This is my favorite Accommodation, and I have stayed here several times. Because it’s a detached log cabin, you can relax in nature without worrying about others. Outside the windows is lush greenery, and taking a bath while listening to birdsong is truly soothing. The meals are delicious every time, and all the staff are kind—an Accommodation where you feel right at home. With Shuttle Service available, it’s easy to get there even by train, and it’s an Accommodation I want to visit again and again. I’ll be back in a different season. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night from July 17 in a K-type log cabin in the main building with one dog. The entrance door lock was a little difficult to use. The Room was very clean, and it had a washlet toilet and air conditioning, so we were very comfortable. We ordered the BBQ set, and it was delicious. We also used the outdoor bath, which felt great. We would definitely like to stay again.

We travel about once or twice a month, and we found this Hotel to be exceptionally kind. They helped us in many ways, and we are truly grateful—we had a very pleasant trip. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen facilities were also great, and I really enjoyed the variety. However, there was only one coin laundry machine on the floor, so having another would make it more convenient. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I was traveling solo and looking for an Accommodation in Kushimoto. The location felt perfect, so I made a Reservation. We exchanged emails in advance, and I was able to share my requests. It’s just a short turn off National Route 42 (about 20 m), but there’s a sign, so it was easy to find. The building has a lovely Western-style feel. I arrived in the evening, and the sunset was perfectly timed—truly impressive. When I went inside, the friendly owner welcomed me and helped me check in. Maybe because I was hungry, but the meal was incredibly delicious! Of course the fish was great, and the fried chicken and side dishes were also well prepared. The Room is simple and stylish, just like in the photos on the site. Above all, the large window is amazing—you can enjoy a panoramic ocean view from the Room. I slept soundly at night and had a very comfortable stay. It seems you can also enjoy marine activities here, so next time I’d love to come back with my family or even as a larger group with several families! The owner was cheerful and easy to talk to as well. Thank you very much!

We stayed with our dog! The weather was stormy on the first day, but thanks to the thoughtful care of the staff, we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening. By midnight, the rain and wind had stopped and we could even see a starry sky. Thank you for such a peaceful, unhurried stay! The sheep Mee-chan and Grandma were adorable too. Collecting eggs was fun, and thank you for the egg souvenirs as well! We could dine in a relaxed atmosphere, and the sukiyaki was delicious. I felt it was slightly lacking without rice, but I was very satisfied overall. The scenery gets 100 points! Thank you very much for taking such great care of us!

Every summer vacation, our three-generation family stays here. This year marked our third visit, and we had another wonderful stay. Thank you very much!

It was a clean Accommodation. There were three Rooms, and they were very spacious—more than enough for a family of four. Coffee beans were also provided, so we could enjoy a relaxing cup in the morning. We didn’t use the bath this time, but it was clean.

My children really enjoyed it. We wanted to choose the outdoor BBQ Plan, but it was too cold so we decided not to. We’d like to stay again during summer vacation. Also, we forgot our child’s backpack and asked you to send it cash on delivery, but you sent it prepaid. It’s rare to find service like this, so we were very satisfied.

My siblings live in different prefectures, so we used this place as an opportunity for the whole family to get together. There were 12 of us—my sister’s family with two dogs, my brother’s family with children, my spouse and I, my parents, and my grandmother—so we booked two buildings. There was a large long table, and extra chairs were kept in the bedroom, so everyone could sit together in one building and enjoy meals as a group. (There was also a chair for small children.) The space is very spacious, so even when we all gathered it never felt cramped. There’s also a sofa area where everyone could relax however they liked. The warmth of the wood made it feel truly wonderful. We were also very grateful that we could message to arrange check-in this time. It was convenient to pay the Accommodation Tax and pet fee via PayPay using the provided QR code. Even though the kids got very excited and had lots of fun, it’s a private space so we felt comfortable staying there without worry. For bathing, we used the Onsen at a nearby Ryokan within walking distance. The Onsen lovers in our family even went again in the morning. If you bring your own ingredients, everything else is provided—tableware and appliances—so it was incredibly helpful. There was also a rice cooker so we could cook rice easily, which we really appreciated. Inside the Room there was also an iron plate and grill net for yakiniku-style BBQ, which made the meat taste even better. There is also a locked dog run on site, which is great for guests with pets. The price was very reasonable—thank you so much for letting us stay in such a wonderful place. We would love to stay again.

We stayed on a breakfast-only Plan. The bathtub in our Room was spacious, and there was a great variety of shampoo and bath additives, so we were able to relax and take our time. For breakfast, they generously prepared local vegetables, yogurt, fruit, and plenty of freshly baked bread from a nearby bakery. Everything was delicious, and we ate a lot. The owner and his daughter chatted with us in a friendly way and even showed our child the many picture books they have. It’s a very homey Hotel, and we ended up staying longer than planned. When we travel to this area again, we would definitely like to stay here.

Stayed here while doing the Lake Biwa cycling loop by road bike. Two nights in a mini cottage with breakfast included for 4,800 yen. Limited-time deal? I couldn’t believe it was during summer vacation—so cheap I was worried, but everything was well taken care of down to the details and it was excellent. The bath (5 tubs), showers (4), and toilets (4 or more) are shared, as is the fridge/freezer. Breakfast is available from 6:00 a.m., with rice refills (self-serve) and a plate of nine side dishes plus natto and miso soup. You can also help yourself to furikake, tea, coffee, and more. The Room has heating/air conditioning, a TV, and free Wi‑Fi. If I had to nitpick, the bed is on the small side and there’s no mattress pad. For the price, it was outstanding.

Thank you for taking care of us again this year, just like last year. We were very happy that the owner remembered us. The Room was as clean and cozy as before, with a warm wooden atmosphere. The kitchen and amenities were well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. The space for children was truly wonderful, and they had so much fun playing from the moment we arrived. Adults could enjoy BBQ at a relaxed pace, which was very satisfying. The starry sky was incredibly beautiful, allowing us to unwind while gazing at it and refresh both body and mind. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

Set in a quiet forest, it was wonderful to be able to enjoy a truly out-of-the-ordinary stay. The café that also serves as the management office was incredibly stylish—absolutely amazing. Next time, I’d love to try the spinach curry at the café! When I mentioned we were going to Ueda Castle the next day, you shared lots of helpful information, and we were able to see the moat at Ueda High School as well. Thank you very much. We’ll be back. We did not use the bath.

Although we didn’t have a chance to use it this time, the kitchen had a hot plate and plenty of tableware, so it seemed easy to cook a variety of meals if you bring your own ingredients. The Room had a calm log-cabin feel with warm wood throughout, and it was clean and well maintained, making it very relaxing. The owner was friendly and gentle; even though we chose No Meals Included this time, they shared lots of recommendations for nearby spots. Since there aren’t any places to eat close by, we plan to book a meal plan next time.

We visited as a family trip. Because we arrived late, we checked in, picked up the welcome sweets, took a look at our Room, and then headed to the Onsen. The outdoor bath “Shirogane-no-Yu” was wonderful—my skin felt so moisturized! We stayed in a Villa Suite. It’s a log-cabin cottage style Accommodation, and the Room was spacious, very clean, and truly relaxing. There aren’t any paintings or decorations in the Room, but the sky, mountains, and trees seen through the window feel like a framed work of art—I could watch it forever (laugh). It made me realize how long it had been since I lived without thinking about time. For dinner we went to Restaurant Aoyama Ryokusui. You can enjoy dishes that reflect Oze’s nature, such as game meat and wild mountain vegetables. Even while waiting for the next course, staff brought ingredients to show us, so we enjoyed the time between dishes as well. Before bed we went to another Onsen inside the Facility. We were told it uses the same water as Shirogane-no-Yu, and it was perfect for a slow soak at night. The next morning we drove to Shiori Pass to see Takigumo (waterfall clouds). We were lucky enough to see them! Waking up early was worth it. It’s just a short drive from the Facility, so I highly recommend it. Breakfast included seasonal vegetables and wild mountain plants as well as river fish—and above all, the rice was delicious! Many of the staff are young, but everyone was polite and greeted us with warm smiles, which helped us relax throughout our stay. If you arrive earlier there also seems to be a kitchen tour; I’d love to join next time if I have the chance. Honestly, my only thought is that I wish we could have stayed longer… We definitely want to come back!

I made a Reservation as the organizer for a company event. I found this place on Instagram, and with tennis and basketball courts, it offers excellent activities. We held a casual company sports day. Many people joined for the day only, but the day-use option made it affordable. It looks like we’ll have even more participants next year. Thank you to the staff for their flexible support.

We stayed here with friends for a glamping trip, and it was amazing. If we have the chance to visit again, we’d love to stay here again!

I arrived early and was worried, but they kindly stored my luggage. I made the Reservation to see the starry sky, but unfortunately, the weather was bad, and I couldn't see it. I'll come back for a revenge visit! Thank you very much.

The stunning views of Yatsugatake, the adorable horses, and being surrounded by nature made for an amazing stay. The Accommodation was a comfortable, relaxing space where you could truly feel how thoughtfully it was designed with guests in mind. We were completely satisfied with everything—the tableware, kitchen, furniture, and bath. We also really appreciated how quickly you came to help start the BBQ charcoal. Visiting the horses was so much fun as well. Thank you for such a wonderful time—we definitely want to come again!
