Our family of four stayed in two Twin Rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room and beds were spacious. We were also very satisfied with the covered parking, same-day luggage storage, and dinner service with app registration. Breakfast was also delicious! We would definitely stay again!

An Onsen-loving couple. We found it on the day and made a last-minute Reservation. A detached Room with a private indoor bath and an open-air bath (of course, both are Onsen). At first, the main building looked like it had been renovated… and the detached building, with its golden torii gate, felt a bit questionable… so we hesitated. But that first impression was completely wrong. We thought the Hotel staff might be from overseas, but they were pleasant and gave clear explanations—friendly and kind. The detached Room had everything we needed—nothing to complain about. It’s No Meals Included, but delivery is OK and there’s a microwave. We considered going out to eat, but since we wanted to soak in the Onsen many times and relax, we bought locally caught sashimi and sushi at a nearby supermarket and ate in our Room. Without worrying about anyone else, we went into the Onsen again and again—back and forth between the indoor bath and the open-air bath… I’ve lost count of how many times. The fridge has separate freezer/refrigerator compartments, so we could even buy ice cream and store it. The free Onsen-boiled eggs were great—we had several—and they were really delicious. Plates and chopsticks for meals were also provided. You can adjust the water temperature to your liking, and the Room size was more than enough for two. Some Reviews mentioned that the Room was dark or that there were no loungewear/pajamas, but it wasn’t dark at all—and loungewear is provided. If I had to mention one thing… the open-air bath wall is wood, but some areas have peeling color or slight rot. I understand it can’t be helped due to Onsen minerals, but if maintenance reached every detail it would be perfect. That said, they do maintain it regularly; maybe this happens quickly because of the mineral content… so it’s within an acceptable range. We loved everything about our stay. We’ll be back.

This was my third stay. It’s close to central Tokyo and less crowded than Atami, so Yugawara feels like the perfect distance. I’m not a vegetarian, but the vegan cuisine at this Accommodation is truly delicious, and the Onsen is wonderful as well, so I was able to unwind and recharge from everyday fatigue. This time, the breakfast was upgraded and it was excellent—I was very satisfied from the morning. I’d love to stay again. Thank you.

The Room was clean, and the Onsen was amazing! The food was incredibly delicious and very generous in portion size, so even men will be satisfied! It would be helpful to have a fan in summer. I will definitely come again.

We stayed with our dog during the pre-opening period. There are various rules for using the Accommodation, but they were not clearly explained on the Reservation site or elsewhere, so there was very little information in advance. Until we arrived at the Hotel, I was quite worried. On-site, however, there were written instructions at key points, so we did not have many problems. That said, I think things would go much more smoothly if guests could understand everything beforehand rather than having to figure it out each time. I appreciate that simplifying services helps lower prices, but if guests are expected to handle many things themselves, the system needs to be communicated in detail in a way that anyone can easily understand. - Our dog’s vaccination certificate was not checked. For guests traveling with dogs to feel comfortable and use the Accommodation with peace of mind, I believe this should be mandatory and consistently enforced. Also, there was no explanation at all about how to use the dog-friendly Room; some basic rules and guidance seem necessary. - As mentioned in other Reviews on other sites as well, there was no sanitary disposal box in the restroom. I think this is something that should be provided. - Free rental items are available on a first-come basis. The notice said: “After use, keep it clean and finally clean it and return it to its original place.” This made me wonder whether the Hotel checks (cleans/maintains) these items properly every day after they are returned. If not, it would feel unhygienic. - The notes on the Reservation site stated: “A deposit (20,000 yen for all Rooms) will be collected.” However, when I asked staff in the lobby on the day of arrival, they told me no deposit is collected. - I appreciated having a 2-liter bottle of water provided in our Room. - All staff who assisted us inside the Hotel (lobby and breakfast venue) were pleasant, polite, and clear. With this rebranding renovation, the facilities are already very appealing as a Hotel. I hope that service operations will improve accordingly and become even better than they are now.

On the second day, heading from Nasu Highlands to Gunma Prefecture, we stayed at Route Inn Shibukawa. Upon arrival, several cars and motorcycles had already arrived, but we were lucky to park under the covered entrance. The next morning, I happened to look at the backyard and saw nearly 30 motorcycles parked, realizing its popularity. The room was neatly arranged, the large public bath was able to relieve the fatigue of the day, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Also, from arrival to departure, the staff who served us with smiles throughout, thank you very much for your hospitality. m(_ _)m

The building itself felt a bit old, but it was well maintained, and the Room was clean. In addition to the bedroom, there was another Room, and the in-room bath included an Onsen bath and a separate shower room, which made it very satisfying. The meals were buffet-style, but the quality was quite high. If you went at the wrong time, there were people waiting in line. The Onsen was also excellent. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

This was my first stay at an Accommodation with No Meals Included. I set the location on my GPS, but the entrance may be a little hard to find; once you’ve found it, it’s easy to remember. From check-in, the staff provided warm and attentive hospitality. People in Fukushima are often very kind. The Room and the Accommodation itself show their age, but everything is well maintained and didn’t feel outdated. Amenities such as bath towels, towels, toothbrushes, and yukata are provided. There are two Onsen baths in separate locations. I wasn’t that interested in Onsen, so I only used one—and it was quite hot (lol). My child and I turned it into a little endurance contest. For meals, it was also fun to take a walk to nearby restaurants and discover a new style of travel. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. The staff gave me a warm welcome, and even though it was my first time at this Accommodation, I felt at ease throughout my stay. Their service was pleasantly attentive without being overbearing, which made it especially comfortable to stay alone. The Onsen had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and I was able to soak slowly and unwind from everyday fatigue. The water felt wonderful—I found myself wanting to return again and again. The interior was also very comfortable, and I truly enjoyed a leisurely pace of time. This is an Accommodation I can recommend to anyone who wants to relax on their own. I would love to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Following last year’s stay, we visited again this year, and my mother and sister also stayed in separate Rooms. With more people traveling together, it was a wonderful trip. My mother and sister, who joined us this year, were very happy as well. At every meal, we ate until we were completely full and enjoyed a great time together.

We made a Reservation at this Hotel because my husband had stayed here before and really loved the Onsen. It was our first time back in Arima Onsen in a while, and since it was also his first time trying the meals—and the restaurant had just been renovated—we decided to book. We were also able to reserve a Room where we could enjoy a Silver Onsen bath. The renovated restaurant was beautiful, and dinner was an Italian buffet, with Japanese dishes available as well, so we enjoyed a great variety. Breakfast was also a buffet in the same restaurant, but with different items from dinner, and we ate plenty of delicious food. Both dinner and breakfast offered paper cups for takeout, which made us happy since the Room only had sencha tea bags. The Onsen was very relaxing, and I could see why my husband likes it so much. The Silver Onsen bath in our Room was a view-bath style that you fill yourself, and it was wonderful to soak at our own pace. The view from the lobby was lovely too—it was a stay where we could unwind and enjoy great meals. Thank you very much.

At the end of the year, I stayed with my elderly parents. Since my mother needed a walker, I was a bit worried due to the lack of barrier-free information in the facility, but prioritized having a private bath and an onsen in the room due to the influenza outbreak. As a result, although the property was not barrier-free, the staff provided such considerate care that it was a very pleasant stay. The parking lot is several tens of meters away, but they offered valet parking for my mother and assisted us in areas with steps. The quality of the onsen was excellent, and our family felt warm and cozy. Although the building is old, it has been renovated and was thoroughly cleaned.

I have stayed here several times. It is an excellent Accommodation within walking distance of the station, and you can also enjoy the Onsen. The complimentary light breakfast was delicious, which I really appreciated. It seems the Hotel in front of the station has started charging for breakfast, so I hope you will keep up the great work if possible.

The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. The Onsen’s changing area was immediately by the entrance, which made me a little uneasy at first, but it was about the size of a home bath and was well cleaned, so it was nice.

We stayed in a barrier-free Room. The Room had been nicely renovated and was comfortable. However, the washroom and toilet doors are automatic, and the noise was quite noticeable. Especially at night, whenever a family member went to the toilet, I woke up each time. The meals were tasty overall, but I felt they could have featured a bit more of Tokachi’s local character. The large public bath had a spacious washing area, but the bathtub felt small. The bath in our Room was spacious and comfortable, but the water was very hot, so we needed to adjust the temperature by adding cold water. We stayed for two nights as a family, and although there were a few points of concern, we had an overall comfortable stay.

Families who have actually stayed here have given feedback like the title, so I’m glad I recommended it.

Thank you for accommodating us on a suddenly planned short trip. I had seen Reviews saying the Facility was old and run-down, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but perhaps we happened to get an unlucky room—the floor creaked loudly. It didn’t feel like it would give way, but my wife said it was scary. Since I work in construction, if only I’d had my tools... I think it also depends on the accommodation Plan, but since we can’t eat a lot, we chose the standard meal option. They also adjusted the menu after discussing allergies with us, and everything was delicious. I’d rate it 5 stars+. Thank you very much.
