I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. My friend asked me to choose the Accommodation, and I booked Takitei without hesitation. We were extremely satisfied! The Room, baths, meals, and attentive service were all wonderful. Since it was a birthday, we also received such warm hospitality, and my friend was truly delighted. My friend especially loved the jibuni served at dinner. Thanks to you, I was able to spend a wonderful time with friends I hadn’t seen in a while. I’m filled with gratitude. I would love to visit again.

We stayed as a mother-and-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We have stayed at many Accommodations, but our time at Fufu Nikko was truly unforgettable and the best experience we could have hoped for. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the in-room Onsen was wonderfully relaxing—we enjoyed it many times during our stay. The dining was also outstanding. Each dish was beautiful to look at, thoughtfully presented on lovely tableware, and you could really feel the care and attention behind every detail. Everything tasted delicious. The final dish—rice with conger eel and lotus root—was especially wonderful, but we were so full that we couldn’t finish it. That is my only regret. Even now, my daughter and I still say, “We wish we had eaten it all.” The whole cake we requested in advance for my daughter’s birthday was also set up beautifully when we returned to our Room after dinner. They even added flowers along with the cake, and my daughter was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable birthday. Above all, what stayed with us most was the hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome on arrival to the heartfelt send-off at departure, everything felt comfortable. Wherever we met someone, they greeted us kindly, and each small gesture of consideration felt genuinely warm. The explanations of each course were clear and attentive, and the casual conversations in between were enjoyable as well. The service never felt formal or stiff—just perfectly attentive with a comfortable sense of distance—and both my daughter and I were completely charmed. Of course the Facility and cuisine were exceptional, but this stay reminded me that what ultimately makes you think “I want to come back” is always the people. Even after returning home, my daughter and I haven’t stopped talking about Fufu Nikko. We’ve become big fans of “Fufu,” and are already planning which Fufu property to visit next—with hopes of visiting them all someday. I sincerely thank all of your staff for making this important birthday trip with my daughter such a wonderful memory. We will definitely return again. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. The building has a stylish Japanese-modern design, and the food was delicious. The staff who welcomed us were very kind, shared various stories with us, and were friendly and reassuring. The staff assigned to our Room were also very kind. If I had to mention one thing, I wish the view from the bath in the Room had been better.

I was satisfied with everything—the Onsen, the service, and the meals. Soaking in the Onsen while looking out over the Tamagawa River, I was able to enjoy a truly elegant and relaxing time. The only potential issue is that parts of the road to the Hotel are unpaved, so if you’re not confident driving, I recommend using the Hotel’s Shuttle Service. If there is no snowfall or rain, driving is not a problem at all.

I didn’t realize there was a Ryokan tucked away behind the central sightseeing area of Amanohashidate. Because it is set back, the grounds were quiet despite being in a tourist spot, and I could hear birdsong and the sound of the waves. The building has been renovated, and the Room amenities were up to date; the bath was also very clean. The Onsen in the large public bath isn’t big, but it was comfortable because I didn’t run into anyone, and it was nice to be able to enjoy coffee after bathing. The meals were generous enough to satisfy even someone with a big appetite like me, and everything tasted great. For breakfast, a chef came to our private dining room and cooked dashimaki right in front of us—it was a wonderful surprise. The Nepalese staff member explained the many ingredients in Japanese, and their service was polite and pleasant. I would love to stay again.

All the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. The Room and bath areas were kept very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well provided and really helpful. There was bottled water in the Room refrigerator, and there was also a lounge where you can freely enjoy soft drinks; we had coffee after dinner as well. The Japanese garden in the courtyard was also beautiful. We could choose our favorite yukata, which made us feel even more excited. All the staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of cute cat-themed items in the lobby, hallways, and lounge, which was very soothing. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. There was a roadside station and a supermarket nearby, so the location was convenient as well. It was such a lovely Accommodation that we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

This is our second stay. We felt so comfortable last time, the meals were delicious, and we slept well, so my husband and I came back. The seasonal dishes are amazing too! Once again, we were able to relax and unwind. We also really enjoyed the simmered potatoes made by your grandfather—they were delicious. We’d love to visit again during the colder season!

I booked Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, where you can enjoy the sea of clouds, to celebrate my wife’s birthday. What surprised me first was that I had requested a birthday message plate at “Il Teatro,” the Italian restaurant we reserved for dinner, and the Hotel coordinated everything so wonderfully that at check-in they presented my wife with a handwritten birthday message card from the staff. Honestly, I was deeply moved by their hospitality. As an IKYU Diamond member, we received a Room upgrade, and they also kindly suggested switching to a suite (for an additional fee). The upgraded garden-view Room was spacious with an excellent view—we were completely satisfied. The sea of clouds was truly magical; it looked different depending on the time, and no matter how many times we watched it, we never got tired of it. Service at “Il Teatro” was also outstanding, and we had a memorable birthday dinner at a window seat overlooking the garden. The food was delicious, and the recommended Chardonnay was exceptional—exactly my kind of white wine. After that, we went to the bar for cocktails and returned to our Room, but we were having such a great time talking that we ended up missing the final grand sea of clouds show. Talking with my wife about making Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo our annual birthday tradition, we promised each other: “Next year, let’s dine in one of the private rooms used for Hanzawa Naoki filming—and this time we’ll definitely watch the grand nighttime sea of clouds from our Room.” It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much! We will be back!

This visit back to the Accommodation was a firm promise we made with M-chan and N-chan’s family, whom we met here two years ago in August. That day, we played together at the dog run, shared dinner, and spent bar time talking about many things—it was a once-in-a-lifetime encounter during our stay. I still remember how incredibly fun it was. At the time, our M was still an only dog, but meeting M-chan and N-chan—who became friends with us—created an irreplaceable and wonderful bond. We were also truly happy to become friends with their dad and mom as well. At checkout, we made a strong promise: “Let’s all meet again here at this Accommodation someday, healthy and well!” But soon after that, we were shocked to receive the sudden news of M-chan’s passing. Her mom told us that she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in March. We were heartbroken that we could no longer reunite with everyone in good health as we had promised. Still, because this Accommodation was a place M-chan loved so very much, we wanted to honor her here—and so all of us were able to meet again. Together—with their dad and mom; M-chan and N-chan; our MM sisters; and us—we came back to the Accommodation saying “We’re home!” The staff welcomed us warmly with gentle smiles saying “Welcome back,” and M-chan and N-chan—and our MM sisters—were absolutely delighted. For dinner, they seated us next to each other, and it became a joyful dinner time as we talked together while remembering M-chan. At bar time as well, we shared many memories with their dad and mom and talked about what lies ahead; it was a warm, gentle time that passed slowly. We also had breakfast together afterward, then played at the dog run right up until the last minute—sharing truly priceless moments. We believe none of this would have been possible without the kindness and support of all the staff. We are filled with gratitude for watching over our stay until the very end with such warmth. This Accommodation truly brings people together! And it is a one-of-a-kind place—wonderful, beautiful, something you can be proud of—that helps fulfill promises made between beloved dogs! A wonderful place where wonderful encounters happen! MN family & MM sisters’ family—we will come back together again! To the manager and all staff members: thank you so much for everything!

My spouse and I stayed for one night. It would have been even better if our Room had a sofa, but the bath was indoors and an Onsen, already filled for us. The staff member who guided us also provided a thorough and helpful explanation. The meals were wonderful both dinner and breakfast, and we truly felt pampered. Since we dined in a private room, we couldn’t eat while looking out at the sea, which was the only disappointment. We have stayed at many Hotels, but this had the best food of all. We happened to visit Shimonoseki this time and found this Hotel by chance, but next time we will travel specifically to stay here.

It was a wonderful stay, exactly as we had hoped. The Room was very clean, every dish at both dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the private Onsen was fantastic—we were completely satisfied. Some oil from the stone-grilled Tochigi Wagyu accidentally splashed onto my skirt, but when I asked for advice, they kindly prepared a tray with mild detergent and towels and explained how to care for it properly. It was a huge help—thank you. If I had one small request, it would be nice to have simple snacks such as nuts when enjoying drinks in the lounge (a Ryokan we stayed at in Nagano recently offered this, so that may be why I noticed), but we truly appreciate being able to enjoy complimentary drinks. A highly recommended Ryokan.

We stay here every year, and since the rebranding and reopening, both the cuisine and the service have been taken to an even higher level—making for a truly satisfying stay. I was genuinely impressed by the chef’s careful selection of ingredients and the time and effort put into each dish. Even breakfast featured thoughtfully prepared items, and our food-loving family was more than satisfied. Being able to see the chef at the end of the meal and exchange a few words made dining even more special. The course itself reflected the chef’s warm personality, which makes us look forward to our next visit. We would love to return in a different season. Thank you for making our family vacation such a meaningful time.

From the welcoming staff to the front desk team, Room guidance, and dining staff, everyone was courteous and made us feel truly comfortable. The Room was clean, and both the indoor bath and open-air bath were very relaxing. Each dish was beautifully prepared—from seasoning to presentation—and everything was delicious. Thank you for giving us such a soothing time on this trip with friends. Next time, we would love to visit again with our family.

It was a truly satisfying day in every way. All four private Onsens were wonderful, and we enjoyed them right up until one hour before check-out. We were also happy with the wide variety of complimentary drinks available at any time. Of course, every dish was delicious, and we especially appreciated the strong local character of the cuisine. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again as soon as possible.

After staying here with my husband in July, we came back again so soon! We had a relaxing 2-night, 3-day stay. We stayed in a different Room this time, which felt fresh and new. The living room, Japanese-style room, and bedroom were all truly spacious and spotless—everything was so well maintained. Of course there are some fallen leaves from the trees, but the location is so wonderful that it didn’t bother us at all. My husband had apparently ordered champagne in advance, and it was perfectly chilled and waiting in our Room—we were thrilled!!! There were plenty of towels provided, and they kindly accommodated extra requests as well, so we enjoyed the sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and Onsen over and over again. We’re always grateful for the butler’s thoughtful care—this is truly the No.1 Accommodation for hospitality! We’ll definitely be back!

My spouse and I stayed here together. We booked No Meals Included, but the Room came with a sauna and an Onsen, and the price felt almost too low for the Facility—we honestly felt bad about it. It may not be for those who prefer luxury Hotels or Ryokan costing over 30,000 yen per night, but as other Reviews mention, there are many small thoughtful touches. The service quality covers what matters without being excessive, and the overall calm atmosphere made our stay very satisfying. We hope to return again within this year.

Thank you always for your hospitality! This is our fifth stay! We love the Sankyu sushi for dinner, and the Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious, the price is reasonable, and we are very satisfied! We will definitely return again! We also recommend it to everyone at our company!

I stayed here for the first time last year and it was wonderful, so this year I stayed for two nights. This is a very comfortable Hotel, with spotless Rooms, high-quality meals, and excellent Facilities. As it’s truly all-inclusive, I was able to spend three days without opening my wallet at all. Whenever the food or snacks started to run low, they were replenished immediately—the staff’s attentiveness is outstanding. I also saw the manager throughout all three days; it made me wonder when they ever rest, as they were working alongside the staff like everyone else. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the hospitality of the staff at Imaisou. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again next year!

All the meals were truly delicious! The splendid alfonsino was especially tasty, and I’m glad I added it. This is a traditional Accommodation, but it didn’t feel old at all—everything was spotless and wonderful. The bath was also great. I was able to relax at a leisurely pace and feel refreshed. We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!
