I stayed in early March. The Accommodation had a wonderful atmosphere, and the Room was very lovely. Amenities and services (usage guidance, drinks, breakfast, etc.) were well provided, so I didn’t need to bring much luggage. The walls were thin and I could hear things like sneezing from the floor above (it was very windy and the pollen was intense), but I had read the notes at the time of Reservation, so it didn’t bother me. However, because the walls and windows are thin, I personally felt quite cold. Blankets were available at the Accommodation, but if you are sensitive to cold, it may be best to dress warmly. The location is also convenient—close to Seibu-Chichibu Station and Ohanabatake Station—and you can enjoy street food along Banya Street, so I recommend staying here if you plan to explore the area. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

This Hotel feels warm and welcoming, not like a cold Business Hotel. If I had to be picky, I would have preferred a softer pillow.

The majestic view of Mount Fuji can be enjoyed from the living room, balcony, and even the bathroom, making it an exceptional experience. The Room was warm, clean, and free of unpleasant odors, ensuring a comfortable stay overall. With parking space available, it is perfect for staying with family or friends. It is also conveniently located near Kawaguchiko Station and close to a famous Lawson convenience store and restaurants. Initially, I thought I needed to use the QR code provided during pre-registration but realized that wasn’t the case. After some confusion, I called the management company for assistance. They responded promptly but mentioned an email had been sent; however, as it was sent after 5 PM on the previous day, I hadn’t noticed it. The system required entering a passcode to unlock the door; knowing this process earlier would have been helpful. Additionally, when pressing the button to fill up the bathwater, a message appeared on the panel saying "Please open hot water outlet," but no water came out initially. Upon checking instructions on the table, it mentioned either using a hot water outlet or faucet; in this building’s case, it was through faucets. If this had been indicated directly on the button itself (e.g., "Use faucet"), confusion could have been avoided. There were only bath towels and hand towels provided per person; having face towels would have been appreciated as well. While there was a washing machine with detergent pods available (which was great), only towel racks were provided for drying laundry—adding hangers or clip hangers would make things even more convenient. I’d love to stay here again if given another opportunity! Thank you very much!

I stayed here for a hometown artist’s triumphant return concert at Koshien. Above all, it was the closest Hotel to the venue, which was extremely helpful for elderly guests. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they kindly stored our luggage after checkout, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing nearby. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to attend a live concert at Kyocera Dome, and it was personally a great experience. The Room was spacious enough and very comfortable. The welcome drinks were free refills, and alcohol was 300 yen. I had sparkling wine, coffee, and orange juice—they were delicious. It seems the men’s large public bath had a sauna, and my son who stayed with me was happy about it. The staff were kind and left a great impression. I’d like to stay again.

Since it was Golden Week, every Hotel was expensive, but this one was reasonably priced, had excellent Facilities, was very clean, and extremely comfortable. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

On the morning of the 24th, I searched for and booked a Hotel with a large public bath nearby so I could watch the Gion Festival yamahoko “tsujimawashi” at Kawaramachi Oike. It was absolutely the right choice! From the subtly Kyoto-style entrance, everything felt welcoming—especially the front desk staff, whose excellent service instantly eased my fatigue from traveling in extreme heat. I was satisfied as soon as I entered the Room. It’s a take-off-your-shoes style, and the clean Room along with its layout and furnishings made it feel like coming home. Having all water facilities grouped together right by the entrance is very convenient. Since there is a large public bath, the shower booth in the Room was more than enough. While many Hotels these days don’t provide sofas or tables, I really appreciated having a long sofa you can lie down on, an armchair-style single sofa, and a table that’s plenty for two people. There are many great restaurants nearby, so it was nice to have a setup that makes takeout easy to enjoy in the Room. The lighting controls were easy to understand, with thoughtful touches like an individual bedside light and options for indirect lighting throughout the Room. The bed was very comfortable—even with sensitive skin and being sensitive to smells, I slept soundly. The linens—especially the pajamas—were high quality and perfectly laundered; cleaning standards were excellent overall, including towels for the large public bath. Water came in stylish Ito En bottle-type containers that were replenished again on the second day and convenient to carry around. Tea, coffee, and black tea were also restocked, and I was happy they even provided wine glasses. At the entrance to/fromthe large public bath area there were two types of vinegar drinks that helped me stay balanced during summer heat. As for views: you can see mountains inthe distance,but right next door is an apartment balcony,and below is temple cemetery grounds,s oI keptthe blinds downand used indirect lighting.(I usedto livein Teramachi,s o cemeteries don’t bother me.)Since windows are frosted glassin springand autumn too,I think it won’t be an issue unless you wantto open them fully.The hospitality at this Hotel more than made upfor it.I didn’t add breakfast,but usedthe attached grillfor lunchand cocktail time,and enjoyed both.I’d love to stay at this Accommodation again.

Both the facility and cleanliness are impeccable. For Kyoto trips, we stay at Fuuga Bettei Shijo Omiya with 3-4 people. It is a comfortable space.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. The amenities were well stocked, and although I didn’t use it, there was also complimentary coffee service at the front desk. The twin Room was new. There were a few minor points—such as occasionally hearing laughter from other rooms, and it’s best to assume there are no windows—but I was able to make a very reasonably priced Reservation, so I was very satisfied. The parking lot right next door was also affordable at 900 yen for 24 hours, which was very helpful.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Although we were beginners at BBQ, we really enjoyed a delicious dinner. The dome was comfortable and stylish, and we were very satisfied! The freshly brewed coffee had a wonderful aroma and tasted great.

Last time, I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast. Although I didn’t have high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish morning set, even if it wasn’t overly abundant. This time, due to a busy schedule, I opted for a paid breakfast (an additional 200 yen) at an earlier time. It was an onigiri bento box that seemed perfect for taking along on a picnic. Highly recommended for those who love onigiri! As for the bed, pet-friendly Rooms might only come with double beds. If you prefer relaxing in a single bed, it might feel slightly cramped.

The Facility has a nostalgic Showa-era feel, and because multiple buildings have been combined, the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor; the top (4th) floor is accessible by stairs. However, if you don’t mind that, it’s a very comfortable stay. Even the standard meals offer a wide variety of dishes and are truly delicious. The Onsen has a mineral quality I’ve never experienced before—so impressive it made me think, “So this is what therapeutic bathing is.” The indoor bath has five washing stations and feels too small for six people at once, but as long as you choose your time wisely, it wasn’t an issue. This is one Hotel I’d love for you to experience at least once. It’s hard to describe, but I can confidently recommend staying here—ideally for a Multiple Night Stay.

This was my second stay. As with the previous visit, I was completely satisfied with everything. However, one small disappointment was that the coffee provided at the front desk had been changed to stick-type packets. While I greatly appreciate this complimentary service, it was a bit disappointing to see it switched to stick-type this time. It seems there are various events like happy hour being organized, which I couldn't take advantage of this time, but I'm looking forward to enjoying them on my next visit!

We stayed for one night. Thank you very much! A very courteous foreign staff member assisted us and kindly asked, “Do you have a toothbrush?” The Room, bathroom, and bed were all extremely clean, and there were hangers and deodorizing spray as well—excellent value for the price. The Plan we booked included drinks, which were in the refrigerator and properly chilled. Great value for the price. If you’re unsure about where to stay based on price, this Hotel is highly recommended! The Room was quiet, and so was the refrigerator. There are also plenty of power outlets by the bed.

Business Trip Compared to during the COVID-19 period, amenities have been simplified quite a bit, but everything you need is still provided. In particular, the free evening cafe bar time is enjoyable even if you don’t drink alcohol. The staff were attentive at all hours, which made for a very pleasant stay. This time I stayed in a single Room for business, and I appreciated that the Room setup was thoughtfully arranged for that purpose. Each day I walked to the work site, and when I returned to the Hotel, I relaxed in the large public bath to soothe the day’s fatigue. In the morning, I woke up and opened the curtains to take in views of Ginza. It was an excellent business trip.

We visited to see the moss phlox at Hitsujiyama Park. The Accommodation offered a free stargazing tour, and we had a wonderful time. Every staff member was truly hospitable. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Second use in two months. Coincidentally, it was the same Room as last time. I was able to relax with the familiar feeling of the place. I also like the breakfast where you can choose between Green Spoon soup or smoothie.

Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! I took a spontaneous solo trip. The Room was unique, but it was truly the perfect size for one person—an ideal place to switch off and just spend time alone. I made a Reservation with a Plan that did not include crab to save money, but the buffet selection was so substantial that I was completely satisfied even without crab. Above all, my main goal was drinks, and the all-you-can-drink option with a variety of sake was simply great—I enjoyed several types of Saga sake paired with the food. For a solo trip focused on enjoying alcohol, this will be my only choice from now on. Since it’s reasonably priced without crab, I’ll be back. This time I checked in at the last minute and couldn’t use the sauna, so next time I’ll arrive earlier and enjoy the sauna before savoring the drinks and food.
