Thank you for your very kind support, including answering our questions in advance, which made our trip truly comfortable. We were a little worried about the weather, but it was mostly cloudy, and even when it rained it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to enjoy the BBQ as well. The BBQ oven was set up just outside on the terrace under a roof, so we could use it with peace of mind. The Room was extremely clean, and all the amenities were stylish. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry on site. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

Because the Reviews were so positive, I had wanted to stay here for a long time. When I actually stayed, all the staff were very kind and attentive, and I was able to spend my entire stay feeling comfortable. It was a very good Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The view from the Room feels like you’re in Okinawa or even Hawaii. The bath with an ocean view was amazing, and the toilet was surprisingly impressive. The spiny lobster sashimi at dinner was outstanding. The spiny lobster miso soup for breakfast and the freshly grilled dried horse mackerel were also very delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

This was our family’s first trip to Amakusa, Kumamoto, and we stayed here. We had been looking forward to it even before we arrived, and the Accommodation was even more stylish than we expected—everywhere we went, we could feel the great sense of design. The Room was very clean, and the view from the villa was amazing. There were activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, and our child had a wonderful time. We rented a BBQ set, and everything was provided—so it was incredibly convenient to just bring our own ingredients and enjoy. The older male staff member at reception was very friendly and kind, and we also enjoyed hearing various stories from him. Unfortunately he wasn’t there when we checked out, so we couldn’t thank him in person, which was a real shame—but we’d love to make another opportunity to visit Amakusa and stay again. There is nothing around the Accommodation, so it’s very quiet; we could also enjoy a sky full of stars, making for an extremely relaxing time. Since there isn’t anywhere within shopping distance from the Accommodation, it might be even more comfortable if reception offered some snacks or if light meals were available at a café or restaurant—but overall it truly was a completely satisfying stay and an unforgettable place. You can see the ocean from the Hotel Room, and if you walk a little way down the slope, the sea is right in front of you—perfect for picking up a coffee at a convenience store and relaxing on the beach. Dinner was plentiful, featuring simmered golden eye snapper (a bit sweet for our taste), spiny lobster, abalone, and more. It was also nice that we could use a voucher to choose items such as tempura, seared bonito, or dessert. There was an Onsen as well as an open-air bath, and we enjoyed them many times. Breakfast was buffet-style; the freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. They also had organic coffee, which we enjoyed. Thanks to the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail, our stay was very comfortable.

This Hotel was an excellent base for enjoying the Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, the outdoor pool, and activities in Motobu Town. It also serves as a bus stop for various routes, which was convenient during the hot summer. The ocean-view Room offered breathtaking sunset views. The food was outstanding—especially the steak dinner and the croissants at breakfast. All of the staff were professional, efficient, and wonderful. Thank you!

I made a Reservation that included Kamogawa Sea World tickets. Hotels and Ryokan near Sea World were over my budget, so I booked this Hotel mainly for golfers. Since this trip was focused on value for money, I didn’t expect much in terms of the view, the bath, or the meals—but the Room was very spacious, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes.

A hidden gem at our breakfast restaurant is the Fisherman's Bowl, also known as Mago Chazuke. Served in a special bowl with half a portion of white rice, namero (minced fish), shirasu (whitebait), pickled plum, grated yam, shredded seaweed, wasabi, and dashi broth. Perfect for those looking to replenish salt and energy during summer fatigue—give it a try! Enjoy it with the scent of the sea and ocean breeze! We have a suggestion: how about offering an "Ahi Creative Tuna Bowl" during lunchtime someday? GINGER or SPICY Ahi bowls are extremely popular in Hawaii. We believe it would be perfect for SAYAN's lunch menu and could become a hit dish. You can compare it to OFF THE HOOK or MAGURO SPOT—Ono!! Announcement! We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in the north because kids stay free, making it a great value. They confirmed our check-in time in advance and explained how to use the self check-in, so everything went smoothly! Thank you as well for preparing a spacious Room for us. Each of us could use our own bed, which was very comfortable. The clothes dryer was the same type we have at home, so it was easy to use, and towels and other amenities were well provided. Breakfast was included too; it came in a box, but it was more than enough. We had it both days, and the sandwich fillings and side dishes were different each day, so we didn’t get bored. The front desk had retro games and even an Okinawa-only Orion gacha machine—lots of Okinawa vibes, which we loved. It’s very close to Churaumi Aquarium, there’s also a Starbucks nearby, and places like 88 Steak and Mai Mai Shisa are close too—highly recommended! We’ll definitely stay again!!

We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s older sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex Building. Check-in is separate for the Hotel Building, Condo Building, and Annex Building, and we mistakenly went to the Hotel Building first—please be aware. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it was not an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt upscale. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes indoors—it’s very thoughtfully designed. Dinner was at a restaurant called Orange; it had great taste and everything was delicious. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex Building. It said Agu pork would be available; I didn’t expect much at first, but after trying it I was truly impressed. Not only was the meat itself excellent, but I was surprised by how it was served—more like “please help yourself.” They had plenty prepared in generous portions, and whenever it ran low they quickly replenished it. You can enjoy as much outstanding Agu pork as you like. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this is an excellent value Hotel. Also around 8:45 PM, fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about. It was a wonderful Hotel that we will definitely return to.

My aunt found a hair and, since she is not good with such things, she ended up contacting the front desk, which I felt very sorry about. However, the response afterward was truly wonderful: they handled it thoroughly using as many as four vacuum cleaners, and someone who seemed to be the manager and branch manager also apologized to her in person. Thank you very much for your exceptionally courteous service—we almost felt bad for causing you so much trouble. She also said the meat at dinner was tender and very delicious. With ocean views from every room, the scenery was amazing, and she told us it was “the best trip ever.” We sincerely appreciate the heartfelt hospitality of all your staff.

This was our second stay, following last year. First of all, this is the best Hotel in every way. The breakfast buffet offers gentle, comforting dishes and is delicious. I’ve traveled to Okinawa 14 times, and Ifu’s BBQ is outstanding—No. 1. The bath was great, and above all, the view from the Room and the sunrise were also No. 1. I was able to recharge with wonderful energy every morning. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, it’s very convenient, and there’s a convenience store close by—also excellent. And this time, because a typhoon was approaching, we changed our schedule, and you kindly accommodated changes to the BBQ date as well; I truly appreciated your considerate support in many ways. As last year, the staff were pleasant and wonderful. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to come back twice or three times next year… For now, we’re planning to visit next June, so we look forward to seeing you then. It became the best Kumejima trip.

I wanted to let my grandchildren swim in the ocean for the first time, so after looking around, we chose this Hotel. The sea was very beautiful, and there was also a pool, which was great! There was an indoor play area as well, and my grandchildren seemed very satisfied. We had buffet meals for two days, and the dishes varied a little each day, so we never got bored and enjoyed everything. The only disappointment about the bath was that there was no open-air bath, and the water was quite hot, so we couldn’t relax for long. We were a large group and may have been noisy, but all of the staff were very kind and treated us warmly—thank you so much. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and both adults and children were very satisfied.

This was our first time using Club Wing! The Room had an ocean view, and although four adults stayed, it was spacious enough for us to relax and take it easy. The lounge was the most comfortable of any Hotel we have stayed at so far. All of the staff were very friendly and spoke with us in many ways. They even taught us how to make bonito clear soup and “Kachashi,” so we tried making them at home right away. On our way back, a rainbow appeared over the sea—it was truly beautiful and unforgettable! Thank you very much for giving us such a wonderful summer vacation!

This was my first time staying for three nights, and everything was great—the service struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and distance. It was a bit pricey, but it’s now on my list of Accommodations I’d like to treat myself to again. If I had to mention one thing, I’d love the meals to have a bit more originality!

I took a taxi from my home in Kobe City, but the navigation system didn’t show the Accommodation’s address and we got lost, which was stressful. However, the staff member I spoke with by phone came to pick me up and guided us, and we finally arrived safely. After being shown to my Room, a vast ocean stretched out right in front of me, and the breathtaking view instantly washed away my travel fatigue. I heard this whole area has been developed relatively recently over the past few years, with vacation homes, cafés, and small shops lined up throughout—stylish, quiet, and wonderfully relaxing, offering a refreshing escape from everyday life. I’m happy to be able to enjoy such a lovely resort so close by. The hospitality from the Accommodation staff was excellent as well, and I’d definitely like to stay again next time in a different building.

It was a wonderful Hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the Room, but when we asked for help, they promptly arranged a Room change, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your quick response. We used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Both offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would love to return.

We visited Kamogawa Sea World for my daughter’s birthday and stayed at this Hotel for one night. We were looking forward to the dinner and breakfast buffets, and they were more luxurious than we imagined—we enjoyed plenty of sashimi and sushi. The sea bream kamameshi was so delicious I wanted a second serving. My daughter was very satisfied too, as she could eat lots of her favorite dishes. The breakfast croissants were also tasty. From our Room we had a panoramic view of the ocean, and the sound of the waves was soothing. The Onsen we enjoyed together left our skin smooth and felt wonderful. After returning home, my daughter and I talked about wanting to stay again.

This was my first time at Hawaiians, and I chose this Hotel because it is the closest to the pool. You can go in and out of the Hotel in your swimsuit, and it was convenient for getting anywhere within Hawaiians. They also replaced our towels a few times. The Room was very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Because there are only a small number of rooms, the front desk is also small, so there was a bit of a line for check-in and check-out procedures.

Modern, clean Room overlooking the beach. Delicious meals you could enjoy day after day without getting tired of them. Cozy, home-like hospitality. Best of all, a beautiful beach where sea turtles and many kinds of fish swim—reserved exclusively for this Hotel’s guests.
