The restaurant was excellent, with stylish tableware and delicious food. Breakfast was also outstanding; the menu selection and careful preparation made it truly satisfying. The pool is chic and relaxing—perfect in every way. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ve already made our n

It was an absolutely stunning villa hotel. All appliances were BALMUDA and Vermicular, cutlery was Cutipol, and the accommodation featured luxurious amenities such as a wine cellar, sauna, fireplace, and washer-dryer. The interior design was impeccable and truly inspiring.

Unlimited access to the onsen with natural hot spring water, a relaxing massage, and delicious meals were all enjoyed without worrying about others. The peaceful location allowed us to wake up pleasantly to the sound of birds in the morning. Thanks to the thoughtful hospitality

The spotless, beautiful Room, the luxurious sauna and jacuzzi, and the wood deck area where you can enjoy a BBQ—everything was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of dishes and cutlery, as well as amenities and towels, all clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the beach, then c

The pool is one of the largest in the prefecture with views reminiscent of Ubud in Bali and slightly warm water temperature that made it truly enjoyable. All the staff provided exceptional hospitality, which I believe is one of this Hotel's outstanding features. I will visit

With a sea view, a heated pool, comfort even in the rain, excellent amenities, no worries about meals, and above all, the kind staff (despite our various mishaps, they responded earnestly, thank you), it was the best property for us. We realized that next time we visit, we can co

As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

This is a small luxury hotel with 55 rooms. Because of that, the staff pay close attention to every detail. They greeted me by name whenever we passed, and kindly listened to casual conversation—it's the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back again and again.

We stayed here for the first time during the autumn Silver Week for a Multiple Night Stay. Thanks to IKYU, we were able to discover this wonderful Hotel. The natural surroundings are beautiful, the architecture and interiors are excellent, the staff’s smiles are warm, and the dishes at the restaurant are beautifully presented—truly the best hidden retreat Hotel unique to Kumihama. Next time, I hope we can make a Reservation for spring Golden Week, so I plan to check IKYU’s site carefully. To everyone at Holiday Home, thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

The concierge's service was exceptional. Despite asking many detailed questions and making several requests—from shopping advice to lunch spot recommendations or assistance with parking and equipment checks—they responded kindly every time. This made our stay worry-free and enjoy

From the moment I arrive, I’m always deeply moved by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in is extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My requests made in advance were fully accommodated, and everything about the room setup and housekeeping was flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I’m always grateful to the housekeeping team. The spa reception staff also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s quick and polished support was a great help. The limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exceptional and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to return again. Everything is truly perfect—this is a wonderful hotel that leaves me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay here again.

The large public bath was also lovely, and I hope to revisit with my elderly mother someday. In addition to the yukata, they provided very comfortable pajamas, and the shop had many wonderful items. I visited a place that becomes a café during the day and a bar at night, and I h

Just like last time, we had a very comfortable stay. True to the name “Sunset Village,” dinner while watching the stunning sunset—so much like being at an overseas resort—was truly delightful. Our beloved dog, who is like family to us, ran freely around the spacious dog run and relaxed indoors as well; simply watching was soothing. We are very satisfied with the well-maintained facilities and the clean, comfortable environment. If possible, having a standing fan or air circulator would be convenient when we want to cool down on the BBQ terrace or indoors. We would appreciate your consideration. From the large windows and terrace, we could gaze at the huge trees right in front of us, many boats floating on the sea, and the scenery across the water—it’s easy to lose track of time. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

The Room size, facilities and amenities, cleanliness, and the breathtaking ocean view are all flawless. I think it offers far better value for money than staying at a nearby Resort Hotel. However, you may be a bit confused if you arrive expecting a typical Hotel. There is no front desk or management office; instead, it’s an Airbnb-style setup where you enter the PIN sent to you after completing pre-registration. In my case, the registration email ended up in my spam folder, so I didn’t know what to do on site and only figured it out after calling the emergency contact number. I tried to upload the required ID documents for verification, but the connection was poor and it was difficult; in the end, I had to get the PIN by phone in quite a rush. If you complete pre-registration in advance, check-in should be smooth, and from the second stay onward there likely won’t be any issues—but it would be helpful if IKYU clearly noted these differences from a standard Hotel in the Facility description as well. Please also note that there is no elevator. In addition, the entrance floor is made of stepping stones with water around them. It may look stylish, but if you drop your phone or anything similar it’s game over, and it’s inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage—so there seems to be room for improvement.

The next morning, she was back in the garden playing again. We also enjoyed BBQing in the garden and relaxing in the cozy wooden room. For breakfast, we had delicious clam spaghetti prepared by the owner—it was truly amazing! Both humans and our dog had a wonderful trip. On our

It was a wonderful Room with exceptional hospitality. The Room felt very clean, and when the morning sun shines through the turquoise-blue curtains, it creates a dreamy atmosphere. The interior is based on white tones and has great taste. Small items and amenities such as mugs and towels were stylish, and the space—with a coffee maker, toaster, and sofa—was beautifully designed. The complimentary snacks they had prepared were also a thoughtful touch. We booked the breakfast plan, and the ingredients included items from a local bakery, plus high-quality eggs and bacon. There are stylish cafés just a few minutes’ walk away, so it seems you could also enjoy lunch or dinner there. The location is excellent—you can walk straight from the Room to the beach, which is very convenient. They also provide beach sandals, floats, and bodyboards, so as long as you bring your swimsuit you’re all set for activities. A nearby convenience store sells goggles and fishing gear too, so it feels like you could come with almost nothing. After getting out of the ocean, you can go straight to the jacuzzi or the Goemon-style bath (cauldron bath), which was another great convenience. We rented the BBQ equipment; the stylish grill was easy to use, and even though it’s outdoors under a roofed area, it was more comfortable than expected. The bed linens—including sheets and duvet—were clean with crisp freshness, and the mattress was fluffy; we slept very comfortably. The staff provided polite service with quick and efficient responses. Above all else, the view from the Room is outstanding. The color of the sea is beautiful. It was only a one-night stay in this Accommodation, but we regretted not staying two nights—it was that satisfying. I’d love to recommend it to everyone… though part of me wants to keep it secret. To all staff members: thank you for such a wonderful time.

Every dish—carefully crafted with seasonal local ingredients—is delicate and delicious, and you can truly feel the head chef’s dedication and passion. The spotless facilities and guest rooms are impeccably cleaned down to every detail, making this an exceptionally comfortable Hot

The staff's response was very courteous and their thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The view from the room was excellent, and having BBQ and breakfast on the balcony was a blissful time! It was his first time in Okinawa, but thanks to everyone at One Suite THE TERRACE, we

We stayed here for a surprise proposal trip. We considered many accommodations, but in the end we are truly glad we chose Tsuruga. From the pickup at Koriyama Station to how to spend time after arrival, the meals, drinks, and our departure the next day, the manager and all staff supported us warmly with just the right sense of distance. Dinner was outstanding. While enjoying Aizu local cuisine and basashi (horse sashimi), what especially impressed us was that they recommended local sake to match each dish. Since we both love sake, that alone made choosing this inn worthwhile. Above all, for this proposal they kindly helped us with everything—from advance consultations to preparations on the day. Thanks to them it was a success, and it became an unforgettable trip for both of us. We are truly happy that we were able to choose this inn for such an important milestone in our lives. We would love to come back to Tsuruga someday—and also visit your Akasaka restaurant. Thank you very much.

When I couldn’t find the parking lot, I called the Hotel, and the front desk staff kindly came outside to guide me. The service was excellent. There’s also Makuhari Aeon next door, making shopping very convenient—no complaints at all. This is definitely a Hotel I’d like to sta
