This was my first time staying here. The Hotel’s private beach was right in front of us, so we could start enjoying it from the morning. We stayed for two nights, and since we could make restaurant reservations and choose where to dine, we were able to relax and enjoy our meals. The food was delicious, and our child was very happy as well. The summer festival event was also wonderful. We even got to see the Awa Odori dance, and it made for a fantastic summer vacation. It was very convenient that there were places at the beach to rinse swimsuits and a spin dryer, but I think it would be even better if there were a route to the first-floor bath where you could rinse off sand from the beach or pool and enter directly in swimwear. If the drink selection at the evening family buffet included a few more options such as local sake, adults might be able to enjoy it even more.

I was a bit concerned because the Reviews weren’t great, but I decided on a Golden Week trip late and there weren’t many Hotels left with availability, so I made a Reservation. I do have some complaints, but in the end I’m glad we chose this place, and I’d like to stay here again when we visit Yamanashi. (Complaints) When I asked at 14:55 if we could check in a little early, a female staff member replied with a straight face, “Check-in starts at 15:00.” Hair left on the bathroom/toilet floor in the Room A large amount of dust on the floor around the entrance of the private bath changing area Breakfast with few appealing options Walls with very poor soundproofing (What we liked) Many dog runs across a huge property Especially the wooded dog run that feels like you’re in a forest Rain was forecast for just a few hours after check-in, so we hurried to at least use the wooded run—and it was wonderful! The dinner course was delicious. Some Reviews said it was either too small or not good, but that wasn’t true for us—we were satisfied. We also ordered the half-course meal for our dog; even though he’s picky, he ate almost all of it and seemed very happy. Unfortunately it rained during our private bath time so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but we did see a beautiful rainbow. We also appreciated that dogs are allowed up to the changing area.

Conveniently located and easy to access anywhere, this facility with a pool offers great value for its price. The room layout is well-designed, making it comfortable to stay. However, the lower price may reflect in some areas where the service could be improved. We stayed in a single-story type unit, which is the only one of its kind at this facility. Compared to other rooms, it features an indoor kitchen, drum-type washing machine, and heated pool—details worth checking beforehand. The heated pool was surprisingly helpful; you can swim comfortably even on cloudy days or at night without feeling cold. - Mosquitoes were abundant; personally, I found the outdoor kitchen challenging to use. Mosquito coils were prohibited. - As others have mentioned, choosing cleaning options can be tricky. - While BBQ equipment is advertised as free of charge, there’s a gas fee of 2,200 yen required for use. Since gas is essential for operation, this should be clearly stated instead of being labeled as "free." - The lack of a dishwasher was inconvenient since many places now provide one. - Some provided dishes were dirty and needed rewashing before use. Overall, considering its affordability, we had a satisfactory stay despite these minor issues.

In 2025, I visited Okinawa four times and stayed at different condo vacation rentals each time. However, my stay at Doka Doka was the best, so I decided to return here for my year-end visit. During this second stay, I noticed various thoughtful touches from the perspective of guests that I hadn't realized during my first visit. It made me feel that this place is the perfect choice for future stays. While many "Instagrammable Rooms" are introduced all over Okinawa, I've often felt they lack consideration for actual guest needs when staying there. This includes kitchen facilities, cooking utensils, bathrooms, or even how doors open and close—small details but noticeable nonetheless. It seems like those managing such facilities may not have actually stayed in their own rooms themselves. On the other hand, it feels like whoever designed this place considered everything from a personal user’s perspective because nothing is lacking here. (The bathroom doesn't have a reheating function for baths; hence my rating of 4 stars in that regard—but it's not something I'd ask to be changed as it’s perfectly fine as is.) It may not be highly "Instagrammable," but it offers more than enough comfort if your goal is to live like a local during your stay. The beautiful Yachimun pottery provided adds an extra touch of joy when preparing meals in the kitchen. The café breakfast experience was also wonderful—staff were very kind and accommodating with generous portions served. The scenery was stunning while the gentle music and atmosphere inside uplifted our morning mood beautifully. I’m already looking forward to visiting again next time! Thank you very much!

For this price, I was very satisfied with both the location and the Room. The beach is just a short walk from the Hotel. The views from the Room and the rooftop were wonderful. Rather than typical Hotel service, their hospitality was exceptional. I would definitely like to stay here again when I want to relax.

All staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail. This stay became a wonderful memory. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

I stay here for a few days on a Multiple Night Stay once or twice a year. The shampoo and body soap could be better, but the attentiveness and consideration from the front desk staff and housekeeping team were truly excellent. Although I usually visit during the off-season, considering the location, I think the value for money is unbeatable.

It was our first stay, and with a typhoon approaching we were a little anxious, but thanks to the wonderful service and kindness of everyone at the Palace Hotel on the 3rd floor, we felt very reassured and had a comfortable stay. Our child was also very happy, saying that among all the Hotels we have stayed at so far, this one had the kindest staff. Thank you very much.

This condominium offered by far the most comfortable stay I’ve experienced. It had everything you could possibly need. The female staff member was also very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at ease. The only downsides were that the parking lot was a bit difficult to use and it was farther from downtown than expected. Even so, I’d likely make a Reservation again.

I stayed for one night while visiting relatives in Kanoya. Right in front of me, the beautiful sea and Sakurajima stretched out, and I felt wonderfully refreshed—it was a great time. I also heard that a footbath will be added soon at the nearby roadside station, so I’d love to stay again.

My usual Accommodation was fully booked, so I searched around and found this place. The low price and the luxurious-looking room photos made it an easy choice. To be honest, I wondered if it would really be okay since the photos looked too luxurious for the price—but when I arrived, I was amazed: it was just as luxurious and spotless as in the photos! I’ve found my new favorite Accommodation for a great stay. I’ll definitely use it again! P.S. Their email support was quick, polite, and very helpful—it made me feel confident booking with them.

I stayed for one night. I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience, and the private pool allowed me to swim without worrying about others. It would be even better if the weeds on the property were managed more thoroughly.

Despite our repeated mistakes such as locking the key inside or leaving items behind, the staff provided extremely courteous assistance, which was very helpful. The Facility had no particular issues, so I would definitely like to use it again next time.

This time, we stayed as a family of three. The Room was very cute, and it also had a washing machine, so we were very satisfied. It would have been even better if slippers were provided.

I stayed here the day before the Yamanakako Marathon. I had a comfortable stay, and the bath was especially nice. Next year, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

The location of the facility and parking lot was hard to find. The facility and Onsen were excellent. The view from the balcony was also amazing.
