I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

I stayed here after relatives in Shonai recommended it as an Accommodation with excellent food, and it exceeded my expectations. From appetizers to dessert, everything was carefully prepared—making the most of the ingredients with creative touches—and the portions were generous. Every dish was delicious, and I left completely satisfied. Breakfast was just as impressive as dinner, with a wide variety of items and great flavor. After the wonderful meal, it was also nice to relax in the Onsen bath in my Room. The staff’s bright smiles were another highlight. I’d love to come back to enjoy seasonal dishes at a different time of year, and also explore the Onsen town and try visiting private baths at other facilities.

It would be perfect if you could provide amenities such as facial toner. I was so tired that I went to sleep as I was, expecting my skin to get dry.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I debated staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its outstanding Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors is also stunning and instantly set an exciting tone for a luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was extremely polite and helpful, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which truly moved me. From my Room I could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it hardly felt crowded at all. Above all else, every staff member provided attentive service. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time everything was perfect and I had an entirely comfortable stay. While this Hotel is clearly ideal for visiting Huis Ten Bosch, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (right along the waterfront—very memorable). On our second day we took the train into Sasebo. This Hotel is also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes—both Japanese and Western—and I ended up eating far too much. This was my first trip to Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable travel memory. Next time I want to stay longer—this truly wonderful Hotel made me feel that way. Breakfast was a choice of Japanese, Western, or a Sasebo Burger, plus a buffet as well—very satisfying. I couldn’t eat a Sasebo Burger the day before, so I never expected to be able to have one in the morning!

We were very satisfied again—thank you for taking such great care of us. This time, five friends made a Reservation for two Rooms, and when we asked to change it to 2 guests and 3 guests plus 2 infants, you kindly accommodated the change without hesitation. All of the staff were very friendly. There is also a large public bath, the Rooms are clean, and even with two meals included it is very affordable. On weekdays we received a ¥1,000 coupon per person, and we always stop by Iori on the 1st floor for parfaits before heading home. It can also be used for beer at dinner, which is a great deal. The rooftop terrace was also very pleasant. The location is one stop from JR Kyoto Station, and there is also a Keihan bus from the Hotel. If you get a ticket at the front desk, you can ride to in front of The Thousand Hotel near Kyoto Station for ¥100, which is very convenient. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, the sky was overcast and we couldn’t see the sunset, but the view from the Water Mirror Terrace was still wonderful. I understand housekeeping must be challenging during peak season, but some dust in the room (such as in the corners of the toilet and on top of the air purifier) was a bit noticeable, which was slightly disappointing. Still, overall it was a great stay! We plan to visit again in November and are looking forward to seeing a different view.

The moment I stepped into the Room, the Sea of Japan and the blue sky filled my view. The scenery from the large sofa by the window was truly wonderful. All of the seafood in the meals was fresh and delicious. After dinner, we went out to the beach and enjoyed beautiful fireworks, which really made it feel like summer. I’d love to visit again in a different season to enjoy more great fish.

The ocean view from the Room was beautiful. After doing the evening exercises, it no longer hurt to turn over in bed, so I’d like to keep doing them. The Onsen was also very relaxing, and I was able to unwind. I’d love to visit again. Please consider allowing guests to bring dogs as well!

The Room was a beautifully renovated guest room with an open-air bath, and I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in the Room as well. The staff were very courteous, and we had a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious, featuring mainly seafood. We also really enjoyed watching the explanation and live demonstration of Oga Peninsula’s specialty stone-grilled dish. Breakfast was a buffet, and everything was tasty—we were completely full. It was a bit of a long trip, but we made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

I often visit Kamakura. This Hotel is in a great location, and this time I chose a tatami Room, which was very nice. The soba restaurant on the first floor was refined, spacious inside, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed here with a total of 12 people, including my parents and my sister’s family. The Onsen and the Room were both clean and very comfortable. The meals were also delicious, and I was especially happy to see my mother enjoy them. Yamagata Prefecture is where my mother’s family is from, and I have visited many times since childhood. Wherever you go, you can enjoy Onsen, great food, skiing in winter, and warm hospitality—it’s one of my favorite places. Next time, I’d love to come again with the family members who couldn’t join us this time. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Accommodation! It’s old, but very clean, and it felt comforting—like visiting my grandmother’s home. The sea and mountains visible from the Room window were beautiful; I woke up to birdsong in the morning, and it truly soothed my tired mind from city life. And what really deserves special mention is the food. At dinner, we grilled a variety of shellfish right there as we ate, and it was unbelievably delicious. We also enjoyed several other carefully prepared dishes, which reminded us once again how amazing seafood can be. Thank you all for your kindness. Thanks to you, our family was able to spend a truly happy time.

The Room and bathroom were clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. Checkout is at 11:00, and there was a coffee machine in the Room, so I was happy to enjoy my morning coffee at my own pace. However, I’m not sure if it was cleaning after checkout or other guests, but the noise from around 8:00 a.m. woke me up. It’s conveniently located near Kawasaki Station and convenience stores, so I’d like to stay again if I have another chance to visit Kawasaki.

Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.

From the warm welcome at the entrance to check-in, everything was very smooth—thank you for the wonderful hospitality! There were various Room types, so we contacted you in advance and chose one, and it was even more comfortable than expected. The ocean view from both the Room and the in-room bath was amazing! Our main purpose this time was the sauna and open-air bath, and both were very comfortable as well. You can’t see the ocean from the open-air bath, but mist coming down from the roof—was that to help keep things cool? It was a lovely touch. While looking out at the beautifully maintained garden and watching the mist drift in the breeze, we thoroughly enjoyed both baths: a hotter rock bath and a cooler round pearl bath. After bathing, there were vending machines with local ice cream and yogurt, which were delicious! In the lobby, it seems there is also a nighttime marshmallow-roasting experience, and during summer there are nightly consecutive fireworks over Toba Bay. Unfortunately they were canceled due to strong winds this time, which was very disappointing. All of your staff were kind and courteous, everything was impeccably clean, and it became a wonderful memory for us. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again! I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, including the Hotel’s cleanliness, service, and baths. Just as the Reviews said, drinks and nuts are truly available to enjoy freely. What’s more, they are high-quality drinks and nuts. Breakfast is also of excellent quality. I also thought it was wonderful that containers are provided so you can take items back to your Room; however, since there are plenty of containers available, some guests may end up using more than necessary, so it might be worth adding a small limit on how they are used. Other than that, I think it’s perfect. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed in a spa and sauna Room. The Hotel itself was very clean—perfect. I was surprised that the bedroom and the sauna/spa Room were separate, but since it’s a Hotel in central Tokyo, I understood that this setup is probably necessary to improve flexibility and occupancy. Because of the extreme heat, the cold bath water was lukewarm, but the staff kindly brought ice to my Room many times, which made my stay very comfortable. I had a truly pleasant stay. I’m very grateful. Of course, I will definitely return.
