While Accommodations with Onsen and breakfast and dinner included are wonderful, we were hoping for a stay that felt more like living locally. We stayed as a couple, and the simple layout—kitchen, dining area, bedroom, toilet, and shower—was impressive and made for a very comfortable stay. The owner’s mural was gentle and blended beautifully with the interior, creating a lovely atmosphere. We were told that in winter all rooms have underfloor heating so you can stay comfortable even in short sleeves, so we’d love to visit again in another season. There’s an OGINO supermarket nearby as well as a butcher shop; we enjoyed basashi and relaxed with Yamanashi wine (the kitchen knife wasn’t very sharp, but honestly it felt safer that way). Partway through our stay, the owner stopped by to check on us and shared stories about life at Lake Yamanaka—more than anything else, that became our favorite memory and made us feel at ease. It was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple. The Room was a Japanese-style room where we could relax, and the staff were very courteous, which we truly appreciated. There was information saying the Onsen has radium-rich water that is good for the body, so we went in three times. The meals were so delicious and beautifully presented that we wanted to take photos. We would definitely love to visit again.

I stayed here with my sisters and mother for a family trip. The interior was beautiful and luxurious, exactly as shown in the photos—we were amazed! The sauna and open-air bath were spotless, and we enjoyed them again and again. We had fun making marshmallows, baked apples, and roasted sweet potatoes at the fire pit, then did a BBQ on the indoor grill. There’s a large supermarket nearby with everything you need, so it’s easy to come empty-handed. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. Our first glamping experience was a huge success—we’ll definitely be back!!

The Facility was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was great. The staff were also courteous and helpful.

We stayed here for a family trip. We have a small child and caused you some trouble in various ways, but the hostess always helped us with a smile. Not only the barbecue Facility, but also the well-maintained garden, the interior, and the delicious coffee—everything showed such thoughtful care, and we were truly impressed. Enjoying the chef’s delicious pizza and an abundant barbecue platter while looking out at Mt. Fuji was amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. We would love to return, and we would also like to recommend it to someone special. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s older sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex building. Check-in is separate for the Hotel building, Condo building, and Annex building, and we mistakenly went to the Hotel building first—please be careful. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it wasn’t an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt upscale. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes indoors—it’s very thoughtfully designed. We had dinner at a restaurant called Orange; it was stylish and absolutely delicious. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex building. It said they served Agu pork, and I didn’t expect much—but after trying it, I was genuinely impressed. Not only was the meat itself outstanding, but I was surprised by how it was offered: essentially “help yourself,” with generous piles prepared. When it ran low they quickly replenished it again and again, so you could enjoy as much excellent Agu pork as you wanted. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this Hotel is an incredible value. Also around 8:45 p.m., fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about. A wonderful Hotel we will definitely return to.

Older Hotels often have the best locations, so we came looking forward to the stunning combination of Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka—and it was exactly as expected. Because the Hotel is built on higher ground, there is nothing to block the view of Mt. Fuji, and the panorama is outstanding. And on top of that, even during the Obon holiday period, we were upgraded to a suite—thank you very much. When I woke up in the morning and opened the large terrace window, after the previous day’s cloudy weather, a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji suddenly appeared before us. It was a birthday trip with my 92-year-old mother, and she was absolutely delighted. In the evening we enjoyed a full-course French dinner. The staff were pleasant, and everything was delicious. We also visited the café—the dessert made with an entire peach cost just 1,000 yen including tax and service charge! It was incredibly tasty, great value, and we were very satisfied. The building is undeniably old, but our stay was very comfortable. Lake Yamanaka may be less well-known among the Fuji Five Lakes, but it’s quiet and we really loved it. We would like to visit again in autumn to enjoy the fall foliage.

First time staying here. The exterior and interior were both very beautiful, and the Room was spotless and felt very clean. The baths were spacious, both the indoor bath and the semi-open-air bath. The sauna was at just the right temperature, and the cold plunge made with Mt. Fuji water was freezing cold. My companions were very satisfied and said they want to stay here again. As the organizer, I really looked good.

We stayed during the three-day weekend in November with our family of four and two dogs. The spacious bath, delicious meals, and nearby attractions like the Yamanakako Autumn Leaves Festival made our trip memorable. We also enjoyed stunning views of Mt. Fuji. We stayed here as a couple. We made a Reservation because we were looking for an Accommodation where we could relax around Lake Yamanaka, and it turned out to be even better than we expected. What we loved - The grilled rainbow trout at dinner was excellent. We don’t often get the chance to eat it, and it was especially memorable among all the dishes. - The wine-fed beef tenderloin was very tender and cooked perfectly. The garlic grilled rice ball we ordered as an extra was also a great choice. - Breakfast was just as enjoyable, with freshly made hot sandwiches and handmade soba. The soba had a wonderful aroma that really stood out. - The Room and bath were spotless and comfortable. Even details like the placement of outlets were convenient, and we could feel the thoughtful care throughout. - We were happy to have a view of Mt. Fuji from our Room. - Above all, the owner and his wife were truly lovely people. They welcomed us warmly and also told us about Myojinyama Panorama Terrace (mentioned below). The next morning, we visited Myojinyama Panorama Terrace as recommended, and enjoyed an amazing view overlooking both Mt. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka—one of the highlights of our trip. We suggest going a bit early, ideally by around 9:00 a.m., since parking is limited and it gets crowded. Everything—from the food to the scenery to the hospitality—was highly satisfying, and on our way home we kept saying how glad we were that we chose this place. We highly recommend this Accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in Lake Yamanaka. We’d love to visit again in another season.

We stayed in the dome during midsummer in the Kanto region in July. The temperature was about 5–6°C cooler, and the dome was fully equipped with air conditioning, so we were able to stay very comfortably. We could also watch app videos on the projector, and some Plans allow pets. It was amazing.

The staff member who took care of us at dinner was so gracious and always smiling that it made us feel genuinely happy as well. As we were leaving, I told her that her service was wonderful and that she was like an actress, and she replied, “That’s the greatest joy for me.” I truly felt she put the guest first.

I stayed here for fishing both last year and this year. The lakeside view from the window was wonderful, and I was able to relax and get plenty of rest. I’d like to stay again next year.

We stayed in mid-April 2026. The meals were very satisfying, with a wide variety of dishes and generous portions. For wine, there were several half-bottle options, which we appreciated since a full bottle is too much for us to finish. Many of the staff were from overseas, but everyone spoke excellent Japanese and even recommended spots with great views of Mt. Fuji. It’s hard to deny that the building and Facility are old. Those who want to relax without leaving the Accommodation may find it lacking, but for us—just eating, taking a bath, and sleeping—it felt like excellent value for money.

This was my second stay. I think it’s a great place for guests traveling with dogs. Despite the very reasonable price, the cute cottages in the forest are well cleaned, the Room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and pots. You can also park right next to your cottage, which makes carrying luggage very convenient. In addition, you can bring your dog with you to breakfast in the same area, which is very reassuring. I’d love to stay again!

We stayed as a couple, but the Room had three beds and was spacious. It felt clean. The toilet flush was loud, and the Room lighting was limited so it felt a bit dark, but it was reasonably priced with No Meals Included, which really helped. The coffee was also delicious. Thank you.

Staying by Lake Yamanaka during peak cherry blossom season for just JPY 11,880 (Online Credit Card Payment), including a small but stylish breakfast, is an amazing deal! A spacious and comfortable villa-style Room. Some branches are in the way right in front, but you can still see Mt. Fuji. There is a toilet on each floor—very convenient. The biggest inconvenience: no pajamas!? Points I noticed: Going up and down the stairs inside the Room was a bit tough. Several air purifiers were installed indoors (across two floors), but there was still a lingering smell like mold or pets, and I had a runny nose throughout my stay, which was a little hard to deal with. There are uncovered sections between the parking lot and the Room, and there are also stairs. I was happy to receive the stylish Mt. Fuji rice cracker souvenir—thank you very much. I regret not buying the 20% off souvenirs at the front desk...

I stayed at this Hotel to attend an event held at Yamanakako Koryu Plaza Kirara. My Room was a corner Room, and I was truly moved by the close-up view of Mt. Fuji through the large windows! I was also happy that the TV was big. The staff were extremely courteous, and their hospitality was outstanding, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious as well. Rice, miso soup, and rice accompaniments were served buffet-style, and the portions of the other dishes were just right. I could also relax in the large public bath after the event—it made for an amazing trip! I would definitely like to stay here again for next year’s event!!

I’m a man. This was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel, and overall I’m glad I did, especially considering the price. I can’t speak for the women’s area, but in the men’s area the toilets, sinks, and showers are all in one Room, with only three of each, so it gets quite crowded in the morning. Still, given the price, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Also, bringing earplugs in advance really helped with snoring noise.
