On our first trip to Aomori, we stayed the night before the Nebuta Festival for the first time, and everything—the meals, drinks, service, and Onsen—was excellent. Our three-generation family was very satisfied when we left. If I had to ask for one thing, a massage chair would make it even better. We were completely satisfied and truly enjoyed Aomori. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay on the lounge floor. Everyone—front desk staff, floor staff, bell staff, and lounge staff—was full of hospitality and treated us with great care, so we were able to enjoy another comfortable and pleasant stay. When we visited the lounge at tea time, they remembered the name of our five-year-old daughter and spoke to her kindly. Their thoughtful attention made us very happy and left a lasting impression. The Room was, of course, spotless—gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made it even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay. No matter how many times we visit, it’s one of our favorite Hotels that always makes us want to come back. We would love to return again.

This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

From the photos, I initially thought we would have to climb stairs to enter, but the building is designed so you can take an elevator down to the basement, which made our stay with my elderly mother easy and comfortable. The design is outstanding, and after entering you first arrive at the basement front desk and lounge—an exciting start that really builds anticipation. The Room was bright and open, with a very spacious bathroom; the sink area is separate and close to the bedroom, making it extremely convenient and comfortable overall. This is a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

I stayed here for one night on a trip to Kyoto. I often stay in Kyoto and Nara, and this place has the unique comfort of a compact hotel. It feels very cozy, the Facilities are well equipped, and overall satisfaction is high. Although the hours are limited, it’s wonderful that there are complimentary drinks. Having local Kyoto sake is a service that makes travelers very happy. I was delighted to find the same sake I had at Kyoto Station on my way back. It might be nice if it were available for purchase as well. The front desk staff were kind—I enjoyed talking about sake with them—and they replenished breakfast at just the right times, so I had a very comfortable stay. Kyoto summers are hot, so I’d like to visit again after peak season. Thank you very much.

We stayed in early August and were truly impressed by how clean the private pool was. Private pools are often found in villa-style Rooms, where you may encounter insects, but this Room had a private pool on a high floor, so both adults and children could enjoy our stay without any insect issues. For dinner, we visited the izakaya and sushi restaurant within the resort, and both offered great Miyakojima cuisine. The menu was extensive, with classic Okinawan dishes such as rafute and a wide selection of drinks (especially awamori). We also appreciated the limited-time items like Keitt mango. When we stayed in August two years ago, the breakfast buffet was crowded and our family had to sit separately, but this time we were able to reserve seats in advance, which helped ease congestion. The food was delicious as well. This Room is highly recommended for families who prefer to avoid insects while relaxing at a private pool and fully enjoying Miyakojima’s local food.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. We stayed for three nights with our Golden Retriever. The Room was spacious and clean, and the private dog run made our stay very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. For meals, we were provided with a private dining room, which was very helpful as we could bring our large dog without worrying about others. The Onsen was also wonderful. We would love to visit again.

From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was captivated by a space where FAUCHON’s glamorous, refined world blends beautifully with Kyoto’s elegant and tranquil sense of aesthetics. The design throughout the guest rooms and public areas was exquisite in every detail, creating a truly extraordinary experience. I felt that the unique atmosphere—where FAUCHON harmonizes with Kyoto’s traditional culture—is a distinctive charm found only at this Hotel. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to enjoy dinner this time, but I did have breakfast at the top-floor restaurant. In the morning, as I entered the sophisticated space bathed in brilliant light, a beautiful view of Higashiyama unfolded before me, and I found myself completely absorbed by the stunning scenery. Breakfast enjoyed amid the openness unique to the top floor was exceptional, making my stay in Kyoto even richer and more memorable. The top-floor restaurant is known as a place where guests can enjoy their meal along with spectacular views. I was also deeply impressed by the staff’s attentive and warm hospitality. Through each thoughtful gesture, I could truly feel how much they value their guests, and it made my stay extremely comfortable. This stay was not merely Accommodation, but a special experience of fine cuisine, culture, and high-quality time. When I visit Kyoto again, I would love to stay here once more. It was an unforgettable stay where Parisian elegance and Kyoto’s charm were beautifully in harmony.

The lounge was outstanding. Everything was perfect—afternoon tea, cocktail hour, breakfast, the view, and the service. Thanks to the delicious morning coffee and omelet, and the lounge staff’s warm smiles, I started the day feeling energized. I will definitely return again next time.

Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I always stay here. No matter when I visit, the staff’s warm hospitality makes me feel relaxed and at home. This time, we came for a family birthday, and it became a wonderful memory. It’s a Hotel where you can unwind with peace of mind, thanks to the consistently welcoming service that never changes in the best way. I’ve already made my next Reservation as well. I’m looking forward to staying again.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. This was my first time staying here. At first, I wasn’t sure about a standalone house in the mountains, but once I arrived, it far exceeded my expectations. The Room was more spacious than I imagined, the Onsen was free-flowing with a gentle quality to the water, and above all, the meals were not only delicious but also very generous. This Accommodation offers something truly special that you won’t find elsewhere. As someone who loves traveling, it’s an Accommodation I genuinely want to recommend to others from the bottom of my heart.

I really loved the room interior. Enjoying Pierre Hermé desserts in the lounge at tea time was wonderful, and the lounge’s evening atmosphere was so lovely that dinner was especially memorable. The Mountain Lights right in front of the Hotel were also beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, has a lively atmosphere, and is delicious. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again.

Great location with easy access—close to both the station and the bus stop. Both the Facility and the Room are new and spotless. You can eat and drink in the lounge 24 hours a day, and there are plenty of board games that kids will love. The front desk staff also provided excellent service— nothing to complain about!!! I’ll definitely stay here again when I travel to Kyoto!! This time it was just my son and me, so it felt very spacious, but for a family of four it might be a bit tight. Next time we’re four, I’ll choose a suite room.

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

It was a quiet, relaxing Hotel—exactly as expected. The Room was also very comfortable. It made me appreciate the space all over again, and the entire Hotel truly feels like ART. Breakfast was delicious, and I was completely satisfied! All the staff were very kind, and it made me want to stay here again whenever I visit Kyoto.

I stay here every time I come back to visit family. They are mindful of the environment while still offering amenities like tea, which is a nice touch. The former Takarazuka Hotel was wonderful, and the Rooms at the current Takarazuka Hotel are wonderful as well.

I stayed for one night starting on Saturday. There is a covered walkway along the building from the station to very near the Hotel, so it’s fairly easy to get around even on rainy days. The lemonade in the guest lounge was pleasantly tart, blue, and delicious, though it felt a bit limited that only donuts and rice crackers were available. It may be ideal as a casual regular stay.
