This was my second stay. As with the previous visit, I was completely satisfied with everything. However, one small disappointment was that the coffee provided at the front desk had been changed to stick-type packets. While I greatly appreciate this complimentary service, it was a bit disappointing to see it switched to stick-type this time. It seems there are various events like happy hour being organized, which I couldn't take advantage of this time, but I'm looking forward to enjoying them on my next visit!

Our family of four was able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.

I stayed overnight with friends and was happy to be able to use things like ReFa that I don’t usually get to use! It felt luxurious and gave me an experience I don’t normally have. The location is amazing, too.

This was our second stay with a friend’s family. Once again, we were completely satisfied. From the welcome drinks, you were also very considerate of the children. You even prepared the rice cooker we had talked about last year, so we were able to enjoy rice with whitebait in the morning. We look forward to staying again next summer for our third visit.

Close to the station, I was completely taken with its compact design. It's a Hotel I would like to use again.

I stayed here for a hometown artist’s triumphant return concert at Koshien. Above all, it was the closest Hotel to the venue, which was extremely helpful for elderly guests. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they kindly stored our luggage after checkout, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing nearby. Thank you very much.

I am a senior resident of Osaka, and this was my first visit to Tenkawa Village. Thank you for taking such good care of us. From my 30s onward I was constantly away on long business trips, then worked overseas from my late 40s through late 50s. After retiring at 60, I was assigned alone to a domestic affiliate company—15 years living apart from my family in total. During that time, I left all childcare and household responsibilities to my wife. Now that I have reached my second retirement at 65, I wanted—at the very least—to make it up to her. Because she loves nature (gorges, limestone caves, views from high elevations, and more), and because seeing fireflies was her top wish, we chose Nishisei as a Ryokan with delicious cuisine in an area where we could enjoy firefly viewing as well as an Onsen. We stayed one night from July 10 to 11. We arrived a little early for check-in, but you kindly welcomed us right away. While sightseeing, my wife lightly twisted her ankle. When I mentioned it to the female staff member in charge, she immediately brought us a cold compress patch. After dinner, you also drove us to a spot where we could see fireflies. Just as we had heard beforehand, everyone in this area is truly kind—I felt genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The manager told us that it might be hard to know whether we would be able to see any fireflies due to the timing of the season; however, at the riverside spot he guided us to, there were what seemed like well over one hundred flying about—a sight that even surprised him! We were deeply moved by the incredible swarm of fireflies unlike anything we had ever seen before. My wife said that every part of this trip matched her tastes perfectly and that she enjoyed it immensely. Personally as well—the Onsen (a bit hot but wonderfully refreshing afterward), the delicious meals served in our spacious private dining room-style setting, and the dancing fireflies—everything impressed me greatly. Thank you very much for your wonderful care and hospitality.

The location was great, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. Everything was well cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. Since it was the ReFa trial Plan, I was surprised when I was handed a large cart at the front desk with a hair dryer, hair iron, and roller inside, but it gave me plenty of time to try them out. They were so good that I’m considering buying them.

This Accommodation had a calm, relaxing atmosphere that blended seamlessly into Tsuwano’s quiet streetscape. The building, renovated from a sake brewery, has plenty of character, while the interior is refined and very comfortable. The hospitality was warm as well, and we were able to spend a slow and pleasant time here. It’s a wonderful Accommodation where you can fully experience Tsuwano’s charm while enjoying an escape from everyday life. Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk—thanks to you, we truly enjoyed Tsuwano to the fullest.

The Room is small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with a sophisticated design, which is excellent. However, it was disappointing to see a small amount of black mold on the ceiling of the shower room. Located near Tokyo Station with reasonable rates, this Hotel is ideal for business use.

It had an atmosphere like an overseas Hotel, which I personally liked. I would love to use it again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. I truly appreciate your kindness, including adding breakfast for us at short notice at check-in and all the other thoughtful help. Regarding an incident in the bath (likely involving an inbound guest), someone left the shower running, left foam on the floor, and kept the door to the open-air bath open. It also seemed that someone wore off with another person’s slippers, so I think it would be helpful to provide guests with a written notice at check-in explaining proper bath etiquette. (As for slippers, attaching numbered clips or clothespins could solve this.) This was an Accommodation where I would love to stay again, so I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for your continued support.

I stayed here to attend a live concert at Kyocera Dome, and it was personally a great experience. The Room was spacious enough and very comfortable. The welcome drinks were free refills, and alcohol was 300 yen. I had sparkling wine, coffee, and orange juice—they were delicious. It seems the men’s large public bath had a sauna, and my son who stayed with me was happy about it. The staff were kind and left a great impression. I’d like to stay again.

Although it’s a bit dated, it’s well maintained and clean, the service is good, and considering the convenient location near the station and the price, it offers everything you need. Not everything is perfect, but overall I’d give it full marks.

They were very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo.

I stayed at the end of February. There was a courtyard inside the room, allowing me to experience the atmosphere of Kyoto while staying indoors, which was a special experience. This time it was a short stay, but next time I would like to take my time and enjoy it more.

Perhaps because it’s tucked away down a narrow alley, it was surprisingly quiet. The Room is very compact and truly relaxing. The bathroom and fixtures were spotless. All the light switches were conveniently grouped by the pillow, which made them easy to use. I write from time to time, and I felt I could really make progress here. Next time, I’d love to stay in and get some work done. For breakfast, I took a 20-minute walk and enjoyed a Japanese-style breakfast at their affiliated “THE MACHIYA LOUNGE.” I was able to go without a Reservation. (The photo shows the Japanese breakfast at “THE MACHIYA LOUNGE.”) The beautifully arranged small dishes were outstanding, and I really got to experience the charm of a machiya townhouse. All of the staff were very kind. I highly recommend this place as well. In the end, I left something behind at the Hotel and only noticed after checkout, but they handled it with great care and courtesy. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to stay again.

APA Hotels offer the same level of quality wherever you stay, which is a big help. If you’re unsure, you can’t go wrong with an APA Hotel. Breakfast was served on the 1st floor and offered as a set-choice style rather than a Japanese/Western buffet, and it was very delicious!

The staff was kind and accommodating even though my flight was canceled, and the replacement flight arrived late at night. However, the drinks in the Room's refrigerator were frozen, which caused some inconvenience.
