The staff were wonderful, with thoughtful attention to detail, prompt service, and courteous hospitality. Thanks to the smooth check-in, I was able to stay comfortable throughout my visit. The location and Facility were also excellent. I would love to stay again.

I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests. We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day. When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration. The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

Being able to check in and out via smartphone was great, as it made the process easy and stress-free. We stayed for two nights in a dog-friendly Room, and it was very clean both days—we were extremely satisfied. The night view was also beautiful, though the trees blocked it slightly; considering the property is surrounded by nature, it was acceptable. Overall, we were very satisfied, but if I had one suggestion, I felt breakfast could have been a bit more filling.

Considering our luggage for the day after our stay, we chose this Hotel near Tokyo Station. It was within walking distance of the concert venue at Tokyo International Forum, and the Hotel was easy to find. The Room was comfortable and conveniently had a small table and chairs. There is also an Ishikawa Prefecture antenna shop nearby, and we would definitely like to stay here again next time!

This is my second stay. Since it’s in the city, I feel safe. I like it because everything is close by.

Although the hours were fixed, I was happy to have the drink bar. Coffee and water were available 24 hours a day, which was very helpful. The staff’s service was excellent.

Stayed the night before to reserve breakfast at the Tsukiji Hongwanji Cafe the next morning. The front desk staff’s warm smiles were reassuring. The Room was chic, calm, and easy to use. I also enjoyed the waterfront and the nighttime views of the high-rise towers.

We stayed one night in a “special-condition” suite with breakfast and dinner included. We were able to stay at a lower rate because the open-air bath in the Room was not available, but the meals were delicious—steak, sashimi, and salmon roe—and dishes were replenished promptly when they ran out. The Onsen’s women’s bath was a bit small on the first day, but it was comfortable the next morning since the men’s and women’s baths switch. Many of the staff were foreign nationals, but their polite language left a good impression. With great meals and a clean Room, it was excellent value for money, and we would like to stay again.

The front desk staff provided a cheerful and prompt service during check-in (apparently a first-year new graduate). The restaurant staff showed great attentiveness and care. It seems that the hotel has an excellent recruitment and training system in place. I look forward to visiting again.

My father stayed here and came home all smiles—he was very satisfied! lol It was a rainy day, but the Hotel staff were so kind and even lent him a large umbrella. He also said the breakfast omelet was delicious, and he had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

The entire Hotel was clean. The bathroom in particular was spotless, and the shower curtain was also in great condition, so I had a very comfortable stay. The male staff member at reception kindly assisted me even late at night, and his neat appearance from late hours through the next morning left a very positive impression. Thank you.

Thank you for having me for one night. I had made a Reservation for a standard Room, but since rain was forecast, I changed to a Room with an open-air Onsen bath on the day. Choosing to soak at a slightly cooler temperature while listening to the rain turned out to be exactly right. The Room was well designed and functional, and I didn’t feel any particular inconvenience. If I had to name one thing I personally wished for, it would be a Bluetooth speaker—I wanted to play a little music, though that may be asking too much. I arrived before noon, left my luggage, and had lunch at “Saryo Sese” on the property (I had requested seats in advance). It’s not cheap, but it was relaxed and enjoyable. After that, I spent some time walking around the city and then checked in properly. The evening champagne free-flow was also wonderfully unhurried, and the rice crackers served as snacks were delicious. For dinner we ate at one of the Hotel restaurants as well; each dish had its own character, and it paired nicely with drinks. If anything, I only wished there were a bar in the Hotel—this is an Accommodation with an atmosphere where having somewhere for “one more drink” would fit perfectly. The area around the Hotel is very quiet too, so even a small bar could really change how you spend your time here. That said, given the location, waking up early to stroll toward Todai-ji in the calm morning is also lovely—and perhaps that kind of stay suits this Accommodation and setting better than staying up late. The concierge team helped me greatly throughout my stay. Overall it was an excellent Accommodation, and I’d love to return when I visit Nara again.

We stayed here as a family of three during our trip to Kamakura and Enoshima. During check-in, the staff were wonderful—they let our child try yo-yo fishing so they wouldn’t get bored, and even gave them some sweets. The Room was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Thank you very much.

If you don’t mind the price, there are probably Hotels closer to Tokyo Dome, but when I searched on Yahoo! Travel, this one was reasonably priced. To get to Tokyo Dome: it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel to Okachimachi Station (I walk slowly), then from Okachimachi you transfer once at Akihabara to Suidobashi, and after that it’s about a 10-minute walk to Tokyo Dome (again, I walk slowly). They stored my luggage in the morning, there was a microwave right outside the elevator, and they cleaned the Room even during a Multiple Night Stay. There was also a bedside clock (I didn’t check whether it had an alarm function). They said there were women-only services; at check-in I received one-time pouches of each item—face mask sheet, makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and serum—as well as bath salts. You can receive one set per stay (once per Accommodation), but you can get one of each type. I was especially happy about the face mask. The shower water pressure was neither too strong nor too weak, and there were no issues with toilet flushing. Of course there was a washlet and a hair dryer (the airflow is slightly weak but it’s quiet and also has a cool setting). The “cleaning needed/not needed” sign was magnetic, so I could cover and block the peephole as well. The lock is an auto-lock card key system (card must be returned when checking out); inside the door there is only a thumbturn lock. I would have been even happier if there had been a trash bin near the sink. Occasionally I heard water sounds like someone flushing in another Room. I’m not sure whether anyone stayed next door; as for voices, I only faintly heard staff talking while cleaning in the hallway. Also on the morning of day two, for some reason my Room sometimes smelled like grilled fish. What bothered me most is that the Hotel entrance has stairs with no ramp, so you need to lift heavy luggage. All in all, it was more than sufficient for traveling for a live show. Overall, I think it was good.

This was my first time staying in a double-bed Room with my wife. We both sleep fairly still, but every time my wife moved, the mattress vibrations carried over to my side, which really bothered me and kept me from sleeping soundly. Still, it’s the reliable APA Hotel—if you’re staying alone, I think you’ll be very satisfied.

I truly appreciate your prompt and courteous assistance, even though I realized on the 4th day of my stay that I had entered the wrong number of nights in my Reservation. I would love to use your service again!

I hadn’t used it before, but there was a sauna in the large public bath. It’s basically for one person, and the cold plunge isn’t especially well equipped, but I was impressed. I’ve stayed here many times, and from now on it will be a top priority for me. The loaner wellness items were also great! I borrowed a back massage tool and felt refreshed. For meals, I rotated between udon and curry without getting bored. Both were delicious and satisfying.

This is my third stay, as I have returned for the great location and hospitality since my previous visit. The amenities are well stocked, from makeup remover to skincare, and the Hotel staff are very courteous, making it a place where you can stay with peace of mind. It is especially quiet at night, and close to COREDO and Mitsukoshi, with the Ginza Line subway nearby as well. Only smoking Rooms were available, but when I requested a non-smoking Room despite knowing it might be difficult, they kindly accommodated my request. The Room was comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. I would like to stay again.

This Business Hotel offers covered parking for motorcycles. The location is excellent—Seibu-Chichibu Station is truly just a short walk away, and you can also walk to JR Chichibu Station. The breakfast buffet staff were very kind, which was great. This time, I stayed here while touring Chichibu by motorcycle for the pilgrimage and to see the Kawase Festival, and thanks to that I had a wonderful trip.
