Almost directly connected to Kitahama Station, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. The room type I stayed in had a separate bathtub that was very convenient—overall, I had an extremely comfortable stay. I sincerely appreciate everything. I would love to stay with you again next time. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has watched over the important milestones of our lives—we held our wedding reception here 30 years ago. This time we stayed in the Tower building, and the view from our Room was truly wonderful. Simply spending time gazing out at Tokyo felt incredibly luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our Room had been thoughtfully upgraded without any fuss. We were genuinely touched by this kind consideration, and it reminded us of the Imperial Hotel’s signature warmth. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, which was absolutely lovely. Enjoying drinks in such a historic setting made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the Imperial Hotel has cherished over the years. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was each dish beautifully prepared with great care, but having breakfast in such a calm atmosphere felt exceptional—like a quiet, happy moment to look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the nostalgic banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same Hotel after three decades—standing there again and saying to each other, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after 30 long years, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence and once again watched over another milestone in our lives. We were deeply moved not only by the wonderful service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and heartfelt hospitality that truly values people. We are so glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We hope to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you for a truly wonderful time.

I stayed here again for the first time in a year. The entire Room had been renovated. The bed was an Airweave, which I had wanted to try, and I slept very comfortably. Breakfast had also been upgraded with sandwiches and more—the fruit sandwich was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed with the staff’s bright smiles at check-in. The Room was spacious and clean. As always, no matter where we met them, the staff greeted us with a smile, and the team at the dinner venue did as well. Their smiles are truly warm hospitality.

I’ve been staying here whenever I visit Osaka since this year, and this was my fifth time. I go to Hankyu Umeda every day and don’t really leave the Umeda area, so it’s very convenient to get around on foot. This time I also found the underground passage at Hankyu Sanbangai, which made it even easier. No matter how many times I come, it always feels comfortable. The bell staff and front desk provide that classic style of service, and I feel good from the moment I check in. The price isn’t high, yet the service feels top-class—attentive with just the right sense of distance. Every time, the chandelier and lilies at the front desk are beautiful. The Room has large, clean windows, so the view is lovely both morning and night—it’s very pleasant and easy to relax. I’ve written this many times before, but above all, the Room is spotless. The housekeeping staff were also polite and cleaned thoroughly every day. The towels are great too—not too stiff and not overly large. It’s a Hotel with thoughtful attention to detail. Even taxi drivers have told me it’s a good Hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

When I opened the IKYU website, the first Hotel that caught my eye left a strong impression with its view from the Room. After seeing the rooftop view on the Hotel’s official website, I felt I wanted to stay there. Later, I made a Reservation because I liked the hideaway-like layout of the Annex on the first floor. We were blessed with great weather and truly enjoyed the wonderful scenery. I would like to come again next year.

When I came to Hokkaido, I was looking forward to great food, but the Hotel’s breakfast alone was high-quality enough to fully enjoy Hokkaido.

Great location with easy access—close to both the station and the bus stop. Both the Facility and the Room are new and spotless. You can eat and drink in the lounge 24 hours a day, and there are plenty of board games that kids will love. The front desk staff also provided excellent service— nothing to complain about!!! I’ll definitely stay here again when I travel to Kyoto!! This time it was just my son and me, so it felt very spacious, but for a family of four it might be a bit tight. Next time we’re four, I’ll choose a suite room.

This was my third stay. It’s close to the station, and the Room is very clean. The breakfast is just as good as at other Hotels, with daily rotating menu items, so I never got bored. The amenities are plentiful, and even on a business trip I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again.

Following our stay during the March equinox holidays, we stayed with you again for the September equinox holidays. We booked connecting Corner Suite and Comfort Suite Rooms. With just one door between the two Rooms, communication between grandma and her grandchild improved dramatically. The Onsen in such a prime Ginza location was exceptional—grandma enjoyed it so much she went in three times. Breakfast was beautifully presented, which lifted our spirits, and everything was delicious. We will be back again.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I have already made a Reservation for November as well, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

We stayed here during a trip visiting Yomiuriland, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Even before making a Reservation, I emailed several questions and received quick, polite replies to all of them. The staff were also courteous and kind. The Hotel was very clean, compact, and nicely organized. However, although the Room had separate toilet and bath areas, the bath was located beyond the toilet. This meant only one person could use the toilet or sink area at a time. Since three of us stayed together, getting ready took longer than it would with a fully separate toilet layout, which was the only disappointment.

The staff at the first-floor reception and lobby lounge were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The Room had a separate washing area, which made bathing very comfortable as well. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent—I’d almost like to make this my regular Accommodation in Osaka. Just one thing: at the breakfast restaurant, a man who seemed to be the person in charge was giving quite strict instructions to an older female staff member, and his voice could be heard by guests. It didn’t leave a good impression. That female staff member was working very hard and sincerely.

I stayed here a few years ago and was very satisfied with the comfort and convenient location, so I chose to stay again for this trip to Kyoto. Just like last time, the staff’s hospitality, the spacious Room, and the cleanliness were all excellent. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto. With only a small number of Rooms, we were able to enjoy the Facility without much contact with other guests. As for the baths, we were able to take our time and enjoy all of them—the private open-air bath, the in-room open-air bath, and the in-room indoor bath. We’d also like to try the stone sauna next time. There were hours when we could use the lounge for beer, alcohol, coffee, and more. Although we couldn’t make it for cocktail time, we still made good use of it. It would be even better if the lounge stayed open a little later. Every dish had a gentle flavor and there was an impressive variety; everything was delicious and beautifully presented, so we enjoyed it with our eyes as well. Being able to choose three desserts ourselves was also great. Because we could dine at a relaxed pace, the portions felt just right and everything was very tasty. The Room was so clean that it didn’t feel like 15 years had passed at all, and we stayed very comfortably. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the wash area was a bit small. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having separate towels prepared for the open-air bath and the indoor bath. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a family trip to Osaka with five people. In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new, very clean, and comfortable with good air conditioning. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toilet, so we could relax even if we didn’t go to the public bath. There was also a wide variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed while unwinding after check-in. In summer, it was available until midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and courteous, and the luggage storage service after our stay was very helpful. It offered great value for money—I was surprised to receive this level of service at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.
