Despite its size, the Accommodation limits the number of guests, allowing for attentive service. The lounge is somewhat compact, but it offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and a well-stocked menu. There are only two parking spaces, so a Reservation is essential, but it is convenient that you can access it directly from the Hotel. The parking entrance is hard to find, likely due to nearby redevelopment. Overall, this was a Hotel I would like to use again when staying in Fukuoka.

This was our second stay. Just like last time, the foreign staff were truly wonderful. They greeted our children with big smiles and treated them with great kindness and care. We will definitely come again next year!

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

The staff’s hospitality was truly outstanding. One delightful surprise after another made both our hearts and stomachs more than satisfied. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and we fully enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sea and islands. One night wasn’t nearly enough to experience it all. We would love to return.

I stayed for two nights and found it quite affordable compared with other Hotels and booking sites. It’s close to the subway station, and I had no issues with the amenities. The large public bath was not crowded, and all the staff were very pleasant.

I had only known Hotel Okura Kobe, but since this was my first trip to Hakata, I chose Hotel Okura Fukuoka. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and access from the Shinkansen station was easy to understand and very convenient. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I truly appreciate the female staff member who kindly showed me on a map where to find delicious ramen and answered my questions with a smile. It immediately put me at ease, and I felt glad I made this Reservation. I couldn’t stop by the basement brewery due to time constraints, but a male staff member also kindly informed me that I could buy beer at the shop. Having stayed at inexpensive Business Hotels near stations before, I was reminded how valuable local tips and guidance gained through genuine conversation can be—and how they become part of your travel memories. To everyone at Hotel Okura Fukuoka, thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.

I always stay here when I visit Kagoshima. After getting off the airport bus, just go up one floor, and Kagoshima-Chuo Station is right in front—very convenient. The Room and bathroom are both spacious and comfortable, and the Sakurajima-view Room offers a spectacular view of Sakurajima. Breakfast is also delicious. In particular, the Satsuma-jiru soup, egg dishes, rice, simmered kumquats (?), and sweet potato pudding were excellent.

I was able to stay at a very special low rate, and I’d like to thank the young lady at the front desk for treating even a guest like me with such kindness. The stroll through Ukigetsutei’s garden was wonderful, but the view from my Room on the 6th floor was mostly blocked by thick trees and wasn’t great. All in all, it has become one of my favorite Hotels.

We visited this Hotel to celebrate a special anniversary. During the day, we enjoyed chatting in our Room, and with the Executive Floor benefits we spent an elegant time in the 1st-floor lounge while enjoying high-quality plated food and drinks. That evening, we had a celebratory dinner course at Ryuhou, the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere was luxurious and refined, and the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We were able to fully enjoy an elegant and delicious Chinese course meal. They even added a congratulatory message to our dessert plate, and being able to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime anniversary at this Hotel—and at Ryuhou—made us truly happy! Our Junior Suite offered a panoramic view of Sakai City from a high floor. Separated from the bedroom area, there was a spacious sofa and table arranged comfortably. It was quiet, and since the in-room minibar was complimentary, it was perfect for relaxing and chatting while enjoying canned beer and snacks. The bathroom area is also luxurious, with a separate shower booth and toilet, plus a jet bath function. From our east-facing Room, we could also faintly see the UNESCO World Heritage site of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb amid the cityscape of Sakai. As a local sightseeing recommendation: Daisen Park is about 10 minutes by car from the Hotel. Within its grounds there is an attraction where you can ride in a hot-air balloon; from about 100 meters up you can take in the majestic view of Emperor Nintoku’s Tomb. I highly recommend taking a short trip for this balloon experience! The views from above—Sakai City, Osaka Bay, the Ikoma mountain range, and keyhole-shaped kofun burial mounds—are breathtaking. This Hotel has been my favorite for many years. I’ve stayed here for anniversaries like this one or simply to spend relaxing holidays. During COVID-19 restrictions when it was difficult to travel outside Osaka Prefecture, I refreshed myself by changing my mood in Rooms with beautiful views. One year when a typhoon was approaching, I also stayed here for safety reasons and spent the night with peace of mind. No matter what is happening around us, all of your staff have always provided consistent hospitality and welcomed me with calm smiles—I am truly grateful every time. With so many wonderful staff members here, I’m convinced once again that this will continue to be a beloved Hotel for years to come! I will definitely visit again!

The Room and large public bath were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, featuring local Fukuoka specialties, which made the trip even more enjoyable. However, since there was only one bath towel and face towel per person in the Room, it would be great if spare towels could be provided in the large public bath area. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

Access from the Hotel to various sightseeing spots was excellent, and with the Onsen it made for a truly fulfilling one-night trip. Ice cream after the bath Ramen at night Yakult after the morning bath Coffee before departure It’s a Hotel I can’t help but recommend to everyone.

Family-friendly and comfortable for a pleasant stay. We keep coming back! Looking forward to staying again.

This was my second stay, following last year. I stayed in a twin room, which was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated that the complimentary drinks service is available 24 hours a day. The staff were kind as well, and I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. It’s fair to call this a hotel area, with multiple Hotels along the main road. There are plenty of shops, the beach is close, and overall it’s extremely convenient. The staff, Facility, and services were all excellent. The Room was a standard size and felt clean and well maintained. There’s a shallow beach right in front of the Hotel, so you can snorkel as much as you like. The snorkeling tour I had planned was canceled due to bad weather, but when I asked the Hotel staff for advice they lent me a life jacket for free, so I was still able to enjoy snorkeling in the sea right out front. They only provided a life jacket—there was no snorkel set available. It would be even better if snorkel sets could be rented.

Kyoto offers many different ways to enjoy your stay depending on the area you choose and the character of each Hotel. This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and it is in a very convenient location just a short distance from Shijo-Karasuma, which can be considered the center of downtown Kyoto. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the station whether you arrive by Hankyu Railway or the subway. Nearby are places like Goodman Roaster Kyoto and Unzen, as well as many wonderful cafes and coffee shops that have opened over the past few years—just visiting them is enjoyable in itself. Ogaki Shoten (Main Store), with its large and unique selection of magazines and books, is also close by, and Daimaru is within walking distance. There are also grocery supermarkets such as Fresco and Moritaya right nearby, making this a great area for spending time as if you live in Kyoto. Since the Hotel opened in 2019, both the Facilities and Room interiors still feel new and were very comfortable. The Room I stayed in wasn’t particularly large, but the layout was well designed so it didn’t feel cramped. It had a comfortable bed and a fairly large sofa, and the bathroom had a spacious bathtub, which made my stay very relaxing. I stayed on the 4th floor this time, and the view from the window wasn’t great due to nearby apartment buildings; however, that’s common for Hotels in central Kyoto and can’t really be helped. With that in mind, I felt it might even be fine to choose a Room on a lower floor. Breakfast didn’t have an especially wide variety of items, but everything gave me the impression of being properly prepared. I especially liked the large-bean natto. The staff at both reception and breakfast were very polite yet friendly. Overall, I found this to be a very satisfying Hotel. I was impressed that they maintain this level of service at this price point. In Kyoto I usually make hotels around City Hall or west of the Imperial Palace my regular choices, but I would like to add this Hotel to that list as well. Thank you again—I look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed an extraordinary getaway to the fullest, watching the sun set into the sea from our Room and gazing at the starry sky while soaking in the in-room Onsen. The meals were delicious and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace, and we could tell that great care was taken with Room cleaning and amenities. We would love to visit again.

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store nearby. It was a pity that the twin Room we used didn’t have a coffee maker, but we were able to get drip coffee packs at the front desk, and there was a free drink corner in the lobby (may be temporarily unavailable depending on the time). Complimentary women’s skincare items were also available upon request, and they were provided at the hot bath Facility as well. The Room was clean, and there was no step up into the bathroom, which made it stress-free. You can check how crowded the hot bath Facility is on the TV, so we checked before going. It was quiet at night, which was nice.

With check-in at 2:00 PM, we took a stroll along the river, relaxed with tea in the lounge, and then enjoyed the open-air bath—it was fantastic. Dinner was Noto pork shabu-shabu, and we even had seconds of the meat; it was delicious. It might have been a bit easier to eat if the slices were slightly thinner. The Kaga Taiko performance was more powerful than I expected and truly impressive. Even though I was already full, my favorite pudding was incredibly tasty. At breakfast, the Kagatobi “Gokkan” Junmai sake was so good that I bought some to take home! The tiered breakfast box looked great and tasted great as well—we really enjoyed it. Next time, I’d like to visit Kissho Yamanaka too. Thank you very much.

I stay at a Hotel somewhere for one night every month, and I often forget things. This time, after I got home, I realized my bracelet was missing—I had left it behind. I called the Hotel just in case, and they said they had it. I was surprised, and I truly appreciate that they sent it to me. It was a rare experience. The Hotel also gives a floral impression and is thoughtful in small ways.

We stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka. As it is a new Hotel, it was very clean, well located, and conveniently close to the station. The Room was also well cleaned, and the staff were excellent. The price was reasonable, and we are considering making this our regular place to stay. We will use it again on our next trip to Osaka.
