I stayed in a garden-side suite with a friend to celebrate my birthday. From check-in, the staff welcomed us warmly, and they had champagne and flowers prepared in the Room, which truly moved me. We also received handwritten birthday cards from many staff members, and I am deeply grateful for their heartfelt hospitality. We relaxed in the club lounge and spa, then took an evening stroll through the illuminated gardens on our way to “Unakiku.” With the enchanting garden views and delicious meal, we were able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. The next morning, we could admire the beautiful Tokyo Sea of Clouds enveloping the gardens from our Room—it was such a wonderful view that made us forget we were in the city. Thanks to all the staff, I was able to spend an unforgettable birthday. I would love to visit again in a different season.

I always stay here when attending a show. Even though it was a morning performance, I was able to store my luggage in a locker, which was very helpful. My friend and I enjoyed a late lunch buffet at Ensemble. The space was spacious, with a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because it is the Hotel’s 100th anniversary, there were also menu items from the former Takarazuka Hotel, and everything was delicious. The Room is compact, but has a lovely atmosphere and was very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and kindly assisted us, which we truly appreciated. I will definitely stay again.

My elderly mother had a wonderful stay—thank you! During our Multiple Night Stay, you kindly lent us a locker and helped us switch to a different Room, which was very helpful. The lobby was also quiet and pleasant.

Once again, I stayed at Dormy Inn. A Hotel with reliable Onsen and meals. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, following last year, for our once-a-year family trip—one of the biggest events of the year for us. The kids, grandma, and we were all satisfied again this year. The children even asked to come back here again next year. The Hotel staff are kind, and the building is designed to be easy for seniors to get around, so it’s an Accommodation we can bring them to with peace of mind. We’d love to visit again.

Once again, we had a wonderful time and were able to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful night view from the Aqua Lounge, and lunch at Rendez-Vous was also delicious. As always, all of the staff were very kind and friendly, and every time my mother and I say, “That’s the Imperial Hotel.” Ever since we held our wedding here 35 years ago, it has been our favorite Hotel. We will visit again.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a clean, easy-to-use Hotel. The moment I arrived at my Room, I couldn’t help saying out loud, “Dormy Inn really is great,” and felt relieved. My friend who came with me felt the same way. There are so many good points: how practical the Room is, the spacious desk and sink area, the brightness, the large public bath Onsen, having all the necessary amenities, and breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options served in small dishes that are easy to pick up. The only disappointing thing this time was that the coffee didn’t taste good. Also, the door to the women’s public bath was left open. I would appreciate it if you could improve these two points. Thank you very much.

Because the hotel is directly connected to the station, you can take the elevator about a 30-second walk from the subway ticket gates and reach the front desk right away. It was extremely hot that day, so this location was truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, all delicious—I was very satisfied. The large public bath was well maintained and comfortable. If I come to Hakata again, I would definitely like to stay here.

With Akita Station almost directly connected, I left my luggage before noon and walked to the Prefectural Art Museum and Senshu Park before checking in. There was also a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks on the first floor. The Room was clean and quiet, so I could relax well. On the way back, I took the airport bus, and the bus stop was right in front, which was very convenient.

I was unfamiliar with the area and needed a place to stay at short notice, but I made a Reservation because I felt I could trust a Kyoritsu Group Hotel. It turned out to be absolutely the right choice! The staff member who answered my inquiry call was very courteous, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful—everyone working at the Hotel was attentive, which made me feel truly welcome. I enjoyed the late-night soba, relaxed in the large public bath to soothe my fatigue, and loved the local breakfast. The jelly and water in the refrigerator were also a nice touch. The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly. Thanks to you, it was a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. Thank you very much.

Now in my 40s and with my parents in their 70s, I stayed here for a special parent-and-child trip. Unfortunately, it rained, but in the end we had an extremely satisfying stay. The sense of history, the tasteful architecture and furnishings, the staff’s hospitality, the wonderful meals (we dined at Le Trianon for both dinner and breakfast), and the cleanliness of the large public bath—plus the stunning view from the open-air bath—were all outstanding. My parents were truly delighted as well. In particular, Le Trianon’s breakfast course was the best we have ever had on any trip! Each dish—from the egg dishes to the smoothies—was carefully explained to us, making it a memorable experience (I was especially impressed that they used eggs from my hometown). Recently I stayed at newer luxury hotels in Karuizawa and Atami in a similar price range to this Hotel, but this historic Hotel clearly stands apart in terms of service and atmosphere. I hope to return with my family someday. Thank you very much.

In addition to the unbeatable location directly connected to Kyoto Station, I was impressed by the staff’s courteous and heartfelt service. The Hotel has a calm atmosphere, and the room was spotless, allowing me to relax in comfort. Even after a long day of sightseeing, stepping into the Hotel immediately brought a sense of relief and reassurance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, each one carefully prepared. It also had a distinct Kyoto touch, making it a wonderful way to start the day. More than just convenience, the staff’s thoughtful attention made this a Hotel I’d gladly choose again on my next trip to Kyoto. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Kyoto with just a little extra luxury, I highly recommend this Hotel.

I stayed here every time I traveled to Kobe on business. The location, room, and service are among the best of any Hotel in this area. At my last check-in, a staff member kindly spoke to me, which truly moved me. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station. The Room amenities were easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious. I was especially impressed by the sea bream chazuke.

We stayed here for a family trip. The on-site multi-story parking garage and the water dispenser on our floor were convenient and made our stay comfortable. The Room was also very clean. We also appreciated the lobby amenities (face masks and delicious drip coffee). When we asked how to send a parcel, the staff kindly explained it to us, and we found everything very considerate, including the instructions in the Room. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Aomori!

After a business trip to another prefecture, I came to Nagoya. I stayed for two nights three years ago and everything was comfortable, so this time I returned and made a Reservation at this Hotel without hesitation. I was offered an upgrade and stayed for two nights on the top 36th floor in a Premium Junior Suite King (Nagoya Station side). There were two of us (a child and me), but we booked as two adults rather than Child Sharing Existing Bedding because meals and other items would incur additional charges. The Room was incredibly spacious, and my child was thrilled! Even when we went out, we couldn’t wait to get back to the Hotel Room—it was that comfortable, and we had the happiest time. If I could make one request, I would have liked to watch streaming services such as Prime Video (with my own subscription) in the Room. We also had breakfast and dinner included for both nights, so we were able to enjoy the Wednesday-only butter-grilled abalone, which we both loved. However, on the second day the menu other than the abalone was exactly the same, so it would have been nice if there were even small changes every other day. I had planned to buy LEGOLAND tickets through Asoview!, but instead purchased them at the Hotel front desk. We were able to buy them at a discount and also received a LEGO minifigure as a gift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an exceptionally comfortable stay—I can’t express enough gratitude (tears). We plan to visit Nagoya again next year, and I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

We stayed for two nights. Both the guest room and the large public bath were comfortable, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast. The local specialties, such as satsuma-age (fried fish cakes), were also delicious. When we visit Kagoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I booked because of the great price, but the quality exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied! I especially loved that not only the hair dryer but even the shower head was ReFa.

Everything was well provided, which was very helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and it was comfortable. There was also a coin laundry and an ice machine with disposable paper cups. A phone charger was available as well. It was very convenient. The amenities such as the bed and TV were also comfortable. Several Hotel staff members were kind and helpful, and I would like to stay again.
