We stayed as two families, and this villa is ideal for group stays. As it’s a new Hotel, everything was very clean, and having separate bedrooms made it easy to maintain privacy. Check-in was unattended, but we received immediate replies to questions via the tablet, which was reassuring. The spacious living room had a large dining table and sofa, and there were also cooking appliances. The pool isn’t huge, but we could enjoy it without worrying about being seen, both at night and in the morning. It’s not an ocean-view place, but Tiger Beach with excellent water clarity is within walking distance, and restaurants and convenience stores are close by. We could park right in front of the villa, so we were able to carry our sleeping child straight to bed without waking them up. We’d love to stay again on our next trip to Okinawa. BBQ and sauna options are available! The sauna pairs perfectly with the pool right in front, and I enjoyed using it multiple times! The view from the pool is stunning, and soaking in the pool while watching a beautiful sunset was incredibly relaxing, helping me forget all my daily worries. I would love to stay here again!

We travel to Ishigaki Island every two years, and this was our first time using this facility. The inclusion of a rental car was very helpful. It was convenient as everything we needed, such as cooking facilities, a washing machine and dryer, and marine goods, were all provided. Although we didn’t have a BBQ this time, we bought delicious meat from the recommended shop, cooked it ourselves, and enjoyed it. The pool was spacious enough, and we had a comfortable stay as if living there. The shuttle service staff were kind and attentive. With the marine goods available, we could go out to the sea easily. They also kindly helped us with reservations for restaurants we wanted to visit. Overall satisfaction was very high! The curry shop right in front of the facility was also very delicious; our family is already talking about wanting to stay here again!

We used this accommodation for a family trip with members including people in their 90s, a 2-year-old, and a pregnant woman, making it challenging to move around on a typical trip. The result was complete satisfaction. First of all, the jacuzzi, pool, and tennis court are aligned in a straight line, allowing us to watch everyone playing outside from the indoor sofa. This setup made it enjoyable for both those who wanted to stay active and those who preferred to relax without anyone feeling left out. Additionally, multiple tennis rackets and balls as well as pool toys were provided. Thoughtful amenities like body soap for toddlers and step stools were also available. Furthermore, having two washing machines and dryers made laundry stress-free during our stay with multiple families. As for the area surrounding the facility, places like the municipal pool and Onjuku Beach are within walking distance even for a 2-year-old. A nearby supermarket (Ootaya) was convenient too. When we went further to Beisia Katsuura store, we found fresh seafood at affordable prices and enjoyed grilling them on the barbecue table at the facility. The cleaning staff we briefly met were pleasant as well. It’s such a clean facility that we would love to use it again in the future. Thank you very much!

Our kids absolutely loved it, and the pool, BBQ, and sauna were all fantastic. It was an amazing villa that truly felt like a special getaway.

We stayed for one night with the Plan that includes a BBQ dinner. As described, there was an excellent selection of dog amenities. We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Tateyama in March was colder than we expected, and we realized we hadn’t prepared well enough. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully. Walking along the coast during our morning walk is also a moment we’ll always remember.\nThank you very much.

A Wonderful, Clean, and Comfortable Villa the Whole Family Loved Since it was newly built last year, it was very clean and spotless, and we had a truly pleasant stay. It was spacious enough, well stocked with amenities, and overall we were extremely satisfied! This time we brought three dogs with us. Because there’s also a dog run on site, they could play freely—and we were very happy too! We really appreciated how comfortable it was to stay here with pets. The pool was large enough to feel luxurious for private use, and our grandchildren (ages 6 and 1) were thrilled. They played to their hearts’ content and looked like they were having an amazing time! We thought it would be even better if the BBQ area had a roof. This time we brought our own tarp from home, so the sun wasn’t an issue and we could enjoy BBQ comfortably. Also, since the surrounding area is made up of regular homes, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t set off fireworks. The staff member who greeted us at check-in/check-out was very kind—speaking gently to our grandchildren and even chatting about rhinoceros beetles. That warm hospitality made us very happy, and we felt comfortable all the way through our stay. Space, cleanliness, facilities/amenities, pool, dog run—everything exceeded expectations! It was a wonderful villa where both our family and our dogs could enjoy a great time together. A truly lovely Accommodation that made us want to stay again.

The Room was spotless and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities and kitchenware were all provided—perfect! If you take the narrow path from the garden, there’s also a small beach. On the day we stayed, it was low tide, and we could even see small fish in the tide pools. The weather wasn’t great as the rainy season was starting early, but at night we could still see a beautiful starry sky through breaks in the clouds from the Room’s sky deck. They mentioned that since shell ginger flowers had started blooming, it might mean the rainy season was about to begin—and just as they predicted, it was officially announced the next day! We weren’t lucky with the weather this time, but we’ll come back again during the best season next time.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by this special Hotel that felt like being abroad. Every detail was beautifully designed, and we were able to relax. We spent a peaceful time together as a couple. The living room was spacious and even had karaoke. This time it was just the two of us, but it’s a Hotel we’d love to use with a larger group such as friends or our daughter’s family. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for one night as a large group to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The moment we entered, we were greeted by an incredible ocean view and perfect weather—an absolutely stunning location! The accommodation featured a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a Japanese-style room, sauna, gym & karaoke room, pool, and rooftop. The furniture and decor were stylishly chosen, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The gym facilities were excellent, the karaoke room was spacious, and the pool was clean and so much fun! From the water dispenser to adorable tableware and amenities—everything was perfectly prepared! Even men's swimwear in the bathroom—it was such a thoughtful touch! Before our stay, they kindly provided information about nearby supermarkets and recommended shops. At checkout time, the staff personally came to greet us—they were truly wonderful. It turned out to be an amazing trip with absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you so much! Next time we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited Kominka Tanaka. With a pool, sauna, spacious kitchen, large-group dining kitchen, a roomy bath, and even an open-air bath, plus a washer-dryer and amenities—everything is thoughtfully provided. It’s an Accommodation that makes you want to come back right away. This time we had a lively adults-only stay, but one night flew by—next time I’d like to stay for two nights.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many Accommodations throughout the whole country, and this was truly our number one—an Accommodation we sincerely want to return to. What impressed us most was the privacy that comes with renting an entire villa and the peaceful setting where we could relax without worrying about anyone around us. We spent a leisurely time by the pool, enjoying a luxurious moment where time seemed to slow down. In the evening, we invited friends who live on Ishigaki Island and enjoyed a barbecue. With perfect weather, watching the scenery shift from Ishigaki’s beautiful sunset to a sky full of stars is an unforgettable memory. It felt less like a Hotel stay and more like spending time in our own private luxury villa—an exceptional experience. The Room was spotless down to every detail, and the Facility, amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator were excellent. It was high-quality yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. At night, everything was wonderfully quiet, and we were able to fully relax both body and mind. Thanks to Gokkaiseitei, our anniversary became a truly special memory. For anyone who wants to spend an extraordinary time on Ishigaki Island or celebrate an important occasion with someone special, this is an Accommodation we can confidently recommend. We stayed here over the July holiday weekend. We brought our own food, and there was a smokeless roaster in the Room, so we enjoyed grilling yakiniku! Since there are lots of insects in summer, we thought an outdoor barbecue would be impossible, so this was perfect for our family. Our child loved the pool, my husband enjoyed the sauna, and it’s No. 1 among all the Facility we’ve stayed at. The beach is also very close by, and when we came back after playing in the sea, they had water ready for washing our feet without us even asking—such thoughtful service! We definitely want to come again!

I stayed here on my first trip to Ishigaki Island. The Room’s private pool and ocean view were breathtaking. At night, the stars were clearly visible, and the sound of the waves was quiet and soothing, making it very comfortable to relax. The Room’s design was also thoughtfully done and wonderful.

The pool was honestly too cold in March, so it wasn’t really possible to swim, but I think it would be perfect in summer. I appreciated the discount because of that. The Room, Facility, and stocked supplies were all high quality, and I was very satisfied. The tea and coffee were also delicious. It’s on a hill, so the view was great. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient for buying anything we ran out of.

We stayed here as three generations of our family. The Room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and we enjoyed a truly luxurious time. The balcony was especially pleasant—during the day we all enjoyed the pool, and at night we stargazed together. We had a truly luxurious stay. We would love to stay again.

All Rooms were kept very clean, and it was a pleasure to stay here! The pool was spacious enough, and with a jacuzzi and sauna, it was perfect not only for having fun but also for relaxing. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, which was very helpful! I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I’ve stayed at several Accommodations that welcome dogs, but this was the first place where I never once felt restricted “because we have a dog.” Surrounded by nature, it’s a truly soothing space for both people and dogs. I was amazed by the huge 1,200-tsubo lawn garden and even a pool where people can swim too. I was genuinely happy to be able to relax and let my dog roam freely. And I was surprised to be able to enjoy an Onsen in Chiba. What’s more, our Room had a luxurious open-air bath carved from a massive stone! Being able to enjoy the Onsen at any time without worrying about others was the best. Another great point for us was having a two-bedroom layout—an absolute must for our family. I never imagined traveling with our dog could be this comfortable, free, and luxurious… It truly was an amazing time. A wonderful Accommodation where both dogs and people can forget everyday life and fully unwind—we’d love to visit again.
