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it, so we returned for a group trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays. With a Room overlooking the Yubatake, high-quality Onsen baths, and delicious meals, our friends were very satisfied and it became a wonderful trip. The large public bath was outstanding as expected, but we were also impressed by how well stocked the amenities corner in the changing area was. They even had face sheet masks. We wanted to take our time with dinner this time, so we chose the dining venue “Kimi no Roman.” The food was delicious, and we also enjoyed learning about the ingredients thanks to the staff’s thoughtful explanations. Breakfast was buffet-style. There were many creative dishes featuring local ingredients, and everything was excellent. We felt that even if we had chosen the dinner buffet, we would have been satisfied. Since we needed to go to an annex building for the large public bath and breakfast, we walked back and forth along the connecting corridor. The furnishings and Facilities were polished to a shine, with beautiful ikebana displays throughout. There were also impressive arrangements in the large public bath area itself, giving a sense of refinement that only a long-established Accommodation can offer. All staff members were kind; when we asked for photos, they even took them from atop a step ladder so they could include the Yubatake in the shot. This is an excellent Accommodation with attentive hospitality in every detail—both in its services and its upkeep. The souvenir shop on the first floor is large with an extensive selection, so you can find everything there. They also have a corner featuring Asama Shuzo (my favorite), where I was able to buy various items. Guests who spend 2,500 yen or more receive delicious cookies.

The checkout service was excellent. When I was waiting in line, the staff noticed right away and assisted me without making me wait. Although the staff member was young, they worked efficiently and promptly, which made me feel great and set a positive tone for the rest of my day. It was especially pleasant to see a young person taking initiative and working quickly. Thank you very much.

I stayed here the day after a concert, and it exceeded my expectations. The Facility was very clean and comfortable. There was also a large public bath and a sauna, so I could relax and unwind. Dinner was served in a calm dining area, and the dishes made with seasonal Mie ingredients were delicious. All of the staff were kind as well. It was also convenient to have a supermarket right in front of the Hotel.\n\nWhen I come to Mie for another concert, I’d like to stay here again.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

Everything—from the hospitality and the Room to the dinner—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied. First, the matcha tea and sweets served as a welcome were delicious. The steak kaiseki dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, the meat was tender and very tasty, and although the portions were generous, we finished everything. The herbal tea also had a wonderful aroma and was very relaxing. Their commitment to ingredients from Noto really came through, and you could feel their love for Noto. The service was also excellent. The Room was just the right size, and we appreciated having a large table. When visiting Kanazawa, I would definitely recommend this Accommodation to many people. I would love to stay here again.

On the day we arrived, it was pouring rain, so we left our luggage at the Hotel first and took a taxi to the concert venue. Some roads were flooded, but we arrived safely. On the way back, the rain had stopped, but when we returned to the Hotel, most of the nearby izakaya were already closing for the evening. We picked up some items at a convenience store, chilled drinks in the fridge, and relaxed in the large public bath to unwind. We also took our time with a morning bath and felt refreshed! We tried a variety of breakfast items as well, and the local specialty yellow watermelon for dessert was especially delicious. Next time we stay in Niigata, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The service was outstanding, and I’m truly glad we chose this Hotel. All the food and drinks were delicious. On the front desk floor, there were complimentary coffee and cold barley tea, and in the lounge area they even provided ice bars and Yakult for the next morning—everything was thoughtfully prepared. Of course, we also enjoyed the late-night soba. We had no complaints at all and had a wonderful stay.

I stay here every time I visit Izumo. I knew there was a washing machine and dryer in the changing room, but I assumed they were mainly for long-term guests. This time, my clothes got dirty due to an unexpected issue and I was in trouble—then I remembered the laundry facilities and used them for the first time. The washing machine is free, and the dryer costs 100 yen for 20 minutes. The stains came out and everything finished beautifully. It truly helped me a lot. Thank you very much.
