I made a Reservation in a hurry due to unforeseen circumstances and ended up making several mistakes, but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although the building and Facility feel a bit dated, the room was more spacious than expected, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the Onsen, and breakfast was properly prepared and delicious. Overall, I was more satisfied than I had imagined. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This was our first time staying here. We made a Reservation with a very good-value Plan, but one person suddenly couldn’t make it. When we informed the staff, they handled it very flexibly, which truly helped us. It was our daughter’s birthday, and they also arranged a birthday cake separately. The staff and other guests offered congratulatory words as well, and our daughter was delighted. The meals included some items prepared in advance, but the Joshu beef sukiyaki and fresh sashimi were especially delicious. Rice, miso soup, dessert, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we could enjoy seconds without hesitation—this was excellent. The Room was very spacious; the tatami mats looked newly replaced, there were no areas that concerned us in terms of cleanliness, and we stayed comfortable throughout. Needless to say, the large public bath had wonderful water quality. There was also a cooler “refreshing bath” available only in summer at a lower temperature, which made it comfortable for the children too. All employees were kind and helpful. Above all, it left an impression to see energetic senior staff cheerfully greeting guests while pushing large carts. Everyone worked so efficiently that it gave us energy as well. I’m sure there are various Reviews out there, but for our family this has definitely become a place of wonderful memories—thank you very much! Also, the flowers were properly arranged with fresh blooms; I admired how well they are maintained despite how much work that must be. Next time we’d love to return with the person who couldn’t come this time as well.

We stayed here when visiting the Dinosaur Museum. There are the Main Building, Yumoto Building, East Building, and Chosei Building, so the layout inside was a bit complicated. In any case, there are many large public baths. Every bath was kept very clean, and we were extremely satisfied. The attendants also took great care of us efficiently, and we truly appreciate it. All of the food was delicious, and even our daughter—who usually doesn’t eat seafood—said it was tasty and ate it. When we come to the area again, we will stay here again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, we were very satisfied! However, we really couldn’t tolerate the smell in the elevator, so we mostly used the stairs. It was a bit disappointing that the meals were almost the same on both days. But everything tasted really delicious! On the first night, the staff member in charge of our meal seemed a bit bothered and spoke rather casually, which concerned us. On the second night, however, the staff member was very polite and made us feel comfortable. The view from our Room was amazing, and when we returned from going out, we were able to relax and unwind.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. The spacious Room and the generously sized open-air bath in the Room helped us fully relax and recover from our fatigue. Although the building is somewhat old, it is well cleaned, and since I don’t really like newer but cramped Rooms, this Accommodation suited me well. The Onsen was also excellent and warmed me through to the core, so I would definitely like to stay again.

The Room did not have a private bath, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of dishes, and everything tasted great. There were chairs in the smoking area as well, so I was able to relax comfortably. It was a Hotel I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

The bath was very relaxing and the food was delicious—we were extremely satisfied! However, there were two disappointing points. 1) We would have appreciated having a mirror in the Room. There was only one at the dimly lit sink... 2) When we went for a morning bath, there was a large amount of something like sugar (possibly from snacks) spilled inside a locker in the changing Room. It may have been left by the previous guest, but it was still disappointing.

We made a Reservation because our family of six could all stay in the same Room at an affordable price. It turned into a trip that everyone enjoyed. The Room was spacious even with six futons laid out, and dinner was Italian, which felt refreshingly different—everything was delicious. We were still a bit hungry, so we ordered an extra pizza, and it was outstanding. When we requested takeout afterward, they even brought it to our Room. The location was also convenient, so we could take a walk after dinner and before breakfast. The Onsen isn’t very large, but it was great. It was also nice to be able to enjoy coffee and Pon Juice in the lounge after bathing.

We stayed for one night as a family. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet were very delicious. The Facility felt a bit dated in places, but the Room was well cleaned, and overall we were satisfied. After arriving by car, the Hotel provided a free Shuttle Service to the Onsen town area, which was very helpful and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing walk around. One disappointing point was that when we used the pool, I had confirmed by phone in advance that there would be an air pump, but it was quite old and looked like it had been repaired with duct tape. It ended up leaking air and couldn’t be used, so we inflated our float normally by mouth. The changing room also felt old, and it was disappointing that the floor was soaking wet. Afterward, a female staff member kindly put our swimsuits through the spin dryer for us, which we really appreciated. All of the female staff at reception and at the pool were very kind, making this a wonderful Hotel where we would like to stay again.

We stayed here during Golden Week. First, we checked in at the front desk, and the male staff member’s guidance was very unhurried, polite, and easy to understand. His kind smile also left a great impression. Right after check-in, what caught our eye was a mountain of sweets, ice cream, and even an automatic pancake maker. My spouse and I both love alcohol, so we headed straight for the drinks corner without even looking at the snacks! They had a full selection including beer, champagne, wine, and shochu, and we enjoyed them along with homemade cream cheese. Dinner also included shabu-shabu and crab. The crab was small but sweet, and the shabu-shabu came with both beef and pork—both were delicious. The ponzu sauce was especially tasty (is it homemade?). We were told we could bring drinks back to our Room after dinner as well, so after bathing we brought some along and enjoyed them. They also lend out games, so we borrowed a nostalgic Famicom and had a lot of fun in our Room. This Accommodation was perfect for us as a couple—we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

The exclusive all-you-can-drink lounge for Stays guests and the service allowing you to take desserts and drinks to your Room after dinner were much appreciated. Dinner was well thought out, with a perfect balance between the course and semi-buffet, and the tuna sushi was delicious, leading me to have seconds multiple times. The effort put into various services throughout the Facility was evident, making the experience very pleasant. The Onsen was not too hot, just right for me, allowing me to enjoy long soaks multiple times.

An Onsen-loving couple. We found it the same day and made a last-minute Reservation. A detached Room with both an indoor bath and an open-air bath (of course, both are Onsen). At first, the main building looked like it had been renovated… and the detached unit, with its golden torii gate, felt a bit questionable… We wondered if we’d made a mistake. But that first impression was completely wrong. The Hotel staff seemed to be from overseas, but they were pleasant, explained everything clearly, and were friendly and kind. The detached Room had everything we needed—nothing to complain about. It’s No Meals Included, but delivery is OK and there’s a microwave. We considered going out to eat, but since we wanted to soak in the Onsen repeatedly and relax, we bought locally sourced sashimi and sushi at a nearby supermarket and ate in the Room. Without worrying about anyone else, we went into the Onsen over and over—back and forth between the indoor bath and the open-air bath… I’ve lost count of how many times. The fridge has separate freezer/refrigerator compartments, so we could even buy ice cream and store it. The free Onsen-boiled eggs were great—we had several—and they were really delicious. Plates and chopsticks for meals were also provided. You can adjust the water temperature to your liking, and the Room size was more than enough for two. Some Reviews mentioned that the Room was dark or that there were no loungewear/pajamas, but it wasn’t dark at all—and loungewear was provided. If I had to mention one thing: the wooden wall around the open-air bath has some peeling discoloration here and there, with a few spots that look worn/rotted. It’s probably unavoidable due to Onsen minerals; it would be perfect if maintenance reached every detail. Still, they do seem to maintain it regularly—it may just happen quickly because of mineral buildup—so it’s within an acceptable range. We loved everything about our stay. We’ll be back.

I stayed in a budget single room on a solo trip. I was able to relax in the bath, and for dinner I enjoyed the fair’s Japanese Black Wagyu hamburger steak, rice topped with whitebait, and kenchin-jiru soup. I also used the karaoke, and the next morning I took another bath before breakfast. With Hakone so close by, I was very satisfied for 10,000 yen.

The Onsen water was originally great, but when I stayed again after a long time, it had improved even more. It was already silky-smooth, but this time it also had a stronger sulfur feel and a milky-white appearance—absolutely wonderful. (Just my personal impression.) I don’t usually leave comments, but this was the best so far, so I wanted to share my thoughts. I would like to visit again. Thank you.

We stayed here while sightseeing in Azumino City and Nagano City. A few years ago we stayed at a different Hotel, but this Hotel is far better. The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff also made a great impression on us. Even my wife, who is usually quite critical, seemed very satisfied. We would like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

I always stay at Itoen Hotel when I travel. The Room was spacious, a blend of Japanese and Western style, and very clean. Since the Hotel isn’t very large, it was easy to get around with short walks to the dining area and the large public bath. The all-you-can-drink buffet at this price was very satisfying—there were two types of sake and three types of shochu, which was perfect for alcohol lovers. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. As always, it was an Accommodation with excellent value that never disappoints. Thank you very much.

The building itself is old, and to be honest I felt a little uneasy when I arrived, but the service from the slim woman at the front desk was excellent. Both at check-in and during the free Shuttle Service, she was consistently courteous and attentive, and she spoke kindly to our 2-year-old child as well. The pool and the guest room were new and very clean. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

I used the all-you-can-drink Plan with a gasoline subsidy voucher. The Onsen had a noticeable sulfur scent and felt like a true hot spring. Since you can also enjoy an Onsen tour at the sister Hotel, I was able to enjoy both. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was very tasty. Above all, the way they poured the beer was fun and unique. There was a long line for the main steak dish, which took some time, and while the drinks in the all-you-can-drink option were good, when orders overlapped with those from paid Plans, I often had to wait for them to be served. The guest Room and bathroom areas were clean, so I thought it was very good overall.

I stayed at this accommodation during my visit to Kanazawa. The meals were all truly delicious, with a refined taste that highlighted seasonal ingredients, leaving me deeply impressed. This small accommodation with only 7 rooms offered a very quiet and peaceful stay, and the staff's warm hospitality was exceptional. Its proximity to Kanazawa city and the tranquil surroundings allowed me to enjoy a relaxing time. I would love to visit again.
