Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

While looking for a Hotel near Churaumi Aquarium, I chose this Accommodation because it had excellent Reviews on every site I checked. We stayed in a family Room, and it was spacious and spotless—our kids were thrilled the moment they saw it! Since you take off your shoes before entering, it felt very clean, which we really appreciated. The bath area was also clean, and as a family that loves bathing, having a large public bath was a big plus. The morning bath felt wonderful too. We had both dinner and breakfast at the buffet. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. We had buffets at Resort Hotels on the two previous days as well, but the Okinawan dishes here—such as umi-budo (sea grapes), Okinawa soba, goya champuru, and tacos—were the best at Litt Hotel Nakijin. There was also sashimi, and the seafood rice bowl was excellent! The staff were kind, and we were completely satisfied with everything about this Hotel. When we visit Okinawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again. I’m glad we could spend our last night of our Okinawa trip at such a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much!

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas. Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles. We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.

I stayed here after enjoying Disney late into the night with my grandchild. Being able to stretch out and soak in the bathtub was truly appreciated—it helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. The foot massage also relieved tiredness and swelling in my legs. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient. In the morning, there was hot coffee available at the welcome drink area, which was perfect for me since I have a daily coffee habit. I’d love to stay again.

Breakfast was a choice of Japanese, Western, or a Sasebo Burger, plus a buffet as well—very satisfying. I couldn’t eat a Sasebo Burger the day before, so I never expected to be able to have one in the morning!

I stayed here for a fan trip. It was my first time traveling for an event and I was worried because I didn’t know the area, but the hotel was very close to the nearest station and easy to find. Getting around was convenient, there was also a convenience store nearby, and although it was a single Room, it was clean, more spacious than I expected, and comfortable. If I had to mention something, there wasn’t a mirror at the desk—only one in the bathroom and a full-length mirror near the entrance door—so it was inconvenient for doing makeup. Also, the pillow felt thinner and firmer than expected, so I would have preferred a slightly fuller pillow. If possible, I’d be happy if you could install a makeup mirror on the wall by the desk or make one available to borrow. Other than that, including the service, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here last July with my wife, and in October with my mother and aunt. This was our third stay, at the request of my mother and aunt who wanted to visit again. As with the previous two stays, we had a wonderful time from check-in to check-out. Thank you again to all the staff.

I was very happy to be able to sleep soundly at the Hotel. As expected, the Room was clean, and the amenities were excellent, so I was very satisfied. I was a bit concerned that the tables were close to other guests, but I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

This luxury Japanese-style Ryokan with views of Mt. Fuji offered exceptional service. The view from the Room was stunning, and the windows were polished to a shine, which showed true hospitality. Both the in-room bath and the large public bath were comfortable and deeply relaxing. The meals were also delicious. The attentive service made our children happy as well. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

I stayed here when visiting Fukushima and going to Hawaiians. It was really close to Hawaiians, and since there were no meals included, I bought food at a nearby convenience store. The room was clean and well equipped, which made me feel at ease. The Onsen was also very pleasant, clean, and great.

We recently stayed with our two dogs for a birthday trip. It was our first time at Regina in Lake Yamanaka, and it turned into a truly enjoyable getaway. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming to our dogs as well. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay—if anything, we only wished there had been one more Room. The large public bath was also very relaxing. Dinner was Italian, and every dish was delicious; even the bread was excellent, so we were very satisfied. The restaurant seating was spacious, and having space for our cart was a big help. Since it was a birthday celebration, we received an adorable cake and they even took photos for us—such a lovely memory. It was also our first time using the pool, and it seemed like they had fun (haha). The drink bar in the lobby—especially the coffee and apple cider vinegar drink—was delicious and much appreciated. We would love to visit another Regina property as well. Thank you very much.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed here as a family during Golden Week. We often use Kyoritsu Resort properties, and our son—who loves Hotels—was thrilled! Considering the location and price, we felt the Room size was understandably compact. It was clean and pleasant. All the staff were cheerful, and it left a great impression that they greeted us clearly and warmly even when we just passed by. We also had breakfast here, and it was very satisfying. Of course, we fully enjoyed the Onsen on all three floors! We would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was unpretentious, with comforting, nostalgic flavors that were easy to enjoy. In particular, the slightly sweet tamagoyaki—just like a mother would make—the gently flavored miso soup rich with dashi, and the kinpira gobo made it a truly memorable breakfast. From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The doorman who welcomed us was wonderful, and since we were traveling with a baby, they took great care of us—carrying our luggage to our Room and preparing a baby crib for us. We also used the bus to go to the park, and while we were waiting in the lobby, staff came over as soon as it arrived. Throughout our stay, we felt that everyone was extremely well trained and attentive. Our Room was spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options; the freshly baked bread, French toast, and beef ochazuke were especially delicious. They also guided us to seating with our child in a stroller in mind, which was very helpful. There was also a nursing room right outside the restaurant area, which made things much easier. We didn’t expect such a comfortable stay for this price point, so we felt it was an excellent Hotel. It seems there are many spacious Rooms available as well, making it a reassuring choice even for families with small children. To repeat once more, every staff member who assisted us provided warm and pleasant service. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again.
