I contacted this Accommodation on a whim, even though it’s usually hard to book on weekends. Due to cancellations caused by heavy rain, they had a Room available. It was a last-minute Reservation, but they accommodated us. The Room was lovely. Perhaps because of the season, I noticed a slightly damp smell in the Room. The meals were just the right amount and very tasty. The in-room bath was also very relaxing. Thank you very much.

I stayed here before and thought it was a great Accommodation, and it feels like the services have become even more comprehensive. With Senso-ji right in front and Hanayashiki next door, plus plenty of entertainment spots and restaurants you can drop by casually, staying here helped me rediscover how fun Asakusa is. I’d love to stay again in the near future.

As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. Before we knew it, there was a message from a staff member slipped under our door, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again using this Plan. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

Although it was my first trip to Gifu and I arrived in the rain with a typhoon approaching, the Hotel was exactly as expected. The views between the Nagara River and Mt. Kinka—worthy of “Tenka Fubu”—along with the Onsen, meals, and wonderful hospitality were all excellent. Inside the Hotel, I even got to meet Nohime, making it an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again.

On August 3, the annual Iyo-Ozu Hijikawa Fireworks Festival is held, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a close-up view of Ozu Castle. In the early evening, we finished dinner at the Hotel’s French restaurant “Le Un,” then returned to our cool, air-conditioned Room and waited excitedly for the fireworks to begin, sipping wine while admiring the illuminated Ozu Castle. Ozu is known as “Little Kyoto,” and in summer the basin heat and humidity linger even at night. But because of this terrain, the sound of the fireworks echoes off the surrounding mountains into a tremendous roar—more powerful than any fireworks I’ve ever experienced. This time I discovered a new style of Hotel created by renovating historic traditional houses scattered throughout Ozu, making it a truly meaningful summer trip.

All the staff, including at the front desk, were kind and helpful. We enjoyed Omi beef near the Hotel. The Hotel was quiet, and although the Room felt a bit old, it didn’t bother us. Above all, the breakfast buffet was truly delicious across the board. There was a wide variety, and some items were served in small bowls, which is perfect for anyone who wants to try many different dishes.

The male staff member at the front desk provided outstanding service! When I got lost on my first sightseeing trip and asked for help, he kindly guided me. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy myself and it turned into an amazing trip! I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and attentive. The Room was not very spacious but kept clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, due to the proximity to the train tracks, I could hear some train noise at night. Earplugs might be helpful for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served as a Japanese-Western buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. There was a fair variety of options, and everything tasted good. Overall, it's good value for money as a Business Hotel.

Has it been about half a year? I stayed for one night, and there were welcome drinks, including coffee and even wine. I’m happy to see the improved service.\nI will continue to use this Hotel. Thank you.

I stayed during Golden Week. I expected it to be crowded, but I was glad I could spend a quiet time. The meals were so filling that I felt they could have been a bit smaller, as I’m in my 60s. The sunset was beautiful while looking out over the Mikuma River, and it felt very pleasant. All the staff were kind and welcoming. I would like to stay again.

My father stayed here and came home all smiles—he was very satisfied! lol It was a rainy day, but the Hotel staff were so kind and even lent him a large umbrella. He also said the breakfast omelet was delicious, and he had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

The staff were all very polite and kind, which was amazing! I stayed in the Sakura Room, and it was fantastic! The view of the Skytree from the room was incredible. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time in the room, creating wonderful memories for my elderly parents. The breakfast was also satisfying with shiny rice and high-quality side dishes. The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!

Conveniently located near Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station and facing Asakusa Street, it was perfect for sightseeing and dining. The 24-hour stay with a 1 PM check-in and 1 PM check-out was also a great feature. Excellent value for money! However, it was unfortunate that one of the coin laundry machines was out of order and unavailable for use. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

It may feel a little out of the way, but Hita Station is in a small town, so it’s still just a short walk from the station and bus terminal. I rate this place by adding up the positives (not subtracting points). The Facility is understandably aging, so it doesn’t quite reach a perfect score, but the front desk service and cleaning are very attentive—I think it’s a Hotel with genuine hospitality. There are few Business Hotels in Hita that offer a buffet (and even when they do, it’s often expensive), so I choose this Hotel as a practical option. This time I stayed on a weekend and unfortunately couldn’t have the complimentary breakfast, but I quietly love their breakfast with tasty rice and fresh eggs. If timing works out, I recommend “Kei-chan Udon” near the Hotel. Please note their business hours are short. I’ll stay here again next time.

The front desk staff were very kind. We had a great view of Senso-ji Temple from the window—it was amazing. As it is a new Hotel, everything was very clean. The Room was also well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. We were able to stay at a very reasonable price and were extremely satisfied. We would like to stay again next time.

The Room was very clean. The staff were also very helpful, and I’d like to stay again. The view outside was nice too—you could even see Tokyo Skytree. It was a shame that it was rainy and cloudy. On a clear day, I’m sure the night view must be amazing.

I made a Reservation because I wanted a base near Asakusa Station for a day trip to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, and it was also close to Kaminarimon, so I was able to enjoy Asakusa as well. The Room is not very large, but it was clean and well maintained. There is no bathtub—only a shower room—but in return the toilet was spacious, which can be hard to find in a typical unit bath. That may have been my favorite part. The staff were friendly, and it was an Accommodation that offered everything I needed. Thank you!

We stayed during the May holiday period. On the way, we got caught in traffic jams many times and ended up arriving close to 7:30 p.m. Since we had booked a Plan with dinner included, I felt very sorry, but they welcomed us without showing any displeasure and even offered kind words about the traffic, which made us feel at ease and able to relax. In particular, the slightly older female staff member at reception and the young female staff member in the dining room were wonderfully considerate. We also enjoyed hearing lots of local stories (such as delicacies from the Ariake Sea and why there are no terrace seats in Yanagawa due to mosquitoes), making it a very enjoyable stay. Because we had been eating a lot every day during Golden Week, we chose a minimal Plan without eel, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious—so much so that we thought it might have been worth stretching ourselves to choose a more lavish Plan. The Room was also clean and very nice. The only disappointment was an older female staff member in the dining room at dinner. Even though there was still food left, she tried to clear our plates without asking; we stopped her, but she almost did it again right afterward. I nearly told her to stop it already, but held back because the young staff member mentioned above was so excellent. The only drawback is that there is a big difference in service quality among staff; if you happen to get an unlucky one, your impression may change.
