I stayed for one night due to my child’s schedule. It was really close to the station, very clean, and both the bath and breakfast were excellent. (I needed to go toward Kyoto University, and I was lucky to find a bus stop very nearby.) Highly recommended.

For our Kyushu girls’ trip, we chose Mojiko—introduced to us through “Convenience Store Brothers”—as our final-day destination and stayed in the Premium Suite at Premium Hotel. From the moment we stepped into the Room, we were thrilled by the panoramic view of Mojiko right in front of us and the spacious, comfortable Room! After enjoying carefully selected drinks, cheese, and finger foods at the exclusive lounge Tempo, we finally fulfilled our wish to walk across the Kanmon Straits, then took a ferry back to right in front of the Hotel. It’s worth staying here for this Hotel alone! Next time, we’d love to enjoy a meal at one of the Hotel’s restaurants as well.

Even though it was the day of the Gion Festival Yamaboko Junko parade and there were many guests, I had a comfortable stay. I went to the Onsen early, so it wasn’t crowded and I could relax. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would like to stay again.

It was a wonderful, very cozy Accommodation. From the moment you step through the entrance, a beautiful world opens up. The Room, the main house, and all the interior decor were lovely—I found myself wishing I could live in a home like this. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

It was a shame we arrived late, but since it was all-inclusive, we enjoyed drinks without hesitation. After 8:00 p.m., there were also plenty of snacks available. We had dinner in a lovely private annex, enjoyed live piano music at night, and even made use of the massage chair. The bath had tatami flooring that felt great underfoot, but the open-air bath was a little cool. Also, there were times when no one was at the front desk, which felt slightly unsettling—having a bell or similar would be helpful.

Although I was traveling alone, I stayed in a twin Room! The moment I opened the door, I couldn’t help saying, “So spacious!” The high ceilings and many mirrors made it feel even larger. The two-seater sofa by the window also had plenty of space. Since it’s a long-established Hotel, the overall atmosphere is a bit retro, but that actually gave it a sense of elegance and calm that I really liked. I’d love to stay again.

It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Kyoto offers many different ways to enjoy your stay depending on the area you choose and the character of each Hotel. This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and it is in a very convenient location just a short distance from Shijo-Karasuma, which can be considered the center of downtown Kyoto. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the station whether you arrive by Hankyu Railway or the subway. Nearby are places like Goodman Roaster Kyoto and Unzen, as well as many wonderful cafes and coffee shops that have opened over the past few years—just visiting them is enjoyable in itself. Ogaki Shoten (Main Store), with its large and unique selection of magazines and books, is also close by, and Daimaru is within walking distance. There are also grocery supermarkets such as Fresco and Moritaya right nearby, making this a great area for spending time as if you live in Kyoto. Since the Hotel opened in 2019, both the Facilities and Room interiors still feel new and were very comfortable. The Room I stayed in wasn’t particularly large, but the layout was well designed so it didn’t feel cramped. It had a comfortable bed and a fairly large sofa, and the bathroom had a spacious bathtub, which made my stay very relaxing. I stayed on the 4th floor this time, and the view from the window wasn’t great due to nearby apartment buildings; however, that’s common for Hotels in central Kyoto and can’t really be helped. With that in mind, I felt it might even be fine to choose a Room on a lower floor. Breakfast didn’t have an especially wide variety of items, but everything gave me the impression of being properly prepared. I especially liked the large-bean natto. The staff at both reception and breakfast were very polite yet friendly. Overall, I found this to be a very satisfying Hotel. I was impressed that they maintain this level of service at this price point. In Kyoto I usually make hotels around City Hall or west of the Imperial Palace my regular choices, but I would like to add this Hotel to that list as well. Thank you again—I look forward to staying here again.

Everything was excellent. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all outstanding. We had a wonderful time. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, including the Hotel’s cleanliness, service, and baths. Just as the Reviews said, drinks and nuts are truly available to enjoy freely. What’s more, they are high-quality drinks and nuts. Breakfast is also of excellent quality. I also thought it was wonderful that containers are provided so you can take items back to your Room; however, since there are plenty of containers available, some guests may end up using more than necessary, so it might be worth adding a small limit on how they are used. Other than that, I think it’s perfect. I will definitely stay again.

Although we traveled during extreme heat, the moment we stepped into the Hotel amid the bustle of Arashiyama, it felt like a different world, welcomed by a white garden. We arrived early, but they kindly showed us to our Room since it was already prepared, which made us very happy. The Room was stylish and comfortable. The view from the balcony and the sound of water were soothing, and we had a wonderful time. For dinner, we enjoyed tapas and pasta while watching Togetsukyo Bridge at dusk—beautifully presented and delicious. It’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again in another season. This trip also celebrated my daughter, and thank you for preparing flowers in our Room for her. It became a memorable trip.

I stayed here for the first time last year and was satisfied overall, so I chose this Accommodation again. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to sightsee hands-free. Thank you very much. The Room was comfortable. In particular, the bathtub was spacious so I could relax and recover from fatigue, and the shower water pressure was strong—one of the reasons I returned. I would love to stay here again when visiting Toyama.

We made a Reservation because the bathroom has a washing area. The bathroom was so spacious that we could stretch out and relax in the tub. When we entered the Room, both the air conditioner and air purifier were already running, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

As soon as I thought it would be tough to carry my luggage up because the entrance is on the second floor, a staff member came down to meet me, which was a big help. Both baths were great, and the one on the 7th floor in particular had a wonderful view—I really enjoyed a refreshing morning bath. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied from the start of the day. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if complimentary water were provided in the Room. It was a very nice Accommodation.

The Room was clean, and the simple atmosphere made it easy to relax. It was conveniently located near the station, and it was a quiet space without any noticeable outside noise. The bath was very pleasant, and we also enjoyed the complimentary ice cream. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The Room was spacious, and the bath was large enough to stretch out in, so we had a very comfortable stay. We also received bottled water and drinks every day, which was especially appreciated for a summer trip. All the sightseeing spots are within walking distance. It was the best Hotel we stayed at among more than 10 places on this trip.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

This was my first stay, and the front desk service was excellent. The welcome ice cream was especially appreciated during Kyoto’s summer. It was also within walking distance of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. The Room was clean, and I could relax comfortably. However, adjusting the shower temperature (hot and cold) was a bit tricky—just a little hot water made it quite hot, so please be careful. Other than that, I was satisfied!

Just before the Obon holidays, three adults in our family stayed here. They upgraded our Room, and we were able to relax comfortably in a spacious space. It had been a few years since our last visit, but the high level of satisfaction was unchanged. For breakfast, we enjoyed freshly made omelets and Kyoto-style dishes at a leisurely pace. One minor disappointment was that the women’s changing area had a damp smell, and the bath water was too hot for midsummer, so we couldn’t soak for long.

The Room was clean, and there was a desk lamp that could charge my smartphone just by placing it on it, so I had a very comfortable stay. There is a Starbucks near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store at Kameoka Station, which was very convenient. I would like to stay again.
