We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All of the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Both the Room and the Facility were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

We were looking for an Accommodation to stay with our one-year-old, but every Hotel we checked had no Japanese-style Rooms available, so we gave up and booked a Western-style Room at another Hotel. Right up until the last minute, we kept searching on IKYU and found this Room with flooring, so we decided to stay here. The Hotel had the feel of a long-established Western-style Hotel, but the Room had been renovated, so it didn’t feel old. What surprised us most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned—even the corners of the Room were spotless. Even when our baby crawled around, there was no dust. We felt completely at ease. Thank you very much. Having a microwave and kitchen space was also very helpful. The bathroom had a separate washing area and was easy to use. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff—was very pleasant. Thanks to your thoughtful care in many ways, we were able to enjoy our stay with peace of mind. We’re glad we chose to stay here. When we stay in Nagano City again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Although our stay was short due to a late arrival and early departure, we were able to enjoy both the open-air bath in our Room and the two large public baths. The Room was outdoors, unlike what was shown on the website, and I was surprised that there was no view at all; however, it seems first-floor guest rooms are designed that way. Neither of the two large public baths was crowded at night or early in the morning, and both the tubs and washing areas were well cleaned, allowing us to relax. We did not use breakfast, but we were able to enjoy the late-night “Yonaki Soba,” as well as ice cream after bathing. Combined with the convenient location near Izumo Taisha Shrine, it was a stay that made us want to return.

I stayed at Kurayoshi City Hotel again on June 22. As there was a nearby get-together this time as well, I chose to stay overnight. Since my previous stay was comfortable, I felt confident booking again. The hotel is close to the venue, so getting there was easy and convenient—even after having drinks. The room was kept clean, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. The facilities were sufficient, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The staff were also polite and made the experience pleasant. This Hotel is appealing for its great location and comfortable stay environment. When visiting Kurayoshi for a get-together or business trip, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see beef tongue served for breakfast. Although I usually don't eat much breakfast, I had seconds of both rice and beef tongue. The beef curry was also delicious. If I visit Shiroishi again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much!

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

I splurged on a one-night stay at an Accommodation I’d long admired. Having watched it on YouTube, I knew what to expect, but it was still an overwhelming experience. The attentiveness and demeanor of the staff in charge of my Room, along with their polite language, left a strong impression—it truly felt like a luxury Accommodation. The Room was absolutely wonderful, and the private bath was exceptional as well. The cuisine was stylish and very satisfying. They even accommodated my request during the evening performance, making it an unforgettable night that felt far removed from everyday life. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations over the years, and this is the best one yet. Thank you for such a wonderful day.

I visited again after about a year, and as expected, many things had been improved. There were new systems related to cleaning, and even small touches like having tissue paper in the washroom. From the start, it was already a very convenient Hotel—with an amenity buffet, separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin in the bathroom—and I also loved how pleasant it was to be greeted by every staff member I passed in the building. On top of that, after check-in, when I asked at the front desk for extra towels, they arranged for additional towels every day during my stay. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention. Once again, it was a very satisfying stay!

The Accommodation has a nostalgic, retro feel while still being very stylish and lovely. This time we stayed in the “Japanese Twin with Terrace” Room—tatami flooring, low beds, and a deck terrace. What impressed me most was how comfortable the bed was! I was told it’s a Nishikawa Muatsu mattress, and it truly felt amazing—I slept unbelievably well. The pillow was also excellent, and I completely fell in love with the bedding. I’d like to use the same one at home, so I would really appreciate it if you could tell me which type of Muatsu it is. The Onsen was wonderful as well. All three private baths had their own unique charm and were beautiful. The large public bath was also very relaxing—I ended up going in many times during our stay. As soon as you soak in the Onsen, your body warms up right away. The water feels soft, and your skin becomes moisturized and silky smooth. I also loved that bath towels were provided at the baths, so you can always use a clean one. Truly excellent therapeutic bathing. Unfortunately it rained this time—but because of that, we were able to take our time at the Accommodation, soak in the Onsen slowly, and enjoy doing nothing. We chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, so we didn’t have to rush in the morning and could enjoy the Onsen until the very end. And then—the meals. Absolutely no complaints. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. It was a meal where you can truly enjoy every course for what it is. And something I’ll never forget: draft Yebisu beer! After it arrived, the foam gradually rose up into a rich head—it looked delicious even before tasting. And when I tried it… it really was incredible. I honestly thought there aren’t many places where draft beer tastes this good—it moved me. This “Joshu Beef & Gunma’s Blessings / Three Free Private Open-Air Baths / 12:00 Checkout / A Nostalgic Holiday” Plan was absolutely perfect for me. Shima Onsen in the rain is wonderful too. Soak in the Onsen, eat well, drink well—and sleep incredibly well. In this charming retro Accommodation, I had an amazing time that relaxed both my mind and body. All of the staff were pleasant as well, and the overall atmosphere throughout the Accommodation felt very comfortable. We felt great from start to finish during our stay. The Onsen, meals, bedding—and above all else—the warm hospitality from everyone on staff. Everything felt so comfortable that this is an Accommodation I definitely want to stay at again.

The building is probably old, but the Room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean and comfortable, including the unit bath and toilet. There were also two single sofas, making it a relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious, just as other Reviews said.

Thank you again for taking such good care of us. With its excellent location beside the approach to the shrine and within walking distance of Izumo Taisha, along with the Facility lovingly restored from a charming building from days gone by and the wonderful hospitality of all the staff, we were able to spend a truly pleasant time. Even though we visit again at almost the same time each year, the meals are different every time—delicious dishes that highlight local production for local consumption and are also a delight to look at—and once again we finished everything. If I may make one small request: as I get older, it can be difficult to read in the dim, atmospheric lighting. It would be very helpful if you could provide a light stand (even as a loan item) so guests can read books more easily. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and we were satisfied with the service. Since the Hotel is deep in the mountains, we felt a little uneasy on the way there, but we would like to stay again if we have another opportunity.

The location, staff service, and thoughtful amenities were all excellent. They also upgraded our Room, which made the stay very comfortable. The 24-hour complimentary drinks at the front desk and the cloth hand towels were a nice touch. There were bath salts in the Room, and since I like soaking in the bath, it helped me relax and recover from fatigue. Among the Business Hotels I’ve stayed at, I think this was an overall very good Hotel.

We visited last year and had such a wonderful time that we came back again this year. Every breakfast and dinner was delicious, generous in portion, and completely satisfying. Swimming in the pool after dinner and after breakfast made us feel like kids again—so much fun. The Room was spotless and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Our dog also loved having the private dog run all to themselves. Above all, the owner’s warm personality and heartfelt hospitality are truly wonderful. It feels like visiting relatives. We’ll be back again.

Above all, the location is excellent. The Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby. You can walk to the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway station, and it’s also a quick taxi ride. There is Ramen Ajisai right in front of the entrance. The bath was clean, and the hair dryers included Panasonic and Dyson. We were also able to try out different shampoo and conditioner. After the bath, there were probiotic drinks and ice pops. We enjoyed salmon roe at breakfast and were very satisfied. My husband especially enjoyed the desserts. We’d love to stay again.

This property is in an ideal location for early-morning visits to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There’s also a FamilyMart convenience store very close by, which was extremely handy. During our stay, we enjoyed five types of private open-air baths, and felt refreshed both mentally and physically. The rabbit gaufrettes provided in the Room were perfect as travel souvenirs, and we also discovered the appeal of Izumo Winery. My first trip to Izumo left a strong impression with its lush green rural scenery—it was a truly mystical town with many different birds flying about. There are still so many places in Shimane I’d like to visit, so I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The Onsen was truly wonderful, just as rumored. Despite being a secluded hot spring, the meals were excellent and the hospitality was genuinely pleasant.
