We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private dining Room, so we could relax and eat at our own pace. The service timing was perfect, and we were fully satisfied with the quality and generous portions of the meals. We also loved that they featured plenty of locally sourced ingredients. The fireworks were spectacular from the rooftop, and the open-air bath in our Room was excellent.

I stayed for a total of two nights and was able to work comfortably. There was a desk and chair, and the chair was comfortable to sit in. From noon, there was a time when I could enjoy sweets, tea, coffee, and more, and from the evening there was a time when I could enjoy alcohol and snacks—making for a pleasant change of pace between work sessions.

This was my first stay here. From the atmosphere throughout the Accommodation to the service, thoughtful hospitality, and meals—everything was flawless in sight, aroma, and taste. It was a truly delicious and enjoyable time. The Onsen is compact, but the water quality is excellent and left my skin silky smooth. I’m grateful to have found an Accommodation I’ll definitely return to. Thank you very much.

We arrived in heavy rain and were feeling pretty discouraged, but this Hotel was so wonderful even in the rain that we were truly glad we chose it. On the second day, the weather cleared beautifully, and the Pacific Ocean stretching out right in front of our Room was breathtaking. The meals made great use of local ingredients, and every dish had its own charm. Thanks to dinner and breakfast being offered in time slots we could choose from, we were able to relax and take our time while enjoying the ocean view. After breakfast, we stepped out from the restaurant into the garden and came across many rare tropical plants—banana trees with blossoms and fruit, pandanus (adan), hibiscus, shell ginger flowers—and even hermit crabs. We also used the two private family baths twice, which completely washed away our travel fatigue. Everyone on the staff—from the restaurant to throughout the Hotel—was very kind, and they shared lots of local tips you won’t find in guidebooks. The Oshima Tsumugi Museum was also outstanding. It felt like we learned a bit about Amami Oshima’s history, making it a truly meaningful experience. Thanks to this trip, we also discovered painter Kazuo Tanaka (Isson) and became big fans. We would definitely love to stay at this Hotel again next time.

My spouse, our younger daughter, and my 88-year-old mother stayed for one night. The arrival briefing was thorough and easy to understand, and whenever we had questions—at any time or place—we always received accurate and courteous assistance. What made us happiest was celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday at the restaurant. As a complimentary service, they provided sea bream with celebratory red rice and a dish accompanied by sake. They also dressed my husband in a purple outfit and took a commemorative family photo for us. It became a wonderful celebration, and we were deeply moved by the restaurant staff’s thoughtful hospitality. The food was excellent, especially the fresh seafood. The Awa Odori event was also very enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel and restaurant, it was an unforgettable trip, and we are truly grateful.

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. Although it is a bit far from the nearest public transportation, the location is quiet and within walking distance of Glover Garden and Oura Cathedral. It seems to have opened fairly recently, but the Hotel staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the creative, innovative menus skillfully blended Western and Japanese flavors with excellent quality. The restaurant also appears to be available even if you are not staying overnight, so it’s a great option to consider for your stay or dining in Nagasaki.

This is a well-established, reliable Hotel in Amami. There is an Onsen on the top floor, and soaking in the open-air bath while taking in a panoramic view of Naze Port washes away your fatigue. From your Room, the ocean is right in front of you. The sea below has coral reefs, and tropical fish—even Nemo and friends—swim by. The staff are kind and always make you feel comfortable, so it feels like coming home. Whenever I visit Amami, I spend one night here and have dinner at Yani. Resting while looking out over Amami’s sea from your Room feels wonderful, and in the morning you can relax over breakfast with views of the garden and ocean—this is a Hotel that leaves you feeling refreshed.

We chose the assigned Room, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous, offering us drinks and even taking photos for us after checkout, which made us feel truly welcomed. As part of the Accommodation was under renovation, they apologized for any inconvenience and even gave us some sweets. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first time visiting Arima Onsen. I booked a good-value Plan with a lighter meal, but there was so much food that I’m sorry I couldn’t finish it all. The Onsen tickets were included, so I could enjoy other Onsens as well—it was wonderful. The Shuttle Service to the bus stop was very helpful. All the staff were very kind, and I was truly impressed. I would love to visit again.

The staff were incredibly kind, and I was truly impressed—I’d give 10 stars if I could. Every staff member showed outstanding hospitality, and I even wondered how they could work so hard. The Room was spotless, the amenities were well stocked, and the view was amazing. Even though it was a short stay, it was one wonderful experience after another. Thank you very much.

Although I often stay in Kirishima Onsen, this was my first time in Hitoyoshi Onsen, so I chose a relatively new Accommodation. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and on the way home my companion and I kept saying, “We’re glad we picked this place.” First of all, the Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, so check-in felt comfortable and pleasant. Next, the baths: both the indoor bath and open-air bath are stone-built with deep tubs; the water was pleasantly hot and gentle on the skin—truly a “beauty bath” quality—and I was very satisfied. Meals were served for both breakfast and dinner using local ingredients in thoughtful detail; everything was delicious in just the right portions. When visiting Kumamoto I had been hoping for basashi (horse sashimi), but it wasn’t included in this Plan; it was available to order separately, so I enjoyed it that way. What helped us most was assistance with making Reservations for lunch the next day and for activity facilities, as well as answering detailed questions. They kindly accommodated our requests—such as “I want to eat seasonal salt-grilled ayu” and “I’d like to try pottery on a wheel”—all with a smile. Thank you also for seeing us off even in light rain without opening an umbrella. The salt-grilled ayu at the restaurant you recommended was excellent, and we each made pottery pieces (a plate, a bowl, and a beer glass). After firing them in the kiln, they will be glazed in our requested colors that same day and then shipped to our home once finished—we’re looking forward to receiving them. I would love to visit again; however, there is one disappointing point: there is only one Room type available for stays of two or more people, so I would appreciate more options. A 3-minute walk to the station and a 6-minute walk to AEON Tokoname. It’s also just one stop from the airport.\nAlthough we stayed for one night, parking was inexpensive because it wasn’t peak season—1,500 yen for five nights.\nI think this Hotel can be used differently from those adjacent to Centrair.\nThe Room was spacious and clean.\nWe appreciated the staff’s courteous service.\nBreakfast is provided as a complimentary service.\nBy the way, there was a shuttle bus from the station to downtown Tokoname.

Once again, our whole family had a wonderful two-day stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive as always, and we truly appreciate it. A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited for the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including the slide. Both dinner and breakfast were very luxurious and made for a great time together. Thank you as always. We will definitely stay again.

This was my first return in about a year. I stayed for two nights and three days, and it was still a great Hotel. The staff’s service was excellent as well. In particular, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the restaurant staff at breakfast. They worked efficiently, replenishing dishes and clearing used plates promptly. Because they were constantly checking the food, there was no concern—common at other Hotels—that fewer items would be available if you went later. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I stayed here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. The Room and the in-room bath were very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious no matter what we tried, and we were truly impressed. All of the staff were kind, and greeted us every time we saw them, so even though it was just a one-night stay, we felt very comfortable throughout. If we have the opportunity, I sincerely hope to stay here again. Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful experience.

From the warm welcome upon arrival and guidance to the Room to attentive service during meals, the hospitality was exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. The view from the Room, the open-air bath, and the cleanliness of the Room were all extremely satisfying. We were also very pleased that many items in the refrigerator and much of the room service were available at no additional cost.

To avoid putting extra burden on my elderly parents, I used this Accommodation when returning home. Even during the summer vacation period, we were able to stay with 4 people in 4 Rooms for just over JPY 30,000 (Point Discount). Despite the bargain price, my Room was properly cleaned and very comfortable. There was a solid desk and a couch with a good height and firmness, plus an outlet and USB power right next to it, making it easy to eat a light meal or get some work done. However, my daughter said her Room had a sweaty smell coming from the air conditioner, so she turned it off and slept while enduring the heat. I was too busy to go check the situation. It also seemed that sports teams were staying there as well, and we could hear voices talking in the hallway. I found it pleasant, but it seemed tough for my daughter. It also looked like their Room was next door... The large public bath on the first floor was clean, and my daughter used it twice—at night and in the morning. I was too tired to go. Breakfast was also very satisfying overall, and the serving area was generally kept clean. We took seats by the window at the back, but crumbs and spilled food were left all over the farthest seats. Since there were no wipes available, my daughter and husband moved to different seats. I sat closer to the front so I didn’t notice at first. For that reason, I reduced one star in my category ratings. Next time I plan to apply for parking earlier as well, and would like to stay here again.

We stayed for one night on a family trip. We chose this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Hiroshima City and Miyajima, and it was so comfortable that we found ourselves wishing we could spend more time relaxing at the Hotel. What we especially appreciated was the complimentary drink service. Being able to unwind with a drink after returning from sightseeing was truly relaxing and made our trip even more enjoyable. The Onsen was also clean and spacious, and it helped us fully recover from the day’s fatigue. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations—not only was there a great variety, but each dish was delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. Starting the day feeling a bit indulgent is something we’ll remember. All of the staff were kind, warm, and attentive, which made our stay very pleasant. This is a Hotel we would highly recommend not only to those planning to visit Miyajima, but also to anyone who wants to enjoy some downtime at the Hotel as well. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Hiroshima next time. (I enjoyed my stay so much that I completely forgot to take photos!)
