This Accommodation exceeded my expectations. The Room layout was well designed, and I stayed very comfortably. The view is also wonderful. The sauna is spacious enough for about 4–5 people, allows temperature adjustment, and you can enjoy löyly. The cold plunge is also plenty large, and ice is provided for those who want colder water—so you can fully enjoy the sauna exactly the way you like. The in-room Onsen is spacious enough for two people. The water has a slightly silky feel and leaves your skin nicely moisturized. The amenities were excellent as well. The private lounge offers a great selection of drinks and snacks, which you can bring back to your Room—so it feels essentially all-inclusive. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the meals did not overlap between the first and second nights, allowing me to truly enjoy local specialties. Everything was delicious. I was very satisfied with both the Facility and the food, but what impressed me most was the staff’s hospitality—from dining staff to front desk to housekeeping. Their warm attentiveness really touched me. I would love to visit again.

We stayed for one night with my daughter’s family, our grandchildren, and our Chihuahua. The Room was clean and spacious, and the kids and our Chihuahua were running around happily!! We were very satisfied to enjoy a BBQ on the covered terrace without worrying about the weather. Breakfast arrived warm in the delivery box, so we could eat right away—and it was delicious! The bathroom was also spacious, and we all enjoyed it together. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t use the dog run, but we’d love to come back and try again! We’ll definitely stay again as a family.

The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

I stayed here just this May, and once again I was very satisfied. The meals, the bath, and the Room were all excellent.

We stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The pancakes, pudding, and every meal were all very delicious. We felt a warmth in the staff’s hospitality that isn’t swayed by changing times, and it made us feel pleasantly nostalgic. My daughter and I stayed here together. We had a luggage issue before arriving at the Hotel and ended up arriving an hour late for dinner, but you kindly accommodated us, for which we are truly grateful. For the meal, although it was already past the time when it would normally have been served as a boxed meal, you were considerate enough to serve us as planned, and I was nearly moved to tears. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also thoughtfully prepared with seasonal ingredients and flavors that guests of any age can enjoy. The seasoning and portions were just right, and everything was truly delicious. We chose the plan with breakfast included, and it was very lavish—yet never heavy—and before we knew it, we had finished everything. The rice was especially delicious; my daughter and I even said afterward that we should have asked for seconds. The Onsen bath was very clean, and it felt so wonderful that we forgot all about the day’s troubles. We also used the open-air bath; since it was a full moon that night, we enjoyed a blissful time soaking while looking at the moon peeking through the trees. The Room was very spacious, with a Japanese-style room plus a separate bedroom with beds. It’s a layout where you can relax in comfort in the Japanese-style room and then sleep soundly in bed afterward—something guests of any age can enjoy. Above all else, every member of staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived at Kinugawa Onsen Station there were hardly any taxis available, and we were worried about whether we could reach the Hotel on foot along dark roads. You picked us up by car from the station, which helped us tremendously. You also drove us to the station again the next day—thank you so much. Thanks to you, we made our scheduled train on time. Your kindness in every respect truly moved us. There are many Ryokan out there and we have stayed at several before, but this is a Hotel where we were satisfied with everything: staff service, cuisine, baths, and Rooms. This time it was only one night because there were other places we wanted to visit as well; however, if we travel to the Nikko area again next time, we will definitely choose this Hotel. And since we had your wonderful food rather hurriedly this time due to our late arrival (laugh), next time I’d like to arrive on schedule and savor each dish more slowly. We sincerely appreciate all your kindness. Thank you very much. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking such wonderful care of us. This was a truly top-tier Accommodation that exceeded all expectations. I understand you are now in your 18th generation—when it comes to Onsen Accommodations, nothing compares to a long-established inn. Of course, both the large public bath and the in-Room bath are fed directly from the source with free-flowing spring water. The staff were exceptionally attentive—so much so that we almost felt apologetic for receiving such kindness. Above all, the dining was outstanding, far beyond anything we had imagined. The tableware was also beautiful throughout, including pieces inspired by Rosanjin’s works, making each meal a delight not only for the palate but also for the eyes. The Kaga cuisine was delicately seasoned yet deeply flavorful. Everything was immaculately cleaned, and the view from the window was truly soothing. While preserving the charm of this historic inn, the property has been beautifully renewed with touches of contemporary art woven in seamlessly. Naturally, many Rosanjin works are displayed throughout the building as well, and they were well worth seeing. I also suspect many guests may not notice this—but in the lobby, Rooms, and bathing areas: there are countless chairs everywhere, and most appear to be high-end pieces. I can only imagine how much has been invested overall; especially the chair inside the elevator must be quite expensive. Even details like lighting and clocks have clearly been chosen with great care. We visited with very high expectations for an Onsen Accommodation, yet everything surpassed them by a wide margin—truly impressive. We would love to return again soon.

Conveniently located just to the left after exiting Kanazawa Station, making it a great transportation hub. The front desk staff gave a polite and thorough explanation, which was reassuring. When I entered the Room, I noticed a slight odor at first, but I quickly got used to it. It was right after the holiday period, so the city was less crowded and I could relax—I’d like to stay here again.

It’s a small Hotel, but the area is quiet, and the walk back from the station felt safe even late at night since it’s along a main road. Everything you need is available at Marui, and it’s directly connected to the ticket gates, which was truly convenient. The room felt a bit small, but it was clean with a well-designed layout, and once you get used to the size, it’s great. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, we were able to stay in a spacious Room. They also stored our luggage, and the staff were very kind. Even though it was extremely hot, we had a comfortable stay. We would like to use this Hotel again. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count, but this time I visited with my parents for my birthday trip. No matter when I come, the food is always satisfying, the Room is wonderful, and the Onsen leaves your skin silky smooth—nothing to complain about. Also, the light snacks in the annex lounge are exquisite, which makes me want to stay here again. They even celebrated my birthday, and it was a fantastic trip right to the end. This is an Accommodation that never disappoints no matter how many times I visit, so I’d like to keep coming back. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The approach to the Hotel was a bit hard to find, and when I reached the lobby and saw the small front desk, I wondered if I had made a mistake with my Reservation. We stayed as a group of five and booked two Rooms—a triple and a twin—but the triple Room was especially small. Those were my only concerns. However, the Rooms were very clean—everything was spotless and well maintained. The small Room size was made up for by the large public bath, and above all, we were extremely satisfied with how delicious breakfast was! Beautiful presentation, great seasoning, and breakfast in a quiet space without any noise or bustle!! Everyone was very happy. If I have friends planning to visit Kanazawa next time, I will definitely recommend it. I think it’s a high-quality Hotel that exceeds its price. Please give it a try!

Everything was outstanding!! Nothing to complain about!! We will definitely stay again!! On the way home, we were already discussing when to make our next Reservation. The food in particular was truly delicious and wonderful.

From my first stay, I was impressed by the wonderful attentiveness of the breakfast venue staff, and since then I have decided to stay here whenever I am in Kanazawa for work. This year, I was relieved to see the same staff members again. Even though they seem busy with many international guests, I am always impressed by the thorough cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Hotel.

I chose this Accommodation for its convenient access to Toshogu Shrine. Perhaps because many international guests stay here in large groups, the Room was spacious and comfortable. I was also happy that I managed to have the large public bath all to myself at just the right time. Breakfast was refreshingly different—you can choose from four kinds of grilled fish (I think), and there were plenty of dishes, so I was satisfied. If I had to mention a couple of concerns: the bath towel had a smell I didn’t like, and there was a long list of guests’ surnames displayed at the entrance. Considering that someone could take a photo and post it on social media for the whole world to see, it didn’t feel comfortable having names written where all guests could see them. (Maybe I’m just overly sensitive about it…)

I stayed at a Hotel near Sendai Port to catch the ferry to Nagoya. It’s a typical Business Hotel, but the Room was very clean, and I was glad there was a large public bath. For women, you receive a key at the front desk to use the bath, which felt reassuring since I’ve stayed at a Hotel before where a man mistakenly entered the women’s bath. I didn’t use the in-room bath, but it was very clean and spacious enough. I added breakfast after arrival and enjoyed it. The price was reasonable and very helpful.

We stayed as a family with breakfast included, and the Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was firm, and we slept very well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of side dishes, all of which were delicious. Thank you to the staff for their kind service with warm smiles. There was also a large public bath, which we enjoyed at a relaxing pace.

Conveniently located near the station and easy to access. The staff are polite and kind. The complimentary late-night ramen is delicious. It’s also nice that the Room has a small massage device and that pillows can be borrowed. The large public bath can get crowded when there are group guests.
